We have some breaking news here. It's amazing. Bill Malusion reports, Immigration Customs Enforcement Director says that 13,000 people who have crossed the border are previous murderers.

That's a lot. I mean, I guess it's believable because, like, why would you stay in Mexico? I bet Mexico has a more effective, like, you know, enforcement of the law than we do at this point. You know, we believe in. Well, it's not just Mexico. It's Nicaragua. It's El Salvador. So just so we're clear. Yeah. And then, by the way, 15,800 convicted of rape, 425,000 people that have crossed the border have criminal records. Whew.

Great. Yeah. So just everyone just understand it's an act of love. But yeah, this is an act of love. Trump was right. Of course, Venezuelan crime is down. They are sending in their rapists and their murderers. That's 13,000 convicted murderers that are now within the interior of the United States. And Blake, if you murder once, you murder twice. Yeah. Yeah.

And these are people convicted of murder, not just that.

And there's just so many cases of this in the end. It's like I said, if you are on the left, you do not have any moral vocabulary to justify keeping any person, however awful, out of the United States. Everyone in the world has a right to come to America, to get American benefits, to like loot and plunder America, except Americans. I just want to repeat this. 13,000 people have come across the border that murdered in a different country, convicted of murder.

13,000 people. And they're in your neighborhoods now. And they might be in your school district. 13,999 convicted of murder. 15,811 convicted of rape and sexual assault. 425,431 non-detained, non-citizen convicted criminals. Hey, those are your neighbors. Those are dreamers, right? We should give amnesty to the rapists.

We should tweet that out, guys. Joining us now is Libby Emmons from The Post Millennial. Lots to discuss here. Libby, welcome to the program. Sorry we had to do that breaking news here. Pretty remarkable stuff. I want to talk about this radical climate group that has endorsed Kamala Harris. Tell us all about it.

Yeah, so this radical climate group, as you say, climate defiance, has come out and endorsed Kamala Harris. But interestingly, they haven't endorsed her due to any of her positions. They haven't endorsed her based on her record. They endorsed her because they feel that they can sway her toward their views and that they can control her once she's in office. And they said explicitly that this is not something that they believe they could do with Trump. So their goal is to get her into office.

and then tell her what to do and imagine that S.H.I.E.L.D. will be open to just doing what they say. Kamala Harris has, of course, been a proponent of climate activism. Even back in 2020, when she was running for office with Joe Biden, she listed climate as one of the existential crises that she would be addressing in an administration with Joe Biden, along with racism, the economy, and COVID, the COVID pandemic at the time.

So, yeah, tell us more about kind of the radical policy, the environmental policies that Kamala Harris embraces. We haven't gone through this a lot. She says she's now in favor of fracking. It's all a bunch of BS. But she's a radical environmentalist at her core.

Yeah, she sure is. So she opposes fracking. She's been very clear about that in the past. She opposes drilling for oil on federal lands, which is aligned with this climate defiance group. She's in favor of social justice protests, which everyone in the climate side believes is part of their purview as well. And she's been vocal about that back in 2020. She said the protests can't stop and they won't stop and they shouldn't stop. You know, she said that on a late night show and has since disavowed those protests.

Remarks a couple of times saying that she didn't really say it or whatever it is, but she flip-flopped again. She is in favor of EV mandates. She was a huge proponent of electric school buses, even though these turned out to be a complete boondoggle, a massive spending waste of money that resulted in very few buses. And the buses that did get deployed were difficult to repair, difficult to find parts for. And so a lot of the places that did get those EV buses returned to the normal condition.

safe gas powered cars. These are all things that she's in favor of. She's another one of these people who believes that the weather is an indication that we have angered the climate gods and must be chastised and chastened and punish ourselves and whip ourselves by denying ourselves the kind of energy that has actually lifted millions and millions and millions of people out of poverty worldwide.

Which is oil. Yeah, that's right. I want to get to another story here. I don't think we've covered it yet, which is the New York City COVID, was it health director? He was the former chief medical officer, something like this. COVID czar was involved in orgies.

And during covid and this just goes to show while kids were locked down, we created the most suicidal, alcohol addicted, drug addicted generation history, the sickest generation in history. The people who were in charge were engaged in rabid sex parties and orgies and.

And tell us about this. And I want to play some of the tape from James O'Keefe. I think it was either James O'Keefe or Stephen Crowder. I don't know. It was Crowder. It was Crowder pulling a James O'Keefe. Yeah. It was definitely a James O'Keefe move. Tell us about it. This makes me so angry. I can't even tell you, Charlie. They stopped us from going to church. They shut down our churches. And then they had drug-fueled sex parties.

We were not allowed to go to church and be with our community. And they had drug-fueled sex parties because they wanted to blow off some steam. They required us to take vaccines, experimental vaccines, which we know were experimental because they only got an, you know, a temporary and experimental use authorization from the FDA. And then they went off and did this. They hosted this guy, Dr. Jay Varma, who sat there every morning with Bill de Blasio, giving their 10 a.m. COVID briefings to the whole city, who they said to lock down.

take your drugs, don't go to school, don't go to work, all of these things. And then this is how they behaved. It mirrors what Bill de Blasio did when he closed down Times Square for New Year's Eve and then had his very own dance party with his wife in the middle of an empty Times Square while Andy Cohen got drunk on CNN and eventually got chastised for cursing out Bill de Blasio live on air. So the whole thing was absolutely insulting, degrading, humiliated. And I am

glad that he got humiliated by Stephen Crowder's undercover reporter. I am glad that he has had his face handed to him in this way because it's absolutely unconscionable. And he knew that what he was doing was completely wrong. He's since admitted that, yes, he did go to these parties. He's claimed that his comments were spliced and diced and taken out of context by right-wing extremists or whatever. It's

Absolutely insane. And one of the things that he also did was he required everyone in New York City to take vaccines or be barred from public life. We couldn't go to restaurants. We couldn't do anything else. Eventually, they required kids to take it. I stopped being able to take my son anywhere. We started going to Jersey. It was absolutely absurd. And then this is what he's doing, requiring people to take vaccines, cost frontline workers their jobs, teachers,

Firemen, cops, city workers could not go to work anymore because they didn't take their vaccine. And this is what he does. He goes out there and romps around with his friends and his wife. I mean, to top it off, this is their marriage is doing this kind of thing. I suppose they're all consenting, but what have you. It's sort of disgusting that this is the man in charge of public health.

And then he also prevented Kyrie Irving from playing basketball because Kyrie Irving wouldn't take the vaccine. When eventually that was overturned in 2021, he was asked about it. And he had the audacity to say that it was important that professional athletes also be mandated to take the vaccine because otherwise it was a moral problem. And it showed that the powerful people thought there were rules for them that didn't, you know, rules for everyone else that didn't apply to them. Absolutely.

Absolutely, absolutely out of control. And this was the man that Bill de Blasio put in charge of public health for the city of New York. And Bill de Blasio was asked about it since he's off in Michigan somewhere. And he's like, oh, that was terrible. I can't believe Dr. Varma did that. But

Bill de Blasio implemented the policies that were put together by this harebrained lunatic who believes that orgies are appropriate for public health and that, you know, the rest of us just have to suffer alone in our homes. Our loved ones died on Zoom calls. You know, they didn't let us see our loved ones as they died. I'm still just so angry about it. I'm surprised actually to find how angry that still was.

If you guys get angry about it... He won't be held accountable. Yeah. His name's Dr. Jay Varma, the sex fiend, who locked down the kids of New York, kept people away from their loved ones. Yes, I know he lost the job, but held accountable would be some sort of criminal penalty. This is just...

Yeah, it should be. And city council, I talked to Joe Borelli, who's a city councilman in New York, good city councilman. He was hoping that, and some other conservatives there, the Common Sense Caucus, they were hoping that they could get this guy subpoenaed. But since he's out of office, they probably don't even have the power to do that.

Let's play one of the pieces of tape here. Let's play cut 181. I actually was the one who convinced the mayor to make it a man group. Like New York City found out that you were having sex partings during COVID? Yeah. It would have been a big deal. Yeah, it would have been a real deal. We went to some like underground like dance party like underneath the bank in Wall Street.

Blake, your reaction? I just...

this is the sort of thing you'll read. Like I sometimes like to imagine America if it existed in like ancient history and how an ancient history textbook would describe it. And you'll run into this in, you know, accounts of ancient history. Oh yeah. Like the elites were just having these disgusting sex orgies while all these problems consumed the country. And generally the historians assume that these are, are made up or exaggerated because people have a political axe to grind and, you know, we can't check them otherwise. Um,

But then we have this and oh, no, our elites actually are having insane sex parties while they lock the entire country down and impose tyranny. Anyway, in ancient times, they would sometimes have a revolution and, you know, execute them. I'm not sure we're going to be that lucky. So Libby, help me understand here. Has anybody else in the New York City public health apparatus apologized or resigned here? No, not at all.

There has been absolutely no accountability. There was no transparency. Blake, I do that exact same thing. I imagine what our time would be like if it was written in textbooks as well, ancient history. You know, I'm thinking Procopius here. But yeah, no, there has been absolutely no...

accountability, no transparency. They still just act like they did the exact right thing. Even Cuomo has been not at all forthright or apologetic, and he wants to run for mayor now. And he's the one who sent a whole bunch of nursing home patients back from their hospital treatment, not only to die in nursing homes, but to spread COVID to a bunch of other people so that they could prevent loved ones from being with their dying elderly relatives.

So no, they think it's the right thing. And when they get the chance, they will try to do this again. That is what this is all about. And you can tell that clearly because Varma and de Blasio, none of these people feared the thing that they told us to be terrified of. They weren't afraid. They didn't

think they were going to catch COVID from their friends. They took their little COVID tests or whatever. They weren't actually worried about it when they engaged in these disgusting rituals together while the rest of us were sitting at home watching our children slowly lose all of the learning that they had gathered. My son was out of school halfway through fourth grade, and it has been difficult ever to

Ever since. And you see experts globally talking about the learning loss and the years that it takes to get that back. And that is no joke. And Dr. Varma had a great time taking ecstasy with his friends. I mean, my goodness. This class.

There's no talent loser doing this. And the rest of us are sitting home. Oh, I just, I just, I can't, I can't even is the, is the term for this, but no, no one cares. They want to do it again. And the more you look at the way that they behaved and the way that they treated us, and there were children that killed themselves on Zoom calls.

This is what they were found later, having just sat there on a 30-person Zoom call trying to learn algebra or whatnot. And they went and got their family's handgun and murdered themselves because they couldn't take it anymore. I did a series at the Postmillennial during the pandemic talking to parents all across the country who were

so troubled and no one was listening to them and no one cared what was happening to their kids. And there was a mom in Oregon whose son was having suicidal ideation and he wasn't communicating that to her. She eventually was like, we got to get out of here. She took him to Texas. It broke up their family. The father stayed home. They went to Texas and the son admitted that, yes, he had been contemplating killing himself during these

killing himself during these long afternoon bike rides that he would take. And she was terrified and she was right to be terrified. And these are just the stories that we know about. This was happening across the country. And this man believed that it was his right because he was telling us all what to do, that he could engage in whatever debaucherous nonsense with his wife and his friends that they felt like it. They felt entitled to it.

to it. And so that's what they did. And yeah, I think it's fully true that if they get another chance, they will try and do it again. And this is the guy also who then went to work for a company that was making drugs for Mpox, which if you remember, used to be called monkeypox, but a bunch of people who think

you know, who think they're not racist thought that that was racist somehow because apparently they're the ones who equate monkeys with Africans, which is insane. And so they changed the name of it. So he was out there trying to get everyone to, you know, buy this Mpox drug that they knew was very...

very ineffective and they were trying to force it on him anyway. And he admitted to this fake date that he knew and everyone else knew at this company that the Mpox drug was not even useful and they were trying to push it out anyway. Libby Emmons, check out the Postmillennial Inhuman Events. Thank you so much.

Joining us now is a great American patriot, Brett Weinstein. Brett, welcome to the program. Brent, you have a major event this Sunday that we are supporting any way we possibly can. Remind our audience all about it. Great to be with you, Charlie. The event is Rescue the Republic in Washington, D.C. We're meeting on the Capitol Mall in the shadow of the Washington Monument at

12 noon, and it's going to run till about seven o'clock in the evening. We have an incredible lineup of speakers, including Russell Brand, Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard. Walter Kern is joining us. He's a late ad, but an excellent one. In any case, go to the site, jointheresistance.org to see the full lineup, to see the eight pillars,

that are the values around which the gathering is arranged, I think it's going to be spectacular. It's hopefully going to be a moment at which we move into a new era, rescue the Republic in hopes of saving the West. Let's play the trailer here. And I want everyone to attend this Sunday. Everyone, if you are especially in the D.C. area, get in the car, go there. Let's play cut 174.

2020 is the code for healthy vision. It is also the year we were given the eyes to see. Today, the curtain has been pulled back to reveal the liars at the levers. They are masters of deception, hell-bent to divide and conquer. Like magicians, they use the art of redirection to keep us distracted as they trick us.

Nearly every war we have fought was initiated by their propaganda. Iraq's weapons of mass destruction are controlled by murderous tyrants. As their empire of lies is collapsing, they are becoming increasingly desperate and dangerous. Russia, China, and Iran have announced the three nations are seeking to strengthen ties. The alliance that's been formed should chill us all to the bone. Their reckless war games have united a deadly alliance.

Everything we have fought for, everything we've earned, and everything we love is under attack. At what point do we say enough is enough? Every single principle on which the West is based is under simultaneous threat.

We must defend the West. Brett, tell us more about that. Under simultaneous attack, is it fair to say that this is the future of Western civilization will be decided in the next 40 days? I think there's a strong case to be made that it will. We've already seen attacks on all of the foundational principles that protect Americans and

And I do not think it is a stretch to say that if the republic falls, that the West will collapse alongside. I don't think it can be argued that the attack on all of these foundational principles could possibly be an accident. We see similar failures across the West. We have a problem, for example, with effectively an open border here in the U.S. We see similar problems across

in Europe and although it's very difficult to know

Who is driving this and what their actual objective is? It is pretty clear that something finds the rights of the citizens of Western nations to be inconvenient and is targeting those rights for destruction. The lineup is extraordinary, and it has Bobby Kennedy, Jordan Peterson, people that would not typically be partners or members in such a thing as this.

Talk about the idea of rescuing Western values and how this is almost super political. This is above politics in some ways. Yes, I see this as completely apolitical, postpartisan, non-ideological. This is a simple matter of whether or not you regard the West as the way forward. And by the West, I should be clear, the West is an agreement

on a level playing field. It is not an agreement on equal outcomes, but it is an agreement to distribute opportunity as widely as possible and then allow people to draw on their strengths and to better their situation through insight, through hard work. And this is a tried and true method. The fact is the United States

this style of society. And anyone who saw it realized that it was so productive and vibrant, dynamic, that anybody who saw it wanted a part of it. And so the American experiment became contagious and it spread across the world. And we now see elements of it everywhere. We see it in the Far East. We see elements of it in Africa. It is literally...

the most contagious idea that anyone has come up with, but it does pose a threat to those with illegitimate power. It poses a threat because citizens have actual rights and that means there are limits to what can be done with them. So we now see experiments across the West

in reducing those rights, in excuse-making in which rights are violated, and we're told that there's a very good reason that they must be. But at some point, we have to make a stand, and we have to repel this attack on Western civilization.

There are eight pillars here. The military industrial complex versus the war is always last resort. Let me just read the eight. Sanctify and recodify informed consent. Banish state media control surveillance. Enact a rational border policy.

Brett, you look at the combination of people coming together. That last one, restore truth-seeking and open dialogue. That is not a value in the new left.

and is to have open dialogue. In fact, you'll have many speakers that might have differences of certain opinions, but that doesn't really matter. And that's not what this is about. This is a unity event to resist the idea that they're saying speech doesn't matter. In some ways, this is to reclaim the utility that we have a free society, the mechanisms that we can then come to some approximation of truth.

Yes, nobody knows what the truth is ahead of time. We get there through processes that allow us to go down blind alleys and explore ideas that turn out not to be right. But nobody has the oracle that tells us which ideas are true and it is therefore absurd on its face to

that anyone wants to dictate what is misinformation, for example, and then either silence those who are speaking about it or downregulate them in social media. We find out what's true by having disagreements. And if we're wise, we track those who have been successful at predicting outcomes, events, factual patterns, etc.

That's what the university is supposed to do. And unfortunately, the university has become a kind of religious order. And worse than that, it's a religious order that has not stood the test of time in its current form. It doesn't.

has received wisdom. It feels entitled to lie to students and to the population at large about what the facts might be. And the fact that it may tell itself that these are noble lies is immaterial. We simply need an institution that is seeking the truth

wherever it may lead. And without it, we are like a plane that is flying with a blindfolded pilot. It can go on, but only so long. Eventually it will crash. So Stanley McChrystal has just endorsed Kamala. Mark Milley has, the Cheneys have, John Bolton, 200 former Bush-McCain-Romney staffers just endorsed Kamala.

What do you make of this? It seems like the neocons are rallying around the Democrat Party. Yeah, we have seen an inversion of the standard political order. And frankly.

I welcome it. They're really telling us what the Democratic Party has become. It has become the party of war. It has become the party of racism, the party of censorship. It has ceased being the party of conservation. It literally holds none of the values that I remember from when I was a young person. So I think to the extent that there's anybody voting for that party at all,

It comes down to people who are benefiting from its corruption and people who have simply gotten used to the idea that it stands for certain values that they hold and they haven't checked in and looked beyond the rhetoric and discovered that the party has abandoned every single one of those things. And the core underpinnings of a political party fundamentally means to me that you listen to your voters and you represent your voters in an election or in a political process.

That alone has already been broken. And we're seeing this realignment. And I think the event on Sunday is going to be one of the most historic moments in that realignment. Just remind them how they can attend. Is there a ticketing process? Just go through some of the logistics, please. Sure. It's a free event. Show up at noon on Sunday, September 29th. That's this Sunday, a couple days from now.

We have an all-star lineup, as Charlie mentioned. I think I forgot to mention Tulsi Gabbard. I don't know how that could have slipped my mind. But anyway, we have incredible people. We have incredible musical acts. We have comedy. The event is going to go from noon till about seven in the evening. And I believe that, as you said, it's going to be a...

watershed moment in which many people who've been told that they can't get along with each other are going to discover incredible camaraderie with people who share their fears about the danger that is posed to the republic and are ready to face those fears and gather even in our national capital

Americans now have trepidations about gathering in our national capital, and I believe that tells you exactly where we are in history. So Brett, you've been on an amazing journey that seems to have brought you now to the center stage of the resistance and as a professor in exile and someone who cares deeply about the West. Can you just comment on your journey and how you're processing this whirlwind? I've been following you for quite some time. I have great respect for you. I love your podcast.

I'm just curious. This is not something you could have predicted. Yeah, it's really not. I think it's very tempting to look at somebody like me who is...

sounding different in this way regarding the Democratic Party as a threat to the Republic itself and to imagine that they just woke up. And it's not as simple as that. I began to wake up decades ago. The corruption of the Democratic Party became obvious to me

in the Clinton administration, where it seemed to me that Bill Clinton actually abandoned the traditional voter base of the Democratic Party, which was working people. And the fact is the Democratic Party was powerful because working people are always the majority of the population. It was a winning strategy. And so Bill Clinton abandoned those people, which was counterintuitive, and he abandoned them in favor of

people who were not voters but were donors to the party, who became the real constituency. And from then on, everything the party has been about has been a cover story for whatever it was that it was trying to accomplish for its true constituents. Now, even with that recognition, which goes back decades, the process of watching the lives that accompanied the COVID-19

so-called pandemic, and I say so-called because the word pandemic literally had to be redefined in order to allow COVID to qualify, but the COVID pandemic revealed just how deep the lies were, and it revealed the failure of every single institution, the press, the

the academy, the courts, they all failed. Social media collaborated with the government in censoring voices that turned out to be correct about what the real hazards were. That across-the-board failure tells us that we are at the end of this process. The corruption has taken over everything. It's become so pervasive that reform is simply incapable of solving the problem. We have to address it

With a fresh sheet of paper, we effectively have to take those who have betrayed the republic, remove them from their positions and put patriots in their spot to see how it is we can right the ship of state. And that is where it requires this unity moment and movement.

And it is historic. It is profound. It is happening this Sunday at noon in Washington, D.C. And just emphasize that point, Brett, you said briefly earlier. I think it's very important. Despite all of the people saying, oh, there's going to be feds infiltrating, you say, no, this must be done in the Capitol. Emphasize this point and bring it home, please. Sure.

To the extent that Americans have trepidations about exercising literally our first enumerated right, the right to peaceably assemble, to seek redress of grievances, to speak freely. If that causes us fear to do in our own capital, then we know that our capital is occupied by something that is hostile to Americans and we have no choice but to exercise that right courageously and to do so without fear.

And I will say the people that we have assembled to speak in our capital are going to be very difficult to portray as anything other than patriotic. We have Senator Ron Johnson. We have Tulsi Gabbard, who is active in the military. We have Jordan Peterson.

These are not insurrectionists. These are people who believe in the West and are speaking as patriots. And if the feds want to portray it as otherwise, I believe they will discover that the American public is having none of it. Brett, God bless you for doing this seriously. And thank you sincerely. It is remarkable and important. And it will go down in history books. Thank you so much, my friend.

Thank you, Charlie. Join the resistance.org. It's going to be pretty great. And you got Jordan Peterson, you got Tulsi Gabbard, you got Bobby Kennedy, and you got the biggest people imaginable. It's going to be really great. Thanks so much for listening. Everybody email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com. Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
