All information regarding giveaways, behind the scenes information, guest episodes, Q&As, all sorts of good stuff. All right, now let's get into today's case. Lindsay, you want to say anything about the allegations? Any message to Robert or the boys? Did you plot to kill your husband, Lindsay? Lindsay!

Lindsay, did you hire a hitman? Did you try to hire a hitman to kill your husband Robert? In the true crime world, we hear about spouses taking each other's lives constantly.

More often, it seems like it has something to do with financial issues, life insurance, or maybe even an affair. Typically, I cover them after a devastating event has already taken place. But today's case is a very current one, one in which an affair could have turned deadly if it wasn't for luck and evidence of a plot coming to light at the right place and at the right time.

The case we're talking about today is the case of the Shiver family, which spans from Georgia to the Bahamas and a very sinister murder for hire plot. Robert and Lindsay Shiver are a couple from Georgia. From the outside, they looked like they had it all.

The two of them met in a fitness class while attending Auburn University in 2007. And at the time, Robert was a deep snapper for the Auburn Tigers and Lindsay was a cheerleader studying marketing.

After playing college football, Robert signed with the Atlanta Falcons as a free agent in 2019. However, he was cut from the roster before the season began. In March of 2010, Robert and Lindsey went on to tie the knot and were married in a beautiful ceremony. A couple of years later, the couple welcomed their first son, Grayson, and they welcomed this beautiful little boy into the world.

Shortly after that, they had their second son, Landon. And a few years after that, they had their third son, Rhett. Presently, their children are 11, 10, and 3 years old.

Now, like I said, from the outside, the family seemed to have been living quite a nice life in Thomasville, Georgia. Robert is the executive vice president of Senior Life Insurance Company, while Lindsay has always been a stay-at-home mom with the three boys. I can imagine that they were more than comfortable with his salary, especially if it was affording Lindsay to stay home and raise her children there.

Robert also came from a family with money, as his father, Alan Shipper, was chief executive of a baking company called Flour Foods, which is a billion-dollar company. Let's start with who we're talking about, and this is really an all-American couple we're talking about here.

You think about the life, right? You start off as you're going to college together, you meet in college and things just click and you end up together. You're good looking, you're young, you're in shape, you've got money, you've got the whole world. The whole world. You're living the American dream.

of what you think about, right? You're gonna, you know, you meet that right person, you start a family together. You know, money's not an issue. We've got these great vacations and everything else. I mean, they had it all, which is what makes this case so confusing. It makes it really confusing because you want to peel back the layers and try to understand what went wrong. Why would it go wrong? How could it go wrong? You're at the beginning.

You know, if it's like a football game, you're like, at this point in this picture, it's like the middle of the beginning of the second quarter. You haven't even gotten to the halftime festivities yet. You have three little boys, private jet with the family, flying down to the Bahamas, $2.5 million mansion. Everything's going well. Everything is going well. Robert Lindsay and their kids were living in a large $2.5 million home in Thomasville, Georgia.

Robert's family also owns a gorgeous home on the exclusive Baker's Bay Island Private Country Club and Golf Course, a location that's known for its celebrity part-time residents, such as Tiger Woods and even Tom Brady. The family vacationed there frequently as well, where they actually would fly in on Robert's family's private jet, the full red carpet Bahama experience.

Earlier this year, this social media picture-perfect family became not so picture-perfect after Robert filed for a divorce on April 5th. In his filing, he claimed adulterous conduct as the reason for his filing. He also claimed that Lindsay was not entitled to alimony as she was able-bodied and could work, considering that she had her degree.

His request was for joint legal custody and sole physical custody over the kids, as well as getting possession of their Georgia home with all of the furniture in it, his car, and a restraining order that would make sure that Lindsay couldn't harass him. Now...

Lindsay very quickly responded to his filing, but had an entirely different version of events. She claimed that any extramarital relationship she had was while her and Robert were separated, and that it was legally condoned by Robert as well. She said that she was the main caretaker for her three kids, and that she had limited employment options since she hasn't been in the workforce for a few years, I mean several years.

Her request was primary custody, and she claimed that Robert had harmed her physically, mentally, and emotionally, all in front of the children. While she installed locks on all the doors inside the home, she claims that couldn't even stop him. She also claimed that he had cut her off from her money supply and kept the children away from her.

So the divorce between the two seemed to be rapidly heating up and getting extremely nasty. The two of them were even scheduled for upcoming depositions. They were mudslinging was going. They were hurling the insults at each other. She was blaming him. He was blaming her. It was getting very toxic. But before those depositions could happen, Lindsay was arrested in the Bahamas and was accused of hiring a hitman to kill Robert.

Paid for by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. How the police stumbled on that, honestly, seems to have happened by complete chance. Because, you see, they were investigating a break-in that had happened at Grabber's Bar and Grill in Great Guana Cay.

To the police, it seemed like the break-in had to have been someone who works at the bar because this person apparently cut power cords and then turned off the generator prior to the break-in. So it seemed like an attempt to make sure that the security cameras wouldn't work. Somebody clearly on the inside, somebody who knew how the system worked and wanted to get away with it.

So with this information, the police decided to search through 28-year-old Terrence Bethel's phone. Now, I'm assuming the police are able to go through a phone without a warrant there in the Bahamas, but I'm not entirely sure. I mean, they aren't in the United States, and the police in the Bahamas aren't exactly bound by the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. But anyways...

Not only was Terrence an employee at that bar and grill, but he was also the same guy that Lindsay had allegedly been having an affair with. Authorities were focused, though, on what was on his WhatsApp messages. And to their absolute horror and shock, when they opened those messages, they saw text messages that seemed to spell out a murder plot that was in the works for quite some time.

According to reports, one text was sent to Terrence's friend Farron Newbold, and it had a picture of Robert with the words, kill him. Now, by this point, it was no secret that Lindsay and Terrence were together. Lindsay was in the Bahamas when those messages were found, and she was arrested. And from what I can tell, Robert was also there, although they were vacationing completely separately.

Now, there are still a lot of details that are surfacing and are not entirely clear, so I'm going to kind of hold some of those because I don't want this to get too crazy with speculation and theory.

But it is interesting, I will say, that they are both in the Bahamas, both vacationing separately when they are in the middle of such a toxic divorce, almost as though it was orchestrated that way to be in the same location as the spouse for a purpose, possibly. We don't know. Or was it just a happy coincidence? I can't say that this is that foreign. It's these kinds of acrimonious relationships or divorce proceedings where you see these kinds of

murders or murder for hire plots and and by the way she is you innocent until proven guilty I believe that's the standard in the Bahamas it's very similar to what we have here it's also proof beyond a reasonable doubt but point is point being where you shocked to learn about this tension in the relationship no because I mean the three biggest motivations for people to kill somebody love money drugs right those are the three things that police often focus in on early and love is always up there because

You know, who can get you this angry other than a significant other? So it's kind of important for investigators to piece this together. So, and I would take it even a step further was their life insurance policies involved in this to the whole 9 yards. And we got to the money, right? We know about the houses in the United States and in the Bahamas. We know they're valuable from what we've been told.

So, I mean, these are the kind of things that kind of scratch your head because when people choose murder as a reason to get out of their responsibilities or what have you, you know, they don't understand the wheels that they put in motion.

specifically in a case like this where it gets uncovered just by happenstance. So I think that I just wish that people would, if you're that unhappy, just get the divorce and move on. Look, I'm not justifying it, but I always imagine we covered like the Corey Richens case, which is eerily similar to this. Unfortunately, in that case, she is accused of

actually killing her husband and they had a, you know, tension, tension, you know, contentious back and forth relationship where he actually thought she had poisoned him on previous occasions. He was trying to cut her out of, uh,

you know, the will and things like that. And so, you know, you would think, oh, just divorce, but divorce can get expensive. They can get ugly. They can get embarrassing. And they can really change people's lives. So, you know, they think, oh, well, if I just get rid of the significant other, that may solve all the problems. Again, they're both haven't been officially convicted. They've just been charged. So they are innocent until proven guilty. But it is something to think about. And for me, I look at this case and I think it's pretty shocking that

Aside from the allegations, when you look at her social media, they look like a warm, happy family doing all these different activities together. You know, she posted a few years back on Instagram, quote, the key to a perfect marriage is having two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other. She wrote this, I think, next to a caption of their wedding back in 2007. It's another case, right, where the public image may not be what's happening privately.

So Lindsay was this picture-perfect housewife. I mean, she was married to her college sweetheart. She had three young boys. As such, it's no surprise that since her arrest, speculation, like I mentioned, has just kind of run rampant online regarding the veracity of these claims.

So what's the full story and why? Why would she hire this hitman against her husband if she's already in love with somebody else moving on with them? Is it all because the alimony was being withheld? Is it because he wanted sole physical custody? What would the motive here be? Why did we end up where we are now? Where she's accused of attempting to have him murdered like the father of your children.

Taken out like a like a mob hit. I understand divorces get ugly But at some point you've got to like, you know understand that you're not just getting divorced You have children children who need a mom and children who need a dad Children who will do a lot better if mom and dad despite whatever differences they have Agree to figure out a way to make this world as good as you can even though this all-american dream has broken apart and

Not the only people getting divorced. Lots of couples coast to coast. It happens. It happens. But why? Why? Why did we get to the point where we got? And then how do you recover from this? I mean, he's fine, right? The plot didn't go through, right? He was not murdered. He's alive. But how do you recover from that? Like, the woman that you exchange vows with, the woman who gives birth to your three -- the three most important things in your life, your three little boys, and then, like,

She wanted you whacked. What? So how do you recover? How do you put the pieces together? Because you still, the boys are going to be there every day, every night. Got to take care of them. Got to take care of yourself. And this process now just beginning, just beginning in this case. Well, Vinny, I literally couldn't have said that better myself.

Allegedly, Lindsay started to change after making frequent trips to the Bahamas at Roberts' family's luxurious beach home, where she then began an affair with Terrence. Reports also stated that Lindsay led a double life in the Bahamas and didn't hide her affair with Terrence at all.

Now take this with a major grain of salt, but allegedly someone who knows Lindsay but wanted to remain anonymous to news outlets that she spoke with stated she lived a double life. This Georgia housewife with the lovely kids and the Bahamas bad girl. She got caught up in something really bad. It

And according to a Bahamas news outlet,

A judge after the arrest set a $100,000 cash bond for Lindsay. Under the terms set by a Supreme Court judge, she has to remain in the Bahamas until at least the October 5th hearing. The judge set bond at $20,000 for each of the two other suspects in this case, her alleged lover and the hitman.

Robert was reported to be back in Georgia now and has allegedly not told their three boys about her arrest, which they're young boys, certainly. But at that age, around 10, 9, 10, 11 years old,

They're old enough to start to understand certain things that are going on and certainly old enough to see things on social media. So I can't imagine that weight and responsibility on Robert's shoulders to now explain why the mother who stayed home with them, raised them, was the stay-at-home mom, is not coming around anymore, is still in the Bahamas, and guess what? Even more than that, she tried to hire a hitman to kill me, your father.

How like my it's a horrible situation but my mind straight goes to how do you ever ever explain that to your children. It's such a breach of trust. It's just such a slap in the face. It's heartbreaking. I do not envy Robert's position right now. I mean obviously for many reasons but like especially the fact of having to explain what's going on to his children. That is just the ultimate.

and the police report about alleged text messages between the Georgia mom accused of trying to have her husband killed and one of her suspected accomplices. Eva Pilgrim has the story. Good morning, Eva. This is unbelievable. It's a crazy story. Lindsay Shivers waking up behind bars this morning waiting to get out on bail, accused of plotting to murder her estranged husband. The way it all allegedly came out, messages discovered on a cell phone.

This morning, new details in the case of a Georgia mom of three who allegedly plotted to kill her estranged husband while vacationing in the Bahamas. I could have another, but I probably should not. Lindsay Shiver, seen here on TikTok, often posting family photos and videos of herself on social media. Yeah.

Y'all are just doing too much. I can't keep up. ABC News obtaining a police report outlining how the alleged plan was discovered. The 36-year-old's estranged husband, Robert Shiver, reporting on July 21st to authorities that he learned of what was a plot to murder him, saying he came to police out of fear for his life and the life of his children.

Police arresting Shivers' estranged wife and two other alleged accomplices. Investigators searching their phones and saying they found a number of WhatsApp messages suggesting a plot. All three initially not talking to police, but later Lindsay Shiver admitted to sending messages and photos saying killings.

kill him. In the Bahamas, they follow what's called common law, the English common law. If they're able to prove that it rose to the level of a legal agreement, that is essentially all they need to prove in order to convict her and find her guilty of conspiracy to commit murder. Court documents show the Shivers seen here in family Facebook photos were in the midst of a contentious divorce. Earlier this year, Robert filing citing adulterous conduct.

Lindsay quickly replying, accusing him of physical and mental cruelty and acts of domestic violence, saying she feels unsafe in the marital home. This morning, her two accomplices are out on $20,000 bail. Lindsay Shiver is back in court tomorrow when she is expected to be released on $100,000 bail.

Now, Scheiber has to tell the court tomorrow where in Nassau she will live while she waits to go to trial in order to be granted that release. She and her two accomplices will be expected to check in three times a week with local police, as well as wear an ankle bracelet for monitoring guys. Now, before I go into this next part, I want to clarify that again, this is all alleged and this has not been confirmed. So please do your own research.

However, it seems that Robert's parents' home in the Bahamas was fully equipped with surveillance cameras throughout the entire property. And on these surveillance cameras was allegedly footage of Lindsay and her side piece Terrence having sexual relations and engaging in drug use.

When Lindsay's parents were confronted with the footage of what their daughter was up to, it's been reported that they decided to cut her off as well financially. So if this is all true, it seems like Lindsay was clearly in a bad spot. She had been completely busted and whatever was on those tapes outraged her parents so much that they no longer wanted to support her while she was going through this divorce.

In addition, divorce records show that Lindsay was cut off from accessing the family's home in Baker Bay and barred from using the family's private jet during their divorce. This morning, new images of Lindsay Shiver donning a pair of ripped jeans, flip-flops, and handcuffs. Seen Tuesday, stepping off a prison bus and into a Bahamian courthouse more than a week after her arrest. And then there was this.

New information on the murder-for-hire plot involving a former Dothan woman. Reports say Robert Shiver hired a private investigator to track his wife in the Bahamas after he thought she could be cheating. He allegedly received pictures of Lindsay Shiver and her lover, Terrence Bethel. Robert Shiver reportedly confronted Bethel after seeing the pictures. The murder plot was discovered while investigating a burglary at a

bar where Bethel worked. The would-be hitman, Farron Newbold, was also charged. Lindsey Shiver is expected to post bail this week but must stay in the Bahamas. So whether the rumor about the footage at Robert's parents' vacation home was true or not, Robert apparently had solid proof that Lindsey was in fact having an affair.

paid for by the US Department of Health and Human Services. We're here on Nassau Island. This is right here the capital city and the notorious Fox Hill Prison here behind me. The sign, you can see the barbed wire maybe, the Bahamas flag there. I mean this is where the notorious go. This is where anyone from minimum security to maximum, people

BEG TO BE EXTRADITED FROM HERE. YOU USE A BUCKET IN THIS FACILITY. YOU DON'T GET PHONE CALLS IN THIS FACILITY. AND THIS IS WHERE THIS BEAUTY PAGEANT SOCCER MOM, SELF-PROCLAIMED TIKTOK STAR, THIS MOM TO THOSE BOYS AND ALSO THIS GEORGIA MOTHER IS BEHIND BARS TONIGHT. AND SHE'S BEEN HERE SINCE THE 17TH WHEN SHE WAS ARRESTED, LINDSEY SCHIVER. AND SHE WAS ACCUSED, AS YOU HEARD THERE, OF THIS MURDER FOR HIRE PLOT

to kill her husband, her estranged husband, as they were going through this custody dispute and beginning this really messy divorce, and they had a vacation home here. Well, tomorrow is going to be a big day because finally she has been granted permission to post bail $100,000. She's gonna be 30 minutes from here transported in a bus, and she's gonna be taken to the local authority there, the local ministry, the police station, where she will be

equipped with a bracelet, not like she's used to with Tiffany's, but it's going to be an ankle monitor where they're going to keep track of her. She has to check in three times a week, Vinnie. And then the next day, she and her co-conspirators will be next door to the courthouse that's connected, and they will be there, required to be there for a status hearing, Vinnie.

So, okay, so she's got to stay there. She gets out, she's got to stay in the... She's not from there, right? They had a vacation home there. So do we know, like, where she's going to go? Like, where she's going to stay? Right, so...

She's used to million dollar mansions there in Thomasville, Georgia. I mean, we shot video there earlier today, Court TV did. And we also hopped on a plane and we came here to the Bahama Islands. And, you know, she has a multimillion dollar vacation home that she shared with Robert. I'm hearing through my sources that it was the family home, his family. So she's probably not going to be staying there, number one.

because she's probably not welcome. Number two, because she has to check in with authorities here on this particular item island every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And her co-conspirators will have to do that as well, alleged co-conspirators. But there's also video that we have of her being arrested and then walk through one of the airports. And this former beauty queen just can't help it. But she is smirking in that video, Vinny.

We're taking a look at it right now. I can't imagine why you would be. Your life is turned upside down. You have three little boys in the United States. You're accused of trying to murder their father. I don't understand why you'd be smirking and smiling through all that. Makes no sense to me. There she is.

According to reports, Lindsay was crying while in custody and admitted to sending incriminating text messages, but later claimed that she wasn't serious about the assassination threat and that she was just venting in the midst of a bad divorce. Another friend who wanted to be anonymous said, and I quote,

To be honest, I'm sure that she fantasized about it as the divorce got nasty and she felt desperate, but it's just hard to believe she would think that she could get away with it. I'm just really sad for those three kids. They are wonderful. Also, while in court, while Lindsay was in court, none of her friends or family appeared to be in the courtroom.

So I can definitely see the venting aspect having some truth to Lindsay's side of the story, and I'm just speculating here a bit, but without knowing the full context of all of the text messages, we can't really know either way if this was just a huge misunderstanding that's being blown way out of proportion, or if the quote-unquote venting is a last-ditch effort excuse because Lindsay has nothing else to say to explain away those text messages.

However, and again, I don't know how the government and law enforcement works in the Bahamas. Typically, in the United States, that is, when you charge somebody with something, it's because you are confident that you will get a conviction. A lot of the times, if the district attorney or the prosecutors don't have what they deem to be sufficient evidence for a conviction, charges won't come. An arrest won't happen, things like that. So, yeah.

Maybe the text could it be that the text messages were venting and not casual but more just venting and kind of like talking crap and not real like kill him he's annoying me or something like that.

possibly because we again don't know all the context but also depending on what the rules and regulations are in the bahamas i would imagine if it's similar to the united states they would have to have more evidence than that in order to charge and think they will get a conviction especially with the high bail amount that was sent i don't know what do you guys think um

I know that a lot of information is still sealed and being held close to the vest. So I'm sure that there is something else they must have. But who knows? Maybe not. So what do you think?

OUR CREW WAS THERE AS THE DEFENDANT, LINDSEY SCHIVER, ARRIVED AT THE POLICE STATION AHEAD OF HER SCHEDULED RELEASE TODAY. THE 36-YEAR-OLD IS ACCUSED OF PLOTTING WITH TWO ALLEGED CO-CONSPIRATORS TO HAVE HER HUSBAND KILLED MONTHS AFTER THE COUPLE HAD FILED FOR DIVORCE. SO SHE WAS IN COURT EARLIER TODAY. SHE WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS TO THE COURT, THAT $100,000 BOND, AND ALSO TURNED OVER HER PASSPORT TO THE U.S. EMBASSY. AND THEN SHE WAS ALSO ABLE TO BE PROVIDING

THE COURT RECORDED HER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COURTROOM IN A BOX THAT WAS ALSO SURROUNDED BY -- THERE IS, YOU KNOW, SOME -- NOT WIRES, BUT THERE IS A BOX AND THERE IS A

It's not a cage, but there is bars. And that's where the co-defendants and she had sat listening to the judge and listening to prosecutors. It was Terrence Bethel, her alleged lover, who was right next to her, and Farron Newbold, who wore a mask. He pulled down the mask one time, looked out at the gallery full of media and asked who everybody was with. Quite interested in the international coverage there.

Again, outside of the courthouse many times over the last two days, I have tried to get Lindsay's attention asking her questions if she has a message for Robert and her three young boys there in Georgia. Take a listen. Lindsay, you want to say anything about the allegations? Any message to Robert or the boys?

Now, news has recently come out that Terrence Lindsey's boyfriend has rejected claims that they hired a hitman. He told the Daily Mail that those WhatsApp messages were misunderstood and overblown by police and insisted that these charges would in fact be dropped. And he said, and I quote, And defaming us.

Reports about Lindsay's behavior in court at her bail hearing have also come out. And if this is true, it's almost diabolical.

Allegedly, Lindsay and Terrence were whispering and smiling at each other throughout the proceedings, which I'm sorry, but this is just insane to me. How can you be crying and admitting to sending the text messages and then say that you were just venting and then two seconds later continue to smirk and playfully flirt with your lover in open court?

I get that she and Robert are romantically over, but did she completely forget about her three precious little boys? Her children are probably so confused, like I said, as to where their mother is. The two older boys are about to head back to school, and their mother has not only caused an international media frenzy with her behavior, but also seems to almost have like a huge lack of remorse. It also brings her confession while crying into question.

Who was she really crying for? I think it's obvious, but let me know what you guys think in the comment section. It's also been reported that Terrence told some local media that he and Lindsay are in love. Lindsay's lawyers said that she will live in the Cable Beach neighborhood after surrendering her passport to a U.S. embassy representative in the courthouse. She is also barred from talking to Robert. As for Robert, as I said, he is back in Georgia with the boys.

According to an editor of a local Thomasville news company, she was told explicitly by Robert's attorney that he nor his attorneys will not be making any statements regarding this. So a lot of the rumors regarding Robert should be taken with a grain of salt unless it's in a court document.

Now at first, when researching this story and going through Lindsay's Instagram, you can tell that she has lost a significant amount of weight during the past year.

Some people online have speculated that her weight loss was allegedly due to drug use. Personally, I don't necessarily believe that and I could be wrong, sure, but I just wanted to make note of that. Plus, I'm just going to throw it out there, regardless what your opinion is on it, the biggest thing right now out there for weight loss is Ozempic. Literally everybody's on it, it feels like. And if

If you have access to a lot of money, which it appears Lindsay did, you are able to get this drug. And it's a weight loss medication, whether it's, you know, Ozempic or one of the off brands. So that could easily explain the weight loss rather than drug use. I mean, there could be a million different explanations. It also could just be completely healthy weight loss. We have no idea.

Time and time again, though, with these types of cases where a spouse is accused of either murder or planning to commit murder against the other, we always ask, why don't they just get a divorce?

Well, more speculation from anonymous friends and acquaintances of Lindsay and Robert have online pointed to Lindsay possibly coming up with a huge plan to kill Robert because in Georgia, if there's ever adulterous conduct during the marriage from one spouse, it precludes the cheating spouse from being entitled to alimony, which we know that he had asked to not pay alimony in those court documents for the divorce.

meaning that now Lindsay wouldn't get some large spousal support settlement. On top of that, if the rumors about her parents cutting her off are true, it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility that she could have been concerned about her financial future.

Many people point to this as the possible motive for her actions, saying that this would be the only way that she could have a chance to not be in financial ruin, and this would continue to support her luxurious lifestyle. So I want to clarify once more, I'm just reporting on what's being said online by media outlets. That is the speculation, which we kind of always know that that's like the immediate motive people go to is, oh, if they're not divorcing and they've

killed their husband, killed their wife, or plotted to kill, it's because they want the life insurance policy. I mean, it's kind of, it's like Beauty and the Beast, a tale as old as time. But we don't know anything for sure. It's just what's being reported by media outlets, some close sources to the friends and family, and things of that nature.

But this is just a crazy story. But without a doubt, I think the most disturbing and gut-wrenching part of this entire debacle is the fact that there are now three little boys in Georgia who will eventually find this out about their mom. Now, of course, not everything because they are still so young, but still, their mom who packed their lunches, got them ready for school, decorated their home to the nines for every holiday, is in the Bahamas, locked up, a

accused of planning to kill their dad and cannot come home.

I understand that many people feel like this is what Lindsay gets and that she deserves this punishment, but on the other side of the coin, her boys, of course, are innocent in all of this. However, if this alleged hitman plot is true and something that was already set in motion, the boys could be instead potentially grieving the loss of their father, and I think that could break their hearts even more.

This case is still developing, and more and more facts are coming out every day, while at the same time, it's touch and go on what has been confirmed and what is just rumor. I'm working on getting the full documents in this case so that I can come back and give you guys an update on what exactly is happening in Georgia and what is now unfolding in the Bahamas legally.
