We all want our kids to grow up to be leaders, right? It's not necessarily that we want them to grow up to be the President or a CEO, but in order for them to have much of an impact on their world, they’re going to have to lead in some capacity. There’s a calling and a purpose on each of their lives, and in order to carry that out, it is going to require some level of leadership and influence.
We want to be intentional with our kids and encourage the character traits of someone who is a great leader - confident, kind, dreams big, and has the communication skills and resilience to follow those dreams through to completion.
