After having her first child and feeling uninspired from the job she had left to go on mat leave, Katie used that time to really deep dive into what she wanted for her future. From that she started her blog, life coaching and many more trainings including NLP, EFT and of course Hypnotherapy which is what she does now.
Helping people transform issues like anxiety, self worth & chronic pain using the tools of hypnotherapy can truly be life changing.
How doing her own work and healing has really helped her hold space for her clients in a bigger capacity, on show herself the power of this work.

Katie breaks down what a hypnotherapy session looks like and how we aren't rewriting memories or thoughts, more feel the feelings, process the emotions and feel a sense of safety afterwards and moving forward. So much of what we do is based on our subconcious thoughts and programming. This can be such a great tool when we get triggered or hit blocks or plateaus in our life and we don't know why.
