Krampus is associated with Christmas in countries like Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Northern Italy. He is a legendary creature who punishes naughty children on Christmas Eve. Krampus Day is celebrated on December 5th, where men dress up as Krampus, terrorize children, and then are invited to have a drink with the parents.
If children are bad, Krampus beats them with a stick. If they are really bad, he puts them in his black sack and carries them off, often throwing them into a river. This is meant to scare children into behaving well during the year.
Isabella and Chloe's night out ended in tragedy because Isabella was lured outside by a text from her ex-boyfriend, Anthony, and was murdered. Chloe, who followed her, met the same fate two years later, under similar circumstances. Both girls were found hanging upside down, mutilated, and covered in blood.
The story of Isabella and Chloe teaches the lesson that sneaking out at night can be dangerous. Both girls were lured to their deaths by text messages, and their murders remain unsolved, highlighting the risks of going out alone at night.
Rocky felt guilty and uneasy because she had insisted on maintaining the family's Christmas tradition, which led to her family leaving her alone in the cabin. She regretted the fight and felt responsible for the tension, and the isolation made her feel vulnerable and scared.
The crows attacked Rocky and her family because they were angry about the destruction of their homes. Each year, the family and the landscapers cut down trees, which were the crows' homes. The crows warned Rocky to leave and never disrupt their homes again.
Rocky and her family were terrified by the crows' attack. They rushed to the car, leaving everything behind, and drove away. They discussed selling the cabin to avoid future confrontations with the crows.
