Tennessee has now joined Florida in investigating FEMA. The move comes after whistleblowers told The Daily Wire that an agency official directed aid workers to skip Trump-supporting homes hit by Hurricane Milton. Daily Wire reporter Amanda Prestigiacomo has the latest.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is working with Tennessee's Attorney General Jonathan Scrimetti to determine if residents were similarly discriminated against during FEMA's response to Hurricane Helene. The investigation in the Volunteer State comes after FEMA fired the supervisor who gave the directive to workers who were going door-to-door in Florida. Lee called those actions "reprehensible," saying the government should never be weaponized against Americans.

There are now numerous investigations into FEMA's actions, including one by Florida's Division of Emergency Management. President-elect Trump has tapped former acting ICE Director Tom Homan as the border czar, something Homan says he's honored and ready to do. I got to go back and help because every morning I get up, every morning I'm pissed off about what this administration did to the most secure border in my lifetime. So I'm going to go back and do what I can to fix it.

Trump also appointed New York Congresswoman Elise Stefanik to ambassador to the United Nations. Stefanik, who's the chairwoman of the House Republican Conference, says she's honored by the nomination and looks forward to working with the Senate to secure confirmation. In her statement, she emphasized the importance of restoring America's leadership on the global stage, citing concerns over rising anti-Semitism and the Biden administration's foreign policy.

Iran has denied claims from the Justice Department that the agency thwarted an Iranian plot to assassinate Trump. The DOJ filed a criminal complaint in New York, revealing that an official from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps allegedly sponsored an Afghan national with plotting to kill Trump.

A jury has found Richard Allen guilty of the 2017 double murder of middle schoolers Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana. The girls were killed while walking on a hiking trail and their bodies were found the next day.

Evidence presented during the trial included a video that Libby German recorded of a man known as Bridge Guy before the girls were killed. Allen, a former CVS employee, was arrested in 2022 after DNA and ballistic evidence linked him to the crime scene. He has made multiple jailhouse confessions, though his defense argues his mental state may have led to false statements.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has officially confirmed that he gave the final okay for the deadly September attack on Hezbollah that used exploding pagers and walkie-talkies. The attack targeted Hezbollah strongholds in Lebanon, killing 39 people and injuring over 3,400. Despite opposition from senior defense officials, Netanyahu authorized the operation.

The attack has been described as a significant security breach for the group, with Hezbollah's leadership vowing retaliation. And the cryptocurrency market is surging after Donald Trump's victory, with Bitcoin breaking past $80,000 over the weekend and recently trading near $82,000. Even Dogecoin, which is endorsed by Elon Musk, has nearly doubled in value since the election, climbing to sixth among the largest cryptocurrencies.
