Alec Baldwin and one other person have been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a cinematographer while on a New Mexico movie set. Along with Baldwin, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who was the armorer on the film "Rust," was also charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
