Despite a temporary hold from the Supreme Court, the lifting of 'Title 42' appears inevitable and immigration judges across the country are bracing for an exponential increase in the over one million backlogged cases. There are about six hundred immigration judges across the United States with the backlog of cases including those from almost two hundred different countries around the world. FOX's John Saucier speaks with FOX's David Spunt, Washington D.C. Correspondent at the Department of Justice, about 'Title 42', why it was enacted and how ending it will impact the courts.
