Immunity for President Trump tomorrow, the end of all these trials. Charlie Kirk, it's historic night on the eve of so much going on. By the way, the last 72 hours have been, I think politically, some of the most important 72 hours in modern American political history, sir.

And that includes your pending entrance into the federal prison system, Steve. So let's make sure the audience understands the dynamics of what's happening here. That debate did not go nearly as planned. That was supposed to be Biden's big comeback. Comeback kid, everybody. Down in the polls, comes up, film full of drugs. He was supposed to do amazing. They have the entire left-wing apparatus and machine in free fall right now.

And they're talking about firing staffers at Camp David. They're doing some sort of retreat here. But understand, this is a top-down, bottom-up revolution. What they're trying to do here is the big squeeze. And putting you into federal prison, Steve, starting tomorrow, is intentional. They are trying to make war room.

to be muzzled and muted going into November. You said it best, Steve. This movement is sweeping the West. Everyday people from France to Belgium to the Netherlands to Argentina, El Salvador, they are resisting mass migration, resisting easy money, the high inflation of the open borders from the third world. And you are going to federal prison tomorrow for a misdemeanor.

I hope this audience understands that this is a misdemeanor. This is not going to work. This is only going to get a galvanized galvanized the base. And Steve,

Here's my pledge to you, Steve. While you're in Connecticut and you are a political prisoner no different than Rubischov in Darkness at Noon by Arthur Kessler, no different than the political prisoners of the past, here's my commitment to you and the War Room Posse. We are going to double and triple down at Turning Point Action and hire more ballot chasers and register more voters. We are going to increase our resolve. Amazing.

because I still have the freedom and liberty that you do not have starting tomorrow at high noon on the Eastern seaboard. So you're going to be in prison. But Steve, while you are there not able to use your agency the same way I am, we are going to continue to lead the expansion of the MAGA movement.

All the way through to November. You see, they're trying to do this as a way to intimidate you. And it started with the J6ers, and then the moms and dads at school board meetings, and then the folks that were going to Catholic mass and spying on them, and then Peter Navarro, and then Steve Bannon, and then Donald Trump. Understand, they are picking off targets intentionally. Peter Navarro, the author of the entire idea of the new MAGA deal.

Steve Bannon, one of the top lieutenants and commanders of the ethos of the MAGA doctrine and the MAGA agenda. And then, of course, Donald Trump, our five-star general himself. They are trying to destroy this movement. Steve, you've articulated it beautifully. It's next man up. Steve, can you, for the audience, make sure they understand this is not a time for sorrow or for crying, not a time for letters, not a time for care packages. Steve, how do you want this audience to act? Do you want them to show a big...

No letters because I'm not going to have time to read them because I'm still working every day to elect President Trump and MAGA candidates all over. And also given they can't shut down my First Amendment rights. I can't run a business. I'm not going to run a business, but they're not going to shut down my First Amendment rights. I'm going to tell Merrick Garland every day that he's corrupt on January 20th. He and Lisa Monaco are going to start the investigation. They're going to start every day.

So we're not stopping. But here's what next man up is. On the 11th of July, President Trump's going to get sentenced to a couple of years in prison. Now, they may delay it. They'll probably have to delay it. But Mershon's out of control. Look what happened in New York City. They're liquidating Alex Jones. They got federal agents all over Jim Hoft and trying to shut down Gateway Pundit. Epoch Times is now get federal charges against them. You can go to anybody from James O'Keefe to John Eastman, a hundred.

A hundred of the people driving the MAGA movement in back of President Trump are either indicted, bankrupt, debanked, deplatformed. Listen, and they sit there on ABC News and NBC News and said, you talk about retribution. Dude, look at that. But here's the good news. They know on Thursday night now we're winning by a landslide. We're winning by a landslide. And we're not going to tolerate it going forward. The only way to stop it is to stop it.

The only way to stop it, you can't play namby-pamby with these people because they will roll over you. And on July 11th, they're going to try to put the greatest president of the 20th and 21st century into prison for a bookkeeping charge. This is how out of control they are. We're not going to tolerate it. Steve, you've talked to me a little bit.

A little bit off air about what your vision is. I know you mentioned it in Detroit at the rally for what happens when Juan Mershon goes to sentence President Trump, because let's look at this right. The Democrats now after that debate on Thursday, complete collapse. They're up there. Camp David. They're all telling Biden you got to drop out. The family's going nuts.

Jill's going nuts. Hunter Biden, of course, is going nuts because he knows he's going to go behind bars for the rest of his life if he doesn't come clean. And by the way, Hunter, come clean. Give us the dirt on Burisma. Maybe we'll cut you a deal. Maybe we'll cut you a deal. But.

Now the pressure is going to intensify on Juan Merchan to put Trump not just house arrest in Trump Tower but behind bars. Steve, walk us through what your vision is for what do you think is going to happen with Juan Merchan July 11th, just three days prior to the convocation of the Republican National Convention. Perfect.

President Trump shouldn't get into anything. I mean, this is absurd. But what they're going to try to do, I think, is give him a couple years in prison and have the report date sometime after November 5th, and they're going to do some sort of suspension until then. And still have quick supervision. So report after the election. But they want it in people's brains. They want it in people's brains. How can he vote for him? Hold on. No, that's right. He's got two years in Rikers. 100%. There's nothing these people won't do. They put a 75-year-old woman a couple weeks ago in a federal prison. That's not fair.

They put a seven. There's nothing. They have 56 Americans.

In federal prison in a pretrial detention for years, rotting in a federal prison on a charge they made up that was so egregious. Even Justice Brown Jackson wrote an opinion and was on our side of the football. OK, this is how evil that this is Weissman, that crew at MSNBC. This is Lisa Monaco. This is Colangelo. And this is Merrick Garland.

And by the way, if you didn't do anything wrong, if there's no text messages or emails or conversations or nobody rolls, then hey, fine. It's all rule of law and constitution. It's just investigations. And we're going to have somebody here in a second that I want to talk about congressional investigations because we need to step the game up. We're not playing like Nancy Pelosi plays. We're not playing with fire with fire. In fact, let me bring – we've got a very special guest today.

And it just happens to be randomly that she's on the oversight committee that oversees federal prisons. So you have a big thing to say here. Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene joins us. What are you doing in Danbury? I'm here for you. What's a girl from Georgia doing here on a Fourth of July week when everybody's taking off and boating and everything like that? What are you doing here in Danbury? Steve, like I told you before, when we're at war, you don't stay home.

And the American people need to understand this. And you've been laying it out very clearly. And I think if you're watching at home, let me walk you through what's actually happening in our country. The Democrat Party, they are a dictatorship as a whole. You can't blame it on Joe Biden. They're going to want to throw him under the bus at some point. That may be coming sooner than we think. But it's not just Joe Biden. This is the entire Democrat Party.

And this Democrat Party took over. They illegitimately took over in January of 2021. That's when I became a member of Congress. And I am so proud to say that I objected to Joe Biden's Electoral College votes, along with many of my colleagues. But I want to talk about the January 6th committee, Steve, because people need to understand how it was set up, why it's illegitimate, and why it has been a complete failure

failure in our Republican-controlled Congress not to have voted that the January 6th committee is completely illegitimate and completely wipe out these contempt of Congress charges that you have been...

that you're going to prison for tomorrow. Peter Navarro is in prison. This is, this should have been handled and it is a complete failure by our Republican control Congress. And that needs to be recognized. That needs to be addressed. That needs to be talked about. And that needs to be fixed immediately when we go back in session and shame on every single Republican in our entire Congress. And I'll take the blame too, that we haven't done anything about it.

January 6th committee was set up under Article 1, Section 5. Every new Congress, the House votes on rules. And in the rules, this was Nancy Pelosi's rules when she was Speaker of the House, she set up a select committee.

Now, that select committee was set up to have 13 members of Congress to serve on there. Eight were to be Democrats. Five were to be Republicans. And the five Republicans were supposed to be picked by the minority leader. That was Kevin McCarthy at the time. The five Republicans that were chosen for that committee were Jim Jordan, Jim Banks, Troy Nels, Kelly Armstrong, and one other one was chosen.

She rejected Jim Jordan and Jim Banks. Yes, she rejected them. Of J6, they had wanted to go through, were the Biden ballots actually, could they be certified? Could the Biden electors be certified? Just so that I'm standing up with you and Gates and dozens of congressmen and senators, just for doing that, she called those people insurrectionists. That's right. Matt Gates and I were doing Michigan. Each of us had assigned states.

And on January 6th, our job was going to be to object and make the case of why these electoral college votes were completely illegitimate and why they should be stricken down. So Nancy Pelosi set up the January 6th committee. She rejected the Republican appointees. That means that she set up the committee against her own House rules. That makes the committee illegitimate. Then she chose herself to.

Two Republicans. She put two Republicans on instead of five Republicans. Everyone knows who that is. Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger. Obviously, they were not Republicans. They're clearly Democrats and they were traitors to our party, traitors to our conference.

She put them on the committee. That meant the committee was set up with less than 13. Once again, completely breaking the rules of the House, her own rules as Speaker of the House. Then it went forward. This committee was like a Hollywood production at night. ABC.

Yeah, they hired producers. Then they doctored the evidence. They doctored the interviews. They selected and produced which sections they wanted. Then once they were finished with their entire political production, they had subpoenaed five members of Congress. They had subpoenaed Jim Jordan, Scott Perry, Andy Biggs.

Then Representative Mo Brooks, Kevin McCarthy, they subpoenaed them. They subpoenaed Mark Meadows. They subpoenaed you. They subpoenaed Peter Navarro. They put out these subpoenas. None of these subpoenas meant anything. This committee was completely illegitimate, and it was political in nature, and the entire Democrat Congress had gone rogue at that point.

How do we go? Here's the question, because tonight we're spending all of this about how we go forward. It's not about me. Hey, I am proud to serve my country in that prison tomorrow.

So it's about this audience and about going on offense. It's all offense all the time to November 5th. You're one of the firebrands in the house. What do we have to do? And I said this on ABC. If I had if I might go into prison, finally got the blag to me to have the three or two to rescind it. What do we need to do next? We got it's next man up, but it's also next level offensively.

What do we have to do in the House? We're not waiting for President Trump. There's too much burden on his shoulders anyway. What can the House do now when they come back for the Fourth of July vacation? What can we do for the rest of the summer? What can the House do, and what does this audience, Turning Point's vast audience, POSOs, Human Events, War Room, what do we need to do? Well, let me address the left for a minute and the nasty media that's watching this right now, and let me address all the Democrats.

For your information, just because Steve Bannon is going to prison for four months does not mean you're going to silence him. It does not mean you're going to shut down the war room posse, and you don't have any control or power over any of this group. What you just did is you multiplied it by 10,000.

This whole movement is going to grow and you're responsible for it. So if you hate all of us, you hate Steve Bannon, you hate the people and look down on the people that watch the war room and you think that they're beneath you because you think you're better than them and you think you're horrible.

stupid networks are better than let me tell you something what you did is you just put the message out there all across America that you are part of the problem you're part of the two-tiered justice system you are the dictatorship you're the authoritarian regime that the American people

want to tear down and completely rid our country of. They hate you. And putting C. Bannon in jail is going to make more of them hate you. That's what you need to know, number one. And I am happy to deliver that message. Number two, in the House, the House Republicans, the men that I work with and many of the members of the House, you guys need to grow some balls.

because you need to realize what we're up against. Steve Bannon is going to jail and all the people that live in your district that voted for you and voted for us and gave us the power and donated money to your campaign. Let me tell you how pissed off they are going to be because Steve Bannon is going to prison for four months. They are going to be furious and I hope they call your offices nonstop. Let me tell you what we should be doing. We pass all

these stupid resolutions that mean absolutely nothing, declaring this and declaring that and declaring all this other garbage. Why can't we do something about the January 6th committee? We should have an actual House committee, one that's not just putting out a report, one that's actually subpoenaing people, hauling

their asses in, holding them accountable. You know what else we need to do? We need to put pressure. We held Merrick Garland. I'm on the Oversight Committee, Steve. We held Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

We held him in contempt of Congress. I don't see a trial for Merrick Garland. When is he going to prison? When is he reporting? Maybe are you guys going to be cellmates? I mean, this is ridiculous. I think Matthew Graves, his year's attorney, said he wasn't going to prosecute him. Right, because Matthew Graves is such a— Graves is one of the ones that sent all the people to prison on the phony charge, Fisher, that was overturned. Matthew Graves is a feckless piece of—

So what can we do when people get back? What are you recommending? You're recommending that the House take Loudermilk, what he's doing, and raise it up to a bigger... Oh, yeah. It's got to get bigger and it's got to get better. And really adjudicate January 6th? Yes, absolutely. Because we don't know what the FBI did. We don't know what DHS did. We're still confused about what is out there for... We're still confused about what's out there for... They deleted all this evidence.

The destruction of evidence? Yes. President Trump is particularly upset about the destruction of the evidence. They destroyed evidence. What have House Republicans done about that? There's an entire list of things that we have to move forward on. And I hope the people at home help put the pressure on House Republicans to do it. Because let me explain it to you. If they don't hear from you at home, they are happy to do nothing at all.

And just they think they're going to coast into November. They're already measuring the drapes for the White House. They're buying furniture and they're ready to move in. These people are absolute fools. This election is only going to be won if we fight for it. This election is only going to be won if we flood the polls. Because you can expect the Democrats to cheat. You can expect them to steal it. You can expect a bunch of illegals to be voting in your elections. You better expect it. And like Steve, just like you said, yeah.

They want to put President Trump in prison. They're very likely going to do it. Leslie, Charlie, she's not hooked up. Give me a question. You guys have a question? I got a question here. So two things. I just want to make sure the audience understands that you must translate your anger and the indignation into action. We're going to talk about this all hour, Steve. And this is what's so important is you must ask what are we to do, not just are we going to complain. But, Steve, can you ask MTG this question?

which is the original sin of Republicans bending the knee to the January 6th narrative is how we got to this. And the January 6th committee was illegally constituted and allowing this to grow and allowing this to grow. And here's the question for MTG.

Ana Paulina Luna, a Turning Point Action alumni, by the way, who was with us at Turning Point for five years. She's been leading the charge to arrest Merrick Garland with the Sergeant of Arms. You mentioned this briefly, MTG, but where is the update on that? Can we expect that to happen? Steve, you've been covering that as well.

You're saying Charlie's saying that because the House Republicans have bent the knee to Nancy Pelosi's narrative about J6 and the J6 committee didn't really do anything and just let it run wild. We're in this situation today, two years later, where they've kind of set the narrative framework. The one thing we've seen of fighters like you is one of turning points today.

you know, closest associate, Ana Plina Luna has put out something tomorrow that she's trying to bring to the floor that to have inherent. If Graves is not going to investigate, if Merrick Garland is just going to mock you guys, if it's Nancy Pelosi's up tonight and Nancy Pelosi's blaming President Trump.

For potentially assassinating her. If we can get that into play then a second. She's saying Trump, you know, almost had her kill on Capitol Hill. She's still driving the narrative. Is Annapolina Luna's

a possibility of actually passing inherent contempt and arresting Mayor Garland? It's not tomorrow. We're out of session tomorrow. So, yeah, of course, we've got to do hot dogs and stuff, you know, not actually stop people from going to prison by this illegitimate regime. No, we've got one week next, the following Monday, we're back in Congress on the 8th. So that is when she's talking about doing it.

I'm in full support, but I also watched Mike Johnson and others constantly try to talk her out of this on the House floor. I watched. That went on the entire week. You know, I want to see action, so I am all for it. I do know that the attorney, the House counsel, is going to back Mike Johnson and his attorney. They're going to go and sue.

for the her tapes and i think we should be all in for this after watching joe biden's after watching joe biden completely fall apart in a in an absolute state of dementia that was no surprise and the democrats are liars and all their media and they're all a bunch of liars they knew that was his condition they just feigned they're like oh my goodness we can't believe it

That was proof right there. That backed up getting the Her tapes, Charlie. So that's absolutely what we have to do. We have to keep pressing. The Her tapes are so brutal because they're going to show him earlier on a year or two ago in just the baddest shape as he was on Thursday night. And that's why Garland will say absolutely no way you can't have him. Yes. And you're saying

Mike Johnson, because Mike Johnson is the House is going to file an amicus brief when I go on back. I'm still, although I'll be in prison, I'm still going to, you know, work on the appeal here because I got to. I got it. We got to take this all the way to the Supreme Court for a decision. What else?

Before you bounce, what else can the House do? Look, we're trying to be supportive. So just tell us, audience, what do they need to do? What Charlie's talking about is, you know, it's get out to vote. We've got a couple hundred thousand people to be election officials. But for the House itself...

What can this audience do in the next couple of weeks to help help members of the House drive action? Well, the audience needs to understand that Republicans are there. They're out campaigning. They're putting it on like basically autopilot, not wanting to do anything. No, no, it's we're not doing anything up in Congress. We're passing appropriation bills that will never pass the Senate.

So they're basically messaging bills. It's a complete waste of time. Are we going to shut down the government on 30th of September? Should we do that? To put that in front of the American people? Yeah, we are under an invasion. We are being invaded. There's terrorists in our country. Over 2 million people, we don't know who they are. Over 12 million people have come in our country. Teenagers, children are being raped and murdered. Women are being murdered. American citizens are being murdered by illegal alien crime.

Why would we fund it? Why would we fund it? But here's the problem. So Charlie and Jack, just so you know, because you guys are talking to people all the time, my colleagues are on autopilot. They don't want to rock the boat in any which way, shape or form because they you know, we have to win in November. That's not arguable. We've got to win in November. We have to.

But we need to tell House Republicans that guess what, guys? You're going to have to actually do something to earn people's vote. You're going to actually have to do something because I've been telling them, look, everyone's supporting President Trump, but not everyone. As a matter of fact, most Republican voters are fed up with the weak list, fed up.

feckless, nothing from Republicans in Congress. And we are not giving people anything to vote for. Here's what people at home need to know. And I said this before, and I hate saying it. You can be as mad as you want to about Republicans in Congress. I'm mad at them, too. But we're still going to have to elect a solid candidate.

Let us hope that they have some—some—show us some allegiance to their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. And that just because you're president doesn't mean you're immune from prosecution if you break the law. So that will be a big test for the court tomorrow, to see if they honor their oath of office.

They have given us a lot to doubt them lately. And by the way, by the delay, by the, yeah, by delaying as they have, they have undermined justice in our country, in my view. No question. Could not agree with you more. And by the way, let's just go back to January 6th. Let's go back to January 6th, because this is one of the charges against the president. The president goes on TV and says, I planned my own assassination. No, I didn't. He did.

They're going to hang the vice president of the United States, and they're going to put a bullet in my F-word head. And he will not send the National Guard. People were injured, over 100 law enforcement people were injured. Some people died because of him. And people died again because of his delay and denial about COVID. This is a totally irresponsible person. And again, this Supreme Court

Supreme Court would say that a person is above the law and they've waited months to come to a conclusion about it. It's going to be a very important day for America.

Very important day. It's one of the most important decisions in the history of the Supreme, of the history of the court. Charlie Kirk, I'll start with you. Did Nancy Pelosi just blatantly accuse President Trump of trying to assassinate her by putting a bullet in her effing head? Her quote, not mine, sir. What she's doing is she's trying to get out the visual and the idea of assassinating Donald Trump. This is where this is headed. I hope everyone understands whether it be Julius Caesar.

Yeah, Julius Caesar, Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., Bobby Kennedy. Assassinations of major political leaders are nothing new.

And yet we've kind of been immune to that for a couple of decades. We have been warning about this for months. Now, the very interesting question is, will they try to kill Joe Biden or Donald Trump? That's the interesting question. Which one right now is a bigger threat to them? And that I'll let the audience kind of.

Ruminate on that question, but we've been worrying about this for quite some months. This is why the next man up philosophy is so important and why we wanted to do the show with you, Steve, as a show of force is that you take one out a hundred more appear. you take one out, is that it only actually makes us stronger. You see, there are three different ways to analyze political movements or to categorize them. There are the fragile, the durable, and the anti-fragile. This is from Nassim Taleb, which is a phenomenal book. The fragile. The fragile is the Mitt Romney Republican Party. That is the Paul Ryan Republican Party. You say one bad word about them, they collapse, they bend a knee, they surrender, and they're relentlessly apologizing, and they're spineless. Then there is the durable.

The durable is the best of the conservative movement prior to Donald Trump. That would be the conservative movement that always held on and they put up a good point, fight, had some fortitude, but didn't quite have enough to be able to endure the grind or the slog of the activist regime media. And then there is the anti-fragile. I encourage everyone to read the book Anti-Fragile.

In the book Anti-Fragile, Nassim Taleb argues that there are unique people, organizations, movements, restaurants, companies that actually get stronger the more pressure and opposition that is applied upon them. And when you find an anti-fragile movement, that their life force is actually stronger.

What ends up being opposition. That is Donald Trump. Has anyone noticed that Donald Trump looks younger, stronger, more full of life and vitality after the indictments than before the indictments? It gives him purpose, reason of being. It gives him a telos, as the Greekers would say, or a teleological purpose for existence.

This movement that we are part of right now, that historians will write about for the next 1,000 years. Let me say that again. This movement that you are part of will be written about for the next millennia. People do not remember the many movements from 400 or 500 years ago. Maybe a little bit here, English Revolution or whatever. This movement will be written about for 1,000 years.

And when the history books are written, it will befuddle historians 600, 700, 800 years from now. Why is it that the people that had so much to lose, the Steve Bannons, the Peter Navarros, the Donald Trumps, they kept on doubling and tripling down because full of fortitude and that resolute spirit, we have the chance to influence the arc of history, as the left-winger Hegelians would always say. The arc of history always bends towards justice.

How about this? The arc of history will bend back towards citizen-led government, not subjects, not slaves. And we will use this dark moment as they cart you off tomorrow, Steve, and put you in handcuffs, and we say goodbye for 123 days.

When you're in the Navy, and Steve's a Navy guy, I'm a Navy guy, and you run battle drills.

When you run the battle drills, and Steve, you know this as a tin can driver up there, as a SWO, that when you're running your general quarters drill, someone will walk up and they will point to someone in the chest and say, you're dead now. Everyone else dies.

Figure out how to finish the drill. Figure out how to fight the ship. Figure out how it works. Figure it out. That's next man up. So when you run your battle drills and you need to be running them daily, you must ask yourself, what if this happens? What if this person is gone? What if that person is gone? What if all of us are gone? Does the movement go away? Does all of this die? No, it doesn't.

Because this is still the United States of America, and these are the American people. It's not about any one person. No person is more special or more precious than anyone else.
