Responsibility, Freedom and Choice are fundamental principles of mental health. There are no victims or insanity in reality. As Sentient Beings sensitivity is intelligence so we cannot be too smart for our own good - though we can easily diminish our capacity to create evidence to think we prove the nature of truth as reality is only what we think. Our body language is a highly developed guidance system. It is a sensual language that thinking converts into words. Functional literacy determines our human productive capacity to act and interact constructively. Inner conflict accurately assesses the conflicted reactivity of obsessive thoughts and the consequential dysfunctional outward actions that result. Choosing to destabilize, abnormalize and desensitize our experience to feel better about delusional thinking counters our natural instinct to thrive, provide and survive. Sobriety is recovery from symptomatic addictioms induced by imagining fantasy is reality. Reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors all fit into this category as they are based on a lie that lies have the power to become reality. Reality as an Infinite Source cannot be more or less than it is since it is not a quantity but the quality of perfect peace. Emotional sobriety is sane living. Essence can seem unseen until understanding sees it does not need to be thought of to be absolutely essential for existence. We Know more than we think or mental anguish would be a normal disturbance and not feel uneasy. Pain tells us something is wrong. To misread this to mean run faster to escape, get over it or feel better about it is to insist the problem causing the pain persists. . Seeing Illusions as illusions dissolves the potential for disillusion. Delusions like lies only seem to exist when wrongly thought of as true and thus real. Dreams can seem real until we awake. Day dreams can seem real and the longer we struggle to act like we are awake - thinking that life is a nightmare rather than our nightmarish thinking. Life provides all possibility. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on such backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order. Anxious and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse the Laws of the universe that govern nature’s order. Disease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental gymnastics. Sharing principles affirms and confirms our indivisibility. We can choose desperation while our unchanging essence remains inspired.
