Ae commander listeners, is charlie here again? And i've brought Nancy back in this study. We're going to do another bonus episode.

So many people have been asking about how AManda actually did this. And the blog posts have been the big center of attention. They've been White from the internet completely italy to, but we do have access to all of them. So we've pulled up some of the blog post because, Nancy, I wanted you to talk through some them in more detail to get more of an idea how this actually happened because the blog post weren't just in writing. There was so much imagery.

But IT wasn't just say, again, we because we talked about this in the first bonus eis ode about the fact that sa or con doesn't really sum IT up because the lens and depth and complexity of what AManda went to is quite astonishing. Again, thank you. Listeners were so grateful and were so god that you love the show. And, you know, thanks for your support. So Nancy, Nancy nci, this first blog post that we've pulled up, can you talk us through what this looks like?

So what you're looking at here is AManda, when he had got her port and a man is poor, got infected so he talked about like i've had IT for two weeks and it's it's the first port she's had after three years and it's infected and SHE has to get a taken out.

So there's three pictures we're looking at and this is kind of called the ports. And the first picture, AMandas kind of got her a mouth open in an ice cream and she's holding and her chest with, can you explain what port is?

So the port would be where they would administer dictation chemo, different things easier than always getting a vain or or having to get IT in a vain for a uh, a cancer patient. You know some people definitely get them right away and and some IT could take a while. But for AManda, IT didn't come until two thousand fifteen. So three years into her cancer treatment and IT, unheard was placed like writing on your chest above your heart kinds thing, which is, you know, I think pretty standard for a folks yeah, he is absolutely like, got that look like, oh my god, it's infected like this definitely .

because is a lot of .

a red on the page. There's a lot of red. It's tape down with a very clear tape as opposed to maybe you would think like a medical tape, but a clear tape and yeah, it's got bruin like a lot of Brown and booing underneath, you can see.

And then the next photo next to IT is a and looking but his tall .

and then you see a scar or a line sort of somewhat in the area where the port was. I think that's part of the thing I looked at too because to me, as you can see that it's like not where the port was but yet that's where the score is. Um and then if you look at the next picture two, which was from valentine's day, this was all right around valentine's day of two thousand and fifteen.

It's her out on a date with cory AManda court out on a date her husband and you can see the scar has then moved over again. It's shifted and angles differently. She's wearing a very low cut dress there and you i'll dress up and stuff and you can see.

And then on top of all of that, the day I was a sunday when SHE posted about getting the poured out that day, going to the hospital in getting that out, and then SHE posted that evening, he was at an event for the church evening down the 后背。 And if I remember correctly, a leader actually was talking with just of that day. Instead, I saw, I meant to got her poured out, and SHE said, SHE isn't have a port. SHE isn't been wearing a port. So you know, the dynamic of having a port for two weeks and infected you was kind of blown .

because in the photos next to the por photo, where there's bruise on a red, there's no breathing in red, are the ones that ever mind the fact that the scars in a different place so was the scar drawn on.

That would be my yes.

I know yeah the question yes. And where did you get the port from?

Well, that's not a full you know a port goes under the skin and then they're usually like you. You can feel like A A cathode type of thing that under the skin. I remember when my sister had hurts here, that thing that's tape down or over IT is isn't quite what I remember.

But maybe things have changed. She's got a big plastic thing kind of covering IT. But there should be like an opening where they would then IT inject a needle, or are two being into that to be able to deliver .

the medication? Because, again, IT wasn't just and convincing people or telling the story that he had conserving documents in her journey. I mean, SHE kind of actually did he went to hospitals.

She's got, well, from what we can see in this picture, what looks like a part she's blog in about the fact that she's got a poor. And then the next bog post is medications that AManda spoken about. So SHE actually got hold of medications, or did SHE.

So this next blog post is a picture of what looks like medication, bottles and needles. And then the photo underneath is a picture of AManda holding one of the medications and up to her face, and kind of peering fruits that is like an eye ee the side of the bottle, and she's holding in the bottle with her fingers up. And SHE says, they say, breast milk is liquid gold.

This little in tall bottle with ten milligrams of liquid gold is twelve thousand and five hundred dollars. That's outrageous. How farma company is sleep at night, probably on diamond ed with pillows.

So from patients, tears, okay, that was a little dramatic. But you get the point is that medication in that photos, no. Is a liquid gold.

Is a liquid gold? no. So the first picture you describe where you see like a couple of vials with syringes and what night that's one of the ones that I was able to zoom in and blew up. And there's there's you know she's claiming this is that could true um carra has totally different markings on whatever bottles that comes in these there's a lot numbers on the bottles that you can clearly see. There's lot numbers and there's identifying numbers that when you do a simple google surgeon look with that is it's sAiling or it's things that are easily for all all kinds of things. So you know basic stuff, not cancer um and then the one of her peering, you get a Better look at the label, the side of the label of cathode and again, not the right color, not the right shape, not anything to do a cathode.

So in this picture it's celine and shell. It's not actually the crude of medication. And can you explain what causes .

is so truder was the amuel therapy. So it's not technically a cheer, but it's in a unique therapy. The forefront that is a IT has to get reconstituted.

I think I discuss in the pocket there's it's kept in deep refrigeration um has to go through an I V bag IT has to be used through a new sonic cholos someone has to be licensed to handle IT so for her to be standing in her bathroom holding IT up would be ridiculous. Oh and the one last thing when I saw that post, 可 truder has a hotline。 The pharmaceutical company has a hotline for registered patients. You have to be a registered patient in order to receive the and so it's a hot line. So I called IT and you you give a name and the data birth and they told me there's no such patient register for that medication into that name and AManda Riley and data .

birth as we also zoom in on on one of these pictures, which shows like tablet bottles as well, pill bottles in. I remember like me and some of my team, amazing, amazing team, Jackson and casey, we resuming and we like, oh my gosh, that somebody else name, yes, IT was actually Angus in a way that you couldn't see the name. So we know that that location in the photo had somebody else's name on IT was like a mail name .

yeah he always anytime SHE shot medications. Like I said, the bottle, it's angled in a way it's turned that you can't see the front of IT or see the name of IT.

There's another picture on this blog post is a picture of AManda and IT says merry Christmas from the cheap and there's anybody english watching SHE doesn't mean the tube is in the subway. We call the subway the tube in in england.

So there's a picture over and she's smiling in, got lovely smiling face, but she's got on an oxygen tube and so that's what you means by merry Christmas from the tube she's got an oxygen tube that goes into your nose. How did you get an oxygen tube because you'd look at this and you're like, oh, poor woman, poor AManda, it's Christmas and she's right in oxygenated be, how do you just get hold of an oxygen ship? This is the question. How, well, how did you do IT had all these things? But how do you get this equipment?

Well, I think you remember Kenny who we interviewed. He said, I ran, induced a bag full of stuff from a hospital, right?

My dad was having this forbes surgery. SHE had a bag with her, and he told SHE was there for maintenance chemo therapy. And this was like a ten o'clock at net because he'd gone in for surgery, six o'clock.

And we had just been able able to seam for the first time, SHE said. SHE was there like a to forking with her. SHE had a little bag and supplies with her.

SHE had stuff in her hand and SHE held IT up. And I was almost like he had to explain why SHE had IT. SHE said that, oh yeah, no, I just like him. A thapa that gave me some .

stuff to take home. Just have found tubing, I V tubing in what?

You can just walk in a hospital and get a lot. No.

but you can go to medical supply stores. Medical supply stores Carry all kinds of stuff. And this just generic tubing for oxygen that, you know the little two pieces, like go when your nose and around.

I mean, people said they saw her with tanks of oxygen. I you can rent that. I is right.

Yeah there there are definitely places or you can cock a story that you're feeling a certain way. You have shortened of breath. I mean, you get a you know doctor to to listen to you or prescribe something. But know he was very quick with that one also to relate to fault in our stars and and like right away, like all look at me. This is like my own false to my stars, which was that movie about, you know, cancer kids and what have you like, the tugging at the heart strings all the time.

And the next board post we've got we wanted to talk through when we pick this one because it's got selection of photos. One of them is a photo again, if AManda, it's like a cell e and she's coming.

Sometimes I use this expression when I take a photo so i'm like looking at I think IT don't use like again is kind of like a little it's like a little cheeky smile with a little sick l and she's wearing wink yeah yeah it's like a kind of wink but like turn in your nose are a little bit but a little smoke and she's wearing a ba and she's got a massive needle and she's written when the needles bigger than your face and you're pretty sure the contents will glow if you turn off the light that needles motive but he looks like he is in a hospital in that picture. What's that needle? yes.

So that came on the heels of the cauda post where she's holding the little voice. So he was basically setting up out SHE got sent the medication. They let her do IT at home. So he was going to be self injecting the cathode at home. So that's actually in her bathroom.

That's clever because IT to me that passes is our hospital yeah no.

that's the bathroom. And and I confirm that with Jesse as well. If you look at i'd asked a couple of nursing oncologist that's not a needle that's more of a you know plunger like that pushes out medication.

IT doesn't have a actual sharp middle on the end of IT. IT has like almost like A A serving. So you would push the medication out of that. So just going in a needle, but yeah, because you getting a needles a little more difficult than just getting one of those.

And then there's pictures of her arms. Well, there's pictures of arms with like lots of red Marks on their man bruisers as well. And there's another picture of her you know SHE looks like she's got her pajamas or nightmare on and yeah spital hospital down and she's pictured in a hospital room next to lots of machines and tube and but she's actually in a hospital so again is the same question of you know that looks like modern emergency room yeah.

I did a lot at those type of things when you did that. I did a lot of calling around and asking about hospital gowns to seek his most hospital stock, very specific special grounds and stuff. You know, SHE would say i'm at this particular hospital, and I would call A S T.

Do your hospitals? Are they gray? Or are they this color? Are they? And that was a way to verify to that a lot of time. He said, here I am, and and such that just not a government that use .

there may think you think of what?

Well, because I realize that in a lot of situation, I saw a repetitiveness of photos, or at least environments, or where you would zoom in the background and IT would show like an E, K, G, as a poster heard saying IT was force something cancer related and not like, you know, I got forgotten a habit of zoom ming past her or looking at specific was like, okay, what in a hospital verify know what their gowns look like or what surgery centers use and things like that is not always a hundred percent but that's that's kind of the fun part of looking yeah and .

i'm under also discusses bring nerve guns to oncology and having a nerve fight with the doctors and nurses is i'm going to read what he wrote on the blog IT says to light in the tension of mood. I brought nth guns to the oncology wing last week, and we made the doctors and nurses our targets. IT was super fun.

They were good sports. We figured if they get to shoot us brackets with meds brackets all the time, we could get a little payback out of patient privacy. I won't post pictures, so you'll have to let your imagination run wild. Did you have a new fight in hospital? How did I called?

I called the different oncology wings at several different hospitals. I directly mentioned the one did SHE mentioned in, and now I not, but one of the other ones, you know, he was going a particular place. So I called around and I asked the ecology departments, hey, this is gonna and strange.

Did you guys that someone come that mean like it's just a silliness, fun? They jup around with the doctors, or I think pub called for place know, because in the same area where he was going, like, what are you to know? No, no.

like. So they didn't know why I was calling. I just was just a range person. And so yeah, a lot of a lot of things like that.

And then the last one we wanted to talk about is a picture of a group of people and it's actually a cancer support group called healthy Young attitude. And AManda has a shaved head in this picture and you know, she's just stay in on a post. You know, a friday shouts out of a healthy Young attitude and gratitude friday. So much discussion came out by evening together. Stay tuned for updates. You know, I don't wanna make light of this because not that we're making any anything light of IT, but actually like somebody came in to a cancer support group you who didn't have cancer and you know looking at this picture, there's a group of how many would you says in that picture around fifteen and say you and you know people .

really not very well yeah yeah and she's she's you beaming, smiling away. You know, he posted about IT. They posted about IT SHE SHE .

went to support groups and SAT there the people that had cancer?

Yeah I mean, I have photos of that SHE posted of her in new york at one as well.

How did you do that? How does somebody do that?

I think, know, besides just physically walking in and introducing yourself in being a part of IT that saw you have to do right? So I also think that was a way of learning a lot about true cancer survivors and how they, how they are, what they talk about, what they indoor, what they go through.

So he may have taken some of those people stories, then. Should I use them as our own?

yeah. I mean, what you know is horrific is that sounds what Better way? And even in when they when federations filed the case against her, one of the things they put in there was that, you know, members of support group had contacted them about her being part of the group and spending time with them and spending the last hours family know SHE infiltrated these groups.

And just when you said then, people spending their last hours.

yeah, that was put in the endorsement.

These blog posts that we chose for a reason are actually reflected in the transcribe of your cord case.

And when I say your cord case, IT was AManda who took you to court, yes, and tried to get a restraining order against you because you were, I was like a problem yeah in her side and and SHE kind of saw you with the enemy and called to you the enemy and and do you the reason why this has all happened to her, according to her? So in these transcripts, can you explain a little bit? I know we talked about IT in the series, but what that court case was like, me he took you and SHE tried there in your .

credibility yes. So the SHE filed for civil harassment, which you um for us we had to go in front. I had to go in front of a judge for a hearing IT was a two day hearing after about six months of whatever SHE you know delays and .

everything and um yeah testify and be under .

oath as well as so did he and kori her husband didn't know me just so yeah this is not in your stomach feeling while you're waiting and what .

did the ditch al.

the judge that found there is no no reason to for me to be restrained and that nothing was granted that there was .

no restraining water so we got mean, there's a two hundred page pages of transcripts.

So we think that one day, the .

second day, the four hundred. So we pull a couple that I would love you you to talk about because this transcript we've got in front of us is AManda speaking under roof about her treatments in new york. And she's so specific, and that's one of the things we noticed about her blog that we just talked about, everything so specific and and so detailed. You know, he says he had the main place that I was treated with, the center of fold. And my gosh, I can't even say that word.

H my life is thank you.

Um so then he was questioned since you are providing quite a bit of detail about exactly what's going on with you here, right? And AManda says, yes, I wanted to be transparent for other consumption to help them. He was questioned, or right, and you talk about, after the surgery, actually having to be put in the C, C, U.

SHE answers. I think that supposed to be, I see you, but yes, obviously intensive care. And he talks about because of flu. She's asked questions about longer than her lungs caused inflation during the surge. She's like, yes, and there's just so much .

detail in this. You might turn ticker through you know the severity of her treatment and reaction to the treatment.

And he says that SHE explains here in this transports, which is why I I want to pull IT up about her blog. So SHE says I agreed to a blog account for my cancer blog to try and help other cancer patients. Being a Young girl with cancer is not common, and I had a really hard time when I was diagnosed getting help in finding resources.

And so I wanted to just be a listening year, just a helping hand, to kind of explain my experience. Just to remind everyone, this isn't a blow post. This is her saying this under oath in court.

Yes, then then next transcript, where is her husband Carry? Because cory was actually there too, and testified in court against you. correct?

Because there was allegations. So there was a whole bunch of stuff we took him through him discussing, yes, this is a man as a tourney. Questioning corry, have you attended treatments with your wife? yes.

How many years have you been attending treatments with her since our first son was born? I mean, it's been over five years now. No further questions, you honor.

We can't really say too much because AManda was convicted for why I thought, and corry wasn't. So we have to make sure we say that he stood under oath and said that he'd been attending treatments with AManda since her first, the first west m was born for five years now. At that time.

yes, but over five years now, yeah. Well, he testified under road. So I guess that was the truth that he had been by her side of cancer treatments for over five years.

Well, thank you so much for listening, everyone. Thanks again, Nancy. We've got him another little surprise for everyone as well coming up in our next bonus episode.

Before we close, I want to leave listeners with this quote, live like you will die tomorrow. Learn like you will live forever. That quote is by AManda from her school year book.

There are senior portraits.

senior year as senior portraits.

senior year book.

What's that age of life?

That was seventeen right before he went off to college.

Thank you.

and thank you. I hope this helps everyone listening and understand IT .

a little Better. Thanks so much for listening. You enjoy this bonus episode. Thanks again for all your support for listening and for all your rates and reviews. We really grateful and we really appreciate IT.
