Sometimes it can feel like no one appreciates all we do as working moms.  I get it - sometimes it feels like a simple “thank you” would go a long way.   A few years ago, I started to notice that I was judging myself for feeling this way.  But the truth is that we all have needs, including a need to be seen and valued.   In today’s episode, I coach you through what to do when you feel unseen and unappreciated.
