To live in alignment is simply to live in integrity with yourself.  Simply put, alignment is when your external world matches your internal world.  It’s being true to the deepest parts of who you are and what you want.

So, when you’re not living in alignment, something just feels off.  I’ve been there, and it can be really exhausting to wake up every day saying “yes” to something that every part of your inner being is screaming “no” to.  It’s no surprise that denying our authentic voice and our true desires leads straight to burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm.

In today’s episode, I coach you through exercises to gain clarity about your authentic self – who you really are.  I teach you how to come back into integrity with the parts of you that are actually yours so you can find true and authentic alignment.
