A few years ago I started calling my morning quiet time my “priority time” and something shifted.

These days, I start every morning in my favorite cozy spot with my Bible and journal. Some days the house is quiet and some days it’s not. 🤪

But I’ve cultivated a morning routine that’s been sustainable and today, I invite you to do the same.

I’m joined in this episode by Rosie Alejandro, host of Her Intentional Bible Study and spiritual growth mentor. Rosie has a passion for helping women hear God’s voice every day and deepening their personal relationship with Him.

We discuss the importance of prioritizing stillness, how we can regulate our nervous system to better serve that quiet space, and finding creative ways to connect with God to support spiritual growth.

3 things you’ll learn in this episode:

  • Find calm in the chaos through a simple routine.
  • Why starting your day in stillness with God is so important for moms.
  • How prioritizing stillness with God can positively impact your nervous system
