So Joe Biden gave a speech, which I'm going to show you a bit of in just a second. But this was the day before. Joe gave a speech that said we need to tamp down the political rhetoric. So this was the day before Trump was almost assassinated. This is what Joe Biden was saying.

They don't know what to do with themselves. They don't know what to do if they're not calling him Hitler. They don't know what to do because now they can't do that anymore because he almost got killed. We are not enemies. We're neighbors. Oh, here we go. Yesterday's shooting at Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania calls on all of us to take a step back, take stock of where we are, how we go forward from here.

Thankfully, former Trump is not seriously injured. Former Trump. Sounds like he died. Sounds like he's still writing them off. Former Trump. You know, I just want to point out that he said the shooting at the rally yesterday instead of saying the attempted assassination. Yeah, that's right.

Good, good, good, good catch. Last night, I'm grateful he's doing well. And Jill and I keep him and his family. Why would you be grateful that a guy who is a threat to the soul of our nation is doing well? I'm getting mixed messages, Joe. Prayers.

We also extend our deepest condolences to the family of the victims who was killed. You mean the MAGA supporter that you said was a threat to the soul of our nation? You want us to extend condolences to that guy? I thought you hated those people, Joe. I thought you said from the bottom of your heart they were a threat to the soul of our country. But now he loves those people, apparently. Apparently he realizes that he's the president of all America. Corey was a husband, a father, a volunteer firefighter, a hero.

sheltering his family from those bullets. We should all hold his family and all those injured in our prayers. This is the first time he's ever said anything decent about a Trump supporter. This is the only time he's ever done that. Here's what he used to say about them. Remember this? This is when he wanted you to hate your neighbor and think that your neighbor was the problem, not the oligarchy, not the establishment, not the political class, not the donors.

Not the establishment, but your neighbor. This is Joe Biden making you hate your neighbor. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic. But there's no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans.

And that is a threat to this country. MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution. But I thought you just said that guy who was a volunteer fireman who got killed at Trump, MAGA guy. I thought you said he's a great guy. You're glad that Trump's doing okay. These people who are a threat to our democracy. This is weird. I'm getting mixed messages, Joe. They do not believe in the rule of law. They do not recognize the will of the people. MAGA.

Well, if they're this horrible, sounds like that's why everybody's got bored for throwing them in jail, right? Like on January 6th and Donald Trump, his four different bullshit prosecutions. The forces are determined to take this country backwards, backwards to an America where there is no right to choose, no right to privacy.

no right to contraception, no right to marry who you love. Trump and the extreme MAGA Republicans quote a clear and present danger to our democracy. While the threat to American democracy is real, I want to say as clearly as we can, we are not powerless in the face of these threats. MAGA Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger. They thrive on chaos.

They live not in the light of truth, but in the shadow of lies. We've told ourselves that American democracy is guaranteed, but it's not. We have to defend it, protect it, stand up for it. Against half the country. Half the country wants to get rid of our bureaucracy and our way of life and our Constitution.

Each and every one of us. We're all called by duty and conscience to confront extremists who have put their own pursuit of power above all else. We must be stronger, more determined, and more committed to saving American democracy than MAGA Republicans are to destroying American democracy. MAGA Republicans look... These people, he's telling America that half of America is the enemy of America. They're your enemies.

Americans seek carnage and darkness and despair. They spread fear and lies, lies told for profit and power. Which is exactly what Joe Biden's done his entire career and what he's doing in this speech. He's making you turn on your neighbor. He's making you think that Donald Trump is going to end our country. So why wouldn't someone, some deranged moron, want to take a shot at him? The Magi Republicans believe that for them to succeed, everyone else has to fail.

And now this is what he says. You know, the political record in this country has gotten very heated. It's time to cool it down. Time to cool it down. We all have a responsibility to do that. Yes, we have deeply felt strong disagreements. The stakes in this election are enormously high. I've said it many times that the choice we make in this election is going to shape the future of America and the world for decades to come. I believe that with all my soul.

I know that millions of my fellow Americans believe it as well. He believes it with all his soul. How much soul is that, Joe? Pat Boone has more soul than Joe Biden. And there's half the audience. Who's Pat Boone? And some have a different view as to the direction our country should take. Disagreement is inevitable in American democracy. It's part of human nature. But politics must never be a literal battlefield, a God forbid, a killing field.

I believe politics ought to be an arena for peaceful debate, to pursue justice, to make decisions guided by the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. We stand for an America, not of extremism and fury, but of decency and grace. All of us now face... And remember, when you want to simmer down violence, you whisper like you're sneaking up behind some young girl to tell her she smells nice. The time of testing as the election approaches.

And the higher the stakes, the more fervent the passions become. This places an added burden on each of us to ensure that no matter how strong our convictions, we must never descend into violence. The Republican convention will start tomorrow. I have no doubt they'll criticize my record and offer their own vision for this country. Judge dismisses Trump's Florida classified documents case.

It was a bullshit case to begin with. The FBI got caught planting stuff. Evidence. The FBI is completely corrupt. The same FBI that launched, that lied 17 times to the FISA court so they could get a phone tap on Donald Trump and his entire campaign are the same people that are investigating this. Same people are going to investigate his assassination attempt. The FBI is completely corrupt.

I'm also hearing that Donald Trump's speech at the RNC was supposed to be about going and exposing the deep state, and now he's switched it to be about unity. I wish it was the old one.

So let's get to this case. A judge in Florida has dismissed the case against former President Trump's handling of classified documents. Trump had faced charges stemming from special counsel Jack Smith's investigation into his possession of classified materials at Trump's Mar-a-Lago. Now, let's remember that the president could declassify any document he wanted. So the fact that they found some of these documents that were still classified, it just meant that he forgot to unclassify them.

That's the way I look at it. And maybe some of them were planted by the FBI because we know they're criminals. Let me turn this down a little. Okay. He pleaded. That's a word, pleaded, not pled. He pleaded not guilty to all 37 felony counts from Smith's probe, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements. Former President Trump's motion to dismiss indictment based on the unlawful... So they're saying that...

When they appointed Jack Smith to be the special prosecutor, that that was unlawful and was unconstitutional. It's granted. So she granted it. Dr. Judge Aileen Cannon. The superseding indictment is dismissed because special counsel Smith's appointment violates the appointments clause of the United States Constitution. I even know there was something like that.

Trump, following the ruling, told Fox News' Brett Baier that he was thrilled that the judge had the courage and wisdom to do this. This has big, big implications, not just for the case, but for other cases. The special counsel worked with everyone to try to take me down. This is obvious lawfare. And what lawfare is, is when you weaponize the justice system to go after a political opponent. That's obviously what this is. All of these cases is that.

Trump added from Milwaukee this side of the street. This is a big, big deal. It only makes this convention more positive. This will be an amazing week. They already are booing Mitch McConnell, by the way. I wish I had that video.

So it looks like this is one of those appointments that needed to be confirmed with the Congress, and it wasn't. Upon careful study of the foundational challenges raised in the motion, the court is convinced that the special counsel of Smith's prosecution of this action breaches two structural cornerstones of our constitutional scheme, the role of Congress in the appointment of constitutional officers and the role of Congress in authorizing expenditures by law, the judge wrote.

The framers gave Congress a pivotal role in the appointment of principal and inferior officers. That role cannot be usurped by the executive branch or diffused elsewhere, whether in this case or in another case, whether in times of heightened national need or not.

In the case of inferior officers, that means that Congress is empowered to decide if it wishes to vest appointment powers in the head of the department. And indeed, Congress has proven itself quite capable of doing so in many other statutory contexts. But it plainly did not do so here, despite the special counsel's strained statutory readings, the judge added. In the end, it seems the executive's growing comfort in appointing regulatory special counsels

in the more recent era has followed an ad hoc pattern with judicial scrutiny, with little judicial scrutiny, she also said. Earlier this month, Trump requested a partial pause in the classified documents case brought against him after a U.S. Supreme Court decision found that presidents have substantial immunity for official acts that occur while they were in office.

Joe Biden just threw Trump in prison without a trial. That would not be the rule. This is actually the definition of the rule of law. These people are mental. So they call themselves liberal, but they're not liberals. Liberals, this is illiberal.

So I have a hard time calling people like Keith Olbermann, the Democratic Party, Joe Biden, Rob Reiner. I have a hard time calling those people lefties or liberals because they're not acting like liberals are. I've always thought classic liberals are liberals. My whole life have been thought to believe what liberalism is. But now these are the people giving liberalism a bad name because they turn out to be authoritarian maniacs.

I think it's absolutely wrong on the merits. But going forward, I think this could actually be a blessing in disguise.

because it gives Jack Smith an opportunity to appeal the case immediately. So many of these other decisions were within the judge's discretion as she was slow walking the case. But this is one where it's immediately appealable, and I think she is so clearly wrong on the law that the 11th Circuit will reverse. Now, Donald Trump probably goes to the Supreme Court, and we have to wait for a decision there. But even if, ultimately, the Supreme Court rules in favor of Donald Trump, the case is not over.

All that means is a special counsel can't bring this case. There is nothing then to stop the US Attorney in the Southern District of Florida from bringing this case. Now certainly it means lengthy delay, there will be no trial before the election. But I think we were headed in that direction anyway by making this decision now Jack Smith

sees the legal landscape and can act strategically the way he wants to. He could even decide the Justice Department to take this out of the special counsel's hands and go directly to the U.S. attorney's office for the Southern District of Florida, refile the case immediately and get back on track, perhaps with a different judge. And so, Barbara, what would immediately look like?

go to a grand jury, represent the case in front of a grand jury. I don't think immediately means the case gets refiled tomorrow. You would have to present the case to a new grand jury. But when you're republishing, it doesn't require you to bring in new witnesses. It just requires a summary witness to testify about

what all of those witnesses said. So I think the case could get reindicted within a couple of weeks if they decided to go that route. Immediate appeal, that means today the appeal could be filed, a notice of appeal could be filed today. So these people just aren't going to stop, I guess. So they're just going to keep doing it. The people who claim to care about the rule of law. So now what's going to happen is, is this Republicans...

Who are attorney generals? Are they going to start filing cases against Barack Obama for his extrajudicial killing of American citizens? Because he did that. Are they going to start filing cases against Hillary Clinton now for all those classified documents that she had on her server? Because she did that. So that's what's turning, this is what's actually turning us into a banana republic.

These prosecutions, not Donald Trump. And again, this I'm not a Donald Trump fan. Didn't vote for him. Didn't vote for Joe Biden either. I voted for the moronic Green Party, which is a real disappointment to me. Keith Olbermann. So says President Biden should take the Supreme Court of the United States cloaking mask of immunity and have Merrick Garland arrest that judge.

If they need to make up a charge, holler in for impersonating a judge. Hey, nothing says nothing like saving democracy by imprisoning judges who rule against you. Boy, did he get ratioed on that. All these this. So, again, what I try to tell when I tell when I report cases like this, people call me accuse me of being a Trumper because they're propagandized and stupid and they're uninformed. And so what this means is if they can do this to Donald Trump, a former president of the United States, they could do this to anybody and they will.

They will. That's probably why Bernie Sanders rolled over in 2016. They threatened to prosecute him or prosecute his wife because he completely capitulated and rolled over. And now he's a warmongering maniac. He's the opposite of who he's supposed to be. He supports a corporatist like Joe Biden in an authoritarian sense. He's for all that stuff.

So, of course, they do this. They do this to Cornel West. They do this to Jill Stein. They do this to anybody who would stand up and be a problem for the establishment. Now they criminalize you. Look what they did to the black Uhurus, the socialists. Look what they did to Stop Cop City. The same, the same RICO statute and the same grand jury that used to indict Stop Cop City protesters, the people protesting the expansion of the police state, they used to indict Donald Trump. And people like Cornel West don't have the integrity to call that out.

They don't have the courage. That's gutless when they don't call that out. It's easy to call it out when it helps you politically, but when it doesn't, that takes real courage. Why wouldn't you pull your gun out and shoot that guy?

Why would you climb back down the ladder and leave the guy up there to shoot the president? This 20-year-old is also so politically radical as to attempt an assassination and yet not radical enough to have ever posted any political writings or commentary on any social media site ever in his life.

So Kurt was saying this sounds like MKUltra. Like this sounds like something they got to him. This was the first thing I said. I said they found some mental defective and they encouraged him to do something he normally wouldn't do. And Kurt went the extra mile and said it was MKUltra style mind control stuff. I'm sure they only did the MKUltra mind control from the 50s to the 70s. I'm sure they stopped. He also wrote no manifesto and left behind no indication about why he did it.

The perfect patsy. His last and only political act before attempting to kill the Republican candidate was to register as a Republican. Hmm. You must believe this and ask no questions about it or else you are a conspiracy theorist. And one thing we know about assassination attempts is that there's never any conspiring involved. He also tried to join his school's rifle club, but his aim was so bad he hit one wall instead of the one with the target.

So yeah, definitely the man to attempt a hit job. So people were saying there was somebody probably in that tree. Who knows? Who knows? It was definitely an inside job, or at least there was an inside component to it. This kid had no social media, was able to put up a ladder at the only roof that was uncovered. I think there was a permanent ladder connected to this building. I can't confirm that. Can you check that out and see if that was...

He was able to climb the roof and he, and someone said he jumped from several different roofs. Remember we, that eyewitness account we showed you yesterday was able to put up a ladder. The only, on the, the only roof that was uncovered was able to climb the roof and set up for over three minutes, three minutes and was able to get six shots off. And I heard between five and eight. So I, I don't know about those numbers, but let's look at the, let's look at this. So he,

When we saw this, first thing we said was, why didn't they have Secret Service up in this water tower so they could oversee all these buildings? And there's only a handful of buildings. Like, why wouldn't you have Secret Service on every one of them? Oh, by the way, they also took Secret Service away from Donald Trump that day to send them where? To a Jill Biden event because she was in the neighborhood.

What? This wasn't Donald Trump's regular Secret Service detail because they had been overworked. So they replaced them with these people. They also took away some or a lot of his Secret Service to send them to a Jill Biden event. What a weird coinkydink. And they didn't put anybody in that tower. Why wouldn't that be the first place you put somebody? They could see everything.

So here's where the Secret Service snipers were. Here's where the shooter was. Here's where Trump was. So super suspect that it doesn't add up. It doesn't add up at all. How convenient. They found a guy who had no social media presence, had no manifesto, no nothing. That's something. So now here I'm going to show you this. Here's a here's a Green Beret.

Now, this is way before Donald Trump will ever get there, and they know every place that the president will be, and the sniper team especially is responsible for ensuring that no one can take a shot at the president. Now, that does not mean that the sniper team just sets up with their guns and scans the crowd and shoots. No, what they do, the most important thing they do pre-Donald Trump showing up,

is within a 360 degree environment of that podium of the president they ensure that there is not a place that is open that will be accessible by someone with a rifle to take a shot at the president so they make sure those places are barricaded off unaccessible and heavily guarded so there is no way you are going to get to the place where you can even shoot the president with a rifle before the president shows up and here's another piece of information msnbc reported

that they had identified that very roof that that guy, that shooter was on, as a problem. The day before, they identified it. And so what he's saying is, you're supposed to have that completely secured. No one's supposed to be able to go in and out, especially a kid with a rifle. Okay? Then they scan the crowd and those places with a rifle just in case by some miracle, you do. Now, you're not going to tell me. I don't care who you are. Don't listen to the media.

Nonsense anyways, I think most of us know that by now. That some 20 year old kid that looks like he played Dungeons and Dragons in his mom's basement is trained on a gun, especially a sniper rifle like that, is a registered Republican, and then can access anywhere near the vicinity of that crowd, of that event, with him not dressed in a uniform and that sniper rifle. He was wearing American flag t-shirt and pants, and he had a rifle.

You're going to tell me that that kid went through all the levels of security, somehow got into the closest building to the president, then accessed the rooftop of the closest building to the president, then had the time to unpack his rifle, lay down in the prone, and then take five to eight well-aimed shots at the president before he was decisively engaged by the Secret Services, counter-sniper teams, or a local police department. I don't know who they were. Most likely police.

You're going to tell me all that happened and a 20-year-old kid did that without it being heavily planned, coordinated, and people on the inside making it happen? There is absolutely no way possible that that kid was able to get up there and take those shots at the president without a lot of internal help. So someone in that local or some people inside that local police department agency or secret service is compromised and is a threat to our president. So we need to stop worrying about that damn shooter and start worrying about who allowed this shit to happen.

And President Trump, if you need an American to protect you who's actually good at sniping and stopping this crap, give me a call. I'll do it for free. Everybody have a good day. God bless. So it looks completely like this is at the very least it was allowed to happen. But the fact that this kid has no social media presence, got no manifesto, never did anything political until he registered a Republican just a couple of five seconds ago.

That's super suspect that he registered a Republican five seconds ago and the fact that he's a horrible shot. So now I'm going to show you a video and it's going to show you that everybody knew there was a shooter on top of this roof for a while and they didn't do anything. Let's watch.

That's a cop walking around the building where that guy is. The guy's already on top of the building. That's a cop. So the cop doesn't go on his radio. Hey, there's a shooter on a building with a rifle. First of all, how did he get up there? Why isn't this secured?

But so that's what that is. That's a cop. And here all these regular people are going to start screaming, there's a guy with a gun. Yeah, someone's on top of the roof. Look. Look, someone's on top of the roof. They see him. You don't think the cop sees him? So you're telling me this guy doesn't know anything about it? But everybody here already knows about it. All these people already know there's a guy on that roof. This guy doesn't know? Of course he knows. Yeah, someone's on top of the roof. Look. Look.

So there he is. So everybody there knows about this guy, including this person with the camera.

Everybody knows, except the Secret Service and except the cops. Everybody there knows about this guy, except the cops and the Secret Service. And we're told that a cop did know, climbed up the ladder, and then that guy pointed the rifle at him, and the cop went back down the ladder. He didn't go code red? He didn't duck below the roof line, take out his gun, and shoot that guy?

What did that what? I can't wait to find out what that cop did. That cop get trained in Uvalde. Is that where that cop was trained? Look at him. What? What?

So all the people there saw him. Where is the Secret Service? Where are the cops? So again, more evidence that this is 100% set up. I just want to remind people, because this got reported, but nowhere near the amount of press it should have gotten, the two top people who were at the...

Biden administration pressured the FDA to approve it and the FDA I guess apparently was going to go along with it and so these people resigned and then they went along with it so they put in a toady they were there 30 years imagine the corruption that didn't make them leave until this you gotta at least fake that we approved it so political and endpoints reported that they left in frustration over Biden's COVID-19 booster shot plan

They led the FDA office in charge of approval. So it was Marion Gruber and Philip Krause. Did you know about this story?

It's like when the World Health Organization pulled remdesivir back in Ebola trials in 2018 because it was unethical, because it was killing 53% of the population into which it was injected. And it's amazing when you have these amazing ethical breaches where at some point, I guess, I don't know, if you were part of a booster program at the FDA for a thing that does not do any public health service,

You wonder where the ethical line lives in your mind because obviously you've been going along with the nonsense for a while. But the fact of the matter is in this particular case, what people are starting to realize is the FDA is potentially now culpable for criminal conspiracy and antitrust violations. And so I think they're leaving because there's RICO charges that might be coming. I don't think they're leaving because they have a conscience. Wow.

Oh, really? OK. Well, see, here's what I say about Dr. Fauci. Right. And those these people who all and Collins and the woman who was the head of the CDC, they they can lie with impunity and lie with impunity to Congress because the same people who own them.

also own the government who are supposed to be prosecuting them. So if you lie at the behest of the establishment, which is what Fauci did when he lied and said that they weren't funding gain-of-function, he was doing it at the behest of the Pentagon.

He was so and DARPA. And so there those and and so, you know, the CIA, the FBI, he's doing that at the behest of the establishment. And those people don't work for the American people. They they they work for those. So they'll never be. So you're saying you think that's when when how would that happen? How would the government decide to start prosecuting these people who are lying? Go ahead. Listen, the government is not going to do it at a federal level. But what will happen is.

States were forced to support ridiculous interventions because of federal mandates without any economic support. And states are starting to realize that all of this was done because of something, which is an actual very interesting old legal statute called the engaging in ultra hazardous activities. Velocopters, which is the famous case in the United States around this, says that if you willfully engage in an ultra-hazardous activity, you are actually liable. And so what's happening is we're working with several states right now to actually develop state claims against the federal agencies

for willfully engaging in ultra hazardous activities, which ultimately harm the states. Oh, they better do it all at once because one by one, they'll pick them off with some weird. Remember the guy that was suing in Texas? I was suing all of a sudden some weird smear came out of the attorney general in Texas. Oh, yeah. Well, listen, I mean, that's the reason why we're coordinating this across a number of states right now. OK, so let me show you this. So this was the FDA doing a straight up commercial.

Don't be shocked. You can now recharge your immunity with an updated COVID-19 booster. I'm feeling low on immunity, Jimmy. So that's from September 9th, 2022. So that to me looks like a straight up commercial announcement.

for a big pharma product. And there's no- That is a straight up commercial and that is a fraudulent. And that, once again, across the states is what's called a deceptive consumer practice. And under the Federal Trade Commission, it's called the deceptive medical practice, where you're actually willfully lying to the public to induce them to do something they would not otherwise do if you actually told them the truth.

Nothing about these shots does anything to quote recharge immunity. What it does is it instructs your body, as I've said many times,

to take the mRNA instructions and start making spike proteins, which are actually scheduled toxins by the United States government. So what you should be doing is recharging your, I don't know, stockpile of biological weapons that you're manufacturing in your own body, because obviously no one has enough biological weapons floating around in their own body. So you need to recharge it every now and then.

It looks like a battery from my iPhone, and I like iPhones, so I want to go recharge. There you go. Well, all I can say is there's no way what you're saying can be true because the FDA and the CDC and the WHO has assured me that the spike protein and the boosters and the vaccine is safe and effective, and it will keep you from being seriously ill or hospitalized. And, of course, you don't want to die, and it's safe for everybody from babies to— And this is what I love about it. I mean—

Listen, it used to be back in the heady days of 2019 that the FDA actually had a published standard on what a vaccine clinical trial was supposed to be.

Ironically, they actually published it and it was actually a statutory thing that was published as a statutory issue. And ironically, in the case of 2020, which for those not familiar with the calendar and how it progresses over time, one year later, allegedly the clinical trials for allegedly what was called the COVID-19 vaccine

was actually done where nothing about immunity was tested, nothing about transmissibility was tested, nothing about the ability to block infection was tested. The only thing that was allegedly scored, and I want to be very clear on this, scored was whether or not you actually got severe case symptoms of COVID.

any problem. COVID itself was nothing more than a list of 11 symptoms of which you had to have more than four. So a committee had to decide whether you actually had COVID. There was no such thing as a test. There was no such thing as anything else. And in the clinical trials, if you actually read the FDA clinical trials, what you find is that the determination of whether you had a disease was actually subjectively determined by a board of medical professionals.

I don't know about you, Jimmy, but when you're sick, I don't know if you need to have a committee come in and actually weigh in on, you know, do you have enough chills to really call yourself sick or are you just faking kind of not wanting to show up somewhere? We need to have a committee to determine whether you're actually sick. Because remember, at no point

In any of the clinical trials, was there a measure that said you actually, God forbid, had to have a lab test to confirm that you had something? All you had to do was have symptoms. And at no point in the clinical trial was there ever a measure of whether or not somebody actually had something that could have been associated with

with a pathogen, it doesn't exist in the clinical trial in violation of the 2019 FDA published requirements on what a clinical trial has to include. Howard Bauchner: Well, let me, what was the PCR test for? Dr. Well, the PCR test was for the fear porn of pretending that somehow or another people could measure the existence or the absence of a response

to what they said was a SARS-CoV-2 infection. But the problem that they had was that, unfortunately, the majority of people that actually allegedly had COVID, they said by symptoms, did not have any positive tests. And the most people that had positive tests didn't have any symptoms. So the problem is, how do you have a disease, which can only exist by symptoms, remember,

The World Health Organization was very clear. COVID-19 was defined by symptoms. You can't have it if you don't have symptoms by definition. But here's the funny thing. We had all these asymptomatic people coming around, allegedly, because the PCR tests were telling us that these people allegedly had SARS-CoV-2. Tiny little problem. They actually didn't.

They amplified the cycle thresholds on the PCR test so much that they could determine that you had anything. You could have had a cat allergy and they would have found it. And you could have been a person living with 35 cats in your house having no allergy. The fact of the matter is the PCR test measured nothing.

associated with any disease. It had only an amplification of cycle thresholds for the purpose of the fear porn getting the numbers up so everybody ran to get the shot. So what in the trials? You're saying they didn't... I know they didn't test to see if it stopped transmission or contraction because...

A Pfizer executive admitted that when it was questioned at the European Parliament. And that's when we first found out they never even tested to see if it stopped transmission. And her response, why they didn't, was because she said they were working at the speed of science, which is a made-up term. Isn't that great? Speed of science. It's so fast. Say it again.

I said they went to plaid like space balls. Yeah. Yeah. So what did so what are you saying they did test for again? Well, they didn't. That's the problem. The only thing that covid-19 is in a medical defined sense and the World Health Organization published this in March of 2020. Covid-19 is the set of symptoms.

SARS-CoV-2 was supposedly the novel coronavirus. But here's the problem with both of those statements. Allegedly, the novel coronavirus was not novel. It was actually published in 2016. So we have that problem.

and it was published by Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. So I don't know how you can get something novel in 2020 that was published in 2016 under the headline SARS Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1 Poised for Human Emergence. I don't know about you, but when you actually say in the headline Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1 is poised for human emergence,

I don't think anybody could plausibly say that in 2020 we're surprised that something came out, given the fact it was published from UNC Chapel Hill in the unlikely, unfindable source, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. So no one could have ever found it. It was so well hidden.

Poised for human emergence in 2016, that novel thing, which we were told was the thing that was taking over the world in 2020, that novel thing was actually not novel. And the problem is that if you go and look at what was actually happening, Jimmy, in the clinical trial, if you had tested for the spike protein, which is the thing that makes you sick, then everybody who got the shot would have come back positive. So they could not test

any biologic test at all in the clinical trial because ironically, everybody that got that shot would have been making the pathogen that allegedly was supposed to be killing us. The problem is you were actually doing it in your own body if you got the shot. So the bad news is everybody would have tested positive. So in the clinical trial, the existence of symptoms, and by the way, go back and look at the FDA record on this.

the existence of symptoms and allegedly the severity of avoiding hospitalization were the primary clinical outcomes of the what they called a vaccine. There was no measure of infection, no measure of transmission and no measure of immune response officially in the large scale clinical trial. There was none.

I just have to call you a liar. There's no way. Why are you racist? Why are you lying? Why do you hate black people? I know. Why do I hate humanity so much? Wait, Chapel Hill, weren't they, we did a story about how they're dicking around with viruses just like Wuhan. Yeah, we're going to guess. No, no, no, not just like Wuhan. Let's get it clear. In 2014, October of 2014,

NIAID sent a letter to Ralph Baric at UNC Chapel Hill during the gain of function moratorium telling him that the Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1 spike protein coronavirus that he was working on in gain of function research was subject to the moratorium.

And he was authorized to violate the moratorium by NIAID in October of 2014. In 2016, in 2016, he published the paper.

Wuhan Institute of Virology, Virus 1: Poised for Human Emergence, which actually was the amplification of spike protein. And at the end of the paper, there are two, not one, but two institutional review boards that were empaneled by UNC Chapel Hill. The first one was to measure the ethics of doing gain-of-function research on a known pathogen.

And the second was to assess the ethics of violating the moratorium willfully by the university. So they actually had two independent reviews. This is, by the way, right in the final statement in the paper itself. You go back and look at the 2016 SARS or the Wuhan Institute of Biology, which was voiced for human origins. At the end of the paper, they not only tell you all of that, but they also tell you,

that they actually took the Wuhan Institute of Virology virus, reconstituted it in Chapel Hill,

And that's what they used as the gain of function platform. So all the nonsense you guys have heard about Peter Daszak and Ego Health Alliance and all that kind of stuff is a three point eight million dollar cover story for the three hundred million dollar story you haven't talked about, which is the DARPA and NIAID gain of function research at UNC Chapel Hill.

So you're saying, I mean, I'm... You're saying that you love Hitler and you want fascism to come to America. If I hear correctly, Jimmy. It's all about fascism. It's all about, is there any way we can accelerate ourselves into the absolute, you know, resurgence of the fourth right? It's all about that. I think we're well into it. It sounds like.
