Guess what? There's a whistleblower. And you know how bad that ABC News debate was? Remember? In real time, I was like, the only thing that surprised me about that debate was how little David Muir was hiding his bias against Trump. That was the only thing shocking. The rest of the debate went how I thought it would go. Except that guy didn't give a shit if you thought he was biased against Donald Trump at all. It was on full display. Well, now there's a whistleblower.

who has allegedly filed an affidavit saying that they rigged the debate. It was rigged. I mean, I knew the debate was rigged already just because Kamala sucks so hard at talking. There's no way. And this is just when you thought things were going great for ABC News. I'm kidding. They're the Boeing Corporation of Politics. Anyway. Oh, here's Kurt. Hi, Kurt.

Hey, I was just letting the dog out. Yeah, we're talking about the whistleblower. So there's this whistleblower. So journalist Kyle Becker, a former Fox News producer, reposted screenshots of a document on Twitter claiming to be an alleged affidavit signed by a whistleblower ABC employee. This is real. I'll show those to you in just a second.

According to the images shared online by back of his head, the whistleblower is accusing Kamala Harris campaign of instructing the ABC debate moderators to ask and avoid certain questions. And there was an agreement that they would not fact check her, but only Trump. Well, this is an existential threat to democracy, Jimmy. So obviously they're going to have to take drastic unfair measures. But the end justified the means. If you know anything about, you know, America.

I mean, that's how debates work in America, Kurt. Let's be, certainly not how news, I mean, look at the news, the news media in America treats politicians the same way Jimmy Fallon treats his guests. Okay, so am I correct in saying that you recently had a weird experience at a Sizzler Steakhouse in San Antonio?

You know, the one chick did kind of fact check Kamala. I remember I just saw a clip of it as because she was in the same sorority as Kamala and she's the exact same skin tone. And Kamala couldn't push like, but I'm a black woman. That chick wasn't having it for like one of the questions. You remember that? Yes. I don't remember the question she pushed back on her, but yeah. And she could be off time. Kamala, we have to move on. Here are the allegations.

Kamala Harris allegedly received sample or similar questions in advance of the debate. That's what CNN did with Hillary Clinton when she ran for president. The Harris administration allegedly prevented ABC from questioning Joe Biden's health. No kidding. They reportedly blocked inquiries into allegations against Kamala Harris's brother-in-law, who's accused of embezzling billions in taxpayer money.

Just so you know, ABC is owned by Disney, which means, of course, they're going to rig the debate. Okay. Yeah. Bob Iger works for DNC. In fact, on the board of Disney, there's a whole thing going on with him where they're trying to overthrow him now. But he has people from the Council on Foreign Relations on the board at Disney. So Disney's fully in the tank with the DNC, certainly the intel agencies. And Iger, that's why they make all this crap no one likes.

Yep. Anyway, they own ABC. They own most of the stuff. So her brother-in-law, I know, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't her brother-in-law also the top lawyer for Uber, which is screwing their workers now in 10 different ways? They came up with a new algorithm how to not pay their Uber drivers, and it's totally screwing them over. But anyway, can you look that up at Kamala Harris's brother-in-law, Uber?

And we've got something worse than that about them. But he also supposedly embezzled billions of dollars in tax bail money. They weren't allowed to bring that up. He's an executive at Uber. He's an executive at Uber. Tony West. Tony West. He's got something else about him that's really screwed up. I know. I don't. So number four, ABC employees are said to be fearful of potential retribution from Trump.

The whistleblower claims to have secret recordings proving the Harris administration pressured moderators to fact check Trump. And don't you just love when they talk about secret recordings that you never get to hear? Yeah. That's not the part that's supposed to be secret, I guess. ABC was allegedly instructed on which questions to avoid during the debate with Kamala Harris. And Kamala still sucked? I mean, the debate sucked overall, but she wasn't. Right. Two-way earrings.

If you wear radio earrings, you can't do it.

According to Becker's post, the ABC News whistleblower swears under penalty of perjury that the Kamala Harris campaign dictated the terms of the questions during the presidential debate. Furthermore, the Harris campaign insisted upon live fact checking of Donald Trump during the debate. ABC News fact checked Trump at least five times and did not fact check Harris once, despite the Democratic candidate telling provable lies such as the fine people hoax.

That's been debunked by Snopes even. There's fine people on both sides. Even Snopes, which is rigged. Snopes is also rigged. Snopes is also rigged. They're worse than debates. She said the bloodbath lie.

The bloodbath is just my wish if Trump wins. It's not going to come true. The bloodbath, the whistleblower signed the affidavit in New York and has sent a copy to Speaker Mike Johnson. The notarized document states the unnamed individual states that he or she is in possession of secret recordings that will prove that ABC News rigged the presidential debates.

During the debate. In fact, Harris campaign required assurances that Donald Trump would be fact checked. This was done via multiple communications with the Harris campaign, whereas the Trump campaign was not included in these negotiations. To my understanding, any rules, any rules, negotiations and conversations pertaining to the debate should have been with

both Trump and Harris campaign. The Harris campaign had numerous more calls regarding the debate rules without the Trump campaign aware or on the call. The Harris campaign was provided with sample questions that while not the exact questions covered similar topics.

So here's a furthermore, the Harris campaign imposed restrictions on the scope of questioning, including no questions regarding the perceived health of president Joe Biden. No inquiries related to her tenure as attorney general in San Francisco. No questions concerning her brother-in-law, Tony West, who faces allegations of embezzling billions of dollars in taxpayer funds and who may be involved in her administration if neglected in

Internal organization. I have observed and pronounced bias against Donald Trump within ABC News. Employees expressing favorable views towards him experience significant concerns about potential retribution. Yeah. No kidding. Yeah. Seth Rich.

So they've took over all these acres and they're building up these training facilities for cops and all this stuff. And so people are protesting it. And that's the beauty of America. You get to protest stuff, except not anymore.

You don't get to protest stuff anymore in America. And they're criminalizing those people. And they took them to court. And the same grand jury, and they're using RICO statutes. RICO statutes, which were invented in the 70s,

to go after organized crime, meaning the mafia. And that's why everybody was okay with it. This Democratic government that defunded the police and what have you, weren't they? This is a Democratic establishment. These are the same Democratic establishment that are using the same RICO statutes and the same grand jury to indict the Stop Cop City protesters used to indict Donald Trump in Atlanta. This is real.

All the money laundering charges against the Atlanta Solidarity Fund. So they've all been dropped. So there was all bullshit.

Georgia prosecutors on Tuesday dropped all 15 counts of money laundering that were levied against three Atlanta organizers accused of misusing a bail fund to aid violent protests against the city's proposed police and fire training center. I wonder what they mean by violent. You mean violent like they were angry or they actually got guns and started shooting? What do you mean violent? I think they just mean that they were angry. We're going to find out. I think we'll find out.

You know how violent you can get with cardboard and paint. You know what I mean? That kind of violence. Atlanta Solidarity Fund leaders Marlon Coutts and Adele McLean and Savannah Patterson still face racketeering charges. Racketeering.

along with 58 others who were indicted last year following a years-long investigation into the Stop Cop City movement. Prosecutors have portrayed the decentralized movement as being led by militant anarchists, hell-bent on radicalizing supporters and halting the construction of the facility by any means necessary, including arson. Oh, really?

They're militant, but they don't have guns. That's what I love that. They're militant. Militant are anarchists, but no guns, right? So they just mean they're angry. That's all that means.

Okay. At the center of the case is the Atlanta Solidarity Fund, which has provided bail money and helped find attorneys for arrested protesters. Prosecutors said the three defendants funneled money that was supposed to be for charitable causes and instead used it to reimburse protesters who spent months camping in the South River Forest near the site of the facility in DeKalb County, just outside Atlanta.

Oh, the vicious crime of camping. Wow. The vicious crime of doing something good with the money. Holy cow. You want to hear how much money they're talking about? Are you ready for this? Hold on to your... Transactions that prompted the 15 counts of money laundering included $93 for camping supplies, $12.52 for forest kitchen materials. Outrageous.

Judge Judy wouldn't take a case this small. But just as the motions hearing was about to start Tuesday, just as they was about to start, the deputy attorney general, John Fowler, told the Fulton County judge, Kimberly Esmond Adams, that he would be filing paperwork to dismiss it. Yeah. You know what? We're just about to start. Turns out, I guess those people wouldn't cop to a plea.

That's what this means. That's what I think it means, that they couldn't scare these people into copying a plea. That's what I think it means. You mean you're not going to prosecute militant anarchists? You're not going to bring that case? A spokesperson for Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr did not say why the money laundering charges were dropped, but emphasized that the racketeering charges remain. Kristen Nove, the attorney for Patterson, applauded the decision.

The entire indictment is defective, but...

With those particular counts, I think it is a wise move for a seasoned prosecutor to say this isn't worth it. Sometimes the hardest call as a prosecutor is to not go for something. Oh, because your career might be harmed? Because that's what drives all the prosecutors. They're all full of shit and they all prosecute. In fact, you know how prosecutors fuck up like slam dunk where the guy's guilty and they fuck it up because they overcharge to try to be a star? It happens repeatedly.

The whole system is so rotten to the core, but Atlanta in particular. Demonstrators and civil rights organizations have condemned the racketeering indictment and accused Carr, a Republican, of levying heavy-handed charges to try to silence a movement that has galvanized environmentalists and anti-police protesters across the country. Opponents say that the 85 acres, $110 million facility,

Boy, is there you think there's a better way for Atlanta to use that money? I can't think of one. Yes. For illegal migrants to. Oh, that's right. That's right. I could go. Opponents say that the 85 acre, one hundred and ten million dollar facility will worsen police militarization and harm the environment in a poor majority black neighborhood. Yeah, that's what we need. We need more police militarization. That's that's really what we need.

Efforts to prosecute those responsible for numerous violent stop cop city protests have hit multiple stumbling blocks. Last year, DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston, a Democrat, announced she would withdraw from the criminal case tied to the protests, citing disagreements with Carr.

And in July, Judge Esmond Adams castigated prosecutors for committing gross negligence, gross negligence for mishandling confidential email conversations that Couts, McLean and Patterson had with their attorneys. They mishandled them. Mishandled. Though Esmond Adams denied defense attorneys. Wait, did they eat something sticky? They ate something really greasy and then touched all the pages. Did Fannie Willis make love in a cabin to her boyfriend on them?

So Atlanta cop city protester was killed by an officer and he had 57 gunshot wounds. The guy, stop cop city protester, shot 57 times by the cops. I wonder if that was one of the violent cop city protests that the AP story is referring to.

Where the cop shot a guy 57 times. What would they shoot him doing? Like, was he at least doing something that required one gunshot or was at least one gunshot required? I'm hoping at least that much. And it wasn't just like they had to make which they had to make sure he wasn't standing up anymore with his dangerous bandana. but I sure do know a lot of them. And they tell me that the state didn't even try to paint what the organizers were doing as money laundering. They were baseless political charges that even a super conservative attorney general couldn't stand behind. This was also sort of the linchpin of the state's bogus case in the cop city Rico, that the Atlanta solidarity fund was somehow the center of this large criminal operation and that the money laundering charges underline that now that they're gone,

Where's the case?

I really, really hope this is going to fall apart like a house of cards and the rest of the charges will also be dropped. It's just money laundering charges for these three that have been dropped by the Attorney General. It's still a big deal given how much of a case was built around it. Oh, by the way, just for the record, that guy got shot 57 times. What they claimed was he shot

and hit a state trooper. However, there was no gunpowder residue on his hands, which indicated he shot any bullets at all. So he probably didn't do anything. He probably just got shot. And who knows how the state trooper got shot at one by that guy, but they got him 57 times. Yeah. So here they are protesting. This was on, this was recent. Yeah.

This was September 16th. Today, Atlanta City Council meeting erupted in protest with the Stop Cop City movement demanding that the political establishment let the people decide by dropping the city's lawsuit against the referendum campaign. You want to see some of it? Here's some of it.
