Okay, everybody, let me tell you one of the reasons why we vote early. By the way, Andrew, my co-pilot and producer is here. I'm getting reports in North Carolina that Democrats are kind of throwing up their hands like volunteers.

And they're saying there's just so much Trump surge. They don't think they can win North Carolina. And they're just starting to kind of give up in the mountains. Now, that's just anecdotal. That doesn't mean that we're going to win. What I'm saying, though, is one of the reasons you vote early is that you kind of punch the enemy in the face a little bit metaphorically. You see what I'm saying, Andrew? You kind of you kind of come in strong and all of a sudden the bad guys are like, oh, my goodness, you know, we don't have the margins. You see, the Democrats, they tend to be kind of lazy.

And not all of them, but they're very much on vibes. Well, I don't know if it's – yeah, I was going to say, I don't know if it's lazy so much as – It's a better word for it. Because actually they – I would say historically they've been more active than we have. Of course. Because that's their god. That's their church. Conservatives build their families, build their businesses. Democrats like to meddle in national politics. That's their pastime. That's their religion. But what I would say is –

Going back to our dichotomy between conservatives and progressives, conservatives thrive off optimism.

And progressives thrive off being their backs against the wall. But that is different than being dejected, right? Feeling hopeless. And again, I'm not saying we're going to win, but there is a dejection that's happening. Well, no, in North Carolina. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They were expecting to lose that. Let's get to our terrific guests here. Okay, everyone, I want you to listen carefully. You got to go by this book, okay?

Okay. Jack is doing amazing work. The turnaround on this is just terrific. Jack is a great friend, a super patriot. He's been all in on all the good stuff. We do a lot of things together. It's Jack Posobiec and Joshua Lysak. Did I say that right? Yes, you did. Guys, welcome to the program. Jack, how on earth did you turn around a book this fast and introduce our audience to it? It's called Bulletproof. Tell the audience about it.

Charlie, thanks so much. By the way, is that an Airbnb or what, guys? You look great over there. This is like, of all the road shows that we've been doing, it's like the best one. It's our best Daily Wire in person. Yeah, we're trying our best to look like the Daily Wire.

We've got Jeremy Boring in the corner. We need this as positively as possible. We love the Daily Wire. It's just we said, how can, since we're in the South, how can we look as if we're hosting the Michael Moore show? We're in Georgia, but we want it to feel like Tennessee. You need the hanging light bulbs now, like Glenn Beck.

Like the little incandescent, like the exposed. Oh, man. Yeah. So no. So so yeah, no, honestly, it's it's we had the earlier book this year. And thank you for, you know, for having us on and the great intro there. And by the way, I have my I voted sticker because, yes, even in the great state of Pennsylvania, just like all the swing states.

you can vote early. So make sure you do that. It's never been as easy as it is right now. Do you go vote right now? Pause on that thought really quick. So explain that for Pennsylvania. I know we want to talk about your book, but it's county by county in Pennsylvania, correct? Or is it statewide? So each county, it's county by county. So each of the 67 counties are slightly different on this. And they have their own different hours and times on this. But generally what they have is

a situation where it's not early voting, but what it is is de facto early voting. What do I mean by this? What I mean is you can go even on the weekend to the county board of election or to various, they have like mobile election centers that are set up around the counties in some areas. They'll do events and like parks. They were doing an event in a park. We're in McKees Rocks with Elon Musk on Sunday and they were doing one down the street.

in the Pittsburgh area. And what you do is you request an absentee ballot. So you request a mail-in ballot in person. They hand it to you. You fill it out. You put it in the envelope. You hand it right back.

So there's no post office involved. There's no Dropbox involved. There's no you don't even put a stamp on it. You literally just hand it right back to them. And so you can do this in person. My mom actually is the one who told me about all this. So in Pennsylvania, which is different from a lot of the Sunbelt states in this, is that we don't have any history of early voting. We don't have a history of

of just doing that. It's not been something that's been part of our culture for voting in Pennsylvania. So a lot of people don't even realize that this option exists because I get people all the time. They say, I don't want to do the mail. I don't trust it. I don't like it.

I, you know, maybe I'll bring my, you know, they'll say I'll bring my I'll bring my mail in ballot to the polls on Election Day. And it's like, guys, why not? Why not even just do it right now? Literally, you can just drive down to the election board. But I always tell people, just check with your county, because each county, as you say, does have slight differences in terms of the times, in terms of the ways that you do it. But in all of the big counties that I've been traveling around in going up to Scranton, going down to

the Philadelphia area, going out to the Pittsburgh area, going into like the Harrisburg area, State College, et cetera, where Charlie and I were. That's basically been the same, that system. So, Jack, thank you for that. And everyone needs to go vote now. And so tell us about your book, Jack. Look, you know, getting this out so quickly because we had the early one with the anti-communism book. And we talked about essentially we put out this thesis that America is in an irregular communist revolution. It was very successful. We were very blessed.

to have a good run on that. And people said, yeah, it does look like we're in a communist irregular revolution. It was called Unhumans. And we went through the history of that. And then as that book was coming out, two things happened. Number one, Steve Bannon, who wrote the foreword to that book, was sent to jail as a political prisoner. And then number two, just about two weeks after that book came out, Donald Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania.

And as we were in the course of basically doing the press for the previous book, my co-author Joshua, who's here, he came to me and said, Jack, we need to write a book about this.

And I said, there's no way. There's no way we can possibly get it out in time. We'll never be able to do it. And he said, we can do it. And then I said, well, there's no way a publisher would want to do this. And then, of course, the publisher hits us up from Skyhorse and says, you guys need to write a book about this. Because this is something that, unfortunately, we had actually predicted in the prior book, is that if we were in a regular communist revolution, what are some of the things we would see? We would see political prisoners. We would see lawfare. And we would see political assassination attempts.

And then all three of those things happen within two weeks of the book coming out. And so we put it together and just a huge labor of love, a lot of late nights, a lot of deep research as much as possible. And then as we're putting final touches on it,

they try it again. And this was September 15th, when of course a manuscript had actually been due on September 12th. So I got to make that fun phone call and use that great Hollywood phrase, stop the presses. But Charlie, I know you know that I also got to learn that in real life, when you say stop the presses, it's actually very expensive to stop the presses because you've obviously been printing. And so you have to scrap and pulp everything that's been printed up to that point. But I said, guys,

They just try to do this again. And we need to get that information in there because this second one has direct ties to Ukraine, direct ties to the Azov battalion, direct ties to a lot of the shady stuff that this election is all about. But most importantly, the idea is that no one's talking about this. It's just not been part of the zeitgeist. We all saw a miracle happen on July 13th. It needs to be out there. And I think most importantly, just on a personal level, I think the...

honor that we have that Donald Trump Jr. actually gave us the foreword to this book. Because for Donald Trump Jr., you know, this isn't just a politician. It's not just a celebrity. It's not just the guy who's on all the podcasts and does all the shows.

this is dad. That's his father. That is the grandfather of his kids. And so it was just very special that he was able to do that for us. And that's just the kind of people the Trumps are, that if you ask them for help with something, they will come in and help you as much as they can. And it was just an incredible experience. And yeah, we've got the book out and it comes out today. And we've even got

In fact, more information than is in the public record, because I said, I don't want to just run around and like, you know, pull a bunch of the articles together. I need to produce something new. So we even have new information in this that has not yet been revealed. I mean, as you were talking about that, Jack, I just kept thinking to myself, like, you know, of all the times I wish Jack Posobiec and Joshua Lysak were not right, this would be the time. And what did...

What a tragedy that you were right, frankly, and that you were, you know, I think a lot of people with these types of topics think, oh, you're being hyperbolic, you're being, you know, you're intentionally provocative. Like, actually, you were spot on and what a tragedy.

Joshua, how did you guys turn around this book so quickly? Tell us. Yes. So the moment that I had heard that Donald Trump had survived an assassination attempt, I was sitting in a Thai restaurant and one of the Moms for Liberty ladies texts me and she texted me one text. She said, referencing my book, So Good They Call You a Fake. And I have like a little shtick about that. She said, so good they try to kill you. That was just her one text message.

And I see that and I thought, someone just tried to shoot Trump, but they failed. That was my first thought, my first thought when I saw it. And of course, I opened up my X and a telegram and there's 50 messages waiting for me about this. And I'm sitting there watching the video and my mind flashes back immediately to when I turned on the television at 10 years old and I saw the first tower fall on September 11th. It was that sort of a moment. And

Being a youngster at that time, I was an observer. But this time, I realized that this story, I would find myself a participant in. And I had had a chat with Jack. And immediately that very same day, I began writing about this. And the way I started the writing was I asked myself, if this was written as if it were a novel,

with that sort of story element and the narrative and the emotion and the vibe and the feel that was compelling in that way versus a wikipedia style recitation of facts true and false i began writing the first chapter which is now the first chapter the opening chapter lead the seconds leading up to the seconds of and the seconds following the butler pennsylvania assassination attempt i began writing it that very night july 13th that saturday and

It was in the following days that we began working on this more. And we looked at some of the best-selling books that cover the JFK assassination and how those were structured. We looked at Roger Stone's, looked at others that have been successful. And we began structuring an outline for this book based on that. And my process with books is I like to do the hard stuff first.

And the most difficult part of any book is a structure. What goes where in what order and how deep do you get into the material? And so that was the process is laying out those nine days in July, how everything changed, how this shot meant for Donald Trump took out Joe Biden. And then after that failed, they tried again. They tried again. And so.

the process of first getting the outline and then going from outline to opening hook for each chapter. And then Jack, meanwhile, is sending me every five minutes, three or four links or PDFs or reports or interview transcripts that he's had, all of the above.

He is getting me and it's a compilation process and it's turning facts and figures and tweets and interview transcripts and all that into narrative so that the final product, the bulletproof book,

It reads like a whodunit mystery, but it's nonfiction. And furthermore, what Jack spearheaded was this private investigation into the life and times of the Butler shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks and did his deep dive digging into Ryan Wesley Ralph and his background. He broke some stories related to both of those through his show and through his reporting. And we have even more material on both of that that is exclusive reporting. And it's inside of the private investigative report that appears in

inside the bulletproof book. The unfortunate aspect of this is, yes, we do believe that it was a miracle that Donald J. Trump survived. But our reality seems to be one that has two sides. There's a give and there's a take. And Charlie, you would appreciate this as well. In order for there to be redemption, there must be sacrifice. We don't live in a get out of jail free card reality. There's no free lunch.

And a life was spared that day, we believe, and a life was saved.

taken. It was given up that day, Corey Compertory. And when Jack and I returned to the Butler, Pennsylvania rally, that was the famous return to Butler. We were in the front row. There was Elon and JD over there. And it was a remarkable moment. But the Corey, Corey Compertory's widow and daughters were near us. And they passed by us and we were near them. And you could tell they were not having a good day, not a good day for them.

The consolation, though, of course, was that what they witnessed was 100,000 people surrounding them in grieving with him and celebrating the life of this great American hero. And of course, when Lee Greenwood is up there singing God Bless the USA, and there's that line about remembering those men who died to give that right to me as an American, all of us are thinking that's Corey Compertory.

All of us are thinking that. It was a beautiful, profound moment, memorable moment.

The book is called Bulletproof. Jack, let me ask you, in your research of this book, what did you learn about Trump almost dying a couple millimeters away that you want our audience to know? What was the most shocking piece of information that you learned? And did the shooter act alone?

Well, that's exactly what I was going to say, Charlie, that so look, I don't trust the federal government. I think that's something that probably all of us in the MAGA and MAHA and just libertarian and whatever you want to call it, sphere all shares that we don't trust the feds or the crypto guys, etc. And

The idea being here that we should just trust the FBI and the CIA and the Secret Service and they're going to put out all the information that we want, especially when the House is coming out saying that the female lead agent on this only had four years on the job at the Secret Service, four years out of FLETC, which is their academy down in Brunswick, Georgia.

or the fact that the guy who was operating the drone only had done one online course in drone work before this and spent most of the day on customer service and customer support. No. So we don't trust them. And we hired our own private investigators who are licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. They're operating and, by the way, continue to operate in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and Butler, Pennsylvania and thereabouts.

Because we want to find out through the shoe leather reporting, knocking on doors, going to the gun range, going to various places associated with Thomas Matthew Crooks and being a little cagey about that. But it all will be explained in due time to find out really what was going on. And look, knocking on the doors of his neighbors and finding out that there were

Cars and vehicles going to visit that home in the days and weeks leading up to the shooting, doing device analysis. We actually did device analysis that goes beyond what Heritage Action put out or Heritage Oversight put out. Yeah, Jack, so you're getting at something that is kind of one of those long-running issues.

online that you're not going to hear about from official sources. You're talking about the he had devices that were encrypted, had overseas connections that

I don't know much about it because, you know, a lot of the details that I've seen have not been reliable, reliably sourced. What can you tell us? I mean, I don't want to give away the book. People should all go buy it. But I mean, give us give us a little granularity on this because it's super fascinating. And I think we're all curious. Yeah. So two things. First of all, yes. Regarding the foreign encrypted email accounts, it does look like he used those

to procure some of the weapons or at least the ammo that he used, maybe not the gun itself, which he bought from his father, which by the way, we broke the story in the course of researching this, that Eric Olshan, the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, has opened a grand jury investigation into this and more than likely is looking at the father. You can see that based on the defense firm that he's hired. And we've also been able to see just through our own reporting that does look like he

He was in communication with some devices that have, I will just say they have the profile of burner phones, phones that were active for periods of time, then go dormant for long periods of time, come active again late at night in locations that are

quite remote, not like a work or a home, but these remote locations, they become active, then go dormant again, both leading up to on the day before, on the day of the shooting, and then after the shooting, even these burner-like devices stay active. So that's something that we're following up on.

And again, the information about the grand jury investigation, which I guess Politico and the Washington Post and the New York Times just really weren't interested in. But, you know, Joshua Lysak and I found that out just doing basic document requests in the area. And one of the document requests that we did came back and said, hey, we can't give you that from the Allegheny Community College said we can't do that because those are subject to a grand jury subpoena. And we're like.

what grand jury subpoena are you talking about there guys and you know pulled on that thread and we're able to figure that out so you know and again as a public university they have to put that information out unless there's an investigation jack i have a question for you if you were to psychologically profile the two assassination attempts the the would-be assassins

Do you see commonalities between the two? Are they completely distinct and different or are you seeing through lines that connect them? You know, some perhaps, you know, I actually had a conversation with Noah Formica of Turning Point Action, who, as it turns out, interacted with Thomas Matthew Crook's

you can see him in that sort of TikTok video where Brooks was walking around the vendor area and Turning Point had the sign-up sheet and Noah just doing his job is saying, hey, are you registered to vote? Would you like to register? Are you registering your current address? Absentee ballot, all that, like we were talking about earlier. And he said Crooks was very arrogant to him and sort of

Tuck his nose up in the air. Wouldn't respond. But almost, he said he almost scoffed. Said he almost scoffed with like an arrogance of some sort. Or as if he had some sort of

secret knowledge about something that was about to happen as if almost you know looking back through it in hindsight almost if he knew that he would be able to get up on the building and and by the way he was not walking around with his backpack so we still don't know to this point where exactly the gun was when he was walking around i'm sure that noah from micah and probably everybody would have stopped him if they saw him with a uh with a gun walking around

And then, you know, to compare that, but by the way, something that people don't understand about Crooks as well, extremely high intelligence. This is a guy who was involved with robotics, was involved with programming and had scored a 1500 on his SATs, but he only had an associate's degree and he was working at a nursing home as a dietary aid. So question, you know, why, why do that? Then Ryan Wesley Ruth, this guy, Ruth was more,

prone, I would say, to flights of fancy. He had a lot of main character syndrome, I guess is what you would call it psychologically. He believes he's this dashing figure who's going off to Ukraine to fight evil and save the world. He wrote a manifesto of sorts and uploaded the entire thing to Amazon, which

you know, we have where he's talking about trying to get foreign fighters from Afghanistan and bring them to Ukraine and going on and on and on about how Donald Trump needs to support Ukraine more and how this is the fight for freedom and the fight for heroes. So I would say there's a contrast because while one has these delusions of grandeur, but

Perhaps where the similarity lies is one has delusions of grandeur and that they think that they are the main character of these great epochs of history and that by perhaps taking out Donald Trump, and again, he even wrote this dead man's letter that he gave to his wife.

his neighbor talking about a bounty on Trump that Trump needs to be taken out. And the DOJ, of course, puts that out without any redactions. Thanks so much, DOJ. Really appreciate that. Talk about intent. And then second, whereas with Crooks, again, that arrogance, that belief that perhaps he was superior to

that belief that I'm going to take this guy out. Remember, Crooks is an Act Blue donor to do so in order to achieve notoriety. And, you know, people have tried to put him more in a school shooter type of vein where, you know, he'd been looking up Ethan Crumbly and some of the other school shooters.

And so, you know, it does seem, though, that both did so looking for fame, looking for a celebrity, looking for doing something where they'd be able to make their mark on the world stage. And both of them viewed taking out Donald Trump as the best way that they would be celebrated by the media, celebrated by history and history.

I think that it really is an indictment of our times to thinking that killing a man, a father and a grandfather. And of course, by the way, Corey Campatore was also killed in all of this was murdered. And his family deserves answers on this. That psychologically, we live in a society where it was where half of the country kind of thought it would be good. And I think there's a there's a polling that 32 percent of the country wished that the assassin's bullet on July 13th had found purchase.

Joshua, let me ask you, in your research of this, we only have about two and a half minutes remaining. Do you believe that the United States Secret Service was at any point compromised? This is an interesting question because it's one that has been largely ignored in both the mainstream and alternative spaces where we see the phrase security failures, multiple security failures, unprecedented security failures. We believe that that's going in the wrong direction. And in fact,

What if these security failures were in fact tactical successes? So when we went to Butler, Jack's been there a couple of times now, and we scoped this whole place out, what we noticed is how deep in the pocket

of presidential security, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was we noticed his behavior on video and in images and from multiple bystanders and eyewitnesses. He's acting calm, cool, collected, confident, and as Jack pointed out, cocky. This is not somebody who's acting like he needs to hide or is concerned about getting caught. And with all the security failures that just so happened to all happen on that same day, we did a little social experiment. We ran the probability.

And we found that there is a one in one septillion chance that

that Thomas Matthew Crooks was 140 yards away with a firearm at the same time on the same day that all these other security failures are all happening all at once. The odds of that happening all by chance probability is one in one septillion, which is the equivalent of flipping a coin and it lands on heads 93 times in a row. That's the probability.

Andrew, I mean, I just I'm laughing because, you know, I'm I am not a conspiracy theorist. It's but it's but of course. And Jack, you kind of started out this whole interview by saying, I don't trust the federal government anymore.

And, you know, the Democrats will tell you that that's just that's terrible. And our side is is corrosive on the institutions of America or whatever. It's like, no, guys, you didn't earn it. We've been through this so many times, whether it be covid, whether it be laptop from hell, whether it be any number of things.

And we just don't trust these people anymore. And I laugh because, you know, you either laugh or cry at this state of things because I want to trust our authorities. And I just, you know, I think it's terrible for our country that we can't and that we don't. Any thinking person wouldn't. And that's the truth, an unfortunate truth at that. Kirk. Jack, tell us the spiritual component of your book, please. Look, you know, we chose the cover of the book as the image that was not the, you know, sort of iconic Trump with his arm up in the air and

He chose a different image. And this is the moment just before that moment. This is Trump as you've never seen him before. We've seen Trump raise his hand before. We've seen him lead the great crowds. We've seen him do everything. See him at McDonald's this weekend, for example, in Philly. But something you've never seen Donald Trump do prior to that moment was get on his knees and pray and humble himself in public.

You've never seen this before. And Charlie, you know that we see this throughout the Bible, that God uses the lesson of humility and becoming humble when he wants to raise up a great leader. And for all of the incredible attributes and qualities that Donald Trump has, I don't know that humility is something that I'd put on the top of the list.

But there seems to have been since this moment in this very moment where it looks as though he's in prayer. I'm just going to say it. I believe that he spoke to his creator in that moment. And that's what gave him the strength to then raise himself up on his feet.

as, as bullets were flying something you've never seen and, and talk to anybody, seal team six, Delta force, whatever that you don't, you don't get up when there's bullets flying, when the snipers come out, no, you stay down and you get to your SUV, you get to your, your, your Humvee, whatever it is, you get out of there, get off the X. That's what you're taught.

He didn't do that. He got back up. And I argue that the only way that that could have happened was through the aid of supernatural help. And that's why we put that on the cover.
