Hello guys, welcome back to another episode. I'm Taylor. And I'm Sam, all the way from the Bahamas. Yes, we are remote. We haven't done a remote episode in God knows how long, but it's definitely, it was like giving me PTSD setting us up of when we used to constantly do episodes like this, which are just not as fun, but you know, gotta get it done. Yeah, it's more like a FaceTime call vibes, like just two girls, best friends catching up on their week and then we're

Yeah.

Literally. Have you been like calling your boyfriend all the time? A few times. Over the weekend, we really didn't talk because the weekend went for both of us. We're really busy. Like he's traveling. I'm also traveling. I was day drinking and the night drinking. So like not really that much. I didn't get the chance to really talk to him until like Monday, Tuesday. Yeah, I was just wondering. I'm like, I wonder if they're like FaceTiming every day. Like what's the vibe going on? No, it's been hard to like, I don't know if you saw,

I don't know where I talked about it, but this resort is massive. So for anyone that's looking to go to the Bahamas, Baja Mar is like the biggest resort in the Caribbean slash in the Bahamas. And it's,

Right. Like you can see Atlantis. Obviously everyone knows what Atlantis is like. Everyone knows. I've never been there, but I can see it from where my resort is. But I guess this is the biggest resort has the biggest casino in the Caribbean as well. But the second I leave my like hotel room.

I'm not coming back because it takes literally like 15 minutes, 20 minutes just to walk down to like the beach or wherever I need to be. So I'm gone for the day. So it's just been hard to like talk to him or really honestly just like be on my phone. Like I try my best because obviously our phone is our work and I like to get content for everyone, but it's

It's just been hard. I've actually noticed you haven't been posting a lot. Yeah, because, well, okay, obviously it's not as hot as Texas, so my phone's not overheating like shit crazy, but...

It's just hard to see my phone. And I'm doing a lot of fun things like going to the water park. There's a water park in the resort, which is included with the amenities. You don't have to pay for extra for it. So one day we went to the water park all day. I was going through the lazy river for hours. I've been just like in the ocean, like not really where phones can go. I did take my phone through the lazy river once.

And I got so many swipe ups like, girl, what the fuck? Like, how do you have you're such trusted yourself with your phone in the lazy river? I was like, guys, you got to do for the content at least once. Yeah. I mean, that's good. I just noticed like, I know, like, obviously how you are on like Snapchat and stuff. And then I'd go on Snapchat. There's only like

three posts and I was like, well, this girl's really, really relaxing. Really relaxing. Yeah. Yeah. It's been good. Although fuck Snapchat. Like I'm literally pissed at Snapchat right now because the way they set up the new update on Snapchat, my views have gone down 50% and everyone keeps like DMing me. Yeah. Everyone keeps DMing me like, did you delete Snapchat? Like, where's your Snapchat? I'm like, no, I didn't.

so I realized about like the discover thing how they're just putting people on like your friends in the same in like where the discover page is like I had when so like I was like on my own and then this like random person from my high school was also at the top of mind like this random person and I was like so weird and then when people were like oh you're on the discover page I like didn't know if everyone's was like that and I was like

I wonder if that's the same thing that's happening like to me. Cause like this random ass person from my high school story is like at the top of my discover page. It's very weird. I did. Yeah. I did get one swipe up though this morning when I posted saying, Oh my God, like you're back on my like,

viewing thing like I can see your stories now again so I don't know if like maybe they fixed the glitch not a glitch but it's just like a really shitty update on Snapchat's behalf for content creators because like you literally can't see their shit like I don't even I don't know if you've posted on Snapchat because I just can't see it I haven't yeah I posted a video of Mac walking in the morning yeah I saw that that was funny dude I love how like obviously your family was in town this weekend in Texas staying there

Like, your mom kept sending me photos of Mac. Really? I was like...

Yeah, I was like, I love it. My dad was obsessed. So my parents were here all weekend, which was so nice. My dad has never seen our house. And it was just nice to hang out with them all weekend. We did a lot of fun stuff. I feel like I was a pretty, pretty good host. Ate a lot of freaking good food. But like really just hang out. Didn't do anything like ridiculously crazy. But my dad was like, he loves dogs. And he was like obsessed with Mac. Like I'd wake up and he was like, I took Mac out. And I was like, okay. Like, or like, um.

like midday like oh Mac want to go on a walk and he just like takes Mac on a walk or like is sitting there sitting on the floor like throwing him toys like when you get back he's like does Mac need to go out I'll take him I was like I was gonna take him but sure I didn't

love it yeah like and like every day like sitting on the couch like and mac is like i got a lot of couch snaps well not snaps but photos that's so funny like yeah and then my mom was like if i take a really good picture of like the animals you should get someone like someone should like paint it and you should like put it on the wall like she was like if i take a really good picture of them it could be like artwork for your house it was really funny

Do you have your own room or are you sharing your room with your brothers? Dude, I'm so happy I have my own room this time. Like you? Yeah, just me. And I'm on my own wing.

So with this resort, there's two wings. So there's the lobby in the middle, but then from the middle, you either go left, you go right. And they're called the West tower, the East tower. My entire family is in the West tower. I'm in the East tower by myself because I checked in three hours, three hours early when we got here. Cause obviously they all flew in from Boston and I'm flying in from Texas. So obviously the flights just couldn't overlap perfect perfectly, which went in my favor because I get to check in and I'm

The lady asked me, she's like, so what are you here for? And I'm like, family vacation. And she's like looking around like, you're a family. I don't like all like they'll be here in like three, four hours. And I like made the joke. I was like, I really hope I have like three drinks to me by the time they get here because sometimes they just overwhelm me. And then the girl looks at me and she goes, girl, I got you. Don't worry. And all of a sudden she just opens up the drawer and pulled out like this little card and starts writing on it.

what the fuck is she doing right now? She hands it to me. She goes, this is two complimentary drinks right here. Like go get yourself a drink before your family gets here. So I went to the bar and,

Got two free drinks. And I got a little bit of buzz before they showed up. And it was nice. But... That's funny. I know. I was like, I've never felt so special in my entire life. But yeah, they're on the other wing. So they can't come disturb me in the middle of the night, which I'm so happy about because I'm here with my cousins as well. And my younger cousins are in a hotel room. And they keep...

every morning being like, yeah, like, Bride and Zach came knocking at our door at, like, three in the morning, like, came on in, barged in. I'm like, thank fucking God I'm on the other side of the hotel because they would probably do that to me. Yeah, for sure. Because you're, like, at the casinos and stuff. Are they just getting, like, blackout? Dude, okay. The casinos

Casinos is making me so mad with them because I'm literally like so calling them out right now. But the first night here, we went to the casinos because they got there around like five. So we went and got dinner. It was a super casual night because everyone had been flying and traveling all day. So we go to the casinos. They end the night.

My brother, Brian, ends up almost $800 up. My other brother, Zach, ends up like $450 up. And I'm like freaking out at them. I'm like, you better fucking go cash that. Go cash it. Like, okay, Sam, okay, we're going to go cash it. So they cash it, put it in the safe, whatever. The next night, I told them, I go, I only want you guys, like, be good with your fucking money. Like,

Don't do anything stupid. You're going to lose this. Every single night, start with $100, and then that's it. Like, anything you profit off each night, cash it, except for $100. Because you can use that $100 the next day. So the next day, they do that. And after that, like, I just kind of, like, went home, went to bed. It was probably, like, 11. They stayed out until, like, 3 in the fucking morning. And I...

get the next morning and I hear that they lost everything. And I was like, how did you do that? And so we're sitting at family dinner that next night. And like my brother's ex all grumpy and like pissed that he lost all his money. I'm like, first of all, it technically wasn't your money. Cause like you like profited. So I'm like, you went like money and then you lost it. Yeah. Like you didn't lose money. Like you lost your profits, but it's like,

You guys, you guys gotta do better. Like they let their egos get the best of them.

Yeah, and then, like, casinos, like, you drink for free in casinos. I know, which was another thing. So, like, I was like, oh, should I just, like, sit here and play? But I was like, at the same time, like, the drinks, like, when they bring them over, they're really strategic with it. They bring the drinks over so slowly. So, like, by the time your drinks actually get there, you probably put down about, like, $50 to $70 down on the table. Right, like, they're not really free. Yeah.

Yeah, like you three just because you're not paying for them. But like you lost $1,000 in the casino and you paid $1,000 for your frigging vodka soda. Exactly. So I was like, you know what? I just don't know if I'm going to be doing this. Like they put down, I think like $70. And by the time their drinks actually came over, they're like, all right, we're done. I'm like, well, you guys got to sit here and wait for the drink to come and then we can leave. Yeah.

So the casino has definitely been something that I'm not like the biggest like gambler by any means. Like I don't like like doing it, but like I'll do it once or twice maybe. But I just like don't find the joy in it, if I'm being honest. Yeah, I can't find the joy. Like I think if it was small amounts of money, like I've never been to a casino, but like I couldn't get to the point where you're risking over like 500 bucks.

Yeah, like, obviously, if I was up a bunch of money, I'd be like, oh, I love the casino. Awesome. Yes. Yeah, this is the best. I love doing this. But like, just because I would rather put my money towards like getting my nails done or getting a fancy drink or going shopping. I don't want to risk it for like a coin for like two seconds. Yeah, for sure. Yeah.

Did I do anything interesting here? Well, I went to a comedy show. Yeah, how did you end up doing that? It was all right. Like, it was right... It was, like, really close by, which is, like, was convenient because it wasn't downtown. Like, it wasn't, like, in a crazy place, like, that you have to, like... Yeah. Like, it wasn't, like, on dirty. Oh, didn't you go to Veracruz, too? Yes. Was that in the same night? No, we went to Veracruz...

Sunday and the comedy show was Saturday. Okay. Saturday we went to BD's and like my parents weren't really hungry because I guess like I don't know they just weren't really hungry like we had like lunch. They just weren't hungry. So I got food and we were just chilling at BD's and then we went to the

comedy show but the comedy show was like fine like not it was like up-and-coming people which is like it's different people every night so you know like sometimes can be hit how many people performed or performed is that what you call it i think so and honestly might have been like close to 10 yeah that's how the one i went to was and i will say like not gonna lie like this might like call me up like whenever i picture a comedy show

I picture it being a dude. Like, not, like... I just... That's what I picture in my head. And you know, that's just, I guess, my internal freaking misogyny. But if I think I'm booking a comedy show, I imagine booking a dude. That's, like, what I see most of the time on TikTok. Like, that's just what I picture in my head. Like, I never really book comedy shows that are women comics. And...

When I tell you proved wrong, 5 million percent. The girls. Majority girl. It wasn't even majority girls, but the girls that performed were by far the best. They were by far the funniest. They were like, and I was like, I have, what's the word I'm trying to look for? Like I've moved to the other side. I think the girls were so funny and funny.

I just like always like just stereotypically in my head think like I'm booking a comedy show like it's going to be a guy. Yeah. I guess something they probably deal with all the fucking time. And unknowingly, I guess I was kind of a contributor to it. And let me just say they were the funniest ones. And now I am more intrigued to go see female comics because they were fucking funny. Yeah. Speaking of comedy shows.

I get home, obviously, on Friday, Friday night, and I don't want to go out this weekend. So I was, like, saying to my boyfriend, I'm like, we should go to a comedy show. Yeah, we'll see. I mean, I kind of went out on Saturday, but, like... Wait, did you get drinks at the comedy show? Yeah, I only got one. How much were they? Normal price. Really?

Double drinks for $25 is totally normal. I don't think they were. They were more than that. I can't do the math off the top of my head because I don't have a calculator. You had said 25 when you told me. Yeah, but I didn't do the math. 150 divided by 5. That's 30. Either way. Which is like 15 bucks a drink, which is like expensive, but like not. Yeah. But yeah, no, they were normal. But it also, like I said, like wasn't like downtown. Yeah.

But I think they do comedy shows there a lot. And it's like when it's different people, it's like, I guess it could be worth it. And the tickets were cheap. But the crowd was dead. Really? Yeah. There was one table of people like being so funny, like laughing their ass off. So funny. This one lady kept laughing so loud. It was so funny. Like she would have the funniest laugh and crack up.

And we kept looking at her like, oh my god, this lady's so funny. Like, she just kept cracking up. And then she was one of the comics. No way. Yeah. They're like, okay. She just gets up on stage. Yeah, they're like, okay, give it up for your next comedian. And she started going up. We're like, no fucking way. The lady that's been, like, just, like, cracking up here in the back is a freaking comedian. It was funny. But I didn't really go out, but I kind of did. But since it was, like, with my parents, it was definitely more chill. But we just, like, went around the east side, which...

Like, we went to Lucky Duck. They got ducks. Love it. And then we went into the Speakeasy because it was hot as hell. Dude, yeah. Wait, speaking of ducks, Sugar Factory is not good. It's not known as a good restaurant. People, like, I said that in my TikTok because we went to Sugar Factory two nights ago because they have two of them in this resort. One of them is, like, a restaurant and the other one is, like, more of, like, a dessert one.

And I said in the end of the vlog, I was like, the food was mediocre. It wasn't even that good. And people were like, oh my God, like it's so good. Like one of my favorite restaurants. I'm like, what? I mean, cause obviously they have sugar factory in Miami. Maybe it's like the food is a little bit better and like depending on the location or something, but like. No, no, because they have, I went to sugar factory for my birthday in high school. And then I went another time because Pitbull is very intertwined with that restaurant. And I went.

and got VIP treatment, if you know, you know. And it's just not known for having great food. It's just, like, the vibe. Like, celebrities go there. And it's also, like, I feel like that was popular, like, years and years ago. Like, I feel like it's not even, like, a place celebrities go anymore. But, like, like, on the wall in Miami, it's, like, pictures of the Kardashians. And they're, like, pictures of, like, everyone who's everybody, like,

in the sugar factory and then you get the drinks now it's like 16 and we got the drinks we didn't even get them with alcohol and and without alcohol those drinks are like 30 yeah they're ridiculous they're so expensive and they literally were alcohol free oh my god dude they're here obviously because everything's more expensive like in islands and shit the drinks are 50 yeah

Yeah. So that's why I was like, I just like don't even want one. I didn't even get one. I just got like an Aperol spritz. But I was like, like obviously for like the photos and for like the picture of it and saying I got one, I would have loved it.

loved one, but, like, I'm not gonna get one because it's too dark. I don't think it's ever really been known for having, like, the greatest food, so I'd have to agree with you. Mac is in the room right now with the biggest Red Rocket I've ever seen. No! No, it's, like, literally the biggest Red Rocket I've ever seen. No, like, it's freaking me out. Dude. Dude, he's gone through puberty. Leave him alone. Oh my god, gross. But yeah, Sugar Factory's, like, I don't think it's, like, known for having the best food. Yeah, but I mean...

It was like a, I would compare it to like a Cheesecake Factory, like vibe. Yes, I was going to say the food is like Cheesecake Factory. Like the, we got chicken wings and it tasted just like the Cheesecake Factory wings. I would say it's like Cheesecake Factory. I would 100% agree. Yeah. Which is like, but um.

fine if it wasn't like an expensive restaurant. It's so crazy how much times have changed where we would like freak out if a celebrity was at like somewhere similar to Sugar Factory. But now it's more like TikTokers. Like TikTokers are the ones that go to Sugar Factory, not celebrities. Yeah. Yeah.

Because, like, I was looking up Sugar Factory, and it was just a bunch of TikTokers, like, at Sugar Factory. And, like, people would probably freak out more if they saw that. I think it was also, like, I mean, that's also just, like, restaurant, like, all restaurants in general, for sure. It's, like, all those freaking TikTokers. Because now, like, celebrities, you don't want to be going to places like that because there's so many. Yeah, they're going to, like, Nobu or, like, Catch LA. Yeah.

Like, but I think sugar factory. Yeah. Like definitely way back in the day was like a place celebrities went and now it's just like, not like that anymore, but like, it's kind of cool. Like in Miami, like on the walls, like they're like, I'm telling you if, if, if it is a famous person, they are like, I don't have a picture at that sugar factory, but yeah. You don't even have to like dress nice together. I don't know. It's like just like kind of gimmicky thing. I kind of want to open an energy drink, but I haven't even eaten breakfast.

Yeah, I'd wait off that and you might have like a little heart population. I just might need like one sec. Yeah, do it then. Might revive you a little bit. Dude, you're not using the video on this, right? No. Where are you? Okay, because I was gonna say my face is this entire time has been so close to the camera. No, I'm not.

My face or my phone's on my tripod right now because I'm trying to make sure I'm charging my phone too while we record because I don't want to go down to the beach with like a phone that's on like 20%. I keep, you have this Alex Earl energy drink in here. I know, you can have it if you want. You want to try it? Really?

Yeah. I think I'm on their PR list now because I got another package from them. I used to get their stuff back in the day. Yeah, I remember that. I had their, well, I had this, the aminoline in the powder, but it contained milk. Yeah. So I never used it, but I did. I was on their PR list back in the day. Live review. This is so late. This came out how many months ago? Live review. I know. Alex Earl Berry Elixir. Tastes like a berry Celsius.

Yeah. No, literally. That's what I thought. I was like, this is giving Celsius right now. That's fine. Good. It's not awful. Not awful. Anyways, I don't really know what else has really happened in my week. I don't really know either. Nothing. Other than the fact that like,

I'm so deep into my hormones. It's like literally crazy. I'm on like hormone cycle syncing TikTok and I've never felt so much like a woman in my entire life. It's crazy. I am about to get my period and I know because the last two weeks I get these random spurts of cramps and I have no energy, like no energy. Like I just know and I just keep going to the bathroom. Like, can you bleed already? Like,

Like, can you get me over this? I've been in like my luteal phase for weeks and like twice in the last two days, I have like these spurts of cramps and I'm like, can, can, can the blood just come out, please? That's how I feel. I literally thought two days ago at the water park, I got my period because I like, I, I spotted and like, I was in my bikini. I was like, fuck. So I ran to the bathroom, put a tampon in, had the tampon in, but then like later in the day, took it out and it wasn't like full. And I was like, what the fuck?

And then yesterday, I didn't bleed. So I was like, the fuck? But like, I'm technically wasn't supposed to get my period until yesterday. So I don't know. Hopefully I get it. I was supposed to get my period like two days ago. But I don't know. And then you know me, guys. I'm literally the most paranoid person of all time. But to make myself stop being paranoid, like when I tell you, like, I take pregnancy tests.

all the fucking time. Like, I literally have taken, like, three, and it's, like, it's ridiculous. Like, it's absolutely ridiculous. Like, I'm so dramatic, but it gives me peace of mind when you don't have a period. But hopefully I get it soon, because I just want to be, like, in my next phase already. I feel like I've been, like, feeling like I'm about to get my period for weeks. Dude, it's so random, but I, like, being on this vacation right now, I know it's, like, a week-long vacation, but it just made me realize, like, going into, like,

The end of the year, I want to just travel like once a month for like a weekend from like a Thursday night to a Sunday. So next month I was telling my boyfriend, I was like, dude, I got to take up the opportunity of the fact that my grandmother literally has a house in Marco Island. So I think we're going to travel next week, next month. Yeah. I mean, I'm going, we're going to Miami next month. What, what weekend? September 16th.

Oh, yeah. I think you wanted to go the weekend after that. Maybe we can go to the same weekend. We're going to Miami, which I'm so excited for, to jump in the ocean. And then October, I have nothing. And then November, oh, I got to talk to you about Nashville because I got more info. Word. And then we'd have to, like, book it. And I don't know if we just want to, like, book a house for, like, us four. And then just, like, or maybe, like, us four. I don't know. We'll have to book our, like, see who we'd want to do, like, in a house with. Yeah. Yeah.

For background info, guys, on this, we're trying to plan a massive friend group trip to Nashville in November for not only Taylor's birthday, then one of our guy friends' birthdays. So it's going to be, like, kind of a shit show, but in a good way. But, like, I kind of don't, like, I want to go and I want to make sure, like, we go. And if, like... Yeah. Everyone else is betting for themselves. I'm not going to hound everyone else to make sure they, like, plan to go. Like, if we have our house and we have our flights and, like, you don't book to come, like, I'm not...

I'm not planning, like, your trip for you or making sure you, like, book it or, like, figure it out. Like... Yeah. That is, like, a you problem. Because I'm just not planning, like, two trips. Mm-hmm. I'll get my shit together. Tell you when. Exactly. Dude, even, like, with the whole, like, planning a boat thing. Like, planning a fucking boat with our friend groups is, like, hard enough as is, let alone a trip outside of the state. Literally. But, um...

That should be fun. But yeah, I want to go to more beaches. Definitely. Like seeing your post, I'm like, oh my God, I wish I was at a beach. Which is why I'm so happy to go home. Like I'm so excited to go to Miami because I just want to be...

in the beach, like in the fucking ocean. I think like, yeah, it's also making me want to fucking live in Florida. But anyways, um, yeah, I don't really have anything else crazy. Yeah, neither do I. I say we get into the q&a. Yes, we asked for questions on our Instagram stories. You've got to make sure to follow us on Instagram. So that way you can be a part of everything we do. If we do a q&a, that's where you're going to find the questions and

You don't want to be left out. And these are all over the place. Like, I love it was like anything goes like there's like fitness stuff, advice, relationship stuff, just questions about us, whatever it may be. So let's just go into it. This one is I don't know if I missed it, but do you guys still do OnlyFans?

Yeah, I do OnlyFans still. Yeah, Sam does. I don't. Nod, I know I coincidentally kind of stopped when I got a boyfriend, but not related. Yeah, I still do it. It's good money that comes in, side money. And I obviously don't want to do it for the rest of my life.

it's not something that I plan on or not even the rest of my life, like literally another, like five years. Like I don't want to be doing it for five, like another five years. Um, so the money that I'm making off of it is just more of like helping me down the road, be able to work on like new ventures in life. So yeah, that's my mindset with it. I, uh, wasn't making enough money off of it partly because I just didn't put like the effort into it. Um,

I mean, like, obviously, like, extra money is extra money. But, like, for what it was worth to me, it just, like, wasn't worth to keep doing it. And then, like, obviously, like, I wanted, like, I got a real job. And, like, I want, like, to work. And I just didn't want to, like, be doing that. But, yeah. And then I just got, like...

I just got like weirded out. Like for me personally, I was just like, I don't know if I want to do this. Like it just kind of like something flipped a switch and I just decided I didn't want to do it anymore for like no real reason. But it did happen like right when I got a boyfriend. And I think people think that he like made me stop because it was like coincidentally the same time, but he didn't care.

I think like he would honestly be like why'd you stop doing that like get your bag like yeah but I also get a lot of questions too from girls that don't really understand the whole OF situation it's not not like fitness subscription content I got a question from like a girl and she was like hey is like your OF like fitness subscription based content I was like no

I think um so I've actually been toying with the idea and then I got like an email which obviously they're just trying to like make money so like I know it wasn't like anything crazy but I kind of took it as a sign so like I've said this on here before but like how I really want like to have like a book club like online like so many people like have a book club and they either do like a podcast like once a month and like talk about a book or like whatever but it's like that's just like it'd be like so logistically like when would I want to do it like and I've been like debating like

putting all that content in like a patreon instead of doing only fans like I could literally do like a patreon of like fucking cheap I wouldn't make you guys pay like twenty dollars a month to listen to me talk about a book but like I like don't have unlimited time on my hand so it's like if it was like literally like two dollars a month like nothing crazy to like get that content like let me know like should I do it like should I make us a little like

Because it would also keep me on track with reading because like I've been slacking and I would love to have a reason that I have to read books. But just let me know. Like maybe I'd like put it on Patreon. Like, I don't know. I say you do it. Right? Like, and it wouldn't be like, I don't know. I have to figure it out. Let me know. DM me. Patreon book club for like not a lot of money. Let me know. Anyways. Ooh, first apartment essentials. Um, fuck. First apartment essentials. I'm going to go. Let's go by room.

Okay, so in your kitchen, you need an air fryer. Yeah, air fryer all the way. You need an air fryer and you need like, um, like an air fryer and cute cups. Yeah, and then the last thing I'm going to say, because I wish we got this sooner, was literally that 25 piece kit of utensils for like $25. Yeah, 100%. You can find that on my Amazon storefront. For...

A living room, I would say, this isn't necessarily something we have, but this is what, like, I'd advise someone to get. For, like, TV reasons, like, literally just get, like, a Roku. You can either get a TV that already has, like, Roku. Like, you don't need to pay for cable. Just get a Roku TV, like, a smart TV. They're really, really cheap. Or you can get any TV you want and buy the little Roku, like, plug-in thing.

But that's what I would say is a TV for that. Like, don't pay for cable. Yeah. And then living room for me, I would say... I don't even know. Because now, like, when we first had our first place, like, our living room sucked ass. You know what we just needed? A sectional couch. It doesn't have to be as big. Yeah. Like, don't even... Yeah, don't even waste the money on, like, a little ass, small ass, like, loveseat couch. Yeah.

get the sectional like spend the extra money get the sectional even if it's like not like like you might think it's like a little too big like your comfort is like your comfort like looking a little ones like literally the ones that are just like shaped like an owl like it's two seats and then like the one that has the like even a small little sectional there's a lot of trendy couches that don't look comfortable like there's like these like boucle ones that like are very shallow like oh I think

I think like Ken Urich had it.

Danielle Carolyn from Gals on the Go, she had one and then she even was like, it's just not comfortable to sit on. They're beautiful, Pinterest worthy, beautiful. You probably have it saved on your like to know it, but it's like when we got a couch that was actually comfortable to sit on, fucking game changer. Yeah. When we first moved into our first place, I can definitely blame my mom on this because we were going furniture shopping at At Home.

And I just remember my mom being kind of stingy on the prices of things and her being like, no, don't waste the money. Now looking back on it, I wish my mom was like, no, splurge. Get the bigger couch. Because that couch that we had, one, was so uncomfortable. Two, if we had guests over, we were all squirmed on like it. So...

Just spend the extra few hundred dollars and just get the bigger couch because you'll have it longer. 100%. I'm trying to think if there's anything else that I thought was like a essential. We can do like bathroom and bedroom together as one. Yeah. Like closet organizing thingies.

The shoe boxes. The shoe box organizers. Shoe box organizers. Those are my favorite. I don't really think I have anything else in my room that I think is like... An Alexa. An Alexa. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Everyone needs an Alexa in their life. Everyone needs an Alexa. Dude, speaking of Alexa, I didn't realize how much I relied off of Alexa until like I'm away from it.

because this happened when I was back in Boston and it also was happening here where I'll like wake up in the morning and be like Alexa what time is it fuck I'm not even in my house like I Alexa's not here or I'll be like Alexa play me oh Alexa's not here fuck so yeah I'm really dependent on Alexa yeah yeah 100% I'm telling you I was in my sister's like smart home fucking everything yeah

There's Alexa in every room, so I'm in my guest bedroom telling Alexa to set alarms. That's crazy. Switching gears, advice on wearing whatever you want as a woman when men make you uncomfortable. My biggest advice for this, honestly, is just like, you kind of just got to let them say whatever the hell they want, but not let it get to you because men are just never going to stop.

And, like, this is so bad for me to say, but, like, when I get cackled on the street, like, I'm literally just, like, flipping them off. I'm like, fuck off. And, like, not to make it safe, but not to make it, like, a worse situation for us girls, but, like, you will be made uncomfortable no matter what you wear. So you might as well just wear what you want because you can be walking down the street with, like, a turtleneck on and sweatpants and still be cackled, like,

We were literally remember when we were in Nashville and we were literally scootering in the freezing cold, like sweatsuits just off the plane. And people were like yelling things us on the street. And we like did not.

even look good so like the reality of the situation is you'll probably be made uncomfortable no matter what you wear so you might as well just fucking wear what you want who the fuck cares like it's gonna happen regardless so you might as well have it happen when you're wearing something cute exactly it's like that city part of the fucking world is men just like think they can say whatever they want but you're gonna have like a little bit of a backbone with it like not let it get to you

waiting rooms or driving to and from an office you can do it literally from your bed that's how i did my therapy visit betterhelp.com slash f word today to get 10 off your first month that's better help h-e-l-p.com slash f word what made you realize you wanted your sneaky links to be your boyfriends when i had feelings for him i didn't really know for sure honestly he just asked me not that i didn't know for sure because i knew i wanted him like around for longer but like the late like

a label on it when it happened like I wasn't like so positive but like that's basically what it was but um he was I feel like he was just the one being more assertive with it

Yeah, I mean, at least with my situation, I knew going into it that we were literally just, like, hookup buddies. I wanted nothing out of it. Like, when I first – and he knows this, by the way. So, like, if anyone dares try to go to him and, like, say what I said, like, he knows this. I just knew I couldn't see him as my boyfriend.

um and then three months down the road I'm like fuck I actually have feelings for this guy because I actually got to know him on a deeper level because at first I didn't really know him on a deep level like he was just in our friend group he had previously had a girlfriend like never really opened up to me so once I kind of had feelings after that three month mark I was like damn like I think I like him I remember like sitting down with you Taylor like on the couch being like Taylor like

I think I like him, but I can't tell if it's because I like him because he's my friend or because I like him more than that. Yeah, it's definitely like I feel like that pressure of like, when did you know? Like, it's not like, you know, for certain. You know what I mean? Like, it's not like I knew for certain, like this guy being my boyfriend right now is 100% correct.

like yeah I feel like you don't really like if you wait for that like oh when did you know like when did you know it was like perfect like I did it like he knows like I was very like so confused on what I wanted like he was like are you seeing other people and I was like no but like I don't care if you're seeing other people like it was like so like scary to me to make it like

something real and I'm like you know but like I don't care like he's not that serious like I just like was so like worried about it but like he was the one that was more like kind of determined to just like get what he wanted um which like yeah like if it was on me like I would have been like too pussy and gone label-less been like label-less dating for so long um but I feel like you never like know like absolutely for sure

Yeah, obviously, like protect your emotions, protect your peace, because you don't want to get into a situation where you end up getting really, really hurt. At least for me, mine was like, I literally don't know where his headspace is at. It's been three months. I do need to have that conversation because I don't want to keep moving forward with like hooking up with him if he doesn't have the same intentions as me. And then like I get upset and things just get too deep because it was a long time.

So don't be afraid to have that conversation with them of like, are we at least on the same page? Now it doesn't necessarily have to be like boyfriend, girlfriend, same page, but like same pages, like we're slowly moving in that direction of like, I have feelings for you and opening up and stuff. Yeah. A hundred percent. What's your, both of your favorite artists at the moment? Mine is Noah Khan.

Post Malone and Dominic Fike. I can't pick one because I literally just play both their music on repeat. I went to the Dominic Fike concert two weeks ago. Live. When you see someone live, it just like changes the game on like your perspective of music with them. So that's how I'm feeling. This is like an interesting one. Feeling confident with your body during sex. Hmm.

If it's like with like more random people, like if it's like with your boyfriend, then like your boyfriend should just like be making like. Yeah, like it's not all on you. Like your boyfriend should be like making it known to you that he thinks that you're like literally so hot.

If it's like a more like random person, this might be like awful advice. But if it's like, like for me, like if I'm like, I am a little bit more like, like shy in that aspect, not really not confident about how I look, but just not like fully confident and like being in those situations with someone I don't know that well, like a glass or wine or two. Yeah. I'll do it. Yeah. That's honestly so true. But like, and also like,

Putting in the work, like, I will obviously feel more confident if I, like, take that everything shower. Like, for me, it's, like, shaving everywhere, like, moisturizing, making sure, like, lotion, deodorant, perfume, cute underwear. Like, putting in, like, the effort. Yeah, I feel like that was good advice, Taylor. That's what I would say. Like, and then, like, yeah, if it's your boyfriend, like, he should be, like, hyping you up.

Mm hmm. Like, it shouldn't always like, this can be like anywhere, not just like sex, bed, whatever, but just like, in general, like, I feel like it's important that like, your significant other at least is like making comments to like, not like reassure you, but just like,

Like, compliment. Even friends should do this. Like, I feel like just compliments and just, like, back and forth, like, hyping each other up is really important. For sure. Opinions on getting back with an ex. It was not toxic before. It was a mutual breakup.

I think depending on like what has changed in your life, you can get back with an ex. For example, let's say you broke up because the college situation was too hard. Like you broke up in college, you were young. Now you both have like post-grad jobs. You're living in a new city. You're like grown. I think that could be a situation where like it could work with getting back with an ex, but not like you broke up your freshman year of college. Now you're going to get back together like your junior year of college because you're in the same situation.

place. But if you are in like a different place in life where it's like, you've had like a lot of time in between and you're in a totally different place of life. Um, I think it could work like, um, like Alison Cush and like Isaac and stuff like we're like dating and then like broke up and then like got back together. And I think like,

Like it can work. But like I said, it's like if you broke up because like college and then you find yourself like living in the same city, like with jobs and you're adults, like something like that could be perfect timing. Not like you're in high school and you broke your breakup and get back together. Hot take with this. Well, not hot take. But my other perspective that I see with this is also be careful. Don't like jump into it, because if you took a big break, you may be two different people.

Like to the point where the relationship would literally not be the same. And if you jumped right back into it and you started dating again, you're going to be like, this is just not the same as what it was. Cause now like you guys have either like grown or just like kind of developed and changed in ways that maybe won't align with your ex anymore. Cause like, that's what, like if I were to picture myself dating my exes,

I just can't picture myself doing that, just because I am so different now. And, I mean, I don't really know them that well anymore, but I would assume they are, too. So, it's just, like, I feel like it really depends. Yeah. I just think as long as you're in a different stage of life, it's not, like, completely toxic, and it's, like, worth a shot. Like, obviously, you wouldn't go, like, zero to 100. Like, oh, now we're going to, like, live together and, like, get engaged, because, like, we're exes. Like, you'd start dating kind of square one. Like...

square kind of start dating um but i wouldn't have that be top of mind either like it'd have to naturally happen because it sucks having like exes especially exes that were like important to you like it really fucking sucks but at the end of the day like everyone has exes and not everyone you're meant to be with forever and it's like totally okay if you don't end up like marrying someone just because you were together for a long time

I wouldn't have it be top of mind, but if it's something that just happened to happen, it's also not something you have to overthink a million times if you're right or wrong. Yeah. This is kind of random, but kind of goes along the lines of this conversation. I was literally saying this to my brother. So one of my brothers has a girlfriend, but my other brother, he's never had a girlfriend before. And I also think that with what you just said about

I don't know what you just said, but this is what it brought to my attention is that like at a younger age, it is really important to have exes and like go through like the relationship aspect because it helps you grow as a person. Like that person, like, like you said, was literally in your life for a reason. So even if you're dating someone, not necessarily for marriage, but like you're just dating them, just date them and be in a relationship and feel it out.

I feel like there's no problem, too, if down the road you were to get back together and it wasn't, like, something horrible that caused you guys to break up. Yeah. So, yeah. So many good questions. Thoughts on your boyfriend watching porn? Um, I don't know. I, okay, like, they were talking about this. I think it was on Giggly Squad, and, like, I thought it was really funny. So, I'm not down with it, like, all the fucking time. Like, if you need to watch porn, like, every single day, like,

that's a problem right like no but they were talking about on giggly squad they were like like what he's supposed to harass me to have sex all the time like hell no go like watch porn and jerk off like leave me alone and i'm like yeah 100 like see i agree with that because it's like i'm just like not always fucking down like i want to go to bed like i don't know where like i like or like we don't hang out like i'm not yeah like leave me the fuck alone like leave me alone like

So here's the thing with that is like, I don't know, maybe I'm just like a horny fuck. But like, if I'm not in the mood, I can like very easily like get in the mood very quickly. But I do agree like there will probably be times where also like girls like much more than two.

like it's not just a boyfriend thing um I think it's fine if like say I'm on vacation right now for a week and like he watches it because like I'm not there I don't care but like if you're like gonna see me later in the day why are you watching it in the morning or something yeah yeah yeah 100% 100% um I also think that like

like getting on a girl's like only fans to watch stuff like that's bro that's a no-go that's like cheating for me because it's like no like even though it's like

that girl's just putting like literal like sex tape on onlyfans you know what's the difference of like watching sex is only again like it's like you went but you specifically you went to that girl to like give her money to do it when like it's fucking free so absolutely no like just go to pornhub.com and just type in what you need to see literally like no no i'm the only fans but i don't really care like as long as it's not like ridiculous and to the point like some guys like

get so involved in that that like they can't even enjoy like normal sex because like the expectations are too high or like they like jerk off so much that they can't like dude yeah like it's just like like normal sex doesn't like do it for them anymore and if it's gonna like make our like sex life worse because you are like too obsessed with that then like that's an issue too

Yeah, I agree. It can't ruin like the sex life between the two of you. Yeah, but I have no problem with it, at least for me on my end. Like, if I'm traveling, whatever, that's fine. But the second it's like, I found out you literally were doing it like two hours before seeing me like, bro, why can you just wait? Yeah, 100%. 100%. I think if it like, I like I never even really like think about it, you know, like, I don't know when he's doing like,

It doesn't bother me. And also, like, it's also, like, perfectly normal for girls to, like, do that kind of shit, too. Yeah. I, like, don't really think it's a problem. But if you do think it's a problem, like, that's, like, valid. A lot of people think that. So many questions. I wanted to pick a good one. There's juicy ones. How juicy? Like, what kind of things do you want? I didn't look at them because I just wanted you. Because, like, usually I'm the one that's, like, picking them. So I wanted to be, like, blind. Yeah, but, like, there's juicy and, like...

So many different ways. Okay. Sorry. Like they're just also different that I like don't even know. I don't. Okay. This one's like not that juicy, but it'll help me when I pick one. How many tattoos do we both have? Why do I need to count? One, two, three.

Four, but they're tiny. What's your favorite thing about living with each other? Probably... I don't know. I'm just living with my best friend. Who the fuck doesn't want to do this? That's fun. Yesterday, I got home and I was making a snack. I was like, I'm so fucking bored. Yeah. It's so empty in here. Who do I talk to? I know. I think that's really important. I'm not going to say something cheesy like...

Because we don't, like, cuddle. Yeah, like, oh, dude, there's a TikTok audio we need to use. And it was, like, I got tagged in it so many times. And it was long lines of, like, bro, like, we just became, the girl was, like, can I hold your hand? And she was, like, bro, we just became friends. Like, we're not there yet. And then, like, the other girl was, like, come on, I really want to.

This is crazy. I've been dating my boyfriend for nine years and I really want to get married, help a girl out. Nine years? I don't know how old you are, but like... Yeah, I feel like the age really depends too because like maybe he's not even like financially like there yet to be able to like put money down on like a ring or like... Because I feel like for men, like that's like a big thing that like stresses them out. No, these people are like grown. Oh, they are? I'm like in her Instagram. They're grown. But yeah, I mean, I feel like... They're grown enough to get...

I would just drop, like, lots of hints. Like, one thing for me, when I'm, like, serious about something is I will make jokes. Like, I will make jokes about it all the time. I'll be like... Like, even with my boyfriend now, before he was my boyfriend, like, he would say, oh, why don't you do this for me? I'd be like... If you were my boyfriend, I would do that. Or, like, just, like, always hinting at, like, oh, I want you to be my fucking boyfriend. Like, making jokes about it on things. Or...

One time we went out to eat. Or no, we got coffees or something. And...

He like bought the coffees or something. And I like made the joke of like, oh, I would have got it. But like, you're not my boyfriend. So I'm not going to, I'm not going to. Yeah. Yeah. Little jokes for you actually being serious. Definitely do help. I love saying a little joke, like anything that bothers me, like I'll throw a little jokes, but I'm being so fucking serious. But like also like nine years, like not to like be a Debbie Downer, but it's kind of like he's just not that into you.

uh if you've seen that movie you should watch it with like jennifer aniston and she like wants to get married and the guy like doesn't want to and it's like if you want to get married you want to get married that is important to you maybe he like is one of those people that just like doesn't feel the rush on getting married doesn't care that much like blah blah blah like some people like don't believe in marriage like whatever it is like if that's what you want like then you might need to just have a serious talk about it and be like this is what i want and like

And from the other's perspective of like communication, no matter the situation is so important because he may be thinking, what if she doesn't want to? What if I go down on one knee and she says no? Like, because you haven't brought up any like conversation about it. Yeah. And it's definitely like, I know it can definitely be hard. Like you want to get married. And then it's like, I even saw like on her Instagram, like she has pictures, pretty sure being like a bridesmaid in someone else's wedding, like doing that all the time.

I wonder, like, it's definitely worth, like, being pushy. Like, nag. And, like, at least the reason why. Like, at the real reason why, like, maybe he, like, doesn't want to propose because he can't afford, like, the ring, like, he thinks that, like, he would want. But you're like, I literally don't care. Like, because some people, maybe you don't have, like...

let's say someone proposes and you're like kind of on a budget and then later in life you start making way more money like you can buy a new ring like exactly it's like it's like they got their ring when they were like 24 and like not making that much money and now they're like in their late 30s like they've gotten raises they've gotten new jobs to get a new ring and maybe he's like i don't have enough money for this and you're like i literally don't care like

that doesn't bother me like not an issue so I think it's just worth like really really having serious conversations about and then maybe you can go on the ultimatum the Netflix show literally maybe you can do that that'd be cool then if you don't get married at least maybe you get Instagram clout dude I'd be I'd be rooting for you on that show I'd be like I would be rooting for you oh my god we literally told her to go on

And I don't know if rooting for you on that show means I root you get back together or I root that you find. I'd be rooting for whatever she wants. So true. Like no matter what, I'm on her side. So true. I don't know if this is juicy like you want, but this is pretty juicy. What's your favorite sex position? I like riding on top. Me too. And that's a new, that's a new found thing for me. But yeah. Yeah.

that's like that's my favorite yeah me too um this one is like not even really a question because i'm just gonna give one quick answer to this just got out of a situation ship and i need i know i need to move on but i promised we would stay friends fuck that yeah fuck that that's that's that just fuck that like do whatever you want um

Tips for struggling with comparison. I struggle when I notice someone eats less than me, etc. That was honestly changing the people I surrounded myself with. Yeah. Like in college for me, I was just hungry 24-7. But if I went to the dining hall and we were going out that night and my girlfriends were only eating slices of toast for dinner, I was going to be doing the same.

So it's like looking back on it, I wish I just had what I wanted. I had what I'm, I was craving in that moment because it just ends up, you'd end up in such a spiral with food when you start comparing yourself. Yeah. For me, I didn't do anything specifically mindset wise to fix it. It was genuinely finding different people to hang out with, like specifically, like literally like when me and you became friends, um, cause all my friends like in high school and stuff would not,

eat like not eat before we went to the beach if we got like like chipotle it's like you like save half the bowl for leftovers and it's like what like i don't fucking do that like just like not they wouldn't eat like ever and it was hard for me to be around that

Because I felt like I should do that too. And it was truly just surrounding myself with different people where I was like, okay, like, they were not the normal, like, normal people fucking eat food. Yeah. And that, like, that made all the difference for me. It's just, like, being – and then I had to have really, like, really, really serious conversations with, like, my friend too because, like, my best friend in high school, like, didn't like to admit it but, like, she had a very bad eating disorder. Yeah.

And she would just try to fight me on the fact that she was eating like a normal amount of food. And I was like, I'm being so serious. You cannot act that way in front of me anymore. I was like, you can't. Like I, cause she knew, like, I obviously wasn't like as like deep into it, like as she was, but like, I had my times of struggling with that too. And at that point I was kind of like over it, but it's like, you never really get over it. And if someone's around you all the time, it like kind of comes back.

So I was like, you can do whatever the fuck you want. I was like, don't talk to me about food and, like, don't do that in front of me. Yeah. I think, obviously, comparison with food definitely had my struggles with. But I think my biggest thing with the food was people making the comments of how much I was eating. Like, for me, it was always...

I'd be eating dinner with my family or just anything in general to eat at a restaurant. And I would always get the comments of like, wow, that's a lot of food. Oh my God, you're eating so much.

And those were more of the comments that would really bother me. And what I did like in that moment, obviously it didn't fix everything right away, but just having the conversations with somebody, at least in my family, like I went to my mom and I made the comment of like, mom, I can't do these comments all the time of my family saying how much I'm eating or saying how little I'm eating because

It needs to stop. And then I personally didn't have the confidence to say it to everyone. Hey, guys, stop making comments. But my mom then went to the rest of my family and was like, hey, stop making comments on the type of food Sam's eating or how little or how much she's eating. It's actually having a really big impact on her relationship with food. So if you're in that stance with your relationship with food where it's more family based,

Have that conversation with one person in your family and that person that you feel most comfortable with will then outsource to the rest of the family and let them know. But obviously with like friends, sometimes it can be a little bit harder, but hopefully they would understand if you were to bring it up to them. Yeah, there's a few things on here about keeping independence in a relationship. And we did do a whole podcast episode on that.

So, let's skip those because we did just talk about it, but there's a few of them on here. So, if that's you that asked that, go listen to that episode because there's like two or three questions on here that we do have a whole episode on that. So, this says, the biggest changes in your routine that made you start seeing and noticing results? For me, it was taking like all the stress away. Yeah. Yeah.

I think mine was like, mine is more of doing things that actually, cause like routine for me is like, like now you have a job. So your routine is like a little bit different, but like my routine in the sense of like with my job of like doing things that I actually enjoy doing within my routine, like don't force things just because you feel like you need to be obligated to do it. Like do things in your routine that you actually enjoy because you want to wake up in the morning, like,

eager to want to do those things. Yeah. A hundred percent. Leading things that make you feel good. Yeah. Leading into what makes you feel good and what you want to do, not what other people tell you that you think you should do. And also like, don't,

Like, I was gonna say, like, don't look at an influencer's, like, routine and be like, oh, she's doing that. I need to do that. Like, only do it because you really genuinely want to do it and it makes you feel good. Yeah, I think, too, like, there's definitely a difference of, like, okay, having the discipline to, like, do things you might necessarily not want to do, like,

But you have to get it done. Like you need to go work out and you need to go work out before work. And like that kind of sucks. We have to push yourself to do it. So like those times where you need to like find that discipline. But then there's other things where it's like if everyone's telling you, you like what's a habit? I don't know. There's like one thing people are saying and you just like

never find yourself wanting to do it. Your day goes on perfectly fine without you doing that. And like, like journaling or like meditating and you're like, I can't fucking do it. I don't want to do it. Like nothing about this. I like, so don't fucking do it. Yeah. Not that big of a deal. Like you don't have to do it because everyone else is saying that it changed their life. Do what you like to do. But taking a lot of the stress away was what changed things for me and leaning into what I like. Like I realized that,

I actually really like and I'm really productive at night. And I feel like during the day, like I can sometimes like be a little too overwhelmed. But it's like something like like cleaning my room. Like I will do that at night. And it's just like little things like, OK, like I know in my routine, like if I say I'm going to do it at like 1 p.m., like I'm not going to do it. Like I do it. I will do it at seven. So it's like like I don't need to switch that.

like I don't know like that's just like when I will do it I will do it like yesterday I got back from dance I did so much and that's like I know that's what I'm doing so I'm not gonna like force myself to do anything in a different way yeah and another thing too is your routine is constantly going to change like it's never going to stay the same for like a year straight the amount of times specifically like my morning routine has changed

Like I will stick to probably like a morning routine consistently doing it for like three to six months. And then after that, it changes up and I'm no longer doing that exact morning routine. It's probably changed slightly. So don't get yourself all beat up over the fact like I'm never finding something that's consistent because it's not necessarily that it's like not consistent. It's just life goes on. Things change. Sun comes up different times. You're

Oh yeah, that's cute. The weather's changing. Like everything's always changing and evolving. So don't stress over the fact that like you're not staying consistent for a long period of time with something. Like I feel like every three to six months, my routines are changing. Yeah, 100%. Tips for balancing hormones. There was a few related to cycles. One girl just said tips for balancing hormones. This girl said she loses so much motivation in her luteal phase. And how do you know, go about that?

one for losing motivation in those phases that is something I have to lean into and I'm like okay leaning into it because it's what your body wants like your body is literally preparing to do this whole crazy like you do a lot of crazy freaking stuff in there and it's okay to lean into it obviously there's shit that needs to get done but it's okay if you only do the shit that needs to get done and not a crazy amount of other things

And like, you don't have like reaching the bare minimum, reaching the bare minimum is totally fine because resting is what your body wants. So you're doing something good for your body. And in turn for the people said stuff about balancing hormones, that'll help with that. Like let your body be where it wants to be, especially in those earlier phases of getting everything like figured out, like you feel wacky and just like,

For me, what helped is leaning into it. So I feel less crazy. So I don't feel like I'm insane taking a lot of vitamins. I literally just looked up a bunch of stuff about vitamins and started taking them. I have a TikTok on it, but I literally was just Googling articles and then went to H-E-B and got like all the vitamins and

Um, and yeah, leaning into my lifestyle around it and it's still not perfect, but just trying to like respect what my body wants to like calm it down because your hormones are going to go crazy. If you're like cortisol is up and your stress is up and your sleep is bad and your workouts like aren't what your body wants to be doing, that's going to make you go like so out of whack. Um, so really leaning into what your body wants, like I'll purposely, um,

Like if I know I have energy, like I'm like ovulating or like in my follicular phase and I have energy, like I'll get more done on purpose. Yeah. I'll get more work done. And like, I just know that that's how it is and whatever. Yeah. I think my biggest takeaway with now being off birth control for a year and like regulating my hormones is don't feel like the second that you get off birth control, you need to jump into everything because your, your hormones aren't going to regulate everything.

that quickly, like give yourself that full year. Like we're hitting a year and I'm really now starting to feel my body and like,

feeling more like a woman, but there's so much you can do to regulate your hormones, whether it's like nutrition cycling, your workout cycling, like I'm doing seed cycling, your supplements, like there's literally so much, but don't jump into literally everything. Um, because your hormones aren't going to catch up that quickly. Like you can do all those things, but it's not necessarily going to like,

Like your hormones are going to jump right into it. It's going to take some time. So if you want to slowly add in things that are going to help you with your hormones, do it. Like for instance, I've been doing the seed cycling, my workouts. I've now gotten better out of like, Hey, I know I'm going to be low energy this week. Like I don't feel the need to be going to the gym five days out of the week. And then another thing I do want to start doing is obviously the nutrition cycling, but more in the sense for my PMS thing.

Because I do now know that like the more I start to jump into the nutrition aspect, it's going to help with my PMS symptoms and lowering them. Like last month, my PMS symptoms were so bad that I can now take more control in my PMS symptoms if I nutrition cycle. So I didn't feel the need.

at a year ago to nutrition cycle for my PSPMS symptoms because my hormones were whack. It's not like doing that was going to really make that much of a difference. But now that I am regulating my hormones, I can do those things. Yeah. And also we haven't done this, but like the real way to do it, like

as perfectly as you can is to go get like a test like a blood work test and see what is all yeah like that is like like if you're really struggling like that's like is like the number one way to get it like then you know exactly what you need but we haven't done that

I think it's been like a little over an hour. So maybe we'll do one last one. How to break a negative cycle in terms of unhealthy habits, example, binging and procrastinating. So I see myself, I was reading this and I kind of was like, I don't know if I know the answer, but then I realized I know how I do that. I don't necessarily focus on breaking bad habits. I focus on adding in good ones. And what I mean is like, I'm like addicted to my phone, right?

As like most people fucking are. But I'm like addicted to my phone. So instead of me like focusing so much on...

breaking my phone addiction I just add things in that aren't on my phone reading a morning walk with a podcast um I don't know like those are like my two like big ones like walking with a podcast um like keeping my phone on do not disturb but like adding in habits that indirectly make you go on your phone less like if you struggle like you said binging like let's say like

It's, like, a snacking problem. Like, maybe you can add in the habit of, like, juicing and making juice. So then, like, midday you drink a juice and that, like, helps curb your craving. And, like, you're indirectly, like, you're not, like, I need to stop binging. You're, like, oh, I will add this in as something to do. And indirectly it'll help. Yeah, that's honestly really good advice. With the, like, with the binging thing, like, my biggest problem when, like, I went through, like, my binging cycle was...

Everyone will say this, like binging correlates with restricting. So if you ever find yourself restricting in any way, like don't allow yourself to do that. If you have a craving, enjoy that craving. If you are absolutely terrified of a specific meal, snack or whatever, because you feel like you have no self-control over it, slowly adapt that into your daily diet. Like for instance, mine was just anything carb related. So it was like mac and cheese, burgers, pizza, anything like of that nature.

I would binge on if it was in front of me because I just didn't know how to stop because I was constantly restricting that and wouldn't allow it into my diet. So adding that those types of things back into your daily routine meals, whatever, and it doesn't necessarily have to be like a big fat diet.

Like if it's pizza, for instance, and like you can't control yourself around pizza, it doesn't have to be a big ass Domino's pizza. Like you can still make a good ass pizza that's like low calorie, still fits within like your daily nutrition. Like I would make

pita pizzas and I would still get the same satisfaction and like kind of like manipulate my brain into believing like hey this is pizza like this is a scary food for me but I'm still enjoying it now or like another one was mac and cheese I used to be so fucking scared of mac and cheese like Trader Joe's has like a really good like reduced um it's called like the reduced fat mac and cheese like high protein mac and cheese like there's like things like that where it's like manipulating your brain into believing like

this junk food I can also make fit within my macros this is just something when I was like counting calories and tracking um also like when we had Shelby Sacco on she talked about this it's like understanding what makes you want to do a bad habit and the reward you think you're getting from that bad habit to really understand why you do it and that'll take some like deep personal work also maybe a therapist um

And then I also want to touch on something you said was specifically procrastination. This might be a hot take. I don't think procrastination is that bad of a thing. Like I'm also the type of person like I will do things like the day before it needs to get done, like the morning it needs to get done. Like and I just operate better that way. Like I will just I do things better with a time constraint.

And that's not necessarily horrible. Like, if you're getting things done when you need to do them, but you just do them like the day before, like, let's say you're in school and you have a month to do a paper and you wait to the last two days. If it's like stressing you out, but like, I feel like before, like that stresses people out only because they think they procrastinated. But like, if that's enough time, you need to do it and that's fine, then it doesn't matter.

As long as you're getting shit done. Like, I just know I'm like that. Like, let's say like I have a branded video and I've had all month to make the video. And like, it's due on a Wednesday. Like, bitch, I'm making that video on Tuesday. Yeah. Like I'm not doing the beginning of the month. And that's just, I would rather just know kind of like we said about routines. Like I know that's how I operate. I'm going to film it on Tuesday. So the whole month, I'm not going to beat myself up that I haven't started the video. Yeah. If I feel like I'm doing it on fucking Tuesday.

I feel like with work and school are two different things because the way I work is definitely very different compared to the way I was in school. But at least for me in school with the whole procrastinating like thing and like timelines, I knew the way I learned was or got things done was I could only do it like the day before because my brain was.

If I'm learning something or doing something I don't enjoy, I'm not going to remember it if I studied it two weeks in advance. Like, I need to study it and do it the day before because that's the only way I'll remember what I, like, was comprehending for the next day. Like, I can't study...

for my history quiz two weeks in advance because I'm not going to fucking remember what I was studying two weeks ago. Same. So, like, it's okay if you're only doing it, like, 24 hours in advance. It's just depending, obviously, like, the way you are when it comes to learning, but...

don't don't dig too deep into it. Yeah, because I think there's a difference between people that procrastinate and don't get things done. Like, they're like, I procrastinated and I didn't do it versus like, yeah, I waited to the last minute. But like, like, I'd wait to the last minute to do something and get like an A on it in school. So yeah, what does it matter? So I like honestly think if that's how you operate,

it's fine I don't I don't think I agree and then yeah for breaking habits I would say adding in other habits is my my way of doing that and that is kind of the pretty much the gist of what a lot of the questions were a lot of them were boyfriend things um there was a few body image things which we touched on and if we didn't touch on it it's probably because we have a whole episode on it you probably have a whole episode on it 100 percent um

Nice. I've been, I made my boyfriend sleep over Monday, Monday because I'm like, I just like don't like, I'd rather just not be here for myself. So I was like, can you sleep over? And then he stayed and worked and like I went to the, he had a call and like I went to the gym. I was like, oh my God, it's kind of like we live together. Like he literally stayed in work and was working on his computer and I was like, I'm going to lift. Like I like, I went to the gym and like he was still working. I was like, this is literally like what we would be doing if we live together. Like weird for me to, I was like, he's

he's like I'm gonna call I'm like yeah I'm going to the gym like I made breakfast like he made I was like oh my god like not us living together right now that's funny yeah yeah my boyfriend like offered to pick me up at the airport at 11 30 I was like okay and I was like are you gonna like sleep over if you drop me off or you're just gonna drop me off he's like no I'll sleep over I'm like yes
