Come see us on tour. We'll be in Tempe, Arizona with a special celebrity guest on that show. Columbus, Ohio, Dayton, Ohio, Burbank, California, and Honolulu. Go to JimmyDore.com for a link for tickets. Hey, this is Jimmy. Who is this? Jimmy is current U.S. President Joe Biden. Hey, Joe.

Now, I know in my previous few phone calls, I've underscored how little my presidential administration is actually doing. But today, Jimmy, I'm happy to report to you a massive development in the situation in Gaza. Really? Have you finally brokered some kind of ceasefire? No, we've given up. Praise the Lord. Wait, what?

Jimmy, as CNN is reporting, we have all but ceased our heretofore consistent efforts to try and broker a ceasefire. But anymore, it is deemed sufficient to simply let it be known that we desire that. Now, to be clear, all we've ever really done in the past was say, hey, could you please stop doing that? But we have stopped even that level of peacemaking.

Well, AOC at the convention said that Kabbalah is working tirelessly to get a ceasefire and bring this. I guess she was lying. And maybe she should be. No, that's not true. And so you're proud to announce this. Oh, yes. I mean, it's a fantastic development. The subtext here is that there is nothing we can do. Israel wants to keep doing this probably forever. Yeah. We are finally admitting that there is nothing that the United States can do to stop them.

It's kind of like letting go. It's hard to do, but once we do it, our country is in a much more emotionally healthy place. A healthy place?

Yes, Jimmy, sometimes you have to establish boundaries with toxic people. Countries are no different. It's just like saying, Israel, I will always love you. But I realize I can't stop your toxic behavior. I see that now. So trying to stop you from doing this accomplishes nothing except hurting me. So I will stop trying. But don't worry. I will still give you the bombs so you can keep doing it.

I mean, let's not be crazy here. Jimmy, this is self-care 101. Wow, what a breakthrough. Jimmy, the clarity here is really kind of blowing me away. It's a real vibe. I'm really very happy for you.

Thanks, man. And you know who really helped me on this journey? Kamala. Oh, Jesus. She's a real rock star when it comes to this self-care shit. Yeah. She really laid it all out for me. Joe, sometimes when you feel like you're not doing enough, the best option is to do even less or nothing at all. Wow. I know, right?

It was like, baby girl, I don't understand that fully, but that is deep, no doubt. So that's what we did. We did the work. We worked on ourselves. We confronted ourselves. And we came out on the other side doing nothing. Yeah, I'm sure the Palestinians will be thrilled to hear about your personal journey, Mr. President. You know what, Jimmy? I'd like to think that they would understand and support us. Yeah, uh-huh.

2024, the year of doing even less. Put that on a red hat and make a million bucks. If Kamala Harris wins in November, do you think she will continue this policy of doing nothing? My friend, mark my words. Kamala Harris will win in November, and she will do less than nothing. You know, Netanyahu was really lucky that you were the president when all this started, right?

Thank you very much. But also, what do you mean? I mean, if Trump had been president, this would have been labeled Trump's genocide within 36 hours. And liberals, leftists, some conservatives and the media would have all felt free to call it out for what it is, a genocide. But since it was St. Joseph Biden in the White House, it can't be bad.

Do you realize how much cover for Netanyahu you ran just by being not Trump? I never, I never thought of it that way. Really? Never? Hey, hold on. I'm getting another call here. Jimmy Dorshow, Jimmy speaking. Jimmy, this is Benjamin Netanyahu. Bebe. Don't give me Bebe. I don't have the time. I must speak with your president.

BB, I haven't heard from you in months. Listen to me. One of our operatives was listening to the Jimmy Dore live stream and heard what Jimmy just said and contacted me immediately. Joe, he has a point. What, Jimmy Dore? Get the fuck out of here. I'm serious.

If Trump had been president this whole time, then he would have helped us, but the popular opposition to this bloodbath probably would have swept him out of office and replaced him with someone not so friendly to our project.

And it wouldn't have been Kamala Harris, that's for fucking sure. That goes without saying. So look at this from my perspective. There are two scenarios. Trump wins in November, comes into office, and that exact hypothetical scenario becomes what happens. And by 2028, there is a political revolution in the U.S. that is unfriendly to Israel. And I don't know if four years is enough to completely cleanse Gaza of Gazans. Yeah, that's a tall order, man.

You're telling me you should see these charts and projections I have on my desk here. They're about eight or nine years old at this point, but clearing out Gaza will take longer. Or Harris is elected. There is perhaps slightly more resistance to our plans, but none effective. But the American liberals who are so inexplicably infatuated with her will continue to pretend a genocide is not happening. Okay, so what are you saying? We need to make sure Donald Trump does not get elected.

This is life or death for Israel. My next call will be to AIPAC, but first I want you to call the Jimmy Dore show. Wow, thanks. Quiet, you. Because I needed to talk to Joe on a line where no one important would be listening in. Well, what do you need from me?

I need you to do something. For Christ's sake, stop sitting around and feeling sorry for yourself. This whole doing nothing thing is pathetic. I need you to pull out all the stops. Do whatever dirty presidential tricks you can to swing this election. I need you to care about this. This is about Israel, the main character of the universe.

Yeah.

I want to thank you for providing a platform where two world leaders can plot to indefinitely perpetuate a literal genocide. You are truly a friend of Israel. Hey, hey, what about me? He's just sitting there. And you are a very good boy too, Joe. Oh.

But I must go. That APAC call is going to be much longer than this one. I hope you two fucking puppets have a nice afternoon. Goodbye, Mr. Netanyahu. Well, this has gone really great, Mr. President. Are you still there? Okay. Oh, oh, oh.

medium speeds and jumps the medium and hits them head on it's the jimmy door show come see us on tour be in tempe arizona with a special celebrity guest on that show columbus ohio dayton ohio burbank california and honolulu go to jimmy door.com for a link for tickets african stream did you hear about this hey here's some more censorship

African stream has been banned by Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We were censored after U S secretary of state, Antony Blinken made false unsubstantiated claims against us. So that's all, all the government has to do is make an accusation and YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, they just immediately censor you. That's all it was making. So they did it with the saying, Oh, Russia is remember that, uh, what was it called? That, uh, Tim pool got caught up in it. Uh, uh,

What was the name of that company? Anyway, it said, hey, this was it Metro Media. I forget the name of it. They go, oh, they're taking money from Russia. Well, they didn't say Russian government. They just said Russia. So, again, let's let's wait to the every time they say a lot of things. They said that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation and propaganda. It wasn't. But the YouTube, Facebook, they just immediately act on whatever the government tells them to do.

uh so to be clear contrary to this accusation african stream does not receive any funding from any state we will shortly release a full statement regarding our work our funding and these accusations we are currently consulting our legal team we want to think so let's watch here's what is it tenant yeah tenant media i can't wait to hear what the full story is on tenant media but here here let's listen to this

RT also secretly runs the online platform African Stream. So that's not true. So again, the biggest liars, and according to African Stream, none of that's true. That's not true. So the biggest liars are the government, always, everyone knows that,

And then second is corporate media. And then third are people like African Stream or randos on YouTube and Instagram and Facebook. A distant third. The biggest liars are these guys. They lied about every war in my lifetime. They're currently lying about Ukraine. And they lied about Israel stopping aid supply to the Palestinians. They lied about that. So they lie all the time. So now they're making up a lie about African Stream. Watch this.

RT also secretly runs the online platform African Stream. Now, I'm going to guess it's because African Stream, which I wasn't aware of until this, tells the truth about what the United States is doing in Africa. And so you just say they're Russian, they're getting funding from Russians, boom. Social media censors them. Just like that. If Anthony Blinken said Jimmy Dore was getting money from Russia, they wouldn't wait for a hearing. There wouldn't be a trial.

They would just do it. Look what they did to Russell Brand. He had all these accusations, a hit piece and a couple of coordinated hit pieces in newspapers or news outlets by anonymous people. There's never been a criminal charge, never been a civil case, nothing. But YouTube demonetized them like that with no hearing, no nothing. And so they're doing the same thing, doing worse. The African stream, they're completely shutting them down.

Check and see if African Stream has their YouTube channel up again. I don't think it does. RT also secretly runs the online platform African Stream across a wide range of social media platforms. Now, according to the outlet's website, African Stream is, and I quote, "...a pan-African digital media organization based exclusively on social media platforms, focusing on giving a voice to all Africans both at home and abroad."

The only voice it gives is to Kremlin propagandists. So these are the people who told you Russiagate was real. These are the people who told you the Trump campaign was working, colluding with Russia. They weren't. The Mueller report said there was zero evidence of that. These are the same people who told you that the Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian propaganda. It wasn't. It was real. These are the liars. So I've got to I'm going to say I got to guess that everything he's saying here is a lie. What would you find? Shut down.

So I'm going to guess everything he just said is a lie. African stream banned from Meta, Instagram and Facebook. No, they don't get a hearing. Nothing. These are the types of pots that the United States Secretary of State, Sandlin Blinken, is using to attack African stream as an agent of Russia, as if Africans aren't clever enough to speak for themselves or have no clue of what is going on.

Here's what she says. When we're talking about what's happening in Congo and the humanitarian crisis and talking about this concept of boycotting, I really need y'all who are on the fence about boycotting to understand that the cost of convenience does not have to be human lives. We are literally conditioned to think that in order for us to have certain things, someone somewhere has to suffer. And that is the furthest thing from the truth. And the only reason why they want you to believe that is because the real reason why people are working and dying in these horrendous working conditions, the reason why these people do not have access

to clean water, clean clothes or shelter, but they're in there mining cobalt for BMW and Tesla and Nokia and Samsung and all of these other companies is because the people at the top want to make as much money as they possibly can under any condition. It's not so that their employees can get paid more. It's not so that they can give you a cheaper product. It's not because that's what it costs and there's no way for them to make it without doing it this way. It is 100% so that they can make an amount of money that they will not even be able to spend in this lifetime. That is the only reason why I do not let anybody tell you anything otherwise because it's not the truth.

I'm literally wearing a cotton shirt right now. I'm sure white people in the past tried to make it seem like without slaves, it would be impossible to produce cotton. And here we are with slavery abolished and people are still walking around wearing cotton. They'll find a way. Trust me. They will find a way. You have to force them. The only reason why they are continuing this way is because we are turning a blind eye. That's it. They know they can get away with it. And getting away with it means their pockets are alive and they don't care if people live or die. They don't care at all.

Obviously, human lives are not the cost of convenience. They don't have to be. They will find a way to make the product while giving these people livable wages, while giving these people a place to live, while making sure it's not children that are working these conditions. Yes, maybe it takes longer to drop a new phone. Maybe you can't drop one every single year. Yes, maybe you have to be a little bit more diligent about production costs and things like that or whatever the case is. Don't even let them convince you that it's going to make it cost more because it actually doesn't. They might take a pay cut. Let them take the pay cut. I'm sorry.

I'm sick of that concept that it's like, we're trying to... Oh, so do we just want Apple to stop making phones? No! We want y'all to stop killing people! What does that have to do with phones? So that's the kind of stuff African Stream would put out. And that's what they don't want you to hear. They don't want you to hear about how you actually get the cobalt and the lithium and how it's mined in the Congo. They don't want you to know this. So...

A statement from the team at African Stream. Okay, let's see what the statement says. African Stream has been viciously attacked and silenced by the greatest superpower in the world, the United States of America, on the basis of allegations emerging from Reddit rumors.

On Friday, September 13th, U.S. Secretary Anthony Blinken said, I just showed you what he said. Less than 24 hours after the statement, our channel was taken off YouTube. And less than 72 hours later, our pages were removed from Meta, that is from Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. Across all four platforms...

we had over 1.5 million followers if we include tiktok and twitter we have over 2.5 million followers it is likely only a matter of time before we are removed from those can you see if they're on twitter

It is only a matter of time before we are removed from those platforms, too. Is this the democracy that the United States is always championing? Is this the United States truly the beacon of democracy as it actively clamps down on free speech and freedom of the press, both enshrined in the United Nations 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which the United States is a signatory?

Here it is. Here's from the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. The right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontier. So what they're doing when they censor, they're not only censoring the person's ability to speak, they're censoring your ability to hear that person.

You have a right to receive information, to seek information without interference. Apparently, those rules do not apply to anti-imperialist Africans living on the most exploited and plundered continent on Earth. To be clear, neither China, Russia, nor Iran taught us Africans about imperialism. We learned through our own blood history.

bloody history as victims and survivors of slavery, colonialism, and imperialism. That history and our pan-African heroes, many of whom the United States helped to assassinate or overthrow, is why we are anti-imperialist. The irony is that most of them were also accused of being Russian assets. Patrice Lombada,

Lumumba was called a Soviet-linked African Castro by the CIA at the time, Alan Dulles. Lumumba was soon after killed by the United States and Belgian-backed forces via firing squad on January 17, 1961, with most of his corpse then dissolved in acid and the rest burnt, leaving nothing but a single tooth that was buried on...

On D.R. Congo's 62nd independent anniversary, 61 years later, all conscious Africans know this history and know that

How one of the greatest pan-African leaders and thinkers, Kwame Nkrumah, was also accused of being a Soviet-linked communist shortly before he was overthrown in 1966 in a coup d'etat by the CIA-backed National Liberation Council under whose supervision the country's economy was privatized.

This is nothing new. It is just the Red Scare 2.0 with a new Russian boogeyman and the same old target, pan-Africanists.

Freedom-loving Africans have always been attacked by the United States apparatus. The greatest nightmare to the imperialist system is organized Africans forming international connections able to reach other Africans and oppress peoples around the world. This is why Paul Robeson's U.S. passport was revoked.

in 1950 and why W.E.B. Du Bois' passport was revoked in 1951. This is why Claudia Jones was deported from the United States in 1955 and why Marcus Garvey was deported as early

as 1927. Let us not forget that Marcus Garvey and his Universal Negro Improvement Association organization ran the most successful and widespread Pan-African media publication of the early 20th century, Negro World. Need we remind you how Africans around the world had to smuggle in secret copies of Negro World so that Africans could read the journal?

As is the case of Garvey, Lumumba, and Nakumra, the smear always came before the action to remove them from power.

This is what happens to Africans. This is what happened to African stream. First, they smeared us on the biggest stage possible. And then their intelligence agencies contacted YouTube and Meta to remove our platforms that were reaching an average of 20 million people every week. Why? Because we have an analysis that is not approved by the United States Department, the U.S. State Department.

Is the so-called greatest democracy in the world really that insecure that a bunch of 20 and 30-year-old Africans can expose their whole strategy in Africa? We must say we are extremely flattered.

The United States, the U.S. State Department, the entire government and intelligence apparatus know deep down that we are not acting out of Russian interests, but out of African interests. After failing to criminalize freedom-minded Africans under the unsuccessful Black Identity Extremist label established by the FBI in 2017, U.S. representatives have resorted to another tool in their arsenal, racist patriotism.

They want the world to believe we Africans cannot think for ourselves, make our own decisions, and promote our own interests. They want you to believe that we must always have a boss, an overlord, or a master dictating to us how we must act and think and what we must say and do. Today, they have chosen Russia as the alleged master that controls us.

They cannot come out and say that they are targeting Africans because we are diametrically opposed to imperialist interests in Africa. So they depict us as servants of the Kremlin. They still cannot see Africans as anything other than slaves. Recently, three members of the Pan-African Organization, African People's Socialist Party, were charged with being Russian Asians.

They were acquitted, but await sentencing for conspiracy charges. On the plantation, rebellious Africans were always whipped and beaten to serve as an example to the others. Is that are they talking about the Yuhurus that we just covered?

I said, this is straight up government censorship. The people pushing World War III and nuclear war get to silence whoever they want, and there's nothing you can do about it. You don't live in a democracy. America is an authoritarian oligarchy disguised as a democracy. Enjoy your serfdom. The billionaires have won. So that's a sad story. Yes, they're on Twitter. So they're still allowed to be on Twitter. We'll see.

Elon Musk just caved to censorship demands from the CIA and the government in Brazil. So if they demand it here, I'm sure he'll cave to them here too. So there you go. The billionaires have won. The billionaires who controlled the U.S. government. You think that the politicians do? As Bibi Netanyahu says, don't be naive.

So here's Thomas Massey. He tweeted out this evening, I described how the speaker is using the continuing resolution to set up a government funding crisis the weeks before. So they won't pass a real budget. They keep passing these continuing resolutions or CRs. And then they drop it out and it's set to expire right before Christmas. So you get, oh, you got it ready. Why on Christmas? So we can pressure members to vote for a bill they haven't read.

by using their desire to see families on Christmas Eve against them. So let's listen to what he said. Well, here we are. This is where I said we were going to be three weeks ago before the drama started. I said there would be some drama with the bright, shiny object called the Save Act. I said that was going to get stripped off and you were going to get a clean CR. I also predicted this would fall right before Christmas. And I believe this does fall on December 20th. Now, why have we picked December 20th?

because it's the same reason we always have December 20th. Everybody up here is human. There are no AIs or robots in Congress. And when you get to December 20th, you're five days from Christmas. You're four days from Christmas Eve. And you desperately want to be there with your family.

So this is when the leadership here has the maximum influence. And again, I'm talking to the Democrats and the Republicans because you've seen it on the Democrat side of the aisle. They love to pick the week before Christmas for this showdown because you can smell the jet fuel fumes over at DCA. It smells like Christmas that you're going to get to go home in open presence. I've been in HC5.

when literally the Speaker of the House, not the Speaker we have now, walks in and says, if you vote for this, you can go home and unwrap presents with your kids. And if you don't vote for this, you're going to spend Christmas here with Nancy Pelosi. And then the chant starts, vote, vote, vote, vote. Literally, people get enthusiastic to vote for something that they haven't read. So let me predict what we're not going to do on December 20th.

before I take a guess at what we're going to do. What we're not going to do, we're not going to do 12 separate bills. We are not going to spend this time. We've got a few months between now and December 20th. We could go back to working on appropriations bills. We are not going to do this. This sucker, whatever happens on December 20th, whether it's another CR to kick the can down the road for three more months, or whether it's an omnibus that funds all of government with one bill, it's going to be written behind closed doors.

And every lobbyist in this town is going to try to attach their little thing to this bill. This train is leaving the station on December 20th. It's the only one that we know is going to pass. They call it up here must pass legislation. So everybody's going to try and get their little thing on this bill, whatever it is on December 20th, whether it's another continuing resolution or another omnibus.

It's so it's not even really a prediction that I'm making. I'm just telling you what has happened for 12 years, regardless of whether Democrats are in charge or Republicans are in charge. There may be a little twist. We may do half of a CR. It'll be a whole CR and half of it will end in February and half of it will end in April. And they'll convince you they've got something more clever this year than they had last year. But it's going to be the same old thing warmed over.

written behind closed doors, rolled out here. We're not going to have time to read this thing. That's also predictable. And we're going to be told, vote for this and you can go home and open presents with your kids. Don't vote for it and you're going to be stuck here. And there will be people, it pulls at heartstrings. We are humans.

And that's why I think it's really disingenuous or despicable, really, to pick four days before Christmas Eve to put this bill on the floor. The bill I'm talking about, obviously, nobody here knows what it is yet. And we're not going to have time to read it, but people are going to be inclined to vote for it because they just want to be with their family. I would encourage people not to vote for this CR. There's still time to do other things. This is not the 30th.

And if we were going to do something, we should do a full year CR. Why do we want to set up a shutdown crisis the week before Christmas? Why would we even want to set up a shutdown crisis next spring? We shouldn't. We should fund the whole thing for a year. And what that would allow us to do is we could start working on, regardless of who comes into power, it would give you 12 months to work on the 12 separate bills. We could start working on those on October 1st.

But we're not going to. We're not going to do any of that. We're particularly not going to have a CR that lasts more than six months because written into law, signed by Joe Biden, voted for by Chuck Schumer, but introduced by myself as a provision in law that says if you go past April 30th on a continuing resolution, you're going to get an automatic 1% cut to everything.

Everything that's appropriated, not the mandatory as they're called programs. So that's why you're not going to get a CR that goes for a full year. If you're going to do a CR, the most responsible thing to do would be a one-year CR.

But nobody up here can stand a 1% cut to spending. That would be like back home. That sounds completely reasonable. But up here, that would be the end of the world to get a 1% cut. So that's why we're not getting a one year CR, which if you're going to do a CR would be the most responsible thing. And the reason you're getting a CR that ends December 20th is so you can pressure these members using their family, basically taking their Christmas hostage. And I think that's wrong. And I don't think we should do it. And I yield back.

So you want to hear his memory. He said, just size. I predicted three weeks ago. Let's listen to him. Predict it. Can we be honest with the American people about what's going on here? This is political theater. I'm going to call out both sides right here.

It's all posturing. It's fake fighting. We all know where it ends up. This is Groundhog Day. I don't care if the Democrat is the speaker or Republican is the speaker. We always get a CR in September and then we get an omnibus. Sometimes there's a twist on that. We might get the omnibus before Christmas, but if we're not good, it comes after Christmas. But that's what's going to happen. And in the meantime, it's political theater.

You know, we've got some, it's good theater. We've got great writers. I wish they'd just come up with a new plot. It's the same plot every fiscal year. What should we be doing? It's already been discussed. We should have done 12 separate bills. We should have done 12 separate bills. But again, whether Democrats are in control or Republicans are in control, we never do the 12 separate bills.

Why do we always spend at least as much as we did last year and why do we never cut spending? It's because Democrats want to grow the welfare state and Republicans want to grow the military-industrial complex. And we're eventually going to get together and they're both going to go up. I guarantee it. And both parties are just fine letting the bureaucrats do their thing, which should be our thing, according to Article 1.

Section 8 in the Constitution. We are empowered with these things. Most important of the things we do is the funding, and that's the big lever we have. You know, I've sat through now almost two years of hearings in this Congress where we've exposed lies at the CDC, shortcuts at the FDA, unconstitutional gun bans at the ATF, over-prosecution of January Sixers at the DOJ, targeting common citizens at the FBI, spying by the NSA.

Illegal mandates for livestock by the USDA, targeting transgenic plant vaccine at the NSF, and censorship, the censorship industrial complex of which the NSF is part of, automobile kill switch at the DOT. Now, these are all things I think most Democrats are just fine with this kind of totalitarian state that the bureaucrats are pushing on us. But Republicans at least pretend to be against these things. But what are we going to do this September? We're going to fund every freaking one of those things that we have exposed.

That is the tool that we have is the funding. Why are we funding things we don't like? We don't have to. Well, it's because we're addicted to spending. And this doesn't do anything about the addiction at all. So let me touch on one point, too, here that I think is important. A couple years ago or a summer and a half ago, I suppose now, we did something where we allowed the debt limit to be increased.

But as a condition of that, we said if you do a CR that lasts past April 30th, everything's going to get cut 1%. And that, to me, seemed like at least a little tinge of fiscal responsibility was creeping in.

But now I notice that this CR, instead of going one year and giving us time to do the 12 appropriations bills, is going to go six months. Now let me tell you what's going to happen because this goes six months. Number one, it ends on March 28th. Well, the automatic cuts happen on April 30th if the CR went past that. So that is exactly why the Speaker chose a six-month CR. So we don't have even the chance, a threat,

To this town, it's a threat of a 1% cut. We don't want to even, this is like T-ball. The 1% cut is on the T and Republicans won't even swing at it. So instead, we're going to do a six-month CR instead of a one-year CR. That sets up another crisis next spring where we can do another pretend fight sometime around March. And that fight, it'll be the same fight regardless of who wins the presidency and who's in charge of the Senate and the House. And we're basically going to get pretty much the same result. But that's six months from now.

In the meantime, we can kick the can down the road. All of these things that we've exposed and all of these hearings are going to continue to get funded. But wait, there's a bright, shiny object on this CR. I've never seen one of these. I have never seen a bright, shiny object attached to one of these must-pass bills. Oh, wait, no. It actually happens. There always is a bright, shiny object, a bobble, if you will, a little something to get excited about. This SAVE Act is going to save us all, right?

And by the way, this is good political theater. I do like this part of it, that we're going to see almost every Democrat cast a vote so that illegals can vote in our elections. I mean, that's pretty clever on the part of our speaker to set that up, make you all take that vote. But here's what he's going to do after you take that vote.

He's going to take it off. The bright shiny object goes away. It's Lucy and the football again. And the American public is all revved up. Yeah, we're going to get the SAVE Act. We're going to save these elections. We're going to stop the illegals from voting. Really? How are you going to do that in like six weeks? I think they're already registered if they're going to vote. Some of them probably already voted. This SAVE Act ain't going to save anything. And particularly because it ain't ever going to become law. It's a false promise to get all the Republicans half-pregnant.

And then you're going to get fully pregnant by the end of September when you vote for this CR. It's not going to have this-- I mean, I hate to break this to you. I mean, the Democrats already know this. I'm not telling you anything special. I hate to break it to the Republicans. You ain't getting the SAVE Act. It is not going to stay on this bill. Why?

Because we're gonna cave. We're gonna cave. Is it a fight worth having? Absolutely it's a fight worth having. Make those Democrats say they want illegals to vote. Make them take that vote as many times as you can. And then make them go to the ballot box in November. But that's what it is. It's political theater, folks. We all know where it ends up. We've seen it. I've been here 12 years. I've seen it 12 times. I refuse to be a thespian in this failure theater. And with that, I yield back.

Well, if he refuses to be a thespian in this failed theater, I say Sean Penn should step in and say, I'm willing to be a thespian in this failed theater because work is dried up. So it would be great if a guy like that could be president. But as we've seen over and over, guys like that are never allowed to become president. Most you can do is get a couple of terms as a congressman. And then if he gets too loud and creates too many troubles, they'll just gerrymander him out like they did to Dennis Kucinich.

But it's amazing how he predicted all that. So that was three weeks ago, and here we are three weeks later. What's this? Well, here we are. This is where I said we were going to be three weeks ago before the drama started. I said there would be some drama with the bright, shiny object called the SAVE Act. I said that was going to get stripped off. It did. You were going to get a clean CR. I also predicted this would fall right before Christmas, and I believe this does fall on December 20th. Now, why have we picked December 20th?

So there you go. Kind of amazing. We should try harder to get Thomas Massey on the show. Okay. We should call his office and things and, you know, we should really put the pressure on because I'd love to talk to him. So that's how they run the government. So you know, and it's run by lobbyists and they like it. They like doing it this way. So they can spend more money, you know.

It's printed money, not even taxpayer money at this point. It just increases inflation and the debt and all that stuff. So you remember that pager attack? Remember Israel had all those pagers blow up in Lebanon? They said it was only Hezbollah. But we said that that's the classic because that's classic terrorism.

Right. Guess who agrees with that? The ex CIA director. So, Jimmy, why do you listen to a CIA director? They're all liars. Well, when they when they tell a truth that goes against their that's when you that's when you can believe them. Former CIA director Leon Panetta calls Israel's explosive pager operation terrorism. Here he was. He's doing an interview on CBS. Here it is.

a place in explosive, in technology that is very prevalent these days, and turn it into a war of terror, really, a war of terror. This is something new. Is it terrorism? I don't think there's any question that it's a form of terrorism. This has gone right into the supply chain, right into the supply chain.

And when you have terror going into the supply chain, it makes people ask the question, what the hell is next? It sounds like you're genuinely worried. I am. I am. This is a tactic that has repercussions. And we really don't know what those repercussions are going to be. The forces of war are largely in control right now of what's going on. Do you think there should be condemnation for it? Should other nations step in, including us?

I think it's going to be very important for the nations of the world to have a serious discussion about whether or not this isn't an area that everybody has to focus on. Because if they don't try to deal with it now, mark my word, it is the battlefield of the future. And so what Arnaud Bertrand says, Arnaud, he says, Arnaud,

He says, wow, even former CIA director Leon Panetta agrees that Israel's attack on Lebanon is terrorism. And why can you believe this? Because they always side with Israel. So the fact that they would break shows you how much of terrorism it actually was. Really contextualizes everyone who defended or even praised the attacks. You're literally less ethical than the CIA.

So the people who were gleeful about those terrorism attacks via pagers, you're literally less ethical than the CIA. That's such a great point. Such a great point. Here's the UN human rights chief. He declares the attack a war crime, violating the prohibition on booby traps and an act designed to spread terror.

I'm appalled by the breadth and impact of the attacks on 17 and 18 September in Lebanon on civilians, where the explosion of pages, two-way radios and other electronic devices have reportedly killed at least 37 people, including two children, and injured more than 3,400 people in Lebanon alone, leaving many with permanent disabilities.

and health care facilities struggling to cope with the magnitude of the impact on people. International humanitarian law prohibits the use of booby-trap devices in the form of apparently harmless portable objects which are specifically designed and constructed to contain explosive material. It is a war crime to commit violence intended to spread terror among civilians. I call again for an independent, thorough,

and transparent investigation into the circumstances of these explosions. Those who ordered and carried out these attacks must be held to account. Here's what Scott Ritter says. This is not an act of war. This is an act of terrorism, state-sponsored terrorism. It's a criminal action.

It's an action that the United States government would never, never authorize its intelligence services or military forces to undertake because of the

indiscriminate nature of this attack. You know, no military force, no military professional force would ever undertake something like this because you can't control the outcome. You're not in control of the outcome. It's very arbitrary. It's not as targeted as maybe the media is making it out to be. So it's an act of terrorism.

Israel believes that it is engaged in a war against a terrorist entity. That's what it calls Hezbollah and that the rules don't apply. But that's not the case. Hezbollah is a political party. It's not just a resistance movement. It's not just a militia. It's a political party. It is part of the Lebanese government.

So the Israeli intelligence service carried out an act of terrorism that targeted not just the Lebanese civilians, but the Lebanese government. And this has to be condemned around the world. I am hopeful that nations will rally to the cause of legality and call out Israel for this gross use of terrorism to achieve an objective which

they're not going to achieve. What was the purpose of this? To disrupt? Yes, it's a temporary disruption. To terrorize? Of course, there is that. But Hezbollah and Lebanon will adapt. They will adjust. They will emerge. And all Israel has done is further solidify its reputation in the international community as a terrorist entity. And this is the ultimate outcome here. This is where Israel loses.

They suffered a superficial victory. But in the weeks and months to come, this will only come back to haunt Israel because the world will see this as it is, an act of terrorism. Well, I certainly hope he's right that it's going to come back to haunt them. But we'll see. So I just wanted to play this for you in case you're on the fence about, hey, is this an act of terrorism? Even if you're cool with that, if you're cool with what they're doing, you're cool with terrorism.

And you are less ethical than the CIA. So wouldn't it be great if the UN actually had some kind of power to do something? What an almost complete waste of time the UN is. I mean, maybe somebody knows more about the UN than me and can tell me some good things they've gotten done, but I don't know.

So you remember how Elon Musk told you he was all about free speech and he was going to stand up? And he has in certain places. He stood up to Australia. He won that. We find out that he, like in Turkey, he censored for them when they asked him. And he stood up recently, very briefly, he stood up to Brazil. Brazil wanted him to censor more, and he said no. So they shut down Twitter in Brazil. And then they started to screw with Starlink, which is his big moneymaker.

Starlink is, by the way, amazing, actually. They've got like 5,000 satellites surrounding the planet right now. It's kind of amazing. But anyway...

Michael Tracy says after weeks crusading against censorship in Brazil and proclaiming that Twitter would be the world's heroic defender of free speech, Elon Musk has apparently capitulated to every demand made by the Brazilian Supreme Court that he had previously decried as intolerable censorship. New York Times posted it. Elon Musk suddenly appears to be giving up. Nobody's really talking about this on Twitter. I wonder if it's being suppressed or nobody's really talking about it.

Elon Musk suddenly appears to be giving up after defying court orders in Brazil for three weeks. Mr. Musk social network X Twitter has capitulated, has capitulated in a court filing on Friday night. The company's lawyers said that Twitter had complied with orders from Brazil's Supreme court in the hopes that the court would lift its block on Twitter.

So it's just kind of sad that he can launch into space, but he can't launch an uncensored social media site. What do you think X will be called when he leaves? X-lax? Because it's turning into shit anyway. Here's the part that Michael had highlighted. Now X's lawyers said the company had done exactly what Mr. Musk vowed not to do. Take down accounts that a Brazilian justice ordered

Removed because the judge said they threatened Brazil's democracy. How do you save democracy? Censorship. X also complied with the justices' other demands, including paying fines. Where's he going to get the money for that? Where's Elon Musk going to get that kind of money? And naming a new formal representative in the country, the lawyer said. They wanted a new formal representative in Brazil. Why? So they could have someone to throw in jail. That's why they did that.

All I'm going to say is all the people messing with Elon Musk, and if you're driving a Tesla, I'd think twice because when you're an electric car, you're really just sitting in a giant pager, if you know what I'm talking about. You know what I'm talking about? Okay. The abyss is from New York Times. The abrupt about face from Elon Musk in Brazil appeared to be a defeat for the outspoken businessman, you think?

and his self-designed image as a warrior for free speech mr musk and his company had loudly and harshly criticized brazil's supreme court for months even publicly releasing some of its sealed orders but neither had publicly mentioned their reversal by saturday so i guess elon musk isn't talking about i should go to his twitter feed and look but i i remember when he said um

I remember when he said stuff like this. This was in August. He said the decision to close the Twitter office in Brazil was difficult. But if we had agreed to the Supreme Court's illegal secret censorship and private information handover demands, there was no way we could explain our actions without being ashamed. So apparently now he's ashamed or he's just not explaining his actions. Can you go to his Twitter feed and see if he's talked about this? Because they did it on Friday.

So that has 73 million views, that tweet. Apparently he's ashamed or maybe he's not ashamed because he's only ashamed if he explains it. And I don't think he's explained his actions. Wow. Here's what he said before. This was what he said in July. The European Commission offered Twitter an illegal secret deal. If we quietly censored speech without telling anyone, they would not fine us.

The other platforms accepted that deal. Twitter did not. Well, now they are accepting that deal in Brazil for at least. I'm sure they're caving everywhere. So they don't want you to have information because when the establishment can't control the narrative, then they have to start disappearing people, which they'll do, but it's a lot harder. So we're living in a worldwide authoritarian. We live in one big Soviet Union. Everywhere now is China. Everywhere.

So is somebody going to call Elon Musk a communist for doing this? Is someone going to call him a communist? Because that's what they call communists. I don't think people understand what communism really is. They think of Stalin communism. That's not. But anyway, this is authoritarian fascism. And Elon Musk is going along with it. And it said, did you find any? He's not talking about it, right? They're not talking about it. Hey, Elon Musk's big secret. He's a fascist authoritarian censor.

That's his big secret. I've seen statistics that said he's approved 80% of the censorship requests that he's gotten from governments. So Twitter is better than Facebook and Instagram and certainly TikTok. But is it free speech? No. It's the speech that Elon hasn't been threatened over yet. But if he gets threatened over it, apparently he'll let you have some free speech, but not all.

So that's the dirty little secret. You remember the 51 CIA spies who said that Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation? Well, they're back at it. 741 of the national security leaders endorsed Kamala Harris for president.

This is from the National Security Leaders for America. America's national security requires a serious and capable commander in chief. That's why 741 national security leaders proudly endorse Kamala Harris for president of the United States. That's not a good thing. As Glenn Greenwald says,

More than three dozen leaders of the CIA, along with the NSA and Pentagon officials, unite to endorse Kamala, just as they united to support Hillary and spread the 2020 lie that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. If I were Dick Cheney, I would also endorse Kamala. When I said this is actually a bad sign, it means that the war machine backs Kamala Harris.

First Dick Cheney and now the CIA are on board with Kamala. I can't believe that Americans think these are reasons to vote for someone instead of reasons to vote against them. Yes, it is mind blowing to me. More than 700. They call this is this. I want to read this to you.

More than 700 high-ranking national security officials have endorsed Democratic candidate Vice President Harris in her run for the White House, with some leaders expressing... Some leaders? You mean spies and liars? With some of our top liars and warmongers expressing concerns about President Trump's, quote, scary authoritarian streak. Wow, I...

I guess these people have a friendly authoritarian streak as opposed to a scary one. Vice President Harris has all the leadership qualities needed to be. She can't talk her way. It's unbelievable. They just make this stuff up. She has all the leadership qualities needed to be a strong commander in chief. She's prepared. She's strategic. She understands all sides of an issue, said Rare Admiral Michael Smith.

Who's in line to get a job at a weapons manufacturer. If he says that we saw as much during the debate, of course you saw as much during the debate. You were feeding her every line. She said, just to make sure as we've seen for nearly a decade, however, former president Trump has none of those qualities. Well, he didn't start a war. He's promising to end the Ukraine war. That's what they don't like. That's the part they don't like. And he has a scary authoritarian streak again, again,

Unlike you, who has a friendly authoritarian streak. The letter endorsing Harris consists of 741 former high-ranking national liars and warmongers, including 233 general and flag officers. Can you still say that?

Among those 741 officials are 15 four-star generals, 10 former cabinet secretaries, and 10 service secretaries, as well as leaders. So do you see what's happening? The unit parties coming together around Kamala Harris and Trump, who's just a little bit of a populist, you see what they're doing. That's what this is. Trump's just a little bit of a populist, and they can't have that little bit.

We do not agree on everything, but we all adhere to two fundamental principles, invading smaller, weaker countries and stealing their natural resources and lying to the American people to get us to go along with it. Oh, is that that's not it? First, we believe America's national security requires a serious and capable commander in chief like Dick Cheney and George W. Bumbling Bush.

Second, we believe American democracy is invaluable. You mean like someone like demented Joe who everyone knew was demented when he was running for president in 2020? Each generation has a responsibility to defend it. That is why we, the underside, proudly endorse Kamala Harris to be the next president of the United States. Holy F. The signatories praise Harris as the more diplomatic and realistic. She's the bigger warmonger.

That's why they like her. She's the bigger warmonger and she's easier to control. That's why they're endorsing her. She's easier to control. They call Trump impulsive and ill-informed. Yeah, because he wouldn't do wars. We wanted him to do Syria. He wouldn't do it. It's like we wanted. We wanted him to do Ukraine. He wouldn't do it the way we wanted.

The letter cites Trump's relationship with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin. Yeah, you should be at each other's throats always trying to threaten nuclear war. That's what these people like. They don't want a leader to get along with other leaders of nuclear powers. Our endorsement of Vice President Harris is an endorsement of war. I'm sorry, of freedom and an act of patriotism. It's the exact opposite of an act of patriotism.

It is, what's the word I'm looking for? It's a betrayal of our country. It is an endorsement of democratic ideals. Oh, you mean the woman who didn't get one vote and they threw out 14 million votes in the primary and did a silent coup on Joe Biden of competence and relentless optimism. Okay, this is, oh my God. This endorsement comes after more than 100 former GOP. So this is the uniparty. This is the party that opposes Trump.

Because Trump, when he ran the first time, said the Iraq war was a mistake and we should get out of the Middle East and put that money back in America. And now he's promising to end the Ukraine war. They can't have this. That's what this is about. The letter cited Trump's demonstrated chaotic and unethical behavior. As you know, as opposed to the ethical behavior of all the war criminals. I can't even. Okay, so there you go. ♪♪
