Purpose is the single greatest motivator in life. We all want to accomplish things that are meaningful. We all believe the world needs improving, and deep down we all want to be part of the solution.
However, as parents we can’t force a purpose on our kids! We can’t create their purpose. We can’t decide what lights them up or what bores them. But what we can do is open doors. We can present them with options. We can create opportunities for them to discover their passions and talents.
In this episode you’ll learn three things we can do to help our children discover their purpose. Today’s episode is for you if you’re wondering who should take the lead role, and who should take the supporting role in this process. We’ll also discuss the importance of sharing how we feel fulfilled in our purpose with our children, and the importance of playing offense rather than defense.
