Each of us has an “inner child” that's a part of our subconscious.  Our inner child has memories, emotions, and beliefs that were shaped by our own childhood.

Here’s the thing, most of our current-day issues – the things we struggle with in adulthood – stem from unmet needs during our childhood.

For the most part, our inner child can be calm and content, just hanging out there in our subconscious, not really disrupting our adult life.

But at times, it can also act out and start running the show without us even realizing it.  Before we know it, our inner child can get in the way of healthy relationships, cause emotional outbursts, and keep us feeling stuck.

Listen to today’s episode to learn some of the unexpected ways your inner child might be showing up and disrupting your life.  With this new awareness, I teach some simple steps to connect with your inner child and start your reparenting journey.
