Hey, this is Jimmy. Who's this? Hey, Jimmy. This is former President Barack Obama. I just want you to know the reason we have Trump is because you are such a horrible president. How are you?

I see you've reemerged a bit lately to be horrible again. You're stumping for Vice President Harris, right? You're absolutely right, Jimmy. And to that end, I will get right to the point here. Jimmy Dore, can we count on your vote this November? Absolutely not. I don't care if you put on a pair of mom jeans and try to shame me. I'm not voting for Kamala Harris. All right, fantastic. Now on to the... Wait, what? What?

You heard me. Under no circumstance will I be voting for Kamala Harris. Jimmy, come on. No. It's time to grow up, put on your big boy pants, and do the right thing. I do not think voting for someone who will continue to aid and abet a genocide is, quote, doing the right thing.

No.

Jimmy, don't make me go get my paddling stick that I have to use on stragglers like yourself. Mr. President, with all due respect, which you don't deserve any, by the way, this tactic of using shame or authority to cajole people into voting your way, not going to work. How do you mean? Well, for example, accusing the black men who support Trump of only doing so because of misogyny? Well, what other possible explanation is there?

That they like Donald Trump? Yeah. Jimmy, black folks aren't supposed to like Donald Trump. Women aren't supposed to support him either. Everybody except white men without a college degree are supposed to vote for Harris. And all I'm trying to do is to remind everybody of that. That's all I'm trying to do. Yeah, that's really the only message you guys have, the Democrats. You're supposed to vote for us. That's your message?

Mark my words, it's going to work one of these days. Don't you think focusing on Kamala's record or her positions on him would be the way to win votes? Uh, do you? I see your point. Hey, hold on, I'm getting another call. Hey, this is Jimmy Dorshow. This is Jimmy. Who's this? Uh, hey, what's up, guys? It's Senator Mitt Romney of the great state of Utah. Mind if I butt in? Not at all, Senator.

Hey, Mitt. Good to hear your voice. Welcome to this constructive conversation we're having. Now, please don't tell me you're going to vote for Donald Trump. Oh, heavens to Betsy, no. As I've stated numerous times in the past, in my opinion, Donald Trump is uniquely unqualified to be president. I'm glad to hear that. Pleased to know that we can count on your vote.

Oh, I didn't say I was voting for Kamala Harris. Good Lord, no. Ha! Ha ha! No. Man, why not? Look, just because I don't want Donald Trump to be president doesn't mean I'm fine with any old asshats running wild through the executive branch. I have my limits.

But you're supposed to vote for Kamala. You're an elder statesman, respected in retrospect, moderate Republican. You have to support Kamala. Hell, we got Dick Cheney on board, for crying out loud. That's not the flex you think it is.

Mitt, I'm going to need you to put on your big boy pants. I am currently wearing my fucking big boy pants, asshole. Does Kamala force you to wear her panties when you go on stage and stump her, dumbass? Whoa, Senator Romney.

Damn, Mick, go off.

But, but, but, look, I even said this publicly. I want a hand in what the post-Trump Republican Party looks like. One way or another, Donald Trump will someday be gone. Everyone knows I'm going to live to be 120 years old. And I want influence that I would not have if I had voted for Kamala fucking Harris. Okay, man.

You have given me two giant reasons, one personal and one political, of why you won't vote the way I want you to. Is that it? Just two? I don't think I need more than two giant reasons. You know what? I'm hanging up. I was all chipper and happy when I dialed, and now I'm pissed the fuck off, you condescending dick bunch.

Yeah. Fuck you and the horse you rode in on. And I hope that horse's mom fucks your mom and gets her pregnant and fucks and fuck whatever mutant thing that turns out to be. OK. And bye. Good talking to you, Jimmy. See, Mr. President, this this is why your strategy doesn't work. It rubs people the wrong way, whether it's a senator or a dock worker. All right. Point taken.

We need to work on our strategy. Fine. Take it back to the drawing board. Maybe add some more shame. We're not full-on shaming yet. Maybe that's what we should be doing. Make people ashamed and not vote for the first woman president. Not just that they're supposed to. Yeah, that's the ticket. Jimmy, I've got to write this genius idea down before I forget. See you. Wouldn't want to be you. Okay, bye, Mr. President. Enjoy your 2016 redux.

So just to let you know, this is real. The Defense Department, with a stroke of the pen, has quietly codified its right to deploy a lethal force against its own citizens. Now, I always thought that that was against the law. I'm going to show you it in a second, but...

I think it's called the commie positonis or something. I don't know how to say those. Posse. Posse cometatus. That's it. The commie positonis. It should be that. It should be that. The posse cometatus, Ag. The commie positonis. You know, the commie positonis. It's like commie positano over in Italy. Yeah.

This is not a drill. The reissue of Directive 524.01 is a declaration of intent. The military is an entity designed for external enemies, now turns its gaze inward, poised to act with deadly precision when the inevitable clash of wills erupts. This is...

This is design. They anticipate conflict and their anticipation. They prepare the battlefield, our streets, our homes, our lives, and they will strike with the full force of war machine built to crush foreign adversaries. But now...

A line to dismantle internal dissent. Do you think I'm making this up? No, I think it's what we do around the world and they're just going to do it to us. So all the CIA handbook of how to screw up a country, they're going to use it on us now. That's all it is. It's real dark. When people see how dark it is, they're going to be like, wow, I can't believe we were doing that to other countries. They're going to do it to you now. The facade of representative government crumbles as the state arms itself with

Not just with weapons, but with the legal and bureaucratic tools to enact violence under the guise of order. What was once unthinkable is now written, approved, and ready to be executed. This is not preparation for defense. This is preparation for domination. Be warned, when the state moves in silence, it's because it expects resistance. Martial law was always the goal. So this is it.

It's from the Department of Defense, the DOD Directive 5240.01, Department of Defense Intelligence and Intelligence-Related Activities, and Defense Intelligence Component Assistance to Law Enforcement Agencies. Finally. And what is this from? This is from September 27, 2024. Well, January 6, Jimmy. I'm sure it's justified.

I want to just clear up your misinformation, Jimmy. It doesn't say that in literal words. It just has a loophole where they can do that. And they probably won't, right? They're not going to use a legal loophole to do something crazy. So here it is, all the levels of authority. And I'm going to highlight this for you right here. Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality.

So what that means is they're going to kill the, the military will now has the right to kill American citizens. That's what that is. Finally, assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality or any situation in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in

In lethal force. Assets is really scary. Assets. That could mean a lot of stuff. Assets means a lot. Including death or serious bodily injury. It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated. Mm-hmm.

So, you know, all those weird people that are trying to kill Trump that have been popping off assets. They're not saying soldiers. They're saying assets. So that means anything they have at their disposal. And you know what they have? A bunch of killers they can activate at a moment. So they got they've been bringing terrorists in here. Just regular ones. Yeah, that's a fact. And then there's ones that they make, which they make and they can activate them at will. And I bet you they will.

George Moore says the Posi Comitatus Act, or better known as the Commie Positano Act, limits the federal government from using the military for domestic law enforcement. However, very quietly on September 27th of 2024, within six weeks before the election, the Department of Defense amended the Department of Defense Directive

524 0.01 to allow lethal force. Why now? Asked George Moore. Oh, I wouldn't even hazard a guess why. So posse comitatus goes the way of the rest of our buried constitution. Yeah. We're being occupied by international interests and our so-called allies, right? Yeah. It's called the UN. Have you ever heard of it? It's the State Department's Council on Foreign Relations. Yeah.

You live in the chump part of cold America, which is the shell company. And here it is. I mean, just because they're stating, they're making an official statement that they can now use the military to kill you. That doesn't mean they're going to do it right.

Yeah. Well, they always could because Obama did it to American citizens, as you recall, but now they can do it here on our own soil. Just like when we learned about the Smith-Munn Modernization Act on this – the first time this show ruined my week when I learned about how the Smith-Munn Modernization Act worked because that was a thing that crazy conspiracy nuts had told me and they told it to me in a stupid way. And I was told by famous Hollywood actors, reliable sources, how stupid that was. Yeah.

And then, I don't know, five to six years later, I find out, no, the stupid person who told me that was dead right. They just didn't know how to express the legal vagaries, which the guest, John Kiriakou, did. And it really got me down because I was like, oh, that's stupid for five years. That's how easy it is to trick people, especially me. So do you think they're covering for stuff that they're already kind of doing already? Of course. Yeah.

And then and they just really intend to step it up with soldiers on the streets. No, this is look, they didn't kill Trump. And you think they're going to let Trump go? I think Russell was right about they're never going to let Trump enter the White House again or do everything they can. So this is because they're like one theory would be they're getting ready to rig an election and it's going to be obvious they rigged it. And so they're going to have to put the military on the streets to calm people down.

Yeah, that's why they're so upset about how bad Kamala is doing. Yes. Because, first of all, the numbers are fake. There's no way she's even doing remotely well. There's not enough rich idiots. Black people don't like her. Anybody that knows anything, if you don't know anything about it, you have the privilege of not knowing. Right. So because they destroyed the middle class, the original force field of idiots that don't care about poor people, right? Right.

That's your shield to keep the people from getting mad at you. And they've eroded that. They know that. And the programming don't work with identity politics anymore. You know, BLM was a bust. I don't know if anybody remembers. Well, they do. They're mad about it to this very day. And so now what are they going to do?

How are they going to be able to pull off the scam that Kamala really won? They're not. They are. Well, maybe. Well, of course they are. Look at them. They pulled off. They pulled off building seven on 9-11. They pulled off the Iraq war, the Syrian war, the Afghanistan war for 20 years. They pulled off Libya. They're pulling off Ukraine right in front of your eyes.

They're pulling it all off. Of course they're pulling it all off. They're not going to be able to pull it off. It's the same reason Epstein is probably like the third or fourth. They pulled off Russia gate. They pulled off COVID, Kurt. Yeah, right. You can only do that so long. Look, you know that it's a great trick, but you can only do it 30 times. We have an internet and I believe that has backfired and you can see the panic about it at every corner of everything. But Kurt, here's my question. Where are they going to find Americans who are willing to open fire on other Americans? Oh, wait.

I think there was an open border for the last couple of years, and they have 10 million. That would be perfect. I think they're called dreamers. I mean, where are they going to get soldiers to open fire on Americans? It's not like we're on campus in Ohio during the 1970s. Am I right? Yeah.

Yeah, that's one of their first projects, by the way. I don't believe that guy. I don't even know all his details, but I already I already can guess how they did it. So here's the Posse Comitatus Act. It says the United States federal law original signed on 1878. This law was signed by President Rutherford B. Hayes.

And it limits the power of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. So you can't use the military to enforce domestic policies, meaning...

Whatever, martial law, whatever. Because they used to do that a lot. Congress passed the act as an amendment to an Army appropriations bill following the end of the Reconstruction and updated it in 1956, 1981, and in 2021. The original act only applied to the Army, but then they made it apply to the Air Force in 2021. They also made it cover the Navy and the Marine Corps and the Space Force.

Mm-hmm. The act does not prevent the Army National Guard or the Air National Guard under state authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within its home state or in an adjacent state if invited by that state's governor. The United States Coast Guard is not covered by the Posse Comitatus Act either, primarily because although it is an armed service, it also has a maritime law enforcement mission. So... The whole world is the sea. Right.

They're a blue water land navy, Jimmy. Yeah. So even Ron Paul caught on to this. Here's Ron Paul. But we want to start off with a headline from Zero Hedge. It's a pretty hot headline. U.S. military now is authorized to kill Americans online.

On U.S. soil. That can't be possible. This would open up the door for the careless use and more frequent and legal. It'll be legal now. So nobody will have to worry about that. Send in the troops. We need you to shoot a couple of these people. They're opposing our policies. They're demonstrating against COVID rules or something they'll come up with.

So I think it's very, very dangerous. So here it is. Now, Zero Hedge picked it up from Armageddon Pros, which is a substack which they often run. It says, U.S. military now authorized to kill Americans on U.S. soil? Just ahead, intriguingly, of November elections, and that was my second thought, the military has granted itself permission to unleash lethal force on the civilian population. Again, I thought this has got to be an exaggeration, so...

I went and looked, and actually go to the next one because this explains what it is. Now, it's not a law. It's a DOD directive. So this is, you know, the administrative state where they take over. They don't pass laws. They are laws unto themselves. Go to the next one if you can because this is what they're talking about. And I went and I read this secondly, and it talks about a reissued DOD directive that

that was reissued just on September 27th, 2024. It governs the Department of Defense intelligence activities and now includes provisions authorizing lethal force in certain circumstances. And it supplants the 2016 version, which did not mention that. So I read all of this too, which is someone else's analysis. I said, okay, this sounds even more troubling. I want to go look at the document itself. And so go to the next one. I actually went and looked

at the DOD directive. It's DOD directive 5240.01. - This is what I just showed you. - Now go to the next one. I'm just gonna get to this really quick so I can, just so people, this is on their own website. Now this is section three of that directive.

assistance to law enforcement agencies and other civil authorities now go to the next one now this is levels of authority this is there it is may provide defense intelligence components may provide personnel to assist a federal department or agency including a federal law enforcement agency or a state or local law enforcement agency when lives are in danger in response to such a request

for such assistance in accordance with the following approval authorities. Now, here are the authorities. I'm sorry to get so far into the woods here, but go to the next one.

responding with assets with potential for lethality. And I underline this, I highlighted it, or any situation where it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. I'm sorry to bog the discussion down with that, Dr. Ball, but I really wanted to hone in on this is their actual document. It's not just someone's analysis.

Jimmy, one other thing, because the National Guard, you think, would be enough to shoot American citizens. They already are legally allowed to use several groups. So they need the whole army to be authorized to do that. So remember how Trump got killed? That would have been under COG, Continuance of Government Laws, and it would not have gone to the next person in line. It would have gone to Greg Gillett from NORAD, and he would have divided America up into zones. This is how it's written out.

And so how are you going to enforce that where you radically change America into a group of zones with a law that was originally intended in case of nuclear war but later amended with the Patriot Act? Well, I bet you need the whole military to do that. I bet the National Guard wouldn't be enough to fight the civilians. So look, Dana Gould, before he lost his mind, had this great point about torture. When they legalize torture, he goes, of course they're going to torture. But these ghouls want to make it legal. Making it illegal just keeps it to a kind of a minimum degree.

Making it legal means it's going to be more torture than ever. That's what this is. That's what this is. Dana Gould would not accept that point now if I told him to. No, he would not. His own point. He's also lost his mind. He's one of those people, don't do your own research. Dana Gould, former executive producer of The Simpsons. He's...

lost his mind like the rest of Hollywood. If someone tells you don't do your own research, do you really think that's not a form of mind control? Because I feel like it is. Of course it is. They're telling you not to read. They're telling you reading is dangerous. Reading should be left to the experts. That is such a far out

That doesn't... It's so absurd and so doesn't make sense that what other conclusion can you have than a deliberate, some kind of hypnotic thing that works on some people better than others. Name a top comedian who didn't do it besides Joe Rogan. Who didn't say it? Who didn't say shit like that. Name a top comedian. I wouldn't be able to do that anyway. I really don't watch a bunch of people unless I only care about myself. But...

I think it depends on how entrenched you are in a really good Hollywood job where you're rubbing elbows with big stars for it. And if you're not, you just wouldn't talk about it. And then if you meet me, you see me in the green room, we might talk about it, but you're not going to say it out loud. I think it's mostly that. But there's a rare special breed that's really going to extra suck up. I've had I've had a list comedians when I come off stage after I'll do my bit about covid and they'll whisper to me.

Yeah, I got shingles from the... I got shingles in my eye. They'll whisper to me their side effects. Well, that's encouraging. They're just cowards and not full zombies. That's a glass half-face. Only at your locally owned Big O Tires, the team you trust. Hey, they're sending more money to Ukraine in case you were worried that Ukraine didn't have enough money. How much? They just need a little more. While the people who are wiped out by two different hurricanes in the United States are begging for $700 that they won't give them. Yeah. Biden administration announces additional security assistance for Ukraine. Yeah. The Biden administration. I suspect that there's some elder abuse happening here.

It seems like it. Remember the Astor widow and her son got prosecuted for taking advantage of her in her old age? Yes. He says, the presidential drawdown authority package in which an estimated value of $425 million will be provided to Ukraine...

425 million. So, I mean, at least it's only in the millions. It's not in the billions like it used to be. So I think we're kind of it's like it's like instead of going cold turkey, you're kind of taper off drinking. It's like, ah, just one more shot. Yeah, just a little bit. It's not enough to do anything. Right. Right. Just a shot to take the edge off. It's not and not getting drunk. It's just Chicago. Just a half a billion dollars.

It's not that much. That's what you would charge Trump for, for a non-crime that's being overturned. That's right. That's right. Here's our Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. He says,

And he also added, the president totally said that it was his idea. And it's not like we put a pen in his dead hand and moved it around to make him sign it. That would be crazy. That would be absolutely crazy. Ian Carroll says, remind us again how much has gone to hurricane survivors in your own country? F-ing traitor. Well, they spent a lot of money generating the hurricane. So you got to give them that.

Very expensive weaponry. I know there's a lot of these high up political figures who are supposed to be swingers, but I know there's a lot of Americans who wouldn't mind see them swinging, if you know what I'm talking about. They certainly talk like they're afraid of that, don't they? And for my idiot friends in Hollywood, like my ex-friend Vance, who revealed his complete hypnosis he's under by the mainstream news media yesterday on Twitter to me, go to my Twitter feed. You won't believe it.

That's a grown man with kids who believes every, there isn't a thing he doesn't believe that comes out of MSNBC or CNN. So just to remind them, just to remind people like that, people with no, absolutely no brain power whatsoever and not an original thought in their life, I'm going to, this is a very quick, it's a two minute synopsis of how we got to where we are in the Ukraine war. It's not because Putin's evil and he woke up one day

and decided to invade Ukraine, Jeffrey Sachs is going to tell you exactly what happened. Does Vance work the road? Does Vance work? No, Vance never, he was never able to become a... There you go. That's called being provincial, never traveling and being a bumpkin. That's right. Anybody on the road could see what's happening, but all the guys you know that aren't on the road, that's why they don't know anything. No, he was never able to...

become a working comedian but um here we go well yeah the war began 10 years ago when Victoria Nula not only passed out cookies on Maidan but engaged in in insurrection to violently overthrow a government in Ukraine pretty stupid

That means the CIA overthrew the democratically elected government in Ukraine in 2014. That was a decade ago. That's how this war started. And now he's telling you how stupid that is. Why is that stupid? Stupid.

to have a regime change operation on a country with a 2000 kilometer border with Russia. That's our American foreign policy. That's when this war started. This war didn't start in February 2022. It started in February 2014. It started with Newland. It started with Blinken. It started with Sullivan. It started with Biden.

who was a key person in that whole thing. And then the fighting went on for 10 years. And then in December, 2021,

Putin said, look, stop the NATO enlargement. We can avoid an escalation. I talked to the White House at that point. Nah, we don't stop anything. They just thought they had all the cards. We're going to cut them out of the swift banking system. We're going to bring the economy to the knees. Bunch of nonsense by ignorant people. And so Putin escalated. He didn't start the war. He escalated the war. And within minutes,

basically a week, Zelensky said, okay, okay, okay, we can be neutral. And the Turks mediated negotiations. And then though the US government wants to hide all of these facts, which are sitting out there for those who know where to find them, the US intervened and told the Ukrainians, you keep fighting. And we have our senators who say this is the best

the best money that money can buy because it's Ukrainians dying, not Americans. They're weakening Russia. Well, they're not weakening Russia, but they are killing Ukrainians. So this is not responding to Putin's invasion. The war started 10 years ago and we refusing every off ramp till this day. Robbie, you know, you hear Putin say, and if you listen,

every day we're open to negotiations and then these fools in the u.s government say there's no one to negotiate they don't want to negotiate and then president putin says oh we we we're open to negotiation oh there's no one to negotiate is what we hear from the u.s side this is just narrative so you know why uh negotiating doesn't make anybody more money

Yeah, that's the only disagreement I have with him is, no, they're not fools. You're the fool if you believe that they think that. They know what they're doing. That stupidity that they say is what they think of you because they got their own agenda, which is why they keep it up. There's no way this loser of a war, just like all the other wars, the only reason they keep going is because someone way above your pay grade wants it that way for reasons that don't help you or Ukraine. That is correct. Yeah.

Just like, I mean, people really, after the Iraq war, after 20 years of lies about Afghanistan, after Syria, after Libya, you still believe these people when they tell you about Ukraine, what it's all about? Yes, they do. My dumb shithead comedian friends.

who pat themselves on the back and virtue signal all day and think they're on the right side of history, are complete dupes of the establishment and the war machine. They need people like that. The establishment could not function without people like my old stupid shithead comedy friends. They need more of them. They don't have enough.

Because all they got is every friend you've ever known, apparently. And they got adult Disney fans and then people who still wear COVID masks. That's the last of the demographic. Well, they have every late night comedian.

Who would that be? I'm not counting Jimmy Kimmel. I'm not counting any of them. Not one of them. The people who quote unquote host the late night comedy shows. I've never considered them comedians. Jimmy Kimmel was never a stand up. He was always just a host with another guy. Fallon was a guitar comic who did sketch.

Who's left now? Craig, what's his name? Ferguson used to be a comedian. No, Craig Ferguson's not on TV anymore. Yeah, right. So no, this is like- And Stephen Colbert. Who comes out after Stephen Colbert now? Colbert's an actor. He's a dumb actor, much like all the media. Who comes out after Stephen Colbert? So no one's left who does their job except actors. They're just paid actors. Is there even a late, late show anymore? Do they get rid of it after James Corden? Do they get rid of that show? I don't even know.

I remember they kept trying to get D.H. Hooghly to host that show, but I guess he didn't poll good enough with the... They kept taking... They really... That guy used to say smart things, and he's gone. He's gone now. I've seen him being smart on other shows, and all of a sudden, at a certain point, he went with everybody else. Who hosts the Late Late Show on CBS? No, it's over. I think it's over. I think there's another show there now, hosted by another... It's a different kind of comedy show.

Put on an infomercial. That's all you need. Nobody cares about TV anymore. I can't believe people still worry about a Hollywood dream still. How do you even have that in your head?

How do people still hold on to that? Especially now that you have YouTube and TikTok and Rumble. Taylor Tomlinson has that show. Taylor Tomlinson. That's what you're talking about. Yeah, she has a show, but I don't think it's called The Late Late. It's called something else now. I think it's After Midnight. It's called After Midnight. Oh, look. Andrea says After Midnight with Taylor Tomlinson. Yes. Didn't Chris Hardwick used to host a show? It was called At Midnight. I used to do that show. At Midnight. I never got invited to do that show.

No, I was there when Artie Lang got kicked off because he tweeted whatever about some reporter whose fantasy or something. And I remember my joke. They were like, what a reckless thing would you do? And I go, the most dangerous thing of all, speak my mind on Twitter. Yeah.

You know that the food that we eat is poisoned. They put chemicals in our food here in America that they're not allowed to put in other countries like Canada, all of Europe, Australia. A lot of food dyes that cause cancer. That's in your food all the time.

So Callie Means, who was on the show, wrote that book with us. They got 400,000 signatures to petition Kellogg to take the artificial dyes out of their food that causes cancer.

And through the leadership of the Food Babe and Human Carp, more than 400,000 Americans signed a petition for Kellogg's to use the same ingredients for American children they do in other countries. That's right. We also launched a shareholder action against the company that made it to the boardroom. In Europe, the company uses carrot and watermelon juice for coloring. In the United States, it uses petroleum-based colors that are brighter but cause ADHD. Oh, is that my problem?

To change our food system, we need to change our suicidal incentives from the top down, which we are working on with our advocacy and bottoms-up advocacy. We will be delivering these signatures to Kellogg's headquarters and hopefully getting a meeting with the leadership. I would also urge all families to refrain from buying food with ingredients that normally harm their kids, meaning artificial colors and added sugars are two good places to start.

Some are saying the cereal is still terrible even without the artificial colors. I don't disagree, but we need to start racking up specific wins. The status quo wants us to stay broad. They have rigged the system through these targeted efforts, and that's how we will change it. They went to deliver these.

Very peaceful. Good morning. Good morning.

He's like, I'm just a security guard. We're not. You can't come in. Well, I'll take these boxes in.

By the way, I just want to point out, if there was a thing, a manufactured thing about something like identity, racial politics, or gender at Kellogg's, they'd show them right in the door. But saying, can you please not poison all of the kids, that they're not even come out for. They won't even come out for it. Nobody available to speak to y'all. So that's basically what happened there. But Eva Menendez, get this.

She tweeted this out. This is Eva Menendez. We all know who she is. I grew up on cereal. I still love it, but I won't eat Kellogg's anymore after I found out that so many of the ingredients they use here in the United States are banned in other countries. Why? Because they're harmful for our children. Rache's

to the food babe for helping to bring this to the light on demand that kellogg removed these harmful artificial food dyes for us just like they do in other countries ava mendez ava what did i say menendez mendez yeah you think of the menendez i'm thinking of menendez brothers

Eva Mendez is being slammed by nutrition experts for daring to add Ask Kellogg. So you want to see what this, so this guy finds out who these, watch this. Eva Mendez is getting absolutely dragged in her comment section right now after making this Instagram post.

What was the post about you might ask? Well, it's pretty simple. She was calling on Kellogg to remove harmful artificial food dyes from the cereal sold in the United States. She was citing a food blogger named Vani Hari, also known as the Food Babe, who pointed out that the U.S. version of Fruit Loops has a bunch of artificial food coloring in it, red 40, yellow 5, blue 1, yellow 6, yada yada, where

Whereas the Canadian version doesn't have those artificial food dyes in it. They use other things to color the Fruit Loops, such as you can see here, concentrated carrot juice, watermelon juice, blueberry juice. So much more, I would say, natural food coloring ingredients.

Perfectly reasonable, I think, to question why Kellogg's is selling the most toxic version of the same product in America, but not in other countries. But this triggered quite the backlash in her comment section with a bunch of people, namely nutritionists and PhDs and experts, saying that the food babe is not a legitimate source, that she's spreading tons of misinformation. So I looked into this a little bit, and there's something you should know about these products.

experts. For example, Dr. Andrea Love. She says, "Hi, Eva Mendez. These ingredients aren't banned whatsoever and they have been deemed safe across the entire planet. The Food Babe is not a credible source of information on these topics at all." Well, this is Dr. Andrea Love. She's got all the right credentials. She's an immunologist, microbiologist, decades and decades of experience in training and clinical research, yada yada.

But she's also, you can see here, a columnist for a nonprofit called the Genetic Literacy Project. If you do a little bit of digging, the Genetic Literacy Project has been outed as a PR front for Monsanto, Bayer, and the chemical industry. This is their IRS form 990, where they have to disclose where they get all their money from. You see here at the top of the list, number one, biggest contributor, $100,000, Bayer.

A little bit of conflict of interest there, eh? Let's talk about this lady, Danielle Shine. She is a registered dietitian.

She says that, "Unfortunately, Ava, you've been misled. The Food Babe is not a qualified food nutrition professional. She lacks crucial food, nutrition, and health science knowledge. Without this foundation, everything can appear to be a threat to health, which simply isn't true." Well, something that is definitely true is that, according to the Washington Post, the food industry actually pays these influencer dietitians to shape your eating habits and

They say that registered dietitians are being paid to post videos that promote diet soda, sugar, supplements on Instagram and TikTok. And another fact we know to be 100% true, unfortunately, sort of an inconvenient truth, is that the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has a record of quid pro quo with a range of food giants, with money being tracked flowing from...

baked food into the hands of these nutritionists and dietitians. And guess which company just happens to be one of the highest contributors of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics? Of course, Kellogg's. And so now you see how all these experts work, right? It's pay for play. They can cry misinformation all they want, but the receipts, they don't lie.

So it's time to stop eating Kellogg's. That would be my advice to you. I can't believe people still feed their kids cereal in the first place. It's garbage. It's nothing but sugar, high fructose corn syrup, bad food, guys. It never should have been a thing. It should have never been a thing. It was invented by corporations to make you think your kids, that cereal was healthy. It's not. Back during the food pyramid days. Yeah, the food pyramid, which again was all garbage. So you want to feed your kids healthy stuff? Get them...

Certainly much better would be pasture-raised eggs. Pasture-raised. Pasture-raised. Not free-range, because that's bullshit. Pasture-raised. They're more expensive. But you know what else is even more expensive? Going to the doctor. Treating a chronic illness. Your child's obesity. ADHD. That's way more expensive.

Yeah, because you've got to buy your kids speed if they get ADHD. That's right. So Eva Menendez. I want to say Menendez. You know who her significant other is? No. The guy with the abs that you love. Your boyfriend, Ryan, what's his head? Gosling. Ryan Gosling? What do you mean, what's his head? It's Gosling. Oh, really? Good for Ryan Gosling. Yeah.

What advice would you give a young lady wanting to become President of the United States? Well, I hope we do have a young lady at some point become President of the United States. I can tell you how I think it will happen, because it won't happen...

The way it will happen is they will be the most unpopular vice president in the history of our country. The president will be old and demented. And then Nancy Pelosi, who's older than the president, will lead a coup inside a government to force him out. We'll have George Clooney. Turns out we need George Clooney to do a coup in the United States.

And then when they do, when they coup him, then we'll just install her without a vote after we rig a primary. So then all the delegates at the convention are insiders who love the party. They're party insiders and party bosses. And then they will just go along with whatever the donor class says. And the donor class loves Kamala Harris because she's the most loyal soldier they ever had.

And so that's how, and then she'll be installed without a vote, anti-democratically. Then we'll do lawfare against our Republican opponent. We'll get 92 felony counts against them. We'll criminalize his political movement and we'll kick off the independence from the ballots. And then she'll be installed as the president. Is that what he's going to say? Let's see. Wait, wait, wait. Did he answer this question before or after two separate women tried to kill him

in the same month. Oh, right. And do you remember why the second one did? Because he hadn't been elected. This is her story. He wasn't elected. He was a Kamala that got put installed. He's the Kamala.

He got made president without anybody voting for him. I was just in Grand Rapids, which is his hometown. That's where his presidential library. And I was just there. And I made that joke. I go, this is the second, the second, the only other motherfucker who became president without getting a vote. And they all laughed because they all know who his vice president was.

Nelson Rockefeller. Nelson Rockefeller. Who many said could never settle for being vice president. You know, like George H.W. was vice president and a friend of the Bush family tried to kill Reagan. Yeah. It seems like a bunch of these people do this all the time. Seems like it. Yeah. That was Hinkle, right? Hinkley from the... Hinkle. Yeah, Hinkley. John Jackson Hinkley Jr. Hinkley Jr.

John Hinckley Jr., family friend of the Bushes. Neil Bush is thinking of dinner with Neil Bush like the day after. Something crazy. Watch this, what he says, how it's going to happen if a woman becomes president. Happen in the normal course of events. Either the Republican or Democrat political party will nominate a man for president and a woman for vice president.

and the woman and man will win. So you'll end up with a president, a male, and a vice president, a female. And in that term of office of the president, the president will die. And the woman will become president under the law or constitution. And once that barrier is broken, from then on, men better be careful.

Because they'll have a hard, hard time ever even getting a nomination in the future. But that's the way it's going to happen. I was not prepared to hear that. That is unbelievable. Look at the kid who's like, holy shit. Look at the kid. Like, damn.

That's quite a video, isn't it? Yeah, he's a sick... By the way, he was on the Warren Report. Did you know that? Yes, I do. Kathy O'Brien tells you all about him. Read Kathy O'Brien. Transformation America. She tells you what Ford is. And now I believe it even more because of hearing him say that. That is dark. That's a dark thing to say to a child.

I agree. That is a dark thing to say to a child. Go back and look at all these guys and realize now because of internet, the stuff that everybody just forgot about, they would never forget how they, because Reagan had his own Epstein. I sent you that one, right?

Tell me. Yes, you did tell me that. I was too young to remember any of this, but Reagan, there was a whole, it was Andrew Bloomingdale or Arthur Bloomingdale who was like the Epstein. Same difference. And there was a hooker that had a tape of him being pegged, by the way, with my favorite part of the story. She was beaten to death with a baseball bat and her roommate went to prison for it, showed up, didn't know how he got to the police station, couldn't remember admitting to the crime. Real Sirhan Sirhan stuff. Really?

Real Sirhan Sirhan stuff. Yeah. So once you got that tech, everybody goes hog wild trying to take power for themselves. Three Rockefellers died during those years. There were five brothers of Rockefellers in a different sector of controlling society. Three of them got killed.

Under mysterious Nelson, the vice president, his death is also very strange. That's why we can forget about Epstein. And that's why they thought we all would, because they've done this many times and we everybody forgot before. Why would it be different now? Why wouldn't why? Exactly. Why would it be different now? Yes.

People don't know about that Reagan pegging thing. That seems crazy. Dude, Larry Flint was going to put... Remember Larry Flint? They didn't put this in the People vs. Larry Flint. He was going to buy that tape and he was going to play it. And that's when his wife suddenly got AIDS like Eazy-E. No. Yeah. Yeah. Really? Yeah. Oh, yeah.

See, they tell you half the story, and then you're like, wait a minute. But once you go back and look, you can correlate it to all the stuff now because these aren't creative people. They're like big corporate. They do the same tricks that work over and over again until people catch on.

And the only reason people are catching on now or the only reason I would catch on is like I was watching this show. And once you see how bad of a job they're doing and you go, there must be some explanation because this is Bernie Sanders cannot keep showing up. And we go, oh, Bernie, you disappointed us again. This doesn't happen over and over again by chance. It does not. There's reasons for these things.

So let me play. That's crazy what you just showed. That's crazy, dude. Isn't it? Oh, okay. A woman will be vice president. They'll kill the guy. And then all guys have to watch out because women will kill them. You don't think that it's even a little possibility he might be in some kind of weird cult? Because that sounds like something out of like a Babylonian mystery cult. And a woman for vice president. And the woman and man will win. So you'll end up with a...

a president, a male, and a vice president, a female. And in that term of office of the president, the president will die, and the woman will become president under the law or constitution. And once that barrier is broken, from then on, men better be careful, because they'll have a hard, hard time ever even getting a nomination.

In the future. But that's the way it's. Audience giggles uneasily. So I just wanted to run and I want to play this and then I wanted to ask you a question about it. So here he is making a big admission about that the vaccine. He all of a sudden he found out it doesn't stop transmission or contraction, which we knew in 2021 at this show.

I knew that in mid 2021. And when I told people they would get angry at me for telling them, I learned when I caught COVID after getting it, that's how I found out. So we knew that. And so now he's just figured it out and he's saying, Hey, that, that, but that he's trying to make it out. Like, that's not a big deal. That's the biggest deal in the world, because if it doesn't stop transmission and contraction, then you have no basis for mandates. You have no basis for excluding people who aren't vaccinated and,

from a public life you have no if it doesn't stop so if you're vaccinated and you can still transmit it and you can still contract it then uh i guess it's according to the fda and the cdc it's still a vaccine but a lot of people are going to say it's not but let me play this and get your reaction

Take my one clarification about the ability of a vaccine to prevent transmission as being some great mea culpa that I think... That's a huge mea culpa, Piers. That's a huge mea culpa. Because that means that you want people to go out and to get an experimental vaccine in their arm and encourage them not

to listen to independent voices that were saying, hold on. That's a huge mea culpa. People died from the vaccine. So you're talking about people that died from not getting it. There have been scores of people who died from the vaccine. There have been scores of people like my grandfather who got the vaccine and then were dead within one year because it led to their dementia suddenly spreading or advancing rather in a way. Stop, stop, stop. I

I let you. You do not know that that was down to the vaccine, do you? First and foremost, they have admitted so much. They lied about the six feet social distancing. That just came out two weeks ago. And you were on the side of all of these people. So don't pretend that that's a small mea culpa. People died from blood clots pertaining to the vaccines that you were telling them to rush out and get. OK, so.

People died.

because we recognize that the government is not our friend and we recognize that the government is not trying to save our lives. Maybe those people would be alive. Maybe my friends who had miscarriages and my friends who were saying that it was impacting their menstruation until the government was ready to admit that seven months later. If you had listened to people that were telling you their own experiences, someone I know that went

completely blind in one eye because of some weird ocular clots. So don't pretend that's a small thing. I just want to say, I'm happy to accept that you've changed your mind, but don't pretend it's a small thing. People died from the vaccine. And by the way, I want to be clear for people watching this. He's saying still get it. I'm saying still don't. Just so you can hear a different opinion. Do not allow the government to put that in your arm. God's system works. The government is not fixing you in any regard. And do you feel the same way about the flu shot?

Yes. So I just have to, so we don't lose our channel, remind people that the FDA and the CDC says the vaccine is safe and effective. And they do good work. And they do great work over at... They approve that appeal shit that Bill Gates puts on the fruit now that makes it all lovely. And it doesn't stop the transmission, but it certainly slows it and will keep you from being seriously ill, hospitalized, hospitalized or dead. Okay, now...

People like Piers Morgan really pissed me off and I'm glad that you said that to him. Um, I,

Are you still surprised that people like that are even after they've been proven that they lied about mass, they lied about the origin of the virus, they lied about funding the origin of the virus, they lied about herd immunity, natural immunity, transmission, contraction. There wasn't a thing they lied about the studies. There wasn't a thing they didn't lie about. And yet people like Piers Morgan still cling to that. What do you what do you make of that?

Well, I think it's partially about his power. And so what they do, and I see this all the time left and right, by the way, where they will be cowards, they will go and they will accept whatever the state says. And then when they feel it's perfectly safe, perfectly safe.

Perfectly safe to say something different, right? When people are literally dropping dead in the street from myocarditis, they'll be like, hey, you know what? Actually, maybe we should listen to these people. And then they'll say, I'm sorry, I got this one thing wrong. And it's like, it was just a small thing. It's just a small mea culpa that I had to make. But the rest of the stuff I said was true. And that's why you have to call these people out. You have to call these people out because they continue to do this and people will continue to watch them not realizing that they're watching someone

who lied to them, who could have done great harm to them because they were unwilling to tell the truth. Listen, I don't mind if the state scares you. I get it. They do some scary things. I just don't need you having a platform. If you genuinely are too much of a coward, if you don't have the spine as a grown man, as Piers is, to tell people the truth, then you don't deserve a platform. That's my viewpoint. You don't deserve a platform because these are real to people's real lives. And like I said, I lost my grandfather. He is in many people had the circumstance for whatever reason, people who had

a mild form of dementia. They just saw it advance very quickly after getting the vaccine. My grandfather got it because the nurses and doctors told him to, and he was dead within a year. I didn't, I mean, I didn't recognize him months after getting the vaccine. So I will always use my platform to call these cowards out. I think, do you think someone messed up and gave Joe Biden the actual vaccine? Yes. Okay. So you, you,

So that was, uh, those kind of facts, those kind of COVID liars are the most insidious, right? So Chris Cuomo now tries to play both sides of the fence, like saying somehow Joe Rogan was still wrong when he was slandering him and smearing him and telling everybody that ivermectin was horse based. That's what Chris Cuomo said. And, and now he's saying, no, no, no, Joe, Joe, Joe Rogan still wasn't right. And I was doing the right thing all along. It,

It's mind-boggling. So, of course, sociopathic liars like that rise to the top of the media, right? You have a handful of good people sprinkled in among a sea of psychopaths and sociopaths. Would you agree with that? I so agree. I so agree with that. It's so funny because I was saying this exact same thing. I've just dealt with so many people in media who behave like sociopaths and their addiction to...

feeling the power of telling these lies and then moving along and not being willing to admit that they were wrong. Also, you see later on in that interview where he comes out at me and talks about, you're not a reporter. Like, you know, like I saw that he's got the degrees and the funny thing is, by the way, I didn't say it.

Yeah, well, I have more degrees than him, but I didn't say it on his show because I'm not a jerk, right? And I was just enjoying watching him because it was like this. Clearly, I've won this debate. Whenever you start pulling out the, this is how many degrees I have, the conversation's over, right? And so the nerve of these people to think and to speak down to regular people, you know, the regular people who have good sense, who have good gut instincts and know what they're doing. Trust your gut instincts. Don't trust these people. That's what I tell people.

They know nothing more than, you know, because they went to some college and got a meaningless degree. Yeah. So they're worth something when you hear them talk. So this idea that you need a journalism degree to do journalism or be a reporter is like saying I needed to get a comedy degree so I could do stand up comedy. That's one of those things you don't need a degree for. Bill Gates doesn't have a degree.

OK, yeah. We offer more than all the richest people. All of the richest people don't. If you actually go through like the world's richest, it's incredible how many of them don't have degrees. You know why? Because it allows them to think creatively. The longer you're in the system, the more you start thinking like the system. And if you have to think on your feet, you know, you're a little bit more creative and you probably have better instincts because you've dealt with the world in a real capacity. You're not just learning it through a textbook.
