It would be very tempting to take today off radio. In fact, I think if I was off today, no one would fault me. The great Steve Bannon texted me last night, said, are you doing your show tomorrow? But I'm in the chair. And for a couple reasons. First of all, I just I love working. I love our relationship. I love our connection together. It was so great. So many of you in seeing so many of you in Detroit, and we're going to do the full recap of Detroit. It made international headlines from the vice presidential straw poll results to the straw poll of whether or not people support President Johnson to the straw poll on when it comes to Ukraine.

Do you believe that America has veered off course? Of course you do. So if America has veered off course, the question is, where and how do we course correct?

The contention is actually to get us back to baseline, to get us back to what used to be considered normal. You see, the point of right-wing revolution is to get us back into a country that has borders, strong families, a country that believes in the U.S. Constitution, that resets us.

I had an interview with NBC over the weekend. I said, oh, do you want a totalitarian dictatorship? And it's the opposite. And we talk about this in the book, Right-Wing Revolution, which is we want a restoration of a free society. We want a constitutional reset.

We want a country where you don't have to lock your doors at night. We want a country where we have increasing church attendance. We want a country where people believe in God. We want a country where we have more children, not less children. We want to reverse the fertility crisis in this country. We want a country where you trust your neighbors. We want a country where we have borders. All those things require what is now deemed a right-wing revolution.

And many of the critics of our movement at Turning Point Action and Turning Point USA, many of the people that are opposing what we're trying to do, they are starting to lose. You see this book,

could not have come at a better time. We are seeing the rumblings of that right-wing revolution in France. We are seeing the rumblings of this right-wing revolution in the Netherlands. The woke are a group of people that call something unjust, racist, transphobic, et cetera, until they control it. The woke, if you will, they are masters of the society and they are elites that do not have a trust in the everyday American.

And it requires a restoration of the self, a restoration of the citizenry, that we the people are sovereign in this country. It is not we the oligarchs or we the plutocrats. And what I saw in Detroit this weekend, and by the way, the straw poll results we're going to share, is I saw the exact same themes of this book, Right-Wing Revolution, where I saw everyday Americans that traveled from across the country, but also all across Michigan,

And they want their country back. And they're willing to apply action and use their agency. This was the founders and framers intention. It is not just Donald Trump on the ballot. The constitution is on the ballot. The civilization is on the ballot. The core fundamental ideals.

that we treasure and that we care so deeply about is on the ballot itself. First of all, thank you for those of you that made the trip.

It's just so great to see so many of you. And I apologize. I am triple booked at all times. And so I don't mean to be rude when I'm walking through the convention hall and I say, oh, I can't take a picture. I can't take a picture. So I apologize if I came across as not, I don't know, just how quick I had to move to the exhibit hall. But it happens when you do a TV show, run an event, have tons of voters. I didn't mean to be impolite, not as available as I would have liked.

So let's play some piece of tape here. First, let's just kind of talk about the essence of it. We had Ben Carson, Brandon Tatum, Don Jr., just some of the biggest speakers. Let's go to cut 11. This is President Trump opening up the People's Convention. By the way, just look at how good

The shot looks, look at how the turning point team, Terrell, Brian, the whole team, Marina, they did such a great job. And of course, Lauren deserves great credit. And Tyler, the whole team did great. Look at the, look at this aesthetic. Have you ever seen anything as beautiful as this at a Trump event?

In recent memory, I think it was really great what the team did. And that's not a knock of other Trump events. I just think we do it really well at Turning Point. We are a stickler for aesthetics. Look at how beautiful this looks. Let's play Cut 11. Hello, Turning Point. And hello, Michigan. It's great to be back in a state I love with thousands of proud, hardworking American patriots. He opened up very graciously towards Turning Point. And I think a lot of the networks covered it and then they cut out. Ben Carson was one of our speakers here.

And he was very clear. Again, we talk about this in my book, Right-Wing Revolution. If you are not brave, you cannot be free. That is a very deep point. If you are not brave, you cannot be free. is that a lot of people who actually think the right way and have the right values aren't willing to stand up for them. And the fact of the matter is you cannot be the land of the free if you're not the home of the brave. You've got to be able to stand up for what you believe in. And I think that's one of the important aspects of what we were doing at Turning Point Action and why we wrote the book Right Wing Revolution. The book has a repetition theme.

which is the whole first third of the book is how you need to change your attitude to beat the left. And a lot of that is courage. Don't melt down when they call you a bigot. In some ways, you have to care less. You have to be a sovereign person who really believes in your values, that has core beliefs. Don't let the left tell you what to believe. Do not operate on the Marxist terms. In some ways,

The woke's number one weapon against us is weaponized name calling. Do not let them define you. Do not allow them to set the terms of engagement. And this last weekend in Detroit was a triumph. And it wasn't just a triumph because of the attendance or how good it looked. Do you know that thousands, and I'll get the final number from our team, I think it's nearly 3,000 people signed up

to become ballot chasers, poll watchers, precinct committeemen, many of whom from Michigan. Think about the force multiplying effect there. 3,000 people, let's say 3,000 people ends up impacting 50 votes each. Whoa, you have 3,000 people start impacting 50 votes. You are now talking about impacting almost a percent of the upcoming election in Michigan.

or 2%, you become a strong tip of the spear force multiplier. And understand, some of those then 50 people then get 10 more. Just yesterday, I ran into somebody. He was registered to vote in Scottsdale. And he said, Charlie, I listened to your show. I listened to the program. I bought your new book, Right Wing Revolution. And he says, Charlie, I'm a force multiplier. And he showed me on his phone. It was so impressive.

He says, I keep my head down. I work at a data company. He said, but here are my 21 people that I've either registered a vote that I'm responsible for. And he has it in his notes on his phone. And he just keeps on saying, he says, these 21 people I'm responsible for getting the word out. Let's put 36 on screen if we have a second here. This is from RC Maxwell. Room of force multipliers. Look at that. Every one of those is going to get 50 new people. Every one of those is going to chase ballots.

And all this week, we're going to be highlighting different chapters. And it ties in to what we just did in Detroit this last weekend. Hate the game, but play by its rules. Starting on page 117. I read from Right Wing Revolution. The 2022 election was a very tough one for me. I was deeply invested in many excellent candidates. We fielded that year, especially in my home state of Arizona. Kerry Lake would have been an excellent governor. Blake Masters, an excellent senator. Abe Hamaday, an excellent attorney general.

I expected all of them to win. And for Republicans to dominate all over the country, I was confident. Too confident. Even when election had arrived and the vote total started to come in and showed our candidates trailing, I assured listeners on my show that Kerry Lake was going to be governor. Guaranteed. I stayed upbeat even the following days as the gap stubbornly refused to close. In the end, it never did. All of the candidates I'd fought so hard for in Arizona were not successful. So did other promising candidates around the country. Worst of all, in Pennsylvania, Dr. Oz lost to

quasi-catatonic John Fetterman, an embarrassing vegetable, but man was your accomplishments. I didn't just feel upset. I felt humiliated.

It wasn't just because I'd been so confident going into election night. It was because I knew deep down this wasn't just a failure of messaging. It was a failure of tactics for no reason at all. We conservatives had taken an inferior tactical approach and that left us with fewer votes on election night, despite running against the president with an approval rating under 40%. We took a winning position and we squandered it. Say then we play to win. Part of playing to win, I talk about in this book, and that's just a little tease here, as I'm very honest and very transparent, is that we need action.

to embrace voting month. Now, of course, they cheated like the Dickens. They had massive machine tabulation failures. We talked about that. But we need that kind of warrior mentality. And this weekend, we talked about it. This is me sitting down with Laura Trump, one of the priorities at the RNC. And by the way, she's doing a great job running the RNC.

If you cheat an election, we'll find you, we will track you down, and we will prosecute you. You do that coupling with our too-big-to-rig strategy of chasing ballots and registering voters. It's a much better direction, play cut four. Our top priorities at the RNC, we have two priorities.

Get out the vote and protect the ballot. Charlie, let's face it. If we don't have free, fair, and transparent elections, nothing else matters. And that is our goal at the RNC. And by the way, every single person in this country, regardless of how you vote, should want free,

and fair elections. We are also sending a loud and clear message out there to anyone who thinks about cheating in an election. If you cheat in an election, we will find you, we will track you down, and we will prosecute you to the full extent of the law. Track you down and prosecute you to the full extent of the law.

We spoke openly at the Turning Point Action People's Convention in Detroit about the need to chase ballots and engage in voting month, not just voting day, not just one day. And I understand in the ideal, it's all one day, it's paper ballots. However, in reality, everybody, why would we limit ourselves to 12 hours of voting when the other guys get 35 days of voting? By definition, you are putting yourself at a structural disadvantage.

And so you have two simultaneous things. You have Laura Trump and the RNC with an army of lawyers who are going after securing our elections and becoming poll watchers. And then you have the too big to rig strategy, which is the primary emphasis and focus of Turning Point Action. And that's why in the book we talk about hate the rules, but play the game. You can hate them to the core. We talk deeply about 2020 and 2022 and how it has been an inspiring moment

for us at Turning Point Action. In fact, let's put up one of the images here I sent you. And then I want to get into the straw poll stuff because the straw poll stuff is so deep. It is so good. But first, the image I said right now. So in the last 10 days, we had our Young Women's Leadership Summit, our Blexit training, Chapter Leadership Summit, hosted President Trump in Arizona, hosted President Trump in Detroit. It's unbelievable. And do you know what we did or are doing today? We have our training.

our training of new ballot chasers in Wisconsin. That's right. Today we are onboarding more ballot chasers in Wisconsin. Let's get this up on screen. presenting and training. That's it right there. Full-time ballot chasers. That's the first of many waves in Arizona. We're already upwards of many, many, I think 150, almost 175. That's Wisconsin we're onboarding. We are operational in Michigan. And by the way, big announcement next week, there will be a new state that we're expanding our ballot chasing operation to. I'm not going to tell you yet. That's right there in Wisconsin. And this is exactly in chapter eight in right-wing revolution, which we need to change our attitude.

We need to change our philosophy. Democrats have a huge start in this regard, and they've been doing the work. And that's right there at our Turning Point Action headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, hiring full-time people. Okay, I want to get to our straw poll results because we must have a winner's attitude. And I want to tell you who won the straw poll at the Turning Point Action People's Convention. So we obviously did.

a vice presidential straw poll. And the way that we did the question was I wanted a real, I wanted to make this real. I didn't want to make it open because I know that some of you guys left to your own choices. You know, you have Vivek, you have Dr. Ben Carson, but according to a public and private conversation that I've had, there's really only three to four finalists, really four. And so we decided, so let's do a question saying based on all public reporting of these four finalists, which ones do you prefer? And JD Vance was the

triumphant and by far the winner of the straw poll at the Turning Point Action People's Convention, a landslide victory for J.D. Vance. In fact, I want to try to get to, yeah, this is it. Let me kind of read the results to you. 43% of all attendees want J.D. Vance. The next highest was Tim Scott at 15.4%. And then Doug Burgum at 7%, Marco Rubio for 7.7%. 26% were undecided. J.D. Vance won 43% of the vote.

Winning the straw poll is a serious message. It also employs the Big Ten strategy. And the Big Ten strategy is that we must win Western Pennsylvania or Southern Michigan. The Big Ten strategy involves and includes that region of the world. Being able to win the muscular class, the industrial rust belt where it matters most.

You see, this is Vivek Ramaswamy talking at the People's Convention, cut five. You want to save this country? This is how you drain the swamp. Shut down these agencies. This is the attitude that is necessary. Play cut five. You want to save this country? That is how you drain the swamp. Shut down these agencies. Go straight down the list. U.S. Department of Education, shut it down. ATF, shut it down. FBI, shut it down.

You go straight down the list. You cannot reform these agencies. You want to get in there and afuera. Shut it down. That's the future of this country. Three branches of government in the United States, not four. The managerial class is a war in this country. And I don't call this a war lightly. Vivek is spot on there. And J.D. Vance, by the way, a fellow Ohioan, sees the world the same way. And that's why he won the straw poll.

One of our listeners says, Charlie, J.D. Vance's youth and charisma reminds me of JFK. He's a perfect counterpart to Trump, steady at the wheel, and understands the MAGA agenda. Wasn't even close. Next, I'm going to talk to you about Mike Johnson and his approval rating, according to our attendees, Mitch McConnell and his approval rating with our attendees, Ukraine. Should we send more money to Ukraine and what you want Donald Trump to do in the first 100 days?

We're not talking as much about the problems and about the solutions because Joe Biden has decided he's not going to win this election on issues, ladies and gentlemen. He can't run on lower inflation, even though they try to pretend that inflation is lower. We all know that it's terrible. I mean, inflation is so bad that I heard that Hunter Biden can no longer afford crack cocaine, ladies and gentlemen. This is a terrible, terrible problem. Hasn't gotten better. We all feel for Hunter Biden, right?

So we asked the question, do you approve or disapprove of Speaker Johnson? Speaker Johnson has a 30% approval rating. So Speaker Johnson is less popular than

than Joe Biden. I'm kidding. That's a right-wing audience, so it's not. It's actually higher than I thought it was. I thought 30% was remarkably high considering what he's done to the country. I was really surprised. So we said, again, it's somewhat approved and strongly approved. So 23% said somewhat approved, 7% said strongly approved, 23% said somewhat disapproved, and 35% said strongly disapproved. So the base of the party wants nothing to do with Speaker Johnson.

Mitch McConnell has a 78% strongly disapproval rating and a 12% approval rating. No, I'm sorry, a 5% approval rating. So Mitch McConnell has a 5% approval rating at the Turning Point Action People's Convention. That's Mitch McConnell, 5% support him. Do you think the US should continue to send American taxpayer dollars to Ukraine? Are we showing these as I'm doing it? Let's play, let me make sure 42 is up there. 93% of attendees say no.

No more money for Ukraine. 93%. No more money to Ukraine. We then asked the question, if President Trump were to win in November, which issue should be his biggest priority to the first 100 days of office? This is amazing. Is it war in Ukraine or foreign aid? The economy and jobs or cost of living? 83%. 83% say border and immigration.

Mass deportations, 83%. By the way, shout out to Rich Barris and Big Data Poll for helping us do this poll. 83% of our audience believes the border is the number one issue for Donald Trump to address.

I want to close with this story here from Politico. Politico wrote several stories about us over the weekend. One in particular, how Turning Point, once spurned by the RNC, is becoming Trump's force multiplier in battleground states. Now, this was an article that published over the weekend. And the organization has become a powerful ally of Donald Trump's presidential campaign. Its longstanding partnership tying Trump to the lightning rod commentator and pugilistic founder who made headlines for all the stuff you guys know.

says here, the large number of boots on the ground is what Turning Point is doing in the key battleground states.
