Deep Dive

Key Insights

Why does Patrick Clawson advocate for crisis initiation to start wars?

Clawson believes that creating crises is a traditional and effective way for the U.S. to justify going to war, particularly with Iran. He suggests that historical events like Pearl Harbor and the Gulf of Tonkin incident were used to initiate conflicts that served U.S. interests.

What is the purpose of the U.S. military according to General Wesley Clark?

Clark revealed that the U.S. military's purpose is to start wars and overthrow governments in the Middle East, not to deter conflict. He mentioned that the U.S. aimed to destabilize regimes in countries like Syria, Iran, and Iraq to maintain control over the region.

Why was the Uhuru Movement targeted by the FBI?

The FBI targeted the Uhuru Movement, a black socialist group, under the guise of Russiagate hysteria. They were charged with conspiring to act as Russian agents for their political activities, which included organizing protests and publishing pro-Russian content. The judge later ruled that their actions amounted to free speech.

What does the Uhuru Movement oppose regarding welfare?

The Uhuru Movement opposes what they call 'welfare slavery,' which they describe as an institutionalized system that cripples communities by breaking up families and destroying local businesses. They advocate for self-determination and economic independence for African communities.

How did the killing of UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson impact health insurance policies?

After the CEO's murder, Blue Cross Blue Shield reversed its decision to limit anesthesia coverage during surgical procedures. The company had previously announced it would not cover the full duration of anesthesia, but changed its policy following the high-profile killing.

What does Chairman Omali Yeshitela say about the U.S. government's response to their movement?

Yeshitela argues that the U.S. government is using the Uhuru Movement as a scapegoat to distract from internal and international crises. He claims the charges against them are politically motivated and an assault on free speech, designed to silence their critique of the Democratic Party and their advocacy for self-determination.

Come see us doing live shows. We'll be in Los Angeles, Honolulu, Baltimore, Atlantic City, Cohoes, New York, Providence, Rhode Island. Go to JimmyDore.com for a link for tickets and only JimmyDore.com. Hey, this is Jimmy. Who's this? Hello. Oh. Hello. Al, how you doing? Jimmy, it's your favorite former New York governor calling. This is...

This is DeWitt Clinton on the phone. Thank you again for the Erie Canal, Mr. Governor. Very funny. Save it for the nightclubs, banana brain. This is Andrew Cuomo with a song in my voice and a spring in my step. Why the good mood, Governor, dare I ask?

Jimmy, I'm happy to report that after nearly two years, the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against me in federal court has been dropped. Wow! Really? Well, isn't that very fortunate for you? Very fortunate, I would say. Quite a boon. I wonder what precipitated this move on your accuser's part. Jimmy, I really couldn't say. Perhaps, and this is just a guess. Ha ha ha!

Ha ha ha!

Also, once during a meeting, I remarked that her mask bulging in and out with her breath made her look like the predator from the movie Predator. You know, sexual harassment. I see, Governor.

Or someone found out that she had filed a similar claim in college, which was dismissed after being proven false by her own words. Who knows? But since I'm one of the villains of the Jimmy Dore show, I'll just put all that aside for now and concentrate on moving forward. Towards the future?

Oh. Oh.

Oh, yes, Jimmy. My native burg is crying out for the leadership of a true native son. There is much going on in this city that I do not care for, Jimmy. It's not the Big Apple that I know and love. The events of the past week underscore exactly what I'm talking about. What exactly do you mean, Governor?

Uh-huh.

Other unacceptable things are the fact that the NYPD let this criminal, this murderer, this worm, escape the city. That is a great embarrassment to the boys in blue. Altoona, PA, PD, they're never going to live that down. But perhaps most sickening to me is the inexplicable support that this murderer has garnered online.

What in the world? What have we come to? Actually, I can explain it. The shooter was motivated. No. See, this is the mistake everyone makes. I don't care what his motivation was. He's a cold-blooded murderer. End of story. And I purposely don't want to know anything about him. I don't even know his name. His name is Luigi Mangione.

What? I said his name is Luigi Mangione. I'm sorry. What difference does that make?

The stugats on this kid, taking down that metagone in broad daylight. Didn't even flinch. They're fucking balls. Jimmy, I want to walk back a few of my previous comments. I may have been a little hasty in my assessment of this situation. Uh-huh, I bet.

Sometimes violence is an expression of emotionality, a deep feeling or turmoil that can be inherent to the individual for perhaps cultural or even genetic reasons. Things like this must be taken into account when looking for explanations of violence. What do you mean?

Well, if the shooter came from an honor culture and the victim had besmirched his honor in some way, perhaps said something offensive about the shooter's mother or his brother, this can trigger a passionate response for those raised in such honor cultures. He may have even done something heroic, given the context. Wow, you really changed your opinion of this situation.

Well, Jimmy, I reconsidered. It's something that thoughtful people do from time to time. Seems like you just changed your tune. You learned the shooter was Italian.

You got a fucking problem with that, buddy? Look, the real story here is a naive Midwesterner comes to the Big Apple for the first time and is almost immediately shot dead by an Italian. That is the New York that I love. We are back, baby. And better than ever. And they're going to love their new mayor.

Yeah, we'll see about that. But who knows? You're just enough of an opportunist to pull this off. Oh, Jimmy, I love it when you talk dirty to me. Careful, or I might sexually harass you by asking what your glasses prescription is. Arrivederci, mi amici. Arrivederci.

I'm going to show you how the United States admits that they're starting wars all over the Middle East. And here's here's this guy.

This guy's name is Patrick Clausen, and he's one of these insiders on foreign policy. And he gave this speech in 2012. I'm going to show you a piece of it, and then I'll show you the rest of it in a minute. They think crisis initiation is really tough. So he just said crisis initiation is really tough. Crisis. So you go and create a crisis so that we can then overthrow a government. That's what he means by that. Let's listen.

I frankly think that crisis initiation is really tough. And it's very hard for me to see how the United States president can get us to war with Iran. Which leads me to conclude that if, in fact, compromise is not company,

that the traditional way of America gets to war is what would be best for U.S. interests. So this guy's name is Patrick Clausen, by the way. Is that a stage name? It came down to Clausen or Satan Field, I think. A little bit on the nose with the name is what I'm saying here. He says, here, let's listen to it one more time. I frankly think that crisis initiation is really tough. Crisis initiation is really tough. You mean like on your soul? Yeah.

What do you mean, like planning 9-11 on purpose with Dick Cheney? Do you mean it like that? I think I came easy to him. They call him White Claw around the office. Yeah. And it's very hard for me to see how the United States...

A president can get us to war with Iran. He's got to get... They got to get us to... Do you hear what he's saying? That's the part that's kind of bothering me is we get to go to war. We got to get... You don't have to go. We got to get... We get to go. These guys are itching for it. It's hard for him to see how the United States president is going to get us to war. And, Dan, we got to figure out a way. We got to get a path to war. Get us to war. Get us to war. It's so insane. And here's how he says we could do it. Watch. Um...

Which leads me to conclude that if, in fact, compromise is not coming, that the traditional way of America gets to war is what would be best for U.S. interests. OK, so the part he's by the way, he doesn't mean U.S. interests. He says U.S. interests. He means the interests of weapons manufacturers, oil companies.

battery makers, people who want to steal their rare earth mineral. That kind of... He doesn't mean... He means your interest if you know what's good for you, Jimmy. He means a handful of his buddies. That's what he means. The International NATO Transatlantic Alliance, a.k.a. the real country you're part of, not America, a minor state. That's right. And it is safe to assume...

That any military effort on the United States part is almost entirely resource based because we are the reincarnation of ancient Rome, but without the good roads. Yeah. Well, you should be more grateful. When I was a kid, we never got to go to war. So here here is General Wesley Clark. He's going to he.

He figured out that our military is just there for what? To start wars, not end them. Watch this. This was back in 2007. He said, but one thing we did learn, he said, we learned that we can use our military in the region, in the Middle East, and the Soviets won't stop us. So he meant what we learned from Iraq, that we could go in and overthrow Iraq.

and or invade another country and the russia won't care so wait putin is the hitler one that's right that's the big hitler not nothing he just said right said and we've got about five or ten years to clean up those old soviet client regimes syria iran iraq before the next great libya superpower comes on to challenge us and it was like you know i'm coming out of the mojave desert

I've been training troops. I haven't been thinking geostrategy for some time. And suddenly a guy just sort of shoves this nugget at you. Well, you remember it. It was a pretty stunning thing. You mean the purpose of the military is to start wars and change governments? It's not to sort of deter conflict? We're going to invade countries? And, you know, my mind was spinning. And I put that aside. It was like a nugget that you hold on to. This country...

was taken over by a group of people with a policy coup. Wolfowitz and Cheney and Rumsfeld and you could name a half dozen other collaborators from the Project for a New American Century. They wanted us to destabilize the Middle East, turn it upside down, make it under our control.

It went back to those comments in 1991. Now, did anybody ever tell you that? No. Was there a national dialogue on this? No. Did senators and congressmen stand up and denounce this plan? No. Was there a full-fledged American debate on it? No. Absolutely not. And there still isn't. And there still isn't. And it's funny that he mentioned Wolfowitz and Cheney. He didn't mention George W. Bush, the actual president who did Iraq. The one guy who didn't really matter in it.

Unless he said anything as a president to stop it. Yeah. So what? So he's saying that there's a group of people who are running like a separate country, a separate state under the surface. What would you call that? A beneath this state of far down state beneath state, a beneath state. Oh, or maybe a deep state.

And so he's just telling you, so everything you hear about the war in Ukraine, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Iran, it's all been predetermined and it's all a lie. And they give you and they state and they give you propaganda.

And people are dumb enough to believe the propaganda. Oh, Iraq's got weapons of mass destruction. Oh, Muammar Gaddafi is a terrorist and he's killing his own people. Saddam Hussein's killing his own people. I mean, Assad is killing his own people. Oh, the poor Ukrainians got invaded by Russia for no reason. Wait, Jimmy, how did Assad kill his own people? With a virus that he had made in China? And so that kind of propaganda works.

And it works because just talk to your friends because they all believe it. They're all happy that there's a literal Al Qaeda guy in charge of Syria now. He's good now. So why do you see the people who fall for the propaganda? Cenk Uygur. So he he likes to brag that he runs the biggest lefty media organization in the world. He doesn't. No one watches his show and his his paying members have left him.

Here's the biggest lefty belt size in the world. So here we are. Here he is talking about Syria. Let's listen to him talk about Syria. Who's this young improver he's talking to? So here he is when they wanted Obama to bomb Syria.

Come on. And he did get to get to. And he did. Here we go. You might agree with that, that this doesn't accomplish much. And hence, what's the point? But does that mean that if it did accomplish more, you'd be in favor of it or no? So you're against it under all circumstances. Under all circumstances, I'm against it because it's just more war and there's no reason. Under all circumstances, I'm against the United States bombing illegally other countries without declaring war.

Look at them looking at you like you're the elephant. Exactly. All of them. Certainly not the reason they're giving us. That's Ben Mankiewicz, host of Turner Classic Movies, also on board with the Syrian war. I'm believing that Barack Obama gives a shit about the civilians in Syria. I really don't think he cares. Because if he did care, if that was really this litmus test of innocent people, why aren't we bombing North Korea? Because we can't.

Isn't that fair? Look, I'm going to take you guys on on that. So we can't bomb Russia if Russia uses chemical weapons because we don't want to start World War III. You're right. Absolutely. Okay, but why don't we take the low-lying fruit? Why don't we take the low-lying fruit?

That's all it takes. It's what's easily available without any work involved. Yeah, look. Was he talking about his nephew? He's basically the pizza rat for news stories. But here he goes. He's got more to say. Ha ha ha ha ha!

Send a message wherever we practically can. So North Korea, I'd love to decapitate all the leaders in North Korea and set that country free. You know, like how we fixed Afghanistan, how we fixed Libya, how we fixed Iraq, how we fixed Syria, and now there's a goddamn Al-Qaeda guy running it. Every time we get involved, we wreck a place. It's about creating instability, not helping people. And he actually believes...

Guys, these are all of them on the panel believes this. They all believe that we should bomb countries where we can make a difference. What? So he's talking about mass murder of people. That's what he's talking. He's talking about the mass murder of people so we can affect the policy. And they do it under the guise of we're helping people. This is a guy who made his bones screaming about the Iraq war after he was for it.

Then he screamed about how bad it was. And then he went on to endorse the Libyan war. And now here he is endorsing the Syrian war and the Afghanistan war, by the way. So let's let this play out. Wait, you know the question I would put to him right now? Okay, Cenk, you only have two choices. Okay, this is a hard question. You got to choose between getting a lot accomplished in Syria with bombing or making it legal for women to have sex with horses. You only get one. Okay.

It's a tough call because you've got to make it. Might lose Seoul, South Korea and millions of people. We can't do it. Right. And if we can do it in Syria and help some people, well, OK, that's a good place to start. Well, the reason why you can't selectively enforce the law is because it breeds disrespect and contempt for the law. So if you're trying to uphold international law selectively, you're doing the exact opposite. You're undermining international law.

because we illegally invaded Iraq and a million people were killed, displaced, other millions, countless. How many thousands of innocent people were killed in that? That was an illegal war. We lied about it. Where's our...

If nobody kept us in check, somehow we have to still keep other people in check. I said it yesterday, you can't have Tony Soprano giving out parking tickets. It doesn't fucking work. I don't know why Israel flipped on it, but they did. So is that part of our decision making? Have you been paying attention to American politics? Why did Israel flip on the Syrian war? Now they're for the Syrian war. That's what he's saying. Of course it's part of our decision making. But I don't view that as nefarious. I view that as like, I don't know, if your Israel Assad is...

never going to harm you and so the fact that they're now saying we should attack its aside I don't think it's a bad thing very me

What did he just say? He said Assad's never going to be a threat to Israel. So now that Israel's on board for attacking Syria, that's a good thing. Because they might be less insane later and not want to do the thing against someone who can't. Because I guess Jack never heard of the Greater Israel Project. And right now, Israel has invaded Syria and is occupying it. Well, also, he thinks like a psychopath. He thinks like a two-year-old.

That's like game theory. Now, well, okay, we can't bomb Russia or North Korea. Who can we bomb? That's not even being the cop of the world. That's like, I mean, it is, you know, in a lot of ways, but, and so just to remind people that he, he went on the Hill, he went on the Hill and,

and screamed that I was a preposterous liar for saying he supported bombing Syria. Just so you know that. Preposterous? Well, let's not say things we can't take back. Preposterous. And there I have a 10-minute video of him advocating for bombing Syria. By the way, anywhere. The low-lying fruit. We should bomb anywhere we can. By the way, preposterous sounds like his waist size. Yeah, yeah. So...

He's like a shapeshifter, but he only shifts into a fatter guy. And he doesn't remember what he said because that was a whole nother personality. All he knows is to get out there and say it like you mean it. It looks like he's being coached by Harry Sissung.

So that's so that you go, well, what is it? Who does it works on everybody at that at the Young Turks? Everybody at the Young Turks bought the lie about Libya, bought the lie about Syria, bought the lie about Ukraine. They've learned nothing from Iraq. Nothing.

Everybody at the world's largest lefty news organization, they all repeat pro-war State Department talking points. They all repeat Pentagon, CIA talking points about every goddamn war. So now in Syria, this guy is now the leader of Syria. We got rid of Assad. And who's the leader? This guy who we have a 10 million... The State Department.

for years has had a $10 million reward for the capture of this guy, Mohammed al-Jawalani, because he is an al-Qaeda leader terrorist, and now he's the guy leading Syria that we installed. We installed this guy. Wait, he's not an insurance CEO. No.

Here's the U.S. embassy saying we remain committed to bringing leaders like this to justice. The HTS, they're the ones now running Syria. He's moderate now, Jimmy. He wears a Cosby sweater or something I saw. So I want to show you. Here's this guy again. I'm going to show you the entire video. And this is how the United States starts wars. And then and then fucking morons like everybody at the Young Turks believes that. Here we go. I frankly think that crisis initiation is really tough.

And it's very hard for me to see how the United States president can get us to war with Iran. Which leads me to conclude that if, in fact, compromise is not company, that the traditional way of America gets to war is what would be best for U.S. interests. Some people might think that Mr. Roosevelt wanted to get us into World War II, as David mentioned. You may recall we had to wait for Pearl Harbor. Some people might think Mr. Wilson wanted to get us into World War I. You may recall he had to wait for the Lusitania episode.

Some people might think that Mr. Johnson wanted to send troops to Vietnam. You may recall he had to wait for the Gulf of Tonkin episode. We didn't go to war with Spain until the USS, until the main exploded. And may I point out that Mr. Lincoln did not feel he could call out the federal army until Fort Sumter was attacked, which is why he ordered the commander at Fort Sumter to do exactly that thing, which the South Carolinians had said would cause an attack. And isn't it remarkable that he leaves out 9-11 and,

Because we couldn't invade Iraq and Libya and Syria until 9-11 happened. Isn't that interesting? But here he's got more to say. I didn't know Fort Sumter was an inside job, Jimmy. I knew the other ones were made up, but that Fort Sumter was an inside job? How long has this been happening? I frankly think that crisis initiation is really tough. And it's very hard for me to see how the United States gets to war. A president can get us to war with the United States. Get us to war! Um...

We didn't go to war with Spain until the US, until the main exploded. And may I point out that Mr. Lincoln did not feel he could call out the Federal Army until Fort Sumter was attacked, which is why he ordered the commander at Fort Sumter to do exactly that thing, which the South Carolinians had said would cause an attack. So if in fact the Iranians aren't going to compromise, it would be best if somebody else started the war. One can combine other means of pressure with sanctions.

I mentioned that explosion on August 17th. We could step up the pressure. I mean, look, people, irradiant submarines periodically go down. Someday one of them might not come up. Who would know why? We can do a variety of things if we wish to increase the pressure. I'm not advocating that, but I'm just suggesting that this is not an either-or proposition. You know, it's just sanctions has to succeed or other things. We are in the game.

of using covert means against the Iranians. We could get nastier than that. So look at that long-haired, bearded conspiracy theorist Ted Kaczynski nutcase living in the woods in his expensive suit, ranting about some far-fetched fantasy about America creating the reasons for its own wars, like we're running some kind of extortion racket? Get a haircut, hippie.

I mean, he should anyway. Look at that crazy ginger here. Jimmy, I'm blown away right now. So what I took from that is 9-11 is the first attack on America that was not an inside job. Because if it wasn't, that means it's the first one.

Every single one he just named were false flags to get us in war on purpose that most people know but don't think about. Pearl Harbor was actually the Japanese. Right, but they let it happen. But they let it happen, just like October 7th. They let October 7th happen. They had been warned.

And they let it happen. You can't say that. You're not supposed to say that. Well, much like that, we paid the Japanese to do it, I guess. We propped them up in hopes they would do it because we were about to get run out of office for being corrupt and stacking the court about to be deposed by our own citizens. So that should be shocking to people. I mean, it's still shocking to me, and I've seen it before. This is from 2012. That guy's name is Patrick Clausen. He's an American economist and Middle East scholar. That's...

That's what a Middle East scholar does. It was very educational. I got to give it to him. He's currently the director for research at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, and he's a senior editor of the Middle East Quarterly. I've got to get a subscription to the Middle East Quarterly. So these are the kinds of people that surround a president. Yeah, lizards, lizards. Lizard people. If you don't think that's a lizard person, I can't help you because I've never heard someone

The only thing he left out was saying the humans will go to war if we do. Like he should have referred to everybody else as humans. Yes. The way Mark Zuckerberg does. We get the humans to go to war. How do we get, how do we bring a president to get us to war? We got to get to war. Now, I don't want to say all the things I'm not advocating right now because people might get the wrong idea and think I advocate them.

You know, we covered this story about this black socialist group and the FBI raided them and literally charged them with working with Russia. It's all made up. So here's I'll give you I'm going to give you an update. And we have a special guest with us.

There's no prison time for a Uhuru Russian conspiracy case. It was political speech. U.S. District Judge William Young sentenced an ex-member of the St. Petersburg activist group. Here we go. A federal judge said Monday that he is not inclined to give prison time in the case against members of the St. Petersburg-based Uhuru movement who were convicted in September of conspiring to act as Russian agents. I'm not kidding.

In a sentence hearing Monday for Augustus C. Romaine Jr., a former member of the black activist group and one of the four convicted defendants, U.S. District Judge William Young said their conduct ultimately amounted to the exercise of free speech, even though they were convicted. The judge doesn't think that they committed a crime.

Everything they did here was political speech, the judge said. I eminently disagree with all of their speech. I'm paraphrasing. These people spit on the flag that actually protects them. Well, it's not actually protecting them if they're being taken to court and convicted for speech.

The three other defendants convicted in the case are scheduled for a separate sentencing hearing next week. We have one of those guests on in just a second. They include Amalia Shetella, the longtime leader of the Uhuru movement and its umbrella organization, the African People's Socialist Party, and Penny Hess and Jesse Novell, leaders of the group's white allies. The four women think for this, right?

The four were convicted in September trial on charges of conspiracy to act as agents of the Russian government without notifying the attorney general. A jury delivered not guilty verdicts for the more serious charge of acting as Russian agents. The government accused the group of acting for seven years.

on behalf of the Russian government to spread propaganda and sow political discord in the United States. Evidence showed the group communicated regularly with the Russian man, Alexander Ayanov, who runs the organization called the Anti-Globalization Movement of Russia. That's what they pinned their whole case on, that they had communication with this guy from Russia.

He in turn regularly reported on his activities to Russian intelligence agents. That's what they say.

With funding from the Russian government, Ainov worked to develop relationships with American activists and separatist groups to exploit and inflame U.S. political divisions. This is all according to the government. The U.H.O.s became part of those efforts. The government presented evidence showing that Yeshetela and others worked at Ainov's direction, which they didn't.

organizing protests and featuring pro-Russian messaging and propaganda in their newspaper, The Burning Spear. Romain, who goes by the name Ghazi Kadzo, left the U.S. in 2018. He then started his own group in Atlanta, dubbed the Black Hammer, which continued to communicate with Ayanoff. Now, they say that they were... Wait till you hear...

The things that they actually said they did. It's crazy. As the leader of the Black Hammer, Romaine organized multiple demonstrations. Really? How big were those demonstrations? About a handful of people? Wouldn't that be embarrassing for the Russian government? They're trying to sow discord and nobody shows up?

including one outside CNN's Atlanta headquarters. The demonstration featured Russian flags and rhetoric parroting Russian and anti-American propaganda. That's what they say about me when I tell people the truth about Ukraine. They say I'm parroting Russian propaganda if you tell the truth about Ukraine or Syria.

A prosecutor said Romaine recruited homeless people to participate in his demonstrations, which tended to be short lived, really short lived demonstrations where no one showed up. This is what you're convicting them of. Don't you think Russia would be embarrassed at sentencing? The judge noted their ineffectiveness, meaning the demonstrations. Listen to what the judge. The judge said this.

There was not the this was not the Revolutionary Army marching down the street. This was four guys with a bullhorn and a puppy dog wrangling up people and protesting. It wasn't quite the long march of Chairman Mao. So this was nothing. So this is a political prosecution for whatever the FBI thinks it needs to score political points for.

So here, let me just give you a quick recap. What happened? The FBI raided their headquarters in 2022 and they indicted them in 2023. And just last September, that with the trial with split contradictory verdict and not guilty of acting as Russian agents, but guilty of conspiring to act as Russian agents. So they were they didn't actually act as Russian agents, but they were talking about it.

That's according to this ruling. Everything the Department of Justice charges is just speech, circulating petitions, giving speeches, printing articles, attending conferences, testifying to U.N. hearings. Also, Uhuru targeted with economic sanctions, including closing of bank accounts. So they did the banking on the Uhuru people. They went after them financially.

They debanked them. They canceled their mortgage. They did an arson fire. They withdraw of ARPA grant funds, denial of building permits, all linked to a bogus Russian influence accusation. And so now they're going to be sentenced to three more people. So one person got their sentence suspended for probation.

But there's three more are going to be sentenced coming up this week. What will happen Monday, max sentence, five years in prison and a quarter million dollar fine each or no time or probation. It's up to the judge. They can remand directly to prison or remain out pending appeal on

We say not one day in prison. Over 1600 character letters have been submitted and is expecting to pack the court. So let me bring to you a chairman. Omali Yeshutela is a renowned political activist and author.

as well as the founder and current chairman of the African People's Socialist Party, which leads the Uhuru Movement. The Uhuru Movement is a pan-Africanist organization that aims to unite and liberate African and African people worldwide. Chairman O'Malley was convicted just in September of conspiring to act as a Russian agent. Not that he acted as a Russian agent. He was not guilty of that.

His sentencing is scheduled for next week. So let me bring to you Chairman O'Malley Ishitela. Nice to see you again.

Well, thank you very much. It's really important for us to be here. We appreciate your allowing us access to this platform. It helps us to break out of the kind of information encirclement that's been done by media associated with the government. We can't get access through forces like Zuckerberg, New York Times,

Washington Post and they engage in a certain kind of self-censorship. You would think that since they have characterized this trial, this persecution as related to some kind of national security issue,

that they would be talking about on a regular basis. But the people only hear about it in instances like this, like the article that you just read, when some determination is made in a court or when they indict us, and then they take State Department press releases as news. They substitute news. Yeah, that's exactly what they're doing. They're being...

What stenographers to the State Department in their news reporting of this incident, instead of being actual reporters and trying to find the lies of the government, which is which they're obvious. And even the judge said that there was this was just speech. So isn't that kind of crazy that the judge would say this is speech yet that he would allow the conviction to stand?

It's hard for me to understand. It's hard for me to understand why we were in court in the first place, in the sense that

We were quite clear that we were not breaking laws. I mean, it's ridiculous to say that an organization that's fighting for self-determination, that spent more than 50 years fighting for self-determination, would abandon the quest for self-determination and turn ourselves over to Russia to be agents of Russia or any other force. So it's hard to understand, except that the charge...

The charges were all political charges. They were created as political crimes. And that's what it's about.

And so why do you. So was this just part of the Russiagate hysteria that they had to they had to get a win because they the the Mueller report was such a failure with Donald Trump and no, they couldn't connect anybody criminally to Russia. Was this was this them just trying to go after you to try to get a win on the Russiagate front? Or is that did you actually pose some kind of a threat to the FBI? Why would the FBI do this?

Well, I think part of it is true that it's a part of the whole Russiagate thing. And I'm glad you mentioned that because people make these statements about how Donald Trump and how we allowed for some kind of Russian participation in election in this country or that Trump was an election denier.

But the reality is where we saw the election denial start was with Hillary Clinton. Correct. Who rejected the notion that Trump had won the election, who said it was Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia. And they spent for the duration of his presidency trying to make it impossible for him to govern. And so it was Clinton.

It was the Democratic Party. And people talk about Trump representing a pro-fascist kind of movement. But if anything having to do with taking away people's right to speech, people's right even to utilize the democratic process, then what we are facing with

race with right now is something that came under the Democratic Party and Kamala Harris and her crew are responsible for this. So I think that's part of it. And I think that it was part of it because Biden clearly and the Democratic Party were clearly in trouble

going into the elections, and Sleepy Joe had lived up to his name. I think that he had to be tough, had to show toughness and what have you. And I think it's a real, real struggle that the United States is involved in right now

internationally and domestically. It was not we who climbed the walls of the Capitol and defecated on the floors and did all of these kinds of things. That's part of the internal contradiction that the United States is experiencing now. And it's experiencing contradiction internationally with the reemergence of Russia as an international force intervening in an arena that had been...

recognized for the longest period of time as US had hemogenic authority in places in Africa and places in the Middle East. And now there's Russia, now there's China.

the whole economic and political configuration of the world now is being challenged in a very serious way. So as a part of the response to that, we become scapegoats. That's part of what we're looking at. And part of it is too, and I want to say, I think this is important because

that the US would make us look peculiar because of our politics, our demands. But one reason it would look peculiar is because the US government has done a lot of work to make sure of which issues and which politics from our community would be heard.

We oppose the welfare of slavery. We believe in self-determination, and we fought for that. But this is not peculiar. The reason it may appear peculiar is because this whole issue of right to speech has been something that's crushed the voices of people who stood for self-determination in our community, and they would give us an Obama or give us a Kamala Harris.

and give us people like that when that's not a reflection of the views and the aspirations of our community. So they create this crisis.

They respond to a real crisis on the one hand, and then they give the people a boogeyman that's responsible for the problems that they have. And everybody in this country is upset. Everybody's upset. I mean, you know, all the polls indicate everybody's upset. And so we become that instrument that they would use to create this false narrative. And they would also attempt to

to eliminate any criticism that black people make about our conditions by saying it's Russian inspired, it's under the control and direction of Russians. It has nothing to do with the relation to the real world that we exist in. So here you are a grassroots on the ground organization, African Americans for 50 years. And so you're making a real critique of the Democratic Party during an election season.

And that could take away their much needed African-American vote that they would need. And so they needed to silence you and discredit you and discredit your critique of what Kamala Harris and Joe Biden and the Democrats have failed to do and what they have actually done.

And so that's what this is about. That's what it's about. That's what this is about. Okay. Yeah. That's what it's about. Because the Democratic Party, we can't say Obama ever lied to us because he never promised us anything. We can't say that Biden or any of them, because they don't have to promise anything. They try to frighten black people that if you don't vote for us, then you're going to get Trump or you're going to get

you know, a nastier version of us, etc. So there's nothing, and we challenge that. That's illegitimate. And they also promote this welfare slavery. So we say self-determination. We don't want to see people living on their knees, begging, etc. We want to be a self-determining people. So can you explain quickly what you mean, what you oppose welfare slavery?

I mean, there's a whole institutionalized welfare system that the Democratic Party is tightly connected to. There are hundreds, thousands of people who are employed in this country as a consequence of institutionalized welfare for Black people. And while we believe, I'm a believer in reparations and I believe that African people do things, but

not something that would cripple a people, not something that would deny people a right to be self-determining. Destroy the businesses in our community in the name of integration. Destroy the actual capacity of the people, even like welfare, that even break up families because of husbands and wives

And men and women can't live together under the conditions that they impose to get this pittance that they call welfare. We believe that people can be self-determining, and we should. And we've created more than 50 independent economic institutions in this country. We've created food courts and

And we've developed markets, places, so that... And food does this, as they like to refer to them. And so that money can circulate in the community and people can buy and sell from each other and anybody else who they want to buy and sell from, but not be on our bellies all the time, you know, having to look for the good wishes of somebody else that breaks the spirit of the people. And there's nothing dignified at all about that. So we say we can take care of ourselves. We need... We do...

believe in reparations, but the billions and billions of dollars that's thrown into this whole institutionalized, these whole welfare institutions, corporations, billions of dollars go to corporations to pay them not to farm, not to produce anything or to purchase everything, and then

And then the U.S. government purchased these resources from them as opposed to allowing people to provide for ourselves. And it's this real cozy, incestuous kind of relationship that exists there at the expense of everybody. The dignity of our people. There's no dignity in being a voluntary slave. So that is a radical thing.

view of things that's a radical message to bring to black communities and that's certainly not a message that the Democratic Party brings and so yeah you know I think everybody could get behind normal people without the filter of the propaganda from the government and the government

and lapdog media, you know, you are just talking about self-determination, black people taking care of black people. And I think most people exposed to that message would support it. And so they can't have that. They need to keep you dependent. They need to keep you split.

Uh, they need to keep you fighting amongst each other. Uh, you know, it's divide and conquer, which has been, that's the, that's the name of the game. So, um, well, I, uh, is there anything that, uh, the people watching can do to help your cause right now?

I hope so. One of the things that I think we've made it difficult for the government to treat us as common criminals. There's no gun running. There's no drug pushing. There's no trafficking of human trafficking or anything like that. Everything that we've been involved in is supposedly protected by the Bill of Rights, the First Amendment, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, etc. That's all we've done.

and they just don't like the message. We opposed to the Ukraine war, we opposed it and now we are living at, and we get attacked at pre-dawn with flashbang grenades, with battering rams, with armored vehicles, personnel carriers parked in our communities, frightening the whole community. And now we're looking at a situation where the Biden administration is deploying long range missiles

deeper into Russia, possibly taking the people to the cusp of a nuclear conflagration. And I'm threatened with jail for opposing that. So this is an assault on the right of the people to have different views. And I think it's important to recognize, again, that the foundational charge

of being Russian agents, the jury said, "That's not true. We were not Russian agents." And so it's not what we did. It's what they said we thought. It's a thought crime that they're talking about. And even what they say we thought is a distortion of what we were really about. So that's the kind of thing. And we are hoping that people will go

to Hands Off Uhuru, that's U-H-U-R-U dot org. And what we've done also is that we have redone the trial. We've used the transcripts of the trial, the actual transcripts. We've done animated versions of the trial. You can go to Hands Off Uhuru dot org and you can see

And here, the FBI, lead FBI agent said, no, they did not engage in election interference. No, they didn't do anything different now than they've done over the last 50 years. And they know because they took the equivalent of 2.5 million books from us in terabytes. So they know that all of that stuff is untrue. So people can come to handsoffuhuda.org.

And people also on the 16th, everybody who can should come to Tampa, Florida, because it's a political trial. And I think it's really important for the people to demonstrate opposition to this. It's an assault on the right to free speech for everybody.

And on the 15th of December in St. Petersburg, Florida, right across the bridge, which is one of the places that they attacked with the battering ram, they broke down every door there. They took a radio station that we are responsible for having developed there off the air. They went into our archives and that has something like 50 years of materials. And we don't know everything that they took from there. They terrorized the community.

in the process of doing this. So come to St. Petersburg, Florida on the 15th for a rally that we're going to do there. And on the 16th, we're going to be at the court for the sentencing. And we're calling everybody. People have united with this from across the political spectrum. People have opposed it. There are people who've been able to see what a farce this thing is and how dangerous it is for free speech in this country.

Well, everybody go to handsoffyuhuru.com or .org? .org. Okay. Well, do you think, you know, you might have a bit of a sympathy from the next administration, the Trump administration, because he was also so bogusly charged with working with Russia the same way you are, and of course,

he wasn't and so maybe he would have some sympathy for your cause? Maybe he would. I mean because the fact of the matter is I've told people that you cannot be opposed to free speech because the person whose speech is being taken is somebody you don't like.

Because that's not Donald Trump's free speech. It's not O'Malley Ishtar and the Uhuru Three's free speech. It's everybody's free speech. And if they can use us to open the door to make an assault on free speech using Donald Trump, using O'Malley Ishtar and the Uhuru movement, that's an attack on everybody. That's right. And so we have to fight seriously to protect that.

That's exactly right. That was my message to to Cornel West when he came on this show. If they can do this to a former president, they can do it to you. They could do it to me. They can do it to the you who rules. So, you know, free speech guarantee. You don't need the First Amendment for speech that you like. You need free speech and protection of the First Amendment for speech that you find offensive. And nobody needs protection for speech they like. Yeah.

But the government and the press really said something to the effect that we have weaponized free speech. And the thing is that free speech is a weapon. It is. That's why it was. That's why it's in the Constitution in the first place. King George, they didn't like the treatment of King George.

despite the fact that black people did not have free speech under the First Amendment or the Bill of Rights because when it was adopted in 1791, we were profiting. That's why we've always been in the vanguard of the fight for free speech, freedom of assembly, whatever, because we didn't have it where there was a presumption of free speech for others.

There was no such presumption as it came to African people. So we've been on the vanguard, and we're not doing anything different now than we have done since we've been in this country. So let's fight for free speech. Let's protect it. Have any national black leaders reached out to you, like Cornel West? Cornel West has expressed support. He has expressed support. He's one person who has done that, yes.

That's great to hear. But there are few and far between. But there's a mass. There are hundreds, literally. If you keep up on what's happening on the 15th and 16th, you're going to see there are hundreds of people that are going to be coming into Florida for the trial, for the rally. And you're going to see it crosses the political spectrum. It's not just Africans. It's people like Scott Ritter, who has stood with us. It's

just an array of forces across the political spectrum, people who are able to see far enough to recognize what this attack on our speech represents for everybody. So it's an interesting kind of thing that they have unleashed in terms of uniting people who might otherwise never have had a relationship with each other. And I think, and I've come to really...

Admiring Love got rid of because of his stance, which has been a very powerful stance. And he's been with us for a while now as one example. And there are others who have done that as well.

Okay, well, Chairman O'Malley, Yeshitella, we wish you luck in your sentencing on Monday. Everybody go to handsoffyuhuru.org and show up in St. Petersburg on this Sunday and Monday coming up. Best of luck to you. If there's anything else we can do, let us know. Thank you so much. Thank you very much. You're welcome.

I don't know if you know, but Blue Cross Blue Shield on December 4th, this is right before that CEO of UnitedHealth got gunned down on the street in New York. The day before, they had decided to limit their coverage for anesthesia while you're being operated on. It's still free to bite down on a belt. Just bite a pillow. What's so hard about that? Hang on. I think I might even have...

Hey, what are you, Michael Jackson? You got to have anesthesia all the time? I consider it bragging rights if I can go halfway through my surgery without any anesthesia. Yeah. Oh, anesthesiologists are robbing the insurance companies too as they rob you. Everything's corrupt. And you saw how corrupt the doctors are during COVID. There's only a few doctors that actually took their oath seriously and the rest of them have to pay back school loans.

And get rich, of course. And then if you decide to bite a rope during your... They make you pay for the rope. That's not covered either, just so you know. I can bring my own rope from home. That's fine. Health first. So that was on December 4th. That was reported. Blue Cross was going to start limiting anesthesia coverage during... But guess what?

There it is. They won't pay for the complete duration of anesthesia for patient surgical procedures. This is real. Whose joke was that about getting his mom one breast implant to see how she likes it? It's somebody I can't remember. It's not a comic you know. I don't know who needs to hear this, but Gail Bardu is the CEO. Boudreaux. Gail Boudreaux is the CEO of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Uh-oh.

I hope... Hey, wait a minute. I hope somebody doesn't write something... That's stochastic. That's stochastic terrorism. Oh, guess what happened? Right after that guy got killed, they reversed their decision. Well, correlation is not causation, Jimmy, and I would hate to think that they were frightened by the possibility of being murdered into doing the right thing for customers that made you. The next day, they changed it. Apparently, Gail Bordeaux

Boudreaux is afraid of getting gunned down on the street by someone. Is that what it is? Maybe she just had her own. I think that's a conspiracy to make those connections. Governor Kathy Hochul, when she saw this, she says, this is outrageous. I'm going to make sure New Yorkers are protected. Thanks, Kathy. Thanks, Kathy. Everybody put on a mask. Wear a mask. She goes, update. We pushed Anthem to reverse course. I don't think it was you who did that. Yeah.

Don't mess with the health and well-being of New Yorkers. Not on my watch. Or is she going to hire somebody? Starting now. By the way, Gail is ranked in the top 10th on Forbes list for the world's 100 most powerful women. She's ranked 14th in 2020. She's ranked 10th on Fortune's list for most powerful women in 2023. Oh, I couldn't tell from the French Merovingian dynasty name of Merovingian.

So I like how she says, we pushed Anthem to reverse course on this decision. And this guy tweets out a picture and says, we? Yeah. Mo Green, ladies and gentlemen. He knows you have to kick asses sometimes to make things run right. Am I right? Come on. He was banging cocktail waitresses two at a time. I got him trying to run a business here.
