that would be nice, right?

All this. You think the dis mother, the world?

Hi, my name's westly. I'm twenty two years old from san antonio, texas. And this is financial IT.

You look like you're in the military. You in the military, I feel like I see, just like an A, R, the team writing all over. Okay, what do you do for living?

Thanks for for the way. Yeah thanks for help me. I am a consult uh with kind online media.

Okay uh what do you make with that?

Um yearly around one hundred and twenty. But if it's variable.

it's variable. Oh, but are you saying that average average yp, that's a delicious average hundred twenty thousand hours year? That's wonderful. I don't know why I would be in the problems or into today with one twenty thousand hours year to say that's a classic situation, lives on inflation probably .

will see how you have been doing this job. Probably i've been consulting, what do you do so mainly with a youtube or and twitter mors and businesses, right?

yes. So what would you do for me?

OK? So your second channel, definitely optimization one uh the one this week money OK um probably with topic selection and packaging. Um I could almost guarantee you're not doing anything right now. It's going to increase R P M. Um so we could maybe talk about that off the podcast and how to get you three percent revenue with like a thirty second change.

Why are you consulting in that?

Uh why am .

I consulting? Was your but i'm just like why are you the the resource on that?

Uh I I have a discount t of experience, so I like say six years of experience scale channels. So I work with creator from beer subs.

Help them get to hundred thousands. So you're one of those people, mails and .

people for what you have a big .

following are something.

something like something.

Yeah, this is okay. Okay, interesting. We will save somebody that for the end, i'm here to see you think about that r dib second channel, but probably could be Better.

I guess I could always be Better. Um AI cool. So one hundred twenty thousand years, years houses variable. So this is for .

a client that i'm assuming, yes. So um IT depends. I have commissions and then I also have bonuses. So commissioner, from client to assign, I get a percentage that .

so this is the first company. So it's not just you on your own.

No.

if they come to the company to get to, do they come to you and .

they come to me directly.

why would you be for a company? Then when I take on some of the pie IT.

that's funny that you asked that I could not make more if I was, by myself, one hundred percent. If I walked away from my company right now, I could probably be making twenty thousand years excited.

You have been superior.

talk. You, I talk fast. O uh, I could make more. And i've i've kind of talk with that my head, um the thing is I really enjoy working with the people I work with and it's fun, right? I get the end of the day, I oh hundred percent yeah .

and I get but say .

less than fifty percent of the revenue I bring in from clients but it's not worth to you are absolutely yeah because I was yeah I mean friends but is also experiencing right so I got to montreal one year year I think you .

could fly montreal yeah but it's it's a little bit .

more complicated that it's fun. There's also a security aspect to IT, right? So by working with the company, I get a flash out, which is nice and also like a team I can work with. So like let's say we have make .

less but you have secure yeah .

and in addition that like to say that I have fifty clients. Uh, I don't have a time in the day to work with fifty clients, but I have people I work with where we can be collaborate on certain projects or i'm like OK, this client came to me.

I enclosed the deal so can not be and of craters that make enough money to actually for this, you're probably getting pretty small creators that are probably .

so the average three are are working with right now is probably in north of five hundred thousands describers. Uh or I work with entrepreneurs might help them build.

but you can have a lot of subscribers that doesn't. You have a lot of revenue and necessarily some very interested and they they make a revenue.

I I can promise, and whether they .

come in you because they .

want to make more revenue. So imagine you pay me a set amount of month or you pay my company set amount month and then I can help you go .

from a this subscription.

It's monthly .

retainer.

but if you pay, you could to say a few thousand dollars, and I can get you twice as much you're making now, twice.

O, K, so you make good money. Yes, you do good work. Yes, good.

What is going on? So why are we having a conversation? Why are you? Why am I consult in new?

So i'm good at what I do. I'm good making money for other people and for myself, but I also love spending money. Um so it's kind of a bit of an issue like style and station maybe but also like just kind of like practicing it's like i'm twenty two and don't have a full fun to low develop yet.

Probably when IT comes to is not like all the time you hate twenty five and also like I know that's not how works people treated like that that influenza how to say everyone's correcting me how I say that word, but I don't treat yourself like a baby or twenty two. You're fine four years into a dot. Stop trying to treat yourself like a child a noise me like, yeah, I know it's not fully developed and you probably have a two percent ago. That doesn't mean it's it's not like taking the pill from that movie with know whatever very nice is brain limits is not that. So what?

okay. So I mean and that's why you're debt. It's hard to explain. So I don't really know why. I imagine that in some lifestyle inflation, I think it's a big part is like you, I was watching a bunch of financial .

youtube run and I was Younger. I get to build credit. Yeah I mean, so so a discipline. I discipline.

Then I kind of got crazy because I started what's .

because you're twenty two, probably not like time of time to do this.

Yeah probably like when I was like twenty one a year ago ago, I got really bad.

Okay yeah so okay. I guess we can when when .

we die in to IT maybe so you're playing IT on watching .

those financial you too.

I want to say that, but I do think like having unlike third access to like all of these like lines of credit and like why you .

managed in cricket, where why do you managed IT correctly .

for three years and then not I didn't manage IT correctly, but like I have I was some expensive taste and hobbies and OK.

you're next little one right here.

Yeah so I don't know. I was on vacation and like miami and I got this, don't know what's going on there. Well, okay, and I hope now.

okay.

I think you will find, just don't touch the neck.

I know nectarine right. So, okay, again, why were you so discipline? And then we want to undisciplined. yeah.

So I had, like, all these lines of credit. And then I D like relatives, expensive homes. So was one of those things. I was making a decent amount money where I was like, oh, i'm basically the way I kind of rationalize IT was and borrowing for my future self. Where is like, I can maybe buy something I can technically afford, but by next one i'll paid off.

okay? Which obviously becomes just an unsustainable able path. Is next one, you want something and what you pay for? And set a of the god.

that's exactly.

Do you seem relatively reasonable?

I rather be reasonable, but I have a .

biter birches understand why this is an issue. You know, sometimes I deal these situations, you sound okay, you sound like, you know, what's happened in your life, then why the happening, why not the budget not add .

is difficult, right? I'm so Young making a, and I can just spend IT unlike anything.

And you can spend IT on anything at any age. Yeah, money again, twenty five results five. That's a behavior through our life. Come on device. We all of the people that come on the show, you know, maybe there are thirties or forty or fifties when they come on and there's money, don't think that just because you're Young, that makes IT the reason why if you if the reason, if you're doing that now, likely your behavior is going to continue.

You're yg. That's what i'm hoping we can solve right now.

sure. But why haven't you? Because you know what you do. I don't know.

I I don't know why he doing IT. I probably pay off my stuff. I save right now. I just spent IT on dumb s like i've spent so much money this week alone.

if you give them so why not make a budget, see what the dumps was and then not do IT .

because I just know i'm going to make more money .

next month or the same OK. okay. How do you think came in from response recent month.

this most, this most recent month there came in we have .

payroll and unlikely commission. Yes, so much.

Probably anywhere between eighty five hundred and ten. Five, I think.

Uh, close to the two, about ten. okay. Aren't you think you .

spent of how I spent? I'm going to say seventy eight.

eighty seven. Oh, unlike most people that come on, you didn't spend at what you make. You can spend more than what you made.

You spend lesson you made yet on here are a lot of credit card bounds increases, but then a couple credit cards that were also paid off. Yeah so i'm confused. There is like A A couple cards.

I think if i'm mistaken, two cards here that look maybe manage correctly, three cards that are stupid. So why I don't get IT? Why be OK on some and then ruin the rest? That really doesn't worse.

Yeah so like for me as I know, like I got paid off, I can't like it's maybe I I don't know. So the way I look at IT is like if I can't pay IT off in fall like at once, which is like I just think IT later make .

the interest.

Yes, I know. But you know, again.

here's just another thing, you know so yeah.

I think IT just know I like to keep like, let's say, kind of those two cards like free, and then I make payments for the other ones. But then maybe i'll use them for certain things because I have like let's say like certain like benefits right like can turn person back on like fly, it's excess of food. Um but yeah it's it's one of those things works like I basically a card. Um and technically chase card or like I spent all this money and look, i'll paid off later and now it's like that ches become like the default all pay off later and I just keep pushing IT back and is pay like the minimum and then some and then .

I could more but you know this guys, this is this is what you know you're talking logically. You know your situation. Most people that come on the show don't know the situation.

And I go through and explain how bad IT is and I make sure I give them a level of, I freak out that well defines how bad IT is. So they don't think is that bad? You just explain your situation, you know where you are and you're not an nadia.

You know what IT takes? You get out of IT. So I really don't understand why that we're talk in and you're not just been an adult.

So I really do. And you're probably to say because and I can get you, but you can because you ready explain that multiple times. So i'm more confused than you.

So I think the biggest issue maybe maybe i'm wrong is I don't know how bad I can get and like right now that I can get yeah so like right now, like this is like sustainable and it's just like I I really actually don't know where the money is going. I gave ideas like, OK, okay, I thought A T V, right, like there was like a grand. So I know where that went. But it's like that. I do that.

It's also like why I don't do budgets. Why don't budgett.

uh, okay. Why I don't budget is I don't I say I don't know, but why don't budget is I know i'm going to get money coming in. So as long as like I keep getting money coming in, I can just .

keep like, yes, you are and IT does .

seem like that. And I like IT not to be that anymore because I like to get money in my bin account and not have to disappear in front of over the course of a month like I get paid like, uh.

some of all this amount money disappeared. There is again this I don't know what i'm doing with the right now, this is.

you want that I would, but I something I can .

do IT up for some reason. You know, if you budget that you would, what you mean for some reason, here's some reason, you know, the reason you know your solution, but you're not and then you immediately tried to blame the p yeah I I think you just have vital at this .

point um which is why like maybe I don't know how like the best way to go about paying things off is and that's kind of where I met IT also could be a situation where like let's say I don't have money coming in but like with the happens I don't um so yeah that's that's kind of what I met. And you know I I know I spend money on like things that like I shouldn't but like why so that's that's kind of where things that are.

Okay, show up a room if you're seen this episode because your cousins on IT right now, I promise i'm not that mean I want to meet you someday. Please avoid why hey.

why you see me?

You said your cousins a chapel. He doesn't anna meet you, but I wanted meet you. Don't please someone who knows his finances, but there is so stupid with done for something.

And IT doesn't really make any sense of a little confused. Where do you think you are in the world of finance? Is zero, ten, zero the absolute? S ten be the .

absolute, but three?

Based on that, all of this free money is a linked in the resources section of the description below. So don't pass up the free money because out punch, you think, yeah, what?

No, I get into IT get rough.

I think so. why?

okay. So at one point, I ran my own agency before working with the one I have um okay OK so and what to do that I had to pay editors. I did like a done for you service um and I just cruel a massive baLance because I was paying everything on credit. I was getting the chase points and I use this for flights and things like that.

No, no, no. What about the income coming in?

And I paid IT off. I want to pay off the consumer because this is type my business, not my personal. So IT makes more things have.

When did you have this agency .

that you aren't a last year maybe too.

how we went with this company.

this company been with this company I .

work with now for how much? How much for you .

make IT an agency a around the same may be a bit less.

You spending probably more. You said you could make double what you are making now if you aren't looking for this current. agree. But is that true?

Because when you did this on your own, you aren't so different offer. I did know I had a done for you service, so I was doing everything from like all all process. Ss, I had I S I I and those guys are a relative expensive which eats into kind of my income um so like I was making probably or but I was taking home less. So the company's making more in revenue but not in terms of profit OK.

So I make more now for sure.

like I had sumer that time.

So I said the money that you bring from the company after you paid past on your are employees that we're already doing things to do whatever you are paying. And you said you put the business expense title on this with the money that comes in. Why did you pay off the car? Then you said, well, because i'm prioritizing consumer that no, you're not i'm try about back and back you had the money coming in.

yes. So I did. He have happened um the way I had struck red is in already to get certain editors and certain things um what I had to do is I had to get them from other people.

They were working with other let's take craters agencies and I did to them on my own. So what I did is I offer them more money, guaranteed, right? So I be like, kay, I will pay three months.

Even if you have no work, I can't get you any work. I'll pay that. Yeah, you do this because I needed the talent.

And that time I had really good talent and then learn have happening as, unfortunately, things fell part with one of my clients. That client had referred me three or four clients himself. So really, really useful my case. But things self, through that .

client and this self .

situation, friends love with him, and I still had to pay all .

only time you do something like that at this have a year because you can't they can't be a month to month thing. I mean, I can be this is incredible risk and we say that happens to that risk happen yeah and your risk revenue went away. You all the bills, but you have no revenue. So you only had that one client.

No, that one client referred me three.

four of his friends, yes. So you only had this little package. His group? yes. So the ways you have anyone else.

So I did I had financial guys that we're like getting into youtube and gamers. The issue was the gamers is like they were paying like five hundred dollars a month like but that was a really like low left, was very easy for me to do. And that was like essentially pocket change.

IT was definitely not enough to cover. Like, okay, how you paying them? Uh, the editors ah the ideas getting paid roughly around .

three thousand times a month. Okay, because I watch minded that sounds overseas town nice.

but overseas draw back.

Okay yes yeah absolutely.

But how many? So I had two that was like roughly six thousand nine months and then I had two thousand nine designers and these were about six hundred and hundred hundred dolla month a peace um but I would kind alternate those those guys weren't on the .

a way to get eight thousand hours a months with your business you said was making just as much as your .

current job yeah so I I was but once all those guys left.

not I know but why weren't you like you scrambled to replace at that point? Yes, I think now even if that leaves you to a month of badness, you put on car.

okay. So the main issue is when he left, like I was really targeting on those guys. So they were e commerce guys not drop shopping, but like high leverage, e commerce skies, like big brands we wanted to get into the egypt ACE IT basically became like very unstable for reader reach out to those individuals. Well, if I worked with like X, Y, Z, so and so they could ask so, so um and then so and be like, oh, they described wisely.

Did you okay.

I did try. Did father that?

Why would you have those? Why would you want to be keeping those letters around?

Because I was not an issue up until IT was an issue one time. And at one time, everything IT was like, I was like a .

really bad cup OK like two weeks.

like, like. So the production .

money on this card.

yes.

I pay the money. Is that when the business went under, then you want to your job.

So there is like a three, four month period of time, right? I basically had to live on cricket. Unfortunately, just because I had no savings, I was running the business. I was like spending everything I made.

okay. My question then would be, if this is a kind we want to pay out for, where are we possibly purchasing two hundred ninety three dollars and eight cents?

Um that is probably some stuff related to what I do now that is put on this.

But why this is a car that grew in a hundred dollars and interest plus fees on a monthly basis.

So I don't know crum fees. I just knew really a cruel interests I had know.

Why would you be OK with you really just for anyway, why would you want to like a thirty percent down on the things you purchase your business? The great points are probably one, two, three, four, five percent max. You're not getting any benefit from this. So what's the point you're making enough money pay account?

I should. Uh, this is one of the things I prioritize the ones that point to because one's tired of my business. So it's I in my head like probably less detrimental if like I I failed to pay, I won't fail to pay. I can keep the minimum up.

But is your business incorporated?

Um so I work with a business. It's not my business .

IT is my this is time to your business or is time to serve?

This is tied to me personally and my business, I get paid to my business, I paid myself. Yeah, what's your business? L L, C, yes.

it's okay. okay. But I just understand if you're trying to make progress in general, understand making prioritizing the ones uh that you're defining its consumer diverses, this business that okay, but why put more money on here that's different ah still different .

than prioritize yeah. So I generally use this to like things that are like personal business stuff, right? So like this.

like that why put another d the crew interest?

I don't know that is how I I having rationalized my head chapel .

won't allow you if you contact me, tell you rationalize IT in but it's causing your business more money. Why pay a hundred dollar b is how is how we can look at all just this just to have this benefit of having this hundred dollars a month. Would you do that for anything else? No, jim, you do forty seven or something.

I do one hundred thousand a month. Access to this. I probably would.

depending on like what IT is, over one hundred percent pay, like a lot of money per for certain access things.

all certain access certain things, yes, but something that provides a benefit like this, no, yeah. The benefit of this is you're getting one, two, three, four percent yeah. So now you what is that is for something that gave you fifty percent, you'd spend thirty percent.

That's a good point. But this isn't I didn't realize I was like IT IT, that's how was expending a hundred dollars.

Do you not look at your account ever again? You seem pretty damning.

I don't really look at my account really. I just kind of like why, man, I what .

does look like on a monthly basis? Again, I know you explained that that we kind of have an answer of because money, I know money is coming in. Next one, just keep going. But why don't you why have you never taken the time to just look.

even just like look up? So I will open up and like OK, so this is my baLance. And like o so this is my baLance.

I do like quick math. My had comment this much, i'll paid off. Maybe I can keep .

going not so the africans are working IT works something five hundred dollars towards ds IT, but it's only gone .

down the government .

for the box yeah so it's not working IT. IT is not .

not asking in no.

Now outside of the reason that you have already provided where you know money is coming in. So 慢慢 that's why I don't like as the reason you have been set time to meet a budget though because even when you run your business, did you make a budget for your I had okay. So why for yourself um is .

just one of those things works like the way I look at IT. It's like can I go like more that may be word Carter and make more money and now I want to pay anything on. I just like forced myself to make more money and right a budget like I feel like that won't be that on't be the case, right? I feel like I won't have that drive like word because it's like okafor age pay this every month and we'll pay this off eventually.

Really, you don't have a drive for wealth. Your only driver is to potentially get out of a bad situation. You will only try.

You only fear based negative enforcement. I love reinforcement. A more positive enforcements good as well.

Yes, I positive there. There's less of a fear around here. I hope tell me of being like fired for now.

But more of like, I would like to have different bond instructions where people make money if perform well. If this happens, if this happens, you I like the positive reinforcement, seems to have work pretty well. Why scared you? So you're not building wealth? yes.

Do I have a retirement to come here? I don't remember seeing one. So what the are you doing? Your art giving up the best eka of your life for compound growth, I have a three up. The amount of at your income scale that you could have by the time you are a retire age would be not even that by retirement age would be substantial antil b stana. my investing APP mumo. I like them. Let's this. I'm just going to put you could put OK 我, so no 那 twenty four thousand hours you could put twenty four thousand hours were in twenty twenty way you could twenty four thousand hours and in there for at least three months。

There are thing when you sign up as you get like in point five percent on your money uninvestigated, you would have that if you just in twenty percent outside, but instead you're spending morning on a critical that is a growing and that is taking away thirty percent IT doesn't make any sense at all. And then let's say we put in the two hundred and compounds and compounds, let's pretend you one hundred twenty thousand for the rest of the year and for the rest of your life, rest of your life forever, right? okay.

So that's twenty four thousand hours starting with zero zero, but we're putting in twenty thousand uh twenty four thousand hours years it's called A A more conservative uh, eight percent, eight percent return the stack mark. Is that the overall stack mark? You even if in five hundred is more what is something like vio? Yeah twenty ten percent. But just overall the market history, okay, let let's call six year trying to get to six year, twenty two years, sult of thirty years years. You're doing that every single year that's compound in contributing once a year almost five when to have million box.

But you're .

good guess pretty good. No point if you're not not every year you put that off. Look, I I literally just take a one year off of that.

What do you have to close apps? Why am I an idiot who closes apps pieces? I take IT from thirty eight years down to, uh, so you went from five point two million thirty eight years, and I think IT thousand a year and you lose almost a half a million dollars times.

Sorry, I moved. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Because this is the time of compound. You have so much more time now between here and retirement to actually in compound your money, you're not you're not because you'd rather put more money on a card with the investors kitchen you .

as necessary .

for your business.

Yes, I would say so what is IT? So IT is a mash group um which kind .

of the mastermind you so is this an analysis cle drink of masterminds? Everyone subscribed .

to the next masterminds.

So cribb you sprise not .

really just hand motions more. And like, yeah so this is like from like a clarian guy in my space and I find that really useful because he has a got really lot of like deep, deep, deep data that he kind of like can .

you give a lot of deep, deep.

deep money? Yeah I do um because the dad is really useful for me and IT also helps because i'm part of his community.

I can see what other your business pain for.

They probably could. That's good. I could ask.

you're spending money you don't have.

That's the thing, boss men, you see this. Can you cover that? Asked about you watch I X 点 com.

you pay box a month?

Yes, so that's a premium scription for .

X I was what's room?

So, lum, as I can press the band and I can record like meetings, meetings. I can do a things I can record like, hey, what's up guys? Can you please do this and this and this and this task? And I send IT to them when they do IT and IT just IT worked with very exciting show visual.

This is huge for financial lot. For a year now, my team and I have worked with experts to create what I truly believe are the three best educational programs in the financial space. Online, we have a budget in program where I teach you how to create, manage and revolutionize your budget and control your money.

And then there is the investing program where I teach you to define what investing profile applies to you and your life, and then teach what specific investing strategies applies to you in that situation. And now finally, we have our debt program, where I teach you the best ways to pay off, manage that and even take advantage of good. This has been a revolutionary project that we've been working on for over a year now.

And just like over ten thousand people who already taken our educational programs, you can now take all three of them bungled together at a twenty five percent discount. I heard from thousands of people now who've taken these classes, and they've literally change their lives for the Better. And finally, you can do at a more affordable had the care of hammer dot com, or click the link in the description below, you will not regret this.

So so basically i'm recording a video for them so they can watch IT and haven't understanding what to do and why to do IT. So it's useful for feedback. Screen record.

you know.

yeah, that's just painting. This is one button.

And then I can screen record the two butts.

Yeah, this is one button. And then I just click send and then sends to them. And then also just live.

there is way more convenient OK OK tweet tenter.

Yes, so that's where .

I can box a month.

Yes, so that's where I can schedule tweet. And I can also track an account that make trees.

So I can make a month though .

yeah but IT makes me far more on the back and probably I hope so.

but you're not really pay off this cards. So if I was doing if IT was making more teaching could be making more progress on this card.

making more you .

just putting no, you're not. There is a couple cars that you leave kind of net zero because you spend and then you pay off. Do not making the progress on the other ones that are existing.

Then people send up money in the epidemic. Sounds the onyx c sense for that. Again, eight, nine box of interest, six hundred twenty hours of interest this year so far in fifty one hours of fees. What was the fee that happened this year?

There's probably good chance that I might come just completely forgot to pay something. why?

Why is IT out on auto, say, just for safety purposes? So I .

preferred doing and manually what is now working?

So thought you before .

to work one time?

No, no, no. Because again, no. Because again, one, yes. So no. Yeah the numbers that I said thirty seconds ago, yeah there's .

still true yeah um I guess I could put her on auto yeah but yeah, I could .

then do IT .

do I I do right now.

I'll do you after this episode is the most basic thing you can do over the gay guy. Well, your fee was actually a foreign transaction fee. Oh, and you might just be read constantly. I don't know which one's foreign oh.

that might be investors itchen .

that's out of france so really just pain and actually at fifty one boxy year and that yeah it's .

useful for the knowledge .

I get a uh there I mean i'm not against uh, investing in continue knowledge. I mean, I always tell people that course squares is good for like different certifications and you can take free courses. That's that's a good stuff that I recommend IT, just like I might recommend this for you, but I get a little of some.

I start seeing a lot of different subscription for a lot of different things that are immediate increase knowledge, because a lot of people oversaturate ate themself with stuff they will never use. And knowledges I don't use. And not only that, there is also the other alternative. Now I ve worked with the people like this in every single where they have all the self helps, they have all the stuff, and they literally always focus on consuming that and learning that, instead of ever putting actual action into life.

The difference for this is like, this is like a hundred percent related to what idea with youtube. Yes, I know, incredible, useful. And I go through IT consistently.

sure. And I could go through ten thousand youtube classes. But unless i'm putting the action to that, the same. Yes, so are not necessarily against that. But when I started seeing all these different ones start combining together, then starts making me a little nervous that's IT just a little nervous. But it's so not me saying i'm against that. I am against that putting on that card because you're not in out that card in two hundred dollars interest a month, which is a stupid feet to pay to be able to pay for your difference .

subscriptions .

yeah you guys pay one hundred dollars a month just so you can .

pay for subscriptions have the privilege of in for because that you doing ad .

course and .

I was in that wow, yes, wow, kind of .

yeah no.

I say a monter, right?

I would just rather use like something like a fish card. Man, scared for your age anyway. But the debit card that builds, builds rewards and builds credit.

I again, I don't know. You're just you're not man, you're not a critical person. You're not managing a just just doesn't make any sense.

I do get apple card. Why do we have an apple card? Because there is so much money that is your baLance is insane on this. yeah.

So before you say for the audience sake, you seven thousand, one hundred seven dollars and fifty cents with a minimum monthly payment of four hundred forty seven dollars. Tell me now, glad you make money. good.

yeah. So I got the africa because I remember I was watching like a bunch financial youtube as I have like an iphone. And I was like, like, oh, get the apple card.

Like, okay, cool. So I did that. And like, I had, like, I start off a little low baLance like, or among. And I was like, two thousand years and I never reached. I always paid off and then as things like got like more and like more and more, I was like a five thousand dollar baLance, like a amount right of credit and then a seven thousand or line of credit. So I would buying.

I thought this you are, and I i'll just cut you off. You are not a credit person. You can not be trusted with credit ds because of a baLance increasing or the available uh spending baLance increases means you spend more money than you are.

Not not some of that can manage create cards because when I see my ability spend up and like, yeah, I credit scores just went up because my availability of credit just went up and i'm excited. This is great. Someone thinks i'm good.

You just use IT. You're using IT the wrong way. You're using IT against every single teaching that you saw on the financial using space when you started watching.

Yeah i'm guessing gram was one of them. Yeah, gram and he would an advise what you did either. What aren't you? I haven't seen his stuff as much, but he would not advise that.

He won't advise that all the others out there and even the oldest space like not remember a winner or just any of them I don't gave rams is not a single person who advise. So you talk about how you watch them. How do you go from watching .

them to know to the .

your available spending going up to you just using .

that spending? Yeah so um it's all lifestyle so like when I had like .

I know but you had the education. So why are you were in two watches?

Ah oh so who's ever .

warn two walks all on?

So I got this one for my health much like you like student.

you've got to like five hundred million dollar one. You didn't need that for your house.

You could have got the simple one. Ah I like, yeah.

there is another and .

not just for health.

Yeah yes, you don't need the big one. You don't need the one for hikers. Well, yes, I had been on sunday in your life. Well, I mean.

so to you, but because that's why I have a Normal one.

Okay, well.

I had a noral one, and I was going to the gym routinely, frequently and then I broke and then I also stop going to the gym, but I got this one on. I was going to the gym lotless frequently. Um guess I did needed to break in this on IT has a higher heat ing and also .

I can like wear the .

sa so you don't .

need to wear a watching the damping.

Sa, yes, it's just more convenient to wear. I track my heart.

right, that I could be OK yeah, that were going okay. And then after wear .

the other watch because the other one doesn't t tell time. Well, this one tell I just a more r is for how much is oh good?

Yeah, which is.

So this is one of the watches by, i've like ten thousand dollars watches in total. Are they at .

least holding their value?

Yes, I know.

So them are are four thousand, six hundred, five of them gain thirty .

percent a year? no. So OK, I think .

I ve thought .

about IT I I thought about a feel right now.

Do the the heart .

yeah percent. I I love them. I love like wearing them.

I like the are a bunch. great. That's great. We all get to do the things we enjoy. This is a big this is know the time stuff we'll all going to do that when weren't a financially healthy place? You're not. And if that was your investment with the future, i'd say one that's done that's not any different fiction. I think that's an okay, fun little extra investment table that's your entire now by the way, IT is your entire profile act either either way, either way, that is not what someone does when they have thirty percent .

interests under debt. I'm not going to sell them because at the time when I bought all these like they weren't like I had casual, like they wasn't like debt and I don't want to sell them out like I everyone has like a story to tell and like do IT because you not into watches, but i'm sure money.

money in your money. Socks, yes, to improve in your life.

in your life, socks you really good outside that .

holds you back from so many things that you don't understand you in the process, in how you have in the process trying to retirement. You mean the process is trying leveraged financial situation for you think that fiction, you just bring in some cash flow? yeah.

You don't understand the use of welfare, anything yet? Any kind of investment? You no, what you're talking about?

yes. So that is all sure that does. So I have to move out in january.

So actually do you need to my credit? What do you mean have to move up from you every mom? No, no. First.

the.

Couple um yeah .

so ah I live .

with some friends in antonio. Um we run out a house um but that house is being sold um sometimes really next year so they want us out by january three first which is cool.

Yes, what's your rent? Rent is five hundred dollars. incredible.

Would you have to move out? yes. Are you going to see, senator, or as far as texas goes.

as the cheaper major city? Yes, IT is the cheaper major city.

Um probably not. I'm looking at you.

I'm looking at either service or oh yeah .

okay um any particular reason why? Yeah so I ve a lot of clients in my M E.

so it's good to have that in personalization. And in addition to that, my family is in self lauda so my mom, dad, our way um and long time where are .

you here then why are you in sanatory onic?

So I moved out here uh in two thousand twenty one that was like my roommates like hey like or my friends at the time like hey, we need an additional roommate. Would you like to feel that spot? And at the time I was a twitch .

streamer and did the .

consulting stuff.

Month hundred and people pay youtube vide .

some um on youtube s what is your .

high three month? And youtube a personal don't e OK personally.

my high month not a lot.

Why would people trust you?

Because i'm really good at what it's less about. It's less about like, okay, so some people are Better at doing things and some people are bit at coaching. I'm much Better at at coaching.

I can you know what the coach .

that you couldn't do yourself though OK. So doing myself, I really hate doing myself. I OK well that's .

relatively and what do you hate about IT?

Um the like project management. So like let's say if I do myself, I have to have like any of the things like that readers. So managing all those different ece.

I don't enjoy every youtube not not every youtube channel has I give me channels .

don't necessarily need that. The game channel I would scale.

I work with you sure but you could do that doesn't require scripting an editor obviously great to use.

But yeah um at that point comes a time thing and also there is some level like investment you you get to return. So like if I did do with myself, I do run a channel and makes me thousand doors months and roughly passive income and I that with my .

partner um but like yeah that .

take a massive successful little little partner .

no not little little partner partner uh so so you're not moving into a place with a significant so going to be okay okay. Um i'm i'm OK with the I like you know one of the reasons why are comfortable making our budgeting class, our vesting class and our deck class there actually are really good. You can get them for free fun to let s go.

Our stuff yeah free stuff s good. Um but the reason why I ell good about doing that because I paid off my debt. I love working with experts and gain their acknowledge and bring their acknowledge to our programs.

I love budget. It's fun to figure out i'll teaching the skills around that. And I built a very successful investment portfolio and I love teaching about that.

And I got to determine investment and portfolio and what the investment based on that. I like that, but I was successful of that stuff. You weren't successful.

So that's not naturally true. I did work on a channel originally, so I hired some meal guy and the guy who in the channel, hey, you know, we like to do, like some strategy stuff and stuff, strategy stuff, yes. Like, hey, like, can you come up with ideas for videos? I did. So I took that channel from seven thousand scribers hundred, two hundred and forty.

I think, okay. I want to pause on that though, because this sounds like the classic may think that we all do and this is not a bad thing. We all work at the company.

The company does something successful. And then on a resume, we said we brought from this to that yeah like realistically in your mind, please be honest, how much of that was legitimately one hundred percent? You.

me, all that I, I have full documentation of everything i've done. I'm and then, you know, I feel like a whitty job before has all my word, what did you do? What did you do? yeah.

So we, rosh creators, first and foremost, I did idea. So I figured out what ideas made the most measures, and then I then give those to them, like those creators. Then I looked at and fired out what that knows, working the best in the space with our direct petitt and dial competitors.

I can. They do that is so simple.

they don't have time to do IT like. So that guy that I was working with, like, he's a father, he is two kids and he's like running like the other side of the business.

The youtube was, yes, yes, exactly fine, Normal. That's what I cut my teeth.

And then I end up working with all the craters that we work with. So we would hire crates to work at this business. We'd pay them a flat rate, and they would do videos for us, but they would be our video ideas, our packaging, uh and then eventually, like, you know, that was real, fully successful.

And then they also earn a lot. So I was also working with those guys as well. So I was working on that business and I worked with like seven caters at one time. So I was basically working with eight craters at once when I was like seventeen, eighteen. And you learn a lot with fast.

Yes, we got, we got. That's okay. seven. That's that's good to know that that's good to know for the future of your career in general. So this card in general, because you just got a higher limit to spend on, you just started finding more.

Yeah um he was one of those things what was like, you know, flying economy. I don't like or like business and I can find business now and then I would and then i'm like, I have done that. But like, but I like, I don't do anymore.

I find economy. I find the cheap seat now, okay, okay, i've scale back on that. I also short.

So kind of works out. How are you like five, six? I like a man with.

no, we call them short kings.

Short kings, you get IT. I I .

respect that. Yeah, I have. I have. Like a importer can make sure that .

works really nice. Vertically .

chAllenged. B. M. He's not only around here is the porter.

Y can dump truck for those of you in the youtube membership, uh, for our channel members. Okay, so let's see OK. Alright, so you say you stop, not your flying cheapest. And no, IT wasn't necessarily the flying. I actually their abrego dance.

That isn't what this up anyway because the bounds was six thousand and eight hundred thirteen sorry, six thousand and four hundred and seventy one IT has gone up by six hundred dollars. So you scale back the flying wo no more post a flying clarity on your sea purchase. great. I'm thrilled you're still spending increasing IT by six hundred dollars.

So yeah that's dash things like that say why so I worked from home.

Um what is switch into? Oh.

that's twitch. Um that's like and .

you donating no.

I like up to a few craters is just good for relationships.

Things like that give up. It's like every it's you have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and by the way, by the way, little reminder on those reder once up, down in the in in life and you don't have anything in investments and you're going to die in poverty. So I hope you know, die poverty on this track because you make, do there are people that make over six figures all, all their life.

And guess what, they still die with absolutely insecure in retirement because they just blow their money every year. They live the high life, especially if you go to my ami, I really see love IT there. Yeah you're gona love IT and then you won't be able to retire again.

So that's not over exaggeration. It's simplifying your life down really quickly, but has not an over exaggeration. You couldn't be.

So why is paying those twitch really worth over that? Now you're going for the relationships. Now let you all let you talk this second.

You're same for relationships. I can justify that. But then the money that comes in from those card and .

some of the card going up only yes hard degree ah but how 有 十秒 i pay off the other cards? right? I like to discover card. And like I think.

about. One art know doesn't matter if you pay off the debt, but you're leaving in others.

You think like I tried to pay off like in chunks, right? So you're not I know I paid off and then gets more comes back.

Uh, decided bubble up all the months you were paid for and then you put IT tots and then you just spend IT up again. So you're really .

changing nothing.

So I don't get what you're talking about. And look your logic here, man, it's not working. It's not it's so why for the logic? Why continue to use logic if obviously not working? Because you knew coming in here that geology was broken, right? That's a thing.

I don't think IT really is that broken, but IT is you have debt, disagreed interests. That not bad. That is bad. Then if that is continuing and never stop in, and only in in worse.

And how is the logic not broken, please? How would IT not be broken? Give me logical reason how I would not be broken.

I don't I don't think I really can. It's kind the way I E compartment.

if you can think of a reason why it's not broken and that has to mean it's broken.

yes.

okay. So change IT, man, when something is not working in life, you will change IT. If you, if your doctor talks to you and says you're going to have a heart attack, if you don't change your life, you don't just continue down the logic. If you can eat whatever the you want and not move at all, you have to change IT.

That's what the thing is that works just like right now like yeah the death stocks and I want to get rid IT because like I would be nice to have an investor.

You don't want to get rid of him .

more than you want to do. All that seems to be the the .

major issue .

yeah yeah.

So what's going to make you want to get on a dead .

more first?

Like I don't think I think I really um there are things like I know I made one of you for the world of all the day, but there are some things of real world when you're Younger. Sometimes there's a lot of hubris that comes with this. Sometimes there's a lot of just like all these are consequence.

No consequence is yeah I deal th in the future so there is some of that. And I think for you, it's like retirement than on your money because is so far away doesn't matter. But you don't understand that retirement is now so because you can get your retirement taking care of really if you really wanted.

I'm not advising this because that means living no life in your twenty, but you could set yourself up for a complete successive. You invested like seven, five percent of your money through our twenty years. You would never have to invest again. And then you'd be to be able to retire easily. That success.

the thing. So and I think me that seems from this. So I A friend, I work with them on youtube and he is, I think, on paper millionaire. He is his own house. He has a three hundred fifty thousand dollars in stocks.

mostly between tesla and the .

and things like and like pass like a full car pay alf. And for him, like know he lives like he does not work much like he just like tell something he has to and then like buy some stuff back and yeah and and the thing is like, no, he doesn't really like live life. I'm sure he's happy but like I enjoy living i'm not .

saying get to that point, but you not even contributing one percent. I was just literally advisin not to do this thing that I said you could do yeah, i'm saying you're in a position where if you really wanted to, you go crazy and then your retirement would be set up. But i'm just using that example saying of how strong of posing you're in if you just contribute in twenty percent and how strong time is.

But if you just contribute twenty percent, now you're gonna retire multi, multi, multi mail. And that really doesn't take much life away from you also philax, this was a pretty damn felix. You have to sometimes spend more than you make girls. You would not be also critical.

Yeah, I think I think I do. I know I didn't last month, but potentially in August I did um work just like you just I just run all the way up and I just like, just like I can party. I can do whatever .

and I just .

like put everything, are you a big party here?

No, not really more like I am.

I can get really club, but it's more like I like going to like very high barks. I like high and things right? I like relatives vely hide and clothing.

Everything is fun. That would be nice right? Um no but it's like the the jury I buy, like the the clothes .

I buy OK and scrape his OK and set yourself up. I'm not saying don't live, but you don't need to live the three three hundred dollars of your lives .

on a hundred yes, that is the issue what I try .

to but but again, you know what would .

you like IT more? I do like IT a lot.

You're dig to a man .

and you got like.

yeah and then there's chick fully, an apple bill in here, some boxes and other apple bill and other apple book. All these usually getting subscriptions are in that purchases and then an apple bill, apple bill, what are all these more apple bills?

Yeah, I think the apple bills are me. no. So that can be that this purchase with door dash, things like that. And I do have .

to say.

I B, M, H, apple pay.

why? Would you allow yourself to lose an additional hundred fifty two dollars and interest? So now I were up to two hundred fifty dollars of interest in one month gone european, hundred and fifty, two hundred fifty hours as a fee to be able to have access to these cards.

That's what you're doing so that you can sustain your booking lifestyle. Yes, thousand and three hundred and forty five dollars in interest this year so far, meaning that to me feel like this card wall, I mean twenty twenty seven point two four percent interest. People credit do we really need? People quit can be a good tool for quick financing, things that zero percent. But IT doesn't matter because you are having interest being charged, even these being charge you with the menu, the payments every three, you paid more than one, two hundred, five, two hundred forty matter, nine hundred ninety four dollars with a thirty elephant and four dollar facilities of interest and then the balls down the paper credit. Just don't understand why this attention business to you, the apple is as personal yeah .

the .

apple persons. So you said your prioritizing personnel over the ink, but you're not the up went to went up. So why you post in three thousand nine hundred fifteen dollars and ninety seven cents with the seventy three element to to get the protists? Why run IT up? Why run IT up? Ah oh till for .

a factor oh yeah fact which .

can be good. I like them and there are good sponsor sometimes and there also a good we I eat their meals here for lunch。 I guess what was careful you're putting them on death and that's when you don't use those kind of products.

Yeah so uh, I was being character for a while just because I was like .

really convenient for how my kind .

of does the factor .

that is good.

But but.

Is some thing because this is a Better than that.

Yeah I believe IT zero .

percent you were capful in IT IT would be different. You know, zero percent factors and the zero percent financing stuff I like are usually things that are going ad value to life. This is just a little convenience IT IT .

is a little convenience.

Yes, why why put this on text fact that .

kind of like where I really only had like like the ability to put IT on was was the papal um I don't think I got to put IT on the apple card or any the other cards um so that way I just kind of kept there and then I I would pay IT off over time. I get boring for my self in the future.

Why why do this to someone those you were you have so much. Man, I don't understand why compound in the opposite direction because that's what you're doing. Man, you're compound in tow words.

It's I I hate to see you as someone that has such a potential for success. I hate to see this compounding downwards. And you, I don't know, man, it's all just, it's all to fill like a whole man, you're just like this is to fill a hole.

And yeah, oh, the fee. What was the fee? Guy, what was the fee? What was the fee? 我不是 the fee。 Oh yeah, fee.

You know, even pay a damn dead on time so what's the point if you can pay that time? You are not qualified in any world to that. Uh yeah again.

take manual payment. Um I just prefer IT you prefer .

paying fees not no .

set IT on auto .

and go guess what I pay off all my cards menu too but I have a mont auto if for some reason i'm the dumas mother in the world and forget to pay, which I never do. But if I did, I wouldn't have a fee head.

I think it's a safety that .

why I give yourself the actual safety tools .

yeah um I don't have a good answer that .

there is no good I should do that.

And by .

the way, in addition to the door that you see, you factory then any door door and what one fans, wes, dinner. yeah. The discover yes. okay. So these two cards, you're right, paid off absolutely. But the money that just spending on here is ridiculous because even if paid off, IT depends on the kind of money were spending your quarter .

six forty yeah and it's .

like complete dog is not .

great there we can bring up my equi coffee we yeah the .

late fears going to because as I consider pain but that kind of spending that you're doing on here, I don't understand why. And so I can add to your that because is not a debt, you paying this off every month, right? Yes, right, because is no interesting.

okay. But listen, you got works faces on here. You got biohacker, you got paypal out the moon and or a venerable service and paypal service.

And then who goes inventus and amazon and amazon taxing court convention spanner convention spanner. I am sports, I am e forts. Dragon layer comics, dragon layer comics, dragon layer comics, dragon layer comics who do discord OpenAI ChatGPT framed IO vo domino. Even on a business carding, you have these expenses that you could probably do with the business and amazon, a society awards come on guy, that those are free to people who .

actually earn them um so yes, but if I work with clients, get a second one so they get their free one to work with a second one, I have to pay this. There's a replacement, yeah. But if I work with them, I also earn IT.

You can get IT with your team. So that's how i've done that. I know, I know, which is why I ve got a few.

i'm sure. Do they have lama?

No, they have my kind thing. I would not. That's my client. That not me. Yeah.

no, I don't.

If I have my name.

I be like that. Just one two hundred lady for one.

That was the gold one.

Yes.

I get the .

pride bind, but this is like many don't have the money 嗯嗯 OK, oh, oh, I can. yeah. So also on this card.

I think I also just got A T V on this card as well.

Is is still gona be paid off every month? Probably yeah so you don't even know so why you so probably probably not a yes. So there is a chance of this card will .

include interests. This world will get paid off because this is only the no matter how much I make carica every month.

And what if you have a bad month for commissions that if the business work for loses client, like the one time you lost, like and then you couldn't pay your dam bills because now your crum bills from the t arty purch.

uh, I cross that bridge when I get there. That has not happened yet and I don't think IT would um just because like where i'm the business and and what I bring to the business um and also like clients turn every .

We got grammar on here, and amazon, and amazon and amazon and and zon and sub stack in jordas. H you have everything possible. Dordick buffo, wild wings, country role.

Oh my god. H H, feel max frame that I really pay for that, oh my god. H, one hundred and seven doors, so that that .

is being covered. The business.

the framing is being covered by the business. Or dash is review video, yes. Dash, on on, on dorax door. Dh, and other description, amazon, amazon gonna want to take a look at your amazon to this off count.

discover first and then.

Dh, and h mcDonalds, E C V S and h mechanical. Ls, mind you, again, it's listen, if you paid this off, that's good. But the the category that a lot of purchases are, the some of work and of these are bush in the bush could be paid off the apple card quicker.

yes. So you even if it's on a hard that has been paid off that money that you are being forced to pay, I could be on to something else, meaning that is still dumb. Yes, let me see .

you go kind .

of find .

this .

is is nothing fun is okay? Uber motor n on counter. Yes, our countries .

are a payment service for uh, people I worked with. So so to pay people yes.

and and gentlemen.

I was looking really .

to travel OK on table. Yeah, it's a lot of the same purchases. Tinder paint for tender that was when .

I was on vacation in miami did not work.

You trying .

to yeah went wrong.

Yes, go out.

Yes, going out very often, occasionally.

Okay, pull amazon .

o to rock for this.

Okay, because I was like A F the purchase on her, her guy. So why do that you have not really get IT? Have you had into searches just for in this cardcase?

You have had interesting years so far, meaning you probably were laid on a payment once, not laid on a payment, but laid on making the full payment. Hey, you know me. yes.

So you can have access to this critical, because unique ate all your points instantly when you eventually, ged, even once wait. okay. Was the TV purchased on the car, but through amazon, you purchased the TV through amazon.

So that's what that is. OK may be truth face to brush screen protector. fine. Lots of roman.

yeah.

Got a poop cleaner and more roman also. Romen, X, X control probe. Don't need that, but you did get a refunded. Did you get coverin did .

you covin I I super sick so that I had a flu and I want to make sure wasn't cove .

IT IT was not time some mic shaving bow? yeah. And you people use that. I know where in the eighty hundred years, more experts, controllers.

Oh, do believe that coffee table was the first coffee table eye purchased when I moved down here. Are you a good taste? Looks just like IT.

No, no, no. I wanna get something like that. No, no, it's like, it's like the fake. It's that fake. I had A A real nice wooden you got got like the fake rustle and what I hate that look, I know why people like that .

look IT looks so bad. It's just what's available.

Yeah, that's fine. Probably our her person and we can afford to pay off for other I don't roa the table that's the critical this in called that thousand doesn't mean you are losing two hundred and fifteen dollars in interest in a single month of your two other cartoons. Okay, yeah.

Again, there was interesting your support. Here's another car that you pay off, right? But still seven hundred and forty five thousand of purchases I can to add to the deck as you are painted off.

But ebay, ebay, ebay, ebay, ub eats and amazon and amazon with all, first of all, stupid. What are all these? Ebay, eighty six hundred twenty six, forty seven hundred twenty three dollars.

So were building out downstairs. So was where me and my me and you have .

to leave soon.

We didn't know that the time we ve found out this month on the first. So yeah, I kind of a bit we're on the first, on the fifth.

So IT wasn't them was .

a landor's yeah he was a landlord. Yeah so there's .

no okay, no interest charges on this year, uh, in this year for this card. Let's go you did one card, correct? But again, do all the ebay funny things make sense in the uber things, in the amazon things make sense when we have cards that are going to and for the month of interests? I don't think so. They do not return that kind of value. Those things that you purchased, in fact, they only go down and values, especially the food because .

it's gone very .

tasty though twenty percent. Okay now okay is that all you .

that oh I A firm and for why and what? Okay so uh I have eight hundred hundred right now on the firm from forty three a few a year ago. Um so I bought a brand new computer. I needed a new computer, my other computer like self, essentially, what .

computer? What do you get?

So it's a fort.

I OK. So this a tower. Yes.

naming the facts. okay. So a forty ninety, I it's sixty four.

You did not need a forty ninety. You did not. You could have gone with .

the forty eighty. So I stream. I also use IT for .

a mute rendering.

Not need. Yes, I did for what I was extreamly the video encoding idea. So much time?

Yes, there is a little bit of time on there, but you did that need the word need as increase. Al, you could have spent an extra fifteen minutes on the rendering. I know of fact, we have all all the different gp s here. I know have done what we've played with them all. Okay, you could have a little bit of money there.

Okay, go here. continue. Um then that is a seven nine hundred x and fifty x, something like that.

The top and time you want full top to ty.

yeah next and everything. And sixty four years, if I could have had one hundred and twenty, yes, but I only needed thirty two, but I got sixty four or four. I don't be applications because there there are pretty ramon.

And from tubes, amazon purchases continue in the check in co await. Where are was the different payment on the firm?

Uh, the minimum month payment on the affirm is, I think at this point two hundred and twenty, it's one seven three and then I have one last thing is going to paid off this one, so it'll be one, seven.

three flat after that. And then okay, what would the bounds for after that?

After that, it'll be zero after P, F, of the last thing.

Well, that I will have two things. No, you said one hundred, seventy three. Yeah, okay, yeah. What will your bounds be with that? People.

sixteen, fifty.

I think fifty. So will put that as your brands, okay, in the checking account, right? Because you don't have any other that yes, yes, crack. yeah. Have a thousand boxing here, which is insanely love for someone who makes as much as you stupid.

I know that's like the big gest pain point.

Another thing he knows is work on .

biggest payment. I'll have the money .

transfer your money probably about a thousand boxes of minimum in like generous thousand. What's going out to and on spending? We had, I don't have guessed, out of fifteen hundred OK to yes, that's that's bad.

So you spent about two .

thousand and five hundred guaranteeing able, guaranteed you get up if you didn't do that thirty five hundred box in the chicken account. Then again, this all a choice and you are doing that to yourself. Amazon a return fee. You a return fee.

Because because what? Okay so that I do know what happened there. So I use wise do not .

wise is um i've heard of IT.

It's basically like paypal up but not dog OK best to describe IT. Yes you use paper. Okay that's leganez thing.

I have a while um but yeah so I paid through wise and I have to transfer wise to my bank count um and when I transferred the wise money to my bank account um you would like put you could act amount in and then I didn't calculated the amount that I would. You track the fee so I put more in. I like a dollar. So yes.

amazon pao, there's the fee. Uber trip, uber trip. Sonic, oh gosh, this is where all the food going. Numbers surprise me. I don't feel good through IT and make sense directions. Have an a love in paypal and care ship and now a hundred and forty three dogs for pay. F, L, 不是 P, F, P, L, F, U, I.

Hundred forty three.

that's some terminal. Xi, what are you kidding?

Mostly, energy drinks guy.

go to the grocery store and buy a bullet. Downers action. Saic, won't you give food? Sonic is like a literal bottom of .

the bottom of so gay I so good .

I love on I recently got IT I recently got I .

felt like ill because what's your so I I believe like the blast that I think or something like I it's like, but don't I stream but then I get like, yeah ckd ris or your crush and then I get the tony island dog and then I get a corn dog.

Okay, I had the dog is hot .

dogs like IT dead IT .

depends on the cordova don't remember. I do like fine but so many Better place is like and its first cut eleven pay mcc Donalds a little seasons and oration of store mcDonald py here, just another cycle, uber trip, uber trip, ua trip, buying and drive, behave.

driving. Do you have a car? I don't have a car.

Okay, yeah. Do you want a car?

You're going to be moving. So we don't know what I do, not particularly. And then if I move to miami relatives, walkable city like thirty really depends you to live. I ve heart living in the over town and say, because the suburbs, suburbs, but I be living in downtown area.

And paypal a lot, paypal out a lot. I talk on to the paypal, sixty three dollars more uber, uber, uber, uber cash up and out, three hundred twenty five words that going .

so that money that's bills and the paypal es.

uh.

depending on what the transaction of the paypal was, it's either papal credit or if it's a direct a pell transfer, it's likely me a paying my partner for the youtube of run oh sorry.

waterberg uber uber or mcDonald the box, you only get us food dot H C V S. What do you getting .

c VS than more energy drinks?

Um no, that's .

problem. I was sick. Um I don't go. I don't very often. Yeah we can system .

and spice duration, spice duration chick filter ation mcDonald, what is youtube me?

Oh um that is membership. Is that short .

for membership? Maybe oh, IT might be that .

might be you to we have a membership .

tens of thousands of hours of content back. They're really good stuff. Highly recommend checking in out. But you have that.

So does that make sense? You to have IT, microsoft, paypal, paypal cash up, uber ber, and then you return. I was a crazy that was .

a one time return for, I think.

yeah, I was one time, but I still happened yeah dickeys your decks be pair of so simple. I bet your budget is gonna. So I know it's going to be so too. We lived the opposite lives.

Now, for what it's worth, you you ended up making six serious before I ever did, but I ended up getting the sales and I did really well there, and I ended up making six figures. But we did the opposite. You're just going to live the highlife.

And I went and paid off of my dead. Instead, I feel like I turned out in a Better position financially. There's even without this business.

Yeah you definitely Better position financially A A million dollars th after what like four years of doing that was properly invest in taking manager time and making smart choices instead of according accumulating lots of that before I ever started this. Yeah, so I have more fun. What do you do? You don't do anything. You get everything.

Here is doda. So that's the more n when I travel, I do travel a lot. So in july I had a try miami I had a trip in new york in march um and I I want to my am recently I don't .

think you can afford these man, not anymore, just temporarily. You can afford them. Just budget them, budget them properly.

After you get out, I feel I could give you out of that. And like five minutes come so strong, your income so strong. I know we said you do IT okay.

So that pisses me off. There's because I feel like you're gona prioritize going more trips in order that stuff over. Actually not.

I'd like to you on just because .

is the youtube channel? No I in the space and you like that?

No um but I I would really like paid on the that I like to get serious about like living my life and this is like really kind of holding me back. So like the little crat Scotts can be hard to like a pile like start apartments I would really like um and with like this my income like I had no dead IT would be not differ .

for me to before that I could budget IT what on ever to your account of month basis for your pay to everything commissions pay account do incredible licious love IT I could be post taxes again. Are you contractor are useful to be setting on inside for taxes?

Yes, I should.

Have you paid taxes?

I have paid taxes. Yeah I I paid taxes.

No bingo this up. So guys, okay, so you're setting three thousand hours side. So we're going to live off for seven thousand hours. Okay, everyone go.

Yep.

because because you have to take care of your uh um you know such care ity taxes, self employment taxes, so your dead payments, thick chunky minimum payments for forty seven plus three four, forty seven plus two, eighty three point nine six plus seventy three OK yeah why already take such a substantial portion very come away from mental, the payments is so stupid and then you're still any money, those credit cards that makes no sense.

You can afford IT because even in the last month, when years money credit you made more than you spend. So it's extra, extra time dummer than the people that more than actually make one hundred, three thousand and six minutes. What's your rent in winter? The end .

again um january thirty.

What's your .

rent .

and five .

hundred that's going .

to be very .

able and surges.

Are you have interest that than that?

Yes no, that separate this twenty one dollars go gas .

from from drive driving down. But you uber could we get away with one hundred of the box? Some of the uber.

yes or less, probably hundred.

Okay, we'll do that. Then someone .

so different, like like.

for example, that one shop I .

didn't shopping. No, there isn't H B, literally right at my own. Like it's a five, I could walk there.

There is I walk there. I do good to the three hundred doha for all our meal plane that's for your necessary food. Follow our meal plan. Tweak IT to your need to get up a couple times month before you get out of this couple times week tp fun, anything else you need to survive hundred dollars a month. Uh, how much should you say is required to funder business across all these actually things, pretending new cut back, pretending you should cut back in some things that you really don't need? Giving me just a rough gas.

You'll get to this out later. Let's say two fifty.

Okay, good to do. Two fifth unluckily yes with so under your taxes some things will still work out. But ah anything medical health .

care yeah I have trust at two .

hundred and fifty seven dollars month and then copies or anything .

on .

a lot basis phone bh film bill to be .

one hundred ten thousand month.

Do you own money in your phone? internet? That thing I was holding international phone, so say helium, we like helium. S fifteen boks months for teen mobile towers international though.

Yeah, I I have clients in one fifteen.

one ten, one ten. What else is to be in your budget? Even pets.

I have no pets besides my romains.

They may be that you them so why or else since been you about that, i've not taken account .

for um .

anything else at all. And I know you rent situations gna change. Well, i'll see IT looks like for a few months, for three months.

I think that .

IT just child, two thousand seven hundred and ninety six hundred and ninety six cents. So simple in the world. You have an actually four thousand two hundred three dollars on a money basis. Okay, this month you pay off paypal, it's gone.

Next month you pay off chase, that because there is a little of unpayable throughout those suggestions, you shall to build pay off a firm and it's january, maybe set of paying off the apple set somebody side for security deposite everything you will have gone up because you decrease your world stuff. Have you to get an apartment wonderful. If you move somewhere, you're going, na put the security to posit down.

Maybe first months around, you're going to utilize this four thousand two hundred. And let's say, because of rent, you're going to go up to about one thousand five hundred OK. So you have three thousand and two hundred dollars left. So you pay off your apple card in two and a half months.

So after that months of saving and the two months to have five and a half months, your debt free is simple, get a fully from the emergency one what you need to survive, which at that point will be about three thousand, a hundred will call potential, actually, without your dad. Never minds to life three thousand hours of months with your new rent, all like good self time. Six, eighteen thousand dollars with your extra money you have left over of the three thousand dollars just about you will be able to say that opened about six months and under your death, three, have a four of the most basic dumps.

Easy association in the world is this, you're not been a child pretending like you make three hundred thousand hours year. And then just literally fifty percent of your needs to be a money spent. Fifty percent needs thirty percent, and ones should be a twenty percent and investing.

And like I showed, it'll be a multiple lt. I multimillions. There is no more to say because is the done thing in the world.

You could do this tomorrow, but you chose not to. There's no reason for you to be in the situation. Stupids, don't, don't do IT someone. You're gonna more throw that this process, what the expanded budge technical spent under, is still putting things on the credits and not pay them off. Folly and money was going to bad things.

So i'm so going to call the three out of ten b in general there dead for your income situation with where you are in life.
