What is up you guys welcome back to another episode I am Sam and I'm Taylor today we're doing a 10 daily habits that will change your life that some of them might seem simple but if you're looking to kind of like become a wellness person these are just 10 things you need to do yeah and we do them literally every single day and it's now just like a habit of ours so yeah it's something that we will do every single day for the rest of
of our life and they're very simple and they're very easy and they don't take a lot of time. And let me tell you right now, one thing that we always do is a silly little drink while we podcast. Yep. I'm going to crack mine open.
I have this new obsession that I was seeing on TikTok and that I had to make. And I actually did like so well in the TikTok video. So my concoction that I'm drinking right now is a Diet Coke with lime and sugar-free vanilla syrup. Like, guys, it's so good. It makes you want to go to like Utah or one of those places that has the soda. Like, what are they? Soda shop places where you go get a drink and they put the syrup in it. What? So in Utah...
It's big Mormon culture when you're Mormon. You don't drink alcohol. Yeah. So they have like cooler drink like they drink because they don't drink alcohol. I don't even know that. They're in other places too but I think they started in Utah. So they have these soda shops where you can get like soda with like stuff in it.
at a place like a drive-thru yeah i went to when i went to the movies last week the like soda machine was like one of the ones where it's like a press machine i love those soda machines yeah i feel like a kid i feel like when those first came out i was like yeah whoa dude where was it my um college cafeteria got those and i was like oh my god this is sick
But I thought that's what you were going to say. I thought you were going to be like, oh, I got a place. I think it's called Swig. They have other ones in different places, but I think they have a lot of them in Utah because I posted it. Everyone's like, you need to like, you would love these soda shops. And I've always seen them and I know I would like them, but they don't have one around here. Yeah. I'm drinking a Reese recess. I always say Reese's. It's so bad. But these drinks are like really like to calm you down and like,
chill you out and i don't usually have them in the middle of the day but because i'm flying and i was like you know what yeah you have a flight like you know what i'm a little anxious right now like flying still haven't finished packing gotta leave in three hours it's fine yeah those drinks really do it to you i love drinking them at night it it literally calms my whole body yeah it makes me so sleepy yeah i like it and i'm gonna keep i like the
Rose one. I like the lime one. Oh, really? The green one. No, not this one. There's another like rose one. Grapefruit. Grapefruit.
No, no, I know you're talking about it was like lemon strawberry lemon. Yeah. Yeah, I can't remember Yeah, I don't know but I like the lime one the green one. Yeah, anyways, um Weekly catch-up my friends. Um I'm excited to get into it because I feel like last week with the whole like sneaky link thing I feel like I I continue to have so much to like catch up on there's so much updates I know like every time I'm on like snapchat or anything like talking about it I'm like y'all you are literally like 10 chapters behind. It's crazy. I
It's happening so quickly. It's wild to see in person. I think this is just like the lesson to you all. Like never give up. No, never literally give up with your man. Set your eyes on what you want and...
Get it. Especially when like... Chase after it. Okay, here's one thing I will say is like especially when you kind of sound like delusional when you're talking about it but it's like yeah, I'm a little bit delusional like talking about it to a friend but like I don't think they like deeply understand like because like me and him would have like drunk conversations and like conversations like super late night and then like I'd wake up the next morning and be like wait, did we actually talk about that or like am I like losing my mind? But now that like we actually hang out sober and like the conversations are happening sober I'm like okay like
I'm not in my head like these conversations really were happening and I just was patient with it and it's like it's finally falling into place. Yeah, like is it delulu or is it manifesting? It's manifesting 100%. It's just manifestation. Literally. And that if you think about it as manifestation, it's fine. Yeah, where was it? So we recorded on Wednesdays.
He left on Friday. So yeah, yeah, there's quite a bit to catch up on. But Friday we went. Yeah, there's quite a bit to catch up. Did we do anything during the week? Not really, I feel. No, we've been like on our grind during the week. Yeah, it's been good. And I'm still doing my caffeine cleanse, guys. By the way, I'm on day 17 today and I feel freaking amazing. I'll tell you right now, like I did not expect myself to go into this following week doing it as well. But I read somewhere and I can't remember where I read it. But having caffeine on your period is kind of like
What is this like when you have like two negatives that like clash like it's like something like that like along those lines of like When you're already down bad with like your fatigue and like low energy, it's like it's just gonna make it worse So yeah, I was like, you know what? I have my period now I might as well just do no caffeine this week and see how I feel So it's kind of like a science experiment if you will because i'm also gonna be traveling I'm gonna be on my period no caffeine So i'm curious to see how my energy is gonna be leading up into this week But I feel great like I never got caffeine withdrawals in life
Any other time you and I have ever done a caffeine cleanse together, we've gotten caffeine withdrawals. I get caffeine withdrawals within one day. Yeah, like I did not experience that once. That's crazy. If anything, I got like...
Maybe on the third day, a little bit tired in the afternoon, but nothing really at all. I'm just a headache person. I think it's because I leaned out of it. Because usually the last times we've done it, it's been full cold turkey, no caffeine. But this time, first week I did it, I did matchas instead. And then the weekend after that, I did absolutely nothing. So I eased myself into no caffeine.
But yeah, yeah, I don't know how long I'm gonna go headaches will get me the headaches will get me and the thing about it like being bad for you on your period I feel like what I've learned as we've like learned more about our cycles is that nothing is good for you ever and no matter what you're gonna feel like shit yeah, and like the only thing good for you is like Laying down in a bed. Yeah, like it seems like nothing. Nothing is good for you. Yeah, like I'm looking at the gym What phases?
it might like low energy like what phases I'm gonna be like sad and like there's a negative for like in every phase like what do I do to make myself feel better you can't win and
and i went to the gym today and i had like cramps so bad and i figured you like you know how sometimes you get the cramps and like you think you just need to change your tampon because it's like full like i usually get really crampy when i know i need to yeah i get really crampy when i know i need to like change it and like bad like it fucking hurts and so i thought i thought that's what the issue was today at the gym so i was like oh i'll just go in the bathroom i'll change my tampon no like i didn't i did change it but i didn't need to my cramps were just that bad so i worked out for like four
40 minutes max, if that. And then I just walked on the treadmill for like 30 minutes. But it's like, I just need to be better at like, okay, Sam, like during your period, like you don't really need to go crazy in the gym. Like even if you work out three times a week, so be it. But like,
I'm already gonna be doing that because i'm traveling but like if I was still here like I would probably set myself up So that way this week I was only working out like three days or four days Yeah for me too. I also like going a little lighter on weight because i'm not gonna get discouraged when yeah It's like heavy. Yeah, because sometimes i'm on my period and I can't lift anything And it's and it's tough. Um
This tastes so good. I feel like our weekend can be summed up in one word, and that's, like, literally fucking sun and tan. Bro, like, literally the weather here, I don't know, it came out of nowhere. Like, my brothers were here, and it was, like, low 80s when they were here. Like, max 85. And then all of a sudden this week, it's hundreds. Hundreds. Like, hundreds. The high next week is 107. Like, it's crazy. But honestly...
you know i kind of like it i'm gonna get sick of it it's definitely a global warming but i like it just because there's so many things we do on the water like yeah yeah like it's fucking hot but the only thing we're gonna do outside during the day it forces everyone outside is in the water i mean not in the way yeah not outside but like the only thing we're gonna do is be by the water and if i have a pool to be by give me 105 who cares if i'm in the water
110 i don't care like it doesn't it doesn't really impact me the gym is hot the gym is so i try to just like embrace the the fact that my workouts are going to be shorter like it's like cardio yeah i'm gonna be washing my hair way more wash my hair more and that's just something i'm just trying to lean into it yeah and not complain when i get back next week it's gonna be bad
Yeah, no, it's going to be hot as fuck. You have to deal with it this week going into it, but I'm going back to 75 degree weather and then I'm going back to 110 degree weather. But it's like, we have a boat every weekend, so what better weather if you have a boat every weekend than sunny and 100 degrees? Yeah, especially when you're on the boats, it doesn't even feel that hot. No, the wind. Or in the paddle boards.
but the wind the water set yeah i know we've been like kind of like going out and drinking a lot but one thing i've been trying to do this month is drink like a little bit less like we were doing like twice a weekend for like a while and this entire month besides going home to boston doesn't count luckily there's like i think how many weekends in june i think there's five weekends in june you can check um yeah drinking a little bit less i have been i went through a little bit
Of a bender the last like month of like drinking a lot when we go out because I just got caught up in the moment, which is fine to have your faces. But now I'm like, I'm done with that. I can't do it anymore. You would think me being the youngest in the group that I'd be the hardest rager and I'm literally a grandma. I can't do it. Like I really can't do like the...
excessive drinking so i'm just like kind of back in my like okay i'm gonna dial it back in terms of like just like amount of alcohol because it's just like not great for my mental health when i overdo it there's like a fine line if i stayed home and do nothing that's bad for my mental health because then i'm bored and not making and not having fun if i go too far i'm
Sets me over the edge. It's like that perfect medium of like really having solid nights out that are fun and chill. But like that right middle ground is like perfect for me. Yeah. One day a week. And like we are so more than capable than going out and being sober. Like we do it literally all the time. But I will tell you right now, we experienced a weekend of going out, being sober and absolutely fucking hating ourselves. Yeah.
Like, it was miserable. Paddle boarding? Yeah. Well, and the boat, too. I didn't think the boat was miserable. Bro, I was, like, having a panic attack driving that fucking vehicle. Okay, the car ride back home, maybe, but I didn't think the boat was miserable. No, the boat wasn't miserable, but, like, getting on... Like, we could have been out, like, an hour before, like, and been home. Yes, dealing with the... Yeah, okay. So, we went on a boat. We went on our friend's boat, which was so nice to have someone with a boat that you just get to hop on. Yeah. Yeah.
Vibe on. Which we have two lakes in Austin. We have Lake Austin and Lake Travis. So we were going to Lake Travis, which is like 45 minutes away. Yeah. So this one's farther. Hopped in the car like all of our friends and we're going on the boat. We weren't going to drink. It was a very chill vibe boat, not like a party boat. It was very much like swimming in the water, wake surfing. Yeah. And they knew we weren't drinking too. We made it clear. We're not drinking. It wasn't a big, like people were drinking, but not like a party. Yeah. Party sense. Like it wasn't, it wasn't like that.
But at the end of a long day when we're on the water from like... We got on the boat at like 4. A little before that. Left at like 8.30. It was a long day on a boat. Dealing with corralling people that have been drinking all day is like hell on earth. No, and especially when like...
Shit just kept going sideways. Like one of our friends for some reason, like parked at a different Marina. And then, so we took the boat to go pick him up at the other Marina. And then later in the night, like when we're heading back to the Marina that we're all parked at, he looks at us and goes, what about me? I got to get back to my Marina. And we're already like,
We're too far. We're way too far from his marina. We're already like 25 minutes away. So we're like, you know what? That's something we're gonna have to figure out when we get to the marina. Like our marina. So we get to the marina and I'm the one driving, by the way. So I'm like, I really don't want to have to fucking deal with this because like I have a date later. Like,
Like, Sneaky Link was supposed to be coming over. I literally told Sneaky Link he could come over at 8.30 because that's when they all told me we would be getting home because he was like... Our friends were like, oh, yeah, last weekend we went out and we got home by 8.30. And I'm like, oh, word. Like, I'll go on this boat then if I'm going to be home by 8.30. And so...
We're not even off the boat until 830. And keep in mind, I said we didn't get like it takes 45 minutes to get there. So then I have to drive this car and through like the hills and like narrow ass roads like from Marina to Marina, which is like causing us to go like an extra 20 minutes another way before even getting back on the highway to go down home. I think we didn't get back until like what?
10 11 11 I feel like it was almost 11 oh shit because I was ordering food on uber eats and like things like everything was closed like yeah like things weren't open oh damn like it was like past 10 when we got back um and my thing is like
if you told me we were leaving at nine like if i was set in my head oh yeah i wouldn't care i wouldn't care because in my head we're leaving at 9 30 like i just know it's just like not knowing stresses me out and when people are in that point of they're a little drunk and you're sober it's just like oh my god i literally want to punch you in the face yeah drunk people suck no literally because like it's not necessarily like it's more of like i have plans after this and now you're fucking with my plans after this whereas like
I don't care necessarily about, like, getting fucked with my plans. Like, I'll get to my plans, but it's just, like, more of, like, I could have told him, hey, I'm not going to actually be home until, like, 11 o'clock at night, not 8.30. Yeah. So he's, like, sitting around, like, texting me, like, hey, like, when are you going back? And I'm like, fuck, I'm sorry. Like, I don't know what to tell you. Like, I want a boat. Like, but I'll text you when I'm on the way home, and then you can just head in, like, my direction. Yeah. I mean, I had no plans. I just wanted to drink water and shower. And eat food, bro. And eat food when you're in bed. Okay, that popcorn...
Fucking amazing. What was the brand of the popcorn? It's Boom Chicka Pop kettle corn. Guys, I've never had that popcorn because I've never been a huge... If I want a snack and I'm going to buy a snack for the house, I'm not a big popcorn girl. That's not something I'm going to buy. But I think next time I go to the grocery store, I'm getting that popcorn. Boom Chicka Pop is huge and they have it in little bags too. Where can you get it? They have it at airports everywhere. Really? Yeah. It's very popular. I don't really remember what it looks like. I'm going to have to look it up. I know. The one we got is a purple bag with pink letters. And they have different flavors? Dude, that shit was bomb. Yeah.
They had the little bags at airports too. Yeah. So one of our girlfriends, she's the queen of bringing snacks everywhere we go. She always brings a big bag. So she brought the popcorn that time and I had that on the boat because I was getting hungry. We brought sandwiches too.
But that didn't last me very long. We take them out and our friend's like, oh my God, where'd you get those? And we're like, we made them in our kitchen. They were like, that looks like Chipotle. I'm like, it tastes like Chipotle. Yes. Love making food. We are the queens of bringing like our own meals on boats.
And no one else thinks of it. And you can't be out from four to eight without dinner. Especially when they look at us and they're like, oh, I'm so hungry. Can I have a bite? I'm like, no. We bring a sandwich and everyone's like, oh my God, you're so smart. I'm like, duh. We're going to be here for four hours. You didn't bring a snack? Luckily we had that popcorn because that bag was gone within two minutes. Yeah. I mean, it was just so addicting. Everyone was just like...
Which it had to be fucking A because the way you open those bags is ridiculous. Yeah. You have to open it sideways. You can't open it like a regular like chip bag. Yeah. Stupid. But yeah, we always will bring food and everyone's like, oh my God, you're so smart. Like, why didn't you bring a sandwich? Yeah, I know. Peanut butter and jelly, turkey sandwich, anything. Why didn't you bring food? Literally. Could never be me. I'm going to be such a good mom like bringing...
So many snacks. Like the beach. Like a boat. Yeah. Everyone will have like a three-course lunch. Dude, that's literally what my mom was like when we were kids. She would bring everything. Yeah. But like gourmet shit too. And then my dad would pop out the grill on the beach. Yeah, can't go hungry. So that was like...
What we did on Friday was just have a long boat day. So a day in the sun. And then Saturday was another day in the sun. Yeah. Can I say what happened with Sneaky Link on Friday? Yeah. You get the Sneaky Link update. Everyone needs to know. I know. So Sneaky Link's like out of town for the week, which you guys were going fucking crazy on Saturday about like the whole like being out all day being like, is it this one? Is it this one? Is it this one? I'm like, guys, he's out of fucking town. Okay, leave me alone. But he came over and we were just like hanging out for a while. And we finally had like the conversation of like,
We're on the same page of, like, feelings and, like, where everything's at. So, like, oh, my God. I get giddy talking about it. I'm so lame. No, it's cute. It's cute to be, like, in the early stages of a relationship are just the best.
best yeah like it's so fun i wish i could just replay like the first week of a relationship yeah but like i'm gonna throw up even thinking of the words boyfriend slash relationship can we like put this side by side with the episode of me sitting here being like i'm gonna throw up at the time yeah like i literally think that's in the beginning of an episode of me being like oh my god like boyfriend i'm gonna throw up please do but yeah so i don't want to expose him too much but i'll just say right now like
We're very much on the same page and he's a fucking simp. Okay. Which I will get way more into towards the end of our catch up because there's more to discuss. But Saturday was a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun. We finally went paddle boarding again. Another ended up being an issue of like dealing with drunk people. But it's fine because we at least just started with like our girls.
like our friends paddle boarding chilling got nice and tan got nice and crispy um they were giving away like free wine on the water dude i didn't even drink that because i took oh my god i drank it i wasn't drinking roomies so i was like bro if i take this right now i'm gonna be crossed i was like i'm gonna be i was like i don't want to drink at all and then about an hour in i made i realized that paddle boarding on ladybird is just not a sober activity it's
awful if you're not drinking if you're there for longer than like an hour and a half like you really hit a wall where you need to leave like if i'm gonna paddleboard sober we need to like go paddle you know what i mean like do an activity yeah not sit there because i will lose my mind so so they're like do you want like free like rosé i was like
Please. Yeah. I was like, I'll take the one. And the one got me in a good mood for like another hour. I was like, okay, I'm a little happier. And then I was like, if I don't get the fuck out of this water, I'm going to kill someone. Dude, I had so much fun though all the way up until like the very ending because like I was on shroomies just enjoying life, looking at all the colors, all the people, all the sexy people. I was taking pictures of all my girlfriends. There was like, how many of us there? Like there was probably like 20 of us there, like in total.
Like, from, like, Jeannie's group to, like, our group to Storm's group. Like, there was, like, 20 people there. Probably. Right? Maybe. But anyways, our close girlfriends, pretty much everyone was there besides Juan because she had work. Sad. But I was just taking photos of everyone because I was like, oh my goodness, you all look amazing. So, like, later... Sam just kept being like, your butt looks great. Let me take a picture of you. Yeah, like, let me take a picture of you. Just your butt. Like, I just want a picture of just your butt. Because, like...
Later, like, when we got out of the car, I looked at my camera roll. I'm like, I literally just have pictures of all my friends' asses. Literally. It was so funny. But, yeah, we did not get out of there, like, planned how we would like to be leaving. We... All our friends started to, like, slowly, like, separate and paddle off and go home. But...
The people that we were with didn't want to leave because they were drunk, which it was only one person. It was one of our guy friends. And unfortunately, like he had his car keys, but like we were going to be, we were driving his car.
So he drove there because we can't drive a Tesla, Taylor's car, because it doesn't have one of those like... Cigarette lighters. Cigarette lighters. So you can't blow up paddle boards with our like electrical pump when you get there. So we have to take like a regular car. So we took this car... Even though I know we should have taken two cars. I know, dude. We should have fucking taken two cars. So...
We had to take his car and then he had the keys and he was like, there's no way like you guys are leaving without me. Like I have to come with you in your car. I'm like, we're like, fuck, like we want to get out of here so bad. So like basically moral of the story is like I'm never ever if I'm like
If one of us is not drinking... Driving ourselves, maybe. Like, we are driving. Like, whether that requires, like, more effort getting there slash maybe being a little bit more expensive because maybe you have to pay for parking at a parking garage or just, like, whatever you're doing or gas or whatever. Fucking drive your own car. Just drive your own fucking car because you can leave whenever you want. Like, being sober, you have, like...
a smaller social battery, obviously. And when you're drunk, time does not matter. But like, I was only on shrooms and that lasts maybe two hours, three hours max. And especially when something like that happens, like it just snaps you out of it. And I was like, I was like, okay. I was like,
taylor wants to go home the girls are pissed like we need to get out of here i was like so then i was just like we're getting out of here and i just hate reasoning with drunk people trying to get them to understand what you're talking about when they just don't want to hear it yeah there's like extra stubborn yeah like you know you're right you're the one that hasn't drank like we'd been there for hours we were
And tired. And sunburned. Like we just needed to leave it. Like it was already people were leaving. We needed to go. So it was this whole fiasco of finally getting us to go home. I was fucking irritated. I didn't even want to go out. I was like, I literally don't want to go out. I'm so annoyed. Like so tired. But I knew we had to go out because we told all of our, literally all of our girlfriends besides like one, which was Haley. She was out of town. And I was like, I don't want to go out.
She went to work but then went out of town. We were all finally going out this weekend. So I was like, we have to go out. All of our girlfriends are out. We need to go out. It's just one thing that we've realized is like, yeah, we have a big group of friends. But we really need to prioritize our girl time. That is so important. And I want to do more of that. Because even like...
This past weekend, the little amount of time that we had with our girlfriends, like, at the pregame and just, like, doing, like, little things, like, I cherish that so much. Girl time. And I need to do more of it. And we're all finally under agreement that, like, once the bachelorette starts, like, we're going to be doing something every Monday, rotating someone's house, so, like, we're going to all be hanging out. Bachelorette time. Bachelorette time. I just say girl time, and then I'll sing bachelorette. Girl time is just, like, different levels of...
Like fun. Yeah. And different. I don't know. It's just so different. Like I love like my guy friends and I'm so used to boys. Yeah. Something about girls. Yeah. Girls are just so fun to be around. No 100%. I love it. Especially like to like...
Love my guy friends so much, but it's like even like now that I'm getting like kind of closer with Sneaky Link, it's like I'll hang out with him and then it's like, okay, like I'm hanging out with guys so much to the point where it's like I need like a girlfriend to like gossip to. Like I need more of that. And it's like because...
Especially like... Yeah, you have a boyfriend and stuff. You don't talk about your boyfriend problems to boys. Yeah, exactly. That's not... Exactly. That's not cool. No. That's not what it is. Like, you just can't do that. That's like a boundary. And I don't know. It's just...
It's just fun. Even then, when you're with a boy a lot, it's like, oh my god, I've been with a boy for days. Like, give me girls. I want to be dealing with another man. Give me girls. Even sometimes when I go over to Dane's house and we're just sitting on the couch for like literally eight hours on end, I'm like, oh my god, these conversations. I'm like, I need to get the fuck out of here. Literally. I...
somehow ended up going out i like really got it together when i was like a literal zombie also we haven't even mentioned the fact that both of our men were out of town this night yeah both of our boys had to go out yeah we were on the loose um we were just like feral single no i'm kidding but like we just acted like it we just didn't have boys like we were just like on the loose um and i was like oh my god i'm gonna go because then i was like i'm gonna fight don't go everyone's gonna be like
like jonah's not here you didn't want to go like every time i was so tired like the sun two days in a row yeah and the 105 degrees takes it out of you yeah i was like it was so hot so hot i like really didn't want to go but i was like i'm gonna go because i said like the girls are going i was like i'm gonna go even if for a little bit um so finally made it did our usual rounds do you know the drill um
The usual vibes. Dude, I was so pissed, though. Like, once we got to Louchkey, like, and I realized how hot it was, my biggest mistake was not bringing, like, a hair tie. I brought three. You did? Mm-hmm. Oh.
Well, anyway, Riley gave me one thing. And then I gave one of mine to Riley. It was like a rotation. Yeah, because I was like, you know what? Fuck this. Like, I'm never not... Like, from here on out, if it's like in the hundreds during the weekend, hair is either going up or I'm going to make sure to bring like a clock clip so that way when I do want it to go up, like, I can put it up. Because I was wearing like this ratchet-ass like pony back for it. Like, it just...
I didn't hate the ponytail. I thought the ponytail looked cute on you. You never do a ponytail like that, like a not slick back one. I thought it looked really cute. Okay, thanks. Maybe next time I'll do it again. I liked it. But I need to do it more like clean because I just felt like, I don't know, it was like all sweaty back there. So I just felt disgusting. Yeah, yeah, that'll happen. Yeah, it was definitely really gross. I was a zombie. Then I was like, fuck it. One tequila Red Bull.
The one tequila Red Bull gave me the boost I needed. Tequila Red Bulls are literally like liquid crack. It's like pre-workout. Like, I bet if I drank a tequila Red Bull and went to the gym, I'd PR. Yeah. Like, when I tell you, like, the energy that soared through my veins. I'd be crazy.
And well, everyone was like, I feel like so many people bought me drinks that night. It was so weird. Like our friends. Dude, yeah. Like that tequila Red Bull. We did like a shotski. Yeah. So that was bought. Our friend's mom was there. She bought it. Yeah. Wait a second. I forgot about that.
about that Seth bought me a shot and then Jeannie bought me a drink dude that was crazy you're so right so many people were buying drinks I like Jeannie comes up to the bar and she's like what are you gonna get I was like a tequila Red Bull and then she's gonna get a tequila Red Bull this was like you don't have to buy me it she was like oh my god please let me buy it I was like okay well I was like well I have a tab open like get something if you get something else like put on my tab but I was like
And then I told Seth, I was like, I'll get it. He was like, I'll get it. And like bought a shot. I was like, what? What is this? I was like, why is everyone buying me drinks? I didn't even drink that much. I mean, I guess I should have because clearly they were just coming to me, but.
Yeah, I don't know why I was like, okay like is this like this is like princess treatment Like why is every single person in here buying me drink like okay about one drink. That's crazy It was so yeah I was doing back and forth with Bryce like every single time cuz we mean him we're both like yeah on shrooms still so like when you just like see someone else on shrooms you're like we're on the same leg like save my leg and then I just like oh I'm gonna go get a drink like do you want one? Yeah, I know she goes doing that. Yeah, so we were back forth back forth back
But anyways, where I was going with the fact that Tequila Red Bull's pre-workout, it like amped me up. I was like, okay. Because I was like, I'm literally going to go home. So I got that and I was like, oh, I can stay. And then I immediately hit a wall and I was like, Sam, I'm like Irish good-bye-ing. I'm leaving. I'm not saying bye to people, but I'm out of here. I just made the exact same decision that I was gone. Because I feel like FOMO used to control me a lot. And now, because we do so much all the time, I've let go of FOMO. It's one of those things where I'm like...
we've gone out so many times it's not even formal for me though it's more like i know if i say i'm gonna have fun see and i'm like the opposite i'm like if i stay our nights are fairly similar all the time but like i mean it didn't end up being that's no but but um but like for the most it's like i'm not fucking missing that much like half the time people say they don't even really fully know what happened like it's just like not that big like
like fomo doesn't really bother me anymore like i don't wake up seeing that oh i left and like people stayed out and did this and like oh fuck i left like i'm like i wanted to go home yeah i desperately want no i feel that honestly yeah just kind of doing what you like if i know i don't want especially if you're like already out but like if you're not like already out you know i'm saying like i would get like if i just know i don't want to be somewhere like
I don't have to go. FOMO just doesn't control me anymore. If I know there's somewhere I do not want to be, I don't want to go. And I'm not going to make myself want to go. Yeah, I feel. I feel. If an hour in, I would literally rather be home. Go home. Yeah. No one's holding you at a gunpoint to stay out. Please. Please.
Yeah, well, I mean, this past weekend was definitely a little bit different on that Saturday night. Mainly because, like, I, for the last three months, guys, have been going home, like, either going to my place or going to Sneaky Link's place for the last three months every single night we go out. And I was like...
This is my night finally where I'm not going home with him and like I can like stay out and like go to the post game with my friends. So I finally did a fucking post game and I was like, let's go full sense. So excited. So like around midnight, I'm
My friend that usually hosts the post game looks at me and goes, hey, you coming to the post game this time? And I was like, fuck yeah, I am. So at midnight, we headed out and we went to their place. We were chilling in their backyard because they have a house and literally two houses down...
there was a party going on so the neighbor like saw us all out in the backyard and like did a loop around to the front yard and knocked on our front like my friend's front door and was like hey like we're having a party two houses down like you guys should come and we're all hammered so we're like fuck yeah let's go it was not at all what we expected it to be it was like a full-on like
Mexican barbecue with like a family. There was like a toddler. There was like an elderly person, like people of all ages and they were blaring music. They had the grills going, cooking up some fajitas. They had like chips and salsa and like dancing going on. There was a baby literally sleeping in a fucking stroller next to the fucking fajitas. Like there was like 10 of us that just all went in and we were, they were like, please.
And I was like, fuck yeah, I'll eat. So I'm being like fat, like I'm dancing, I'm being fed fajitas. And like, there was this like older man who didn't speak a lick of English. And I was like, I'm gonna go dance with him. Watch this. So like I go over there and I start dancing with him. I grab his hands. He starts twirling me around. And I'm like, I'm just living my best life. Like we stayed there for probably like an hour and a half, like,
And it was just, like, the best time of my entire life. And you know, like, those moments where you're just, like... You're having so much fun and you're in that moment. But then you're kind of in the back of your head. You just, like, sit back and you actually look at it. And you're like, what the fuck is going on? Like, why is there, like, a 12-year-old boy at 1.30 in the morning just, like, out here dancing with me? It's a Hispanic party thing. And, like, I'm blackout drunk right now. It was just so funny. But, like, they were all so nice. And I was like...
I was like, whenever you guys do this again, like, please come knocking on the door. Like, invite us, invite us, invite us. Like, this is so fun. Like, and the one lady that, like, invited us over didn't even live there. And I was like, do you live here? She goes, no, he does. And, like, pointed at somebody else. I was like, oh, like, I thought you lived here this whole time because I was, like, hanging out with her most of the time. And I was like, well, next time you guys do this, like, please invite us. Which I... Which what? What?
So wild. No, I know. But I was like, but I'm probably never going to do that again. Yeah. That was a one and done thing for me. Like a post game. I'm like the queen of like getting in my bed by like midnight. And I was FaceTiming Sneaky like the next day and I was telling him about it. And I was like, I was so excited to like finally go to a post game. Like first time doing it. Like,
you know i like made the joke of like you never let me go to post games like we never go to places we always just go home and he looks at me and goes sam that's always you you're always the one begging to get the fuck out and go home and i'm like it is you i know it is me it is me i'm like no it's not no it's not it is you but i just like really enjoyed getting home early and stuff because the weekend felt so long because i was up and adam it also helped that because my boyfriend wasn't over like it wasn't like oh let's just like lay in bed it's
like you passed out uh-huh like you passed out like you didn't like like no but stay up longer even in like the mornings like it's easier to be like lay in bed all day because like yeah just like chill there but like i could just get up and do things which i told him that i'm done with now i'm gonna keep i'm like now we gotta get up and do shit i'm over this um but it was like a perfect amount of like
balanced last weekend that I want to keep the vibes on where I felt like I was like up early most days like yeah went for walks like got a lot done and felt very like I had my shit together but also had fun
It was like chef's kiss. I don't like feeling like a fucking mess. Yeah, no, I feel you. I've been feeling like really good lately with like only going out once a weekend. It's just the not getting back until like two in the morning, two thirty in the morning really kind of fucked with me for the next day. But it's totally OK. Like it's a one and done. It's probably not happening ever again. Like I will continue to make sure I'm home by midnight. Um.
But I am definitely feeling good this month. Boston is definitely going to be a little bit of a twist on that, but whatever. I'm taking it chill this weekend because Sam's leaving. Yeah. I'm like, which, oh, I didn't even tell you this, but all of our friends don't really want to go out this coming weekend anyway. Like, yeah, like this weekend. I don't want to go out. Yeah, they're like, because guys going into like July, like,
I'm personally, I don't know if you are, but I'm personally booked up all the way until September. Yeah. Like, my whole month, my weekends of July and August are completely booked up. So, I need to, like, chill this month. Although, I know, I keep saying that, Boston. But, like, I don't even know if, like, the last, like...
I don't know. We'll see. Yeah, no. Yeah, there's a lot going on. Like, I'll go out, but it's going to be casual. And then, like, because when you're away in August, my parents want to come here. Yeah, I'm gone for two weekends in August. Sad. There's a lot. There's a lot. And I just, like, really don't want to... I want to go to the movies. Like, there's other things I want to do. Yeah. I want to do, like...
low-key but i know like july august is going to be like the best two months of this entire summer we got oh no three concerts four boats and i'm in hawaii for two weeks next month is going to be like
Fucking killer yeah but it's gonna be A lot it's a marathon not a sprint 1000% but that's what happens When you live in Austin Texas So much going on I know And now I won't be seeing Sneaky Link for like two weeks so like this is A real indicator whether of like Oh my god is there gonna be temptation Slash am I like do I Really like him as much as I do which I do like I'm trying to I'm trying to like convince myself I mean like I know We're facetiming so much it's so bad
He's on vacation FaceTiming me like such a simp. That's crazy. And I told him, I go, you're such a fucking simp. And he goes, no, I'm not. Don't say that. I'm like, yeah, you are. But yeah, so I won't see him for another week. And...
I don't know. I'm playing hard to get. Not really. No, you're not. Not really. I'm convincing myself I am. You're playing wife. Yeah. Fuck. Damn it. God damn it. But we can get into the episode. Yeah. These are 10 easy, healthy habits that you can incorporate into every single day of your life. And even if some days you do like 5 out of 10, that's still so many. And if you keep doing these...
Forever that'll just like change your life. So we'll just get into it. The first one is daily movement. Obviously exercise is huge to us at the end of the day. This is a fitness podcast. You might not know. It might not be that obvious. Yeah, but it is. So daily movement is huge. Going to a gym, going to a workout class.
Going for a walk, going for a run, whatever. Following a workout on the Fitness Uncensored app programs. You know, whatever it is. Moving your body in some way every single day will always make you feel better. It physically, chemically releases endorphins in your brain. Yeah, always making it a priority. Even if you're not really planning your day until the second you wake up in the morning or if you're not planning it until the night before, just allowing yourself to know, okay, at this time, I will be making this decision
like block of time, whether it's 45 minutes, hour of my movement. And that's when I'm going to be going to the gym on my walk. Just like allow yourself to know a little bit ahead of time. That's when you're going. And on your rest days, besides the days that you think you need to take like a total rest day, even doing things like going to the mall and like getting a bunch of steps from walking. We love a mall trip. Or walking to get a coffee like that all counts as rest.
a good amount of movement on days that you don't want to go to the gym. Yeah, exactly. And then number two is making sure each meal has a serving of greens. And I have been like the epitome of health with this. Like, I'm not even kidding. I have never felt so good in my life, like until now, especially with my relationship with food. But just like the habit of making sure that there's always going to be greens in my meals. Like,
Two three years ago your girl was eating like frozen foods all the time like just not feeling my my my best and now that I'm like sneaking greens into everything like I feel amazing my digestion is on like I got a solid poop schedule like you know the vibes. Yeah I know each meal can be a little bit intimidating but.
I personally in my life like to think of it as like at least one meal a day because then like obviously like breakfast I'm more of a fruit gal. Yeah, even fruit though. Like speaking fruit or veggies. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But as far as like green food, the green food is so good for you. Like it's like something green on your plate. Like those vegetables are very, very good for you. And like putting it in one meal will make all the difference. And then obviously fruits and veggies and other things. But like sometimes it's like
difficult at making other things fast but if you can put a bunch in at least one meal a day compared to zero that's huge when i moved in with you you like literally didn't know i literally didn't like i did not eat vegetables at all i fucking hated them like she would make these bowls like rice bowls and she'll throw like mixed greens into it and i'd be like ew like no i'm literally just gonna stick to my chicken and rice with like
Something random. But now, like, I'm literally putting shredded zucchini into my, like, cream of rice and adding microgreens on top of the things. I'm having a vegetable at, like, every dinner. Like, this week I'm doing fajita or I'm doing burritos and, like, putting, obviously, lettuce in there and, like, a bunch of veggies. But, like, two, three years ago, I would not be sautéing up fucking vegetables.
Like peppers and onions. Like that's just not something I would have done. You like literally didn't eat vegetables. Yeah. Craziness. Yeah. But it's not like a myth. Like vegetables are good for you. And at least carnivore accounts like to tell you that like...
Beef is more nutritious than broccoli You need to eat vegetables Yeah even on top of like obviously like the benefits Of like greens and Fruits and whatever it's like Also like the volume of your meals Is like changing so much So much It fills you up so much longer the more volume You have with your meals so like if you're gonna add in Like an extra serving or two of like
some type of green like that's beneficial too so there's so many things i can go on a tangent about that but i we need to on with it so i'll shut the fuck up yeah um but i can keep talking about that forever uh number three water water is so important carrying around a water bottle with you that you like and enjoy drinking out of and you might be like what do you mean enjoy drinking out of do you like a straw do you like
Just like a like open circle. Do you like a straw that pops up? Do you like a straw that's always out? Do you like it bigger? Do you like it smaller? It like sounds stupid, but finding one that you like to drink out of will make a big difference than like half a gallon to a gallon of water a day. I know a gallon of water can be a lot when you don't drink a lot of water, but like half a gallon to a gallon of water every single day is crucial. It'll make your skin glow. It'll make you just like feel less like dry, like literally like
Even on the outside of your body. Yeah. Like, you will just feel better. If you have, like, lip filler, like, your lips will be more plump. Like, everything is better when you drink more water. And being hydrated is so important. Especially, like we said, it's literally 105 degrees here in Texas. And it's probably hot as hell where you are, too. Water is so important. Yeah. And then number four is going to be tracking your protein. Obviously, like...
We don't track anymore, but back in the day when we did track, first thing I ever did was track my protein because it makes such a difference with not only feeling full from your foods, but the benefits that you get from protein and
Just overall understanding like portion sizing with food. Like now when I do eat my food, like I can look at something and be like, okay, like that piece of chicken is probably like six ounces. So that's probably like XYZ amount of protein. So it's definitely important if you're going to get into tracking to at least start tracking your protein out of everything. Yeah. And even if I know people here track and they think putting something on a scale and measuring it to a T, but even if you're just making mental notes of, okay,
Did all of my meals today have a solid protein source in your meal? Yeah. Like mentally making note that you are making choices every day to have protein in your meal. And this will change your life and making you full, putting on more muscle mass, all that good stuff. Yeah. Yeah.
And it's definitely like there will be time and place to with like meals like, oh, maybe I don't really actually want protein in it. But like once you can get into like the habit of having protein in every meal, like you're not even going to like think twice about it. Like when you're making something, I can't even honestly remember the last time I've made something from home where there hasn't been like protein as like the main like compound of the meal. Right. And this next one is tidying up your space before going to bed.
For me, I'm a messy room girly. It's just how I live. And that's just a characteristic of mine. But tightening up even just a little bit, even if it means like...
You had clothes on the floor and you just moved them to like a pile on a chair. Like any form of making something a little bit tidier so when you wake up, your space feels better. So important. And not just your room, but something we always do too is like the kitchen. We don't go to sleep with the mess from dinner in the kitchen. Oh, hell no. Ever. That just doesn't happen. There's never like a huge pile of dishes in the sink. Like things are kept together and that will make...
You feel less like stress going to bed, like you're not going to bed thinking like, oh my God, I left that mess and I have to like clean it in the morning. You can be just a little bit more at peace and then you'll wake up more relaxed.
Ready to tackle the day. Yeah, because you don't have something like an obstacle in front of you Yeah, when I wake up and my room is messy. I like hate everything Yeah, like I feel like at least for me when there is like a mess or anything when I first wake up in the morning like My brain instantly goes to like cleaning up the mess rather than getting my like first task of the day Over with and done so it's like it's already setting me back a step at the beginning of the day. So
definitely important to make sure you're cleaning up your space. That's a great way to put it. Yeah, that was good. I'm going to clip that. Yeah, there you go. That's good. And then number six is kind of maintaining... I spelled that so fucking wrong. Guys, I wrote the list and it's spelled wrong. Maintaining self-care routine. I like...
Don't know why it took me so long actually I do know why it took me so long to have a self-care routine because I had been living with brothers my entire life but now that I live with Taylor I finally have a self-care routine and I feel like So good with it like skin glowing energy great like wakes me up in the morning puts me to sleep at night like I feel great I Love it. I used to not really care about products. Really. I was like, what's the difference between? camera died don't on top
whatever i have enough to clip there's enough to make clips out of that okay um it's literally plugged in oh whatever anyways i used to be like what's the difference between like a dollar shampoo and fifty dollar shampoo like i was like shampoo like who the fuck cares i was a good kid like what did i i didn't know like i brushed my hair and i like put it in a ponytail and i like flat ironed it like what did it matter if i
I bought cheap shampoo or expensive shampoo. I just was like, nothing makes a difference. Oh my God, guys. Like I got this hair mask from Way and it makes my hair feel so soft. I like exfoliate in the shower using a good razor. Oh my God, like body oil after the shower, skincare, like dermaplaning your face at home. So many things that just make you feel so like
pretty and nice and like smelling good and like good hygiene like buying stuff and actually like really taking care of yourself like that is so important and I do it like twice a week yeah and then one thing for me with skincare too is like I never really noticed like the difference between products but then once I was like
Because we get a lot of PR, which we're really lucky and fortunate that we are able to switch around with products, try new products. I didn't realize the difference that products actually do make with your skin. When I stopped using... This is not an ad at all. Genuinely, I use ClearStem stuff. And when I use...
Their stuff like my face is just like glowing radiant like no under eye bags No, like discoloration in my under eyes and like I just feel amazing And then when I stopped using that and started using like other pr stuff because I ran out
That's when I noticed like oh my god like my skin actually is different like I didn't think anything of it I just thought hey if I use like skincare products like my skin will feel fine so I just feel like finding the products that work best for you is like really important and maintaining self-care stuff that like getting your hair done yeah nails done.
White toes, baby. Getting facials. Whatever is most important to you. Just, like, maintaining the things that make you feel pretty and, like, good hygiene. Yeah. So, I was gonna say, even with your skin, I feel like it's made your skin less, like, freckly. You think? Or, like, I don't know. Like, in the pictures when you post, like, um, skincare comparisons. Yeah. Like, the first picture, like, you look like... Like, you look...
It looks more like... Your face is more like sun. I don't even know what I'm... No, like dried out. Like sun. Yeah, no. I looked older. I looked like a leather bag. It's crazy. Yeah. Wild. It's like actually... They should use those pictures. I know they should. For marketing. They should. Damn. It's wild. It's crazy stuff. This next one is basically...
Kind of contradicts itself because it's a healthy habit and the healthy habit is kind of doing something unhealthy every day. Like doing one thing that is not quote unquote healthy.
healthy like eating dessert watching crap television having I'm having a diet coke or a real coke if that's like your thing like doing something every day that's like not super healthy yeah because like if you do things like that at least once a day like you're tripping tricking your brain into believing like that that thing that you're doing isn't bad
Yeah, so it's like it which it isn't bad but like some people Will think those things are bad because they're trying to stay away from them They're trying to restrict themselves and then like once you start to allow yourself to do those things on like a daily basis That's when you're tricking your brain into like believing that it's not bad, which again, it's not bad But it just gets you out of that like restrict binge mindset Whether it's like with food and chocolate or having dessert at night like whatever it is so just allowing yourself like
Not necessarily like I even said this to Taylor when we were writing up the list like the 80 like 80 20 rule like similar along the lines of that is just like allowing yourself a little bit of a treat once a day. Because if you're gonna like chocolate every single day before bed it's way healthier to do that than obsessed waiting till Saturday when you allow yourself a chocolate and you're gonna stress and think about chocolate. Yeah.
for every single day for the rest of your life when you can just like do something that's going to make you feel good yeah your happiness is also important and like doing something fun it also keeps you motivated you can't be on all the time and there's no need for you to be on all the time like you should enjoy your life like imagine like being able to just like one day middle of the week have some chocolate and like not get so in your head about it
Like, it's so crazy to think about, but five years ago, something like that for me would have been, like, so hard to deal with, having chocolate or anything like that. And then once I started to incorporate it daily, it's, like, it's nothing. Yeah, and it's just, like, mindful of, like...
like portions not just like food but it's like okay don't spend all day glued to the couch binging netflix all day but like watch an episode yeah like watch one episode late at night before bed just like being mindful of fitting things in so it keeps you going so you have that balance it's so important yeah um number eight dedicate time off your phone um
There's so many ways you can go about this, whether it's like you want 30, 45 minutes of your time off your phone. Like one thing I see a lot of is people saying that they don't have time for things. And I guarantee you, if you looked at your screen time, you were probably sitting on the couch for like 45 minutes to an hour just scrolling on TikTok. So...
Get up, get out, get off your phone, whether it's going on a walk, reading a book, doing something other than scrolling. Yeah, like reading has been huge for me. It is my favorite thing in the whole entire world. I just hit 25 books. I'm halfway through my goal. Sick. But walking, listening to a podcast is also a big one. Just something to...
Get your mind off of like the fake reality that is TikTok and your phone. Because looking at the blue light's bad. Looking at things and comparing yourself to people isn't good. Reading negative stuff isn't good. Just kind of like taking a second. It could literally be 10 minutes. Dude, when I see like a hate comment...
like anywhere on anyone's video, whether it's my video or anything, I'm just like, they need this. They need number eight. Dedicate time off your phone. They do because you are so stuck in social media. Because it's like, you think that this video was like personal to you. And you took the time to comment mean on it. This video has nothing to do with you. And you feel so invested. It's like their real world. It really is their real world. Which is what scares me with these like VR things. Yeah. Because then these people are going to feel really like,
Like the Apple things that like puts your screen in your room. Like what they're going to think I'm in their living room. Then they're really going to fucking hate me. Yeah. It's really crazy. No, it's bad. It's like you need a...
really like experience the world and the fact that like this person on your tiktok feed isn't coming for you like take you don't know them take your 45 minutes to an hour and like pick up a hobby yeah go on a walk go on a walk pick up a hot they don't have hobbies no exactly that's what they need hobbies bring back hobbies hobbies learn to knit yeah make candles soap soap
100 and then you can shove it in your fucking mouth they're gonna say shove it up your ass i was like yeah shove that fucking soap up your ass yeah no no no imagine like genuinely like those people that like spend all day on reddit like you need a fucking hobby you need how you need to read a book i feel bad for him just kidding
And the amount of like reading of Reddit threads those people do, like, my God, you'd probably be on book number. Dude, I know. Read a book. Dude, they would have like a world record of like amount of books read in a year. They probably read more words than I have. Yeah, probably. Yeah.
This one is something that like came to mind because I realized it's something we do and a lot of people don't. And it's something I feel so strongly about. And that's you can't be spending the day in your bed. Your room is for sleeping and for relaxing. And that's it. So like let's say you work from home, which I know a lot of you do. Don't sit in bed and go about your day. Don't relax in your bed in the middle of the day. Like why?
Work somewhere else even if you live in a small space like work at your kitchen counter work at your kitchen table work on the couch Work not in your bed get out of your bed get out in your of your room because your bed is just like it's not productive Being in your bed is not productive. Even if i'm like laying on the couch all day, like it's not in my bed Yeah, I don't know and I just feel so strongly about that and that's why I hated living in a dorm in college because
You share a room with someone and the only thing I had was my bed. Yeah. And my desk chair. My desk chair wasn't comfortable. So I spent so much time in my bed because you like literally have 10 square feet of space. And I hated it because it made me just feel like icky and gross. And I'm just a huge believer that if you were a person that works from home and all you do is like
pull open your computer on your bed and like open emails in your bed and do that i promise you getting out of your bed will make you feel so much better how many times did she say bed in the last 30 seconds oh my god such a good point but no seriously i like realized too like i was never really like that though like never did one thing about me one thing about me is like i just like
Could never do that even in my dorm room like I would we have like desks in our dorm room too like little wooden desks and like I would just sit there like I would eat dinner there I would eat my food there whatever like do my work there do my makeup there like literally never was in my bed I would make my bed and I feel like making your bed too is like a good way to like not get yourself back into bed midday so always make your bed in the morning because that's one thing I always do in the morning.
yeah i was never i'd never hang out in my bed it's just not something that i ever did yeah in my life and it just makes me feel better it makes me feel as a person but yeah it gets you so excited to just like jump into bed yeah and when you have those days like you're sick or something where you are in bed all day it's like okay now it feels different it's different it's different yeah it's different it's a little bit more rewarding yeah because like being in bed all day all the time like you're a lazy section but like
Once in a while you're sick and all you did was lay in a bed. Kind of hits. Yeah. And then the last one is going to be following a schedule. Now, I know it can be hard for anyone that's like maybe they don't have a schedule. Their days are always different. But like even giving yourself like small little things throughout the day that are like a consistent time or a consistent thing that you're doing like will help you downplay
down the road, build a very big long-term schedule for yourself. And we follow this Monday to Friday. Our Monday to Fridays is literally the same thing every single day. So even if you want to start off with breakfast, say breakfast, you're like, I'm going to make sure every single morning I'm having breakfast at 9 a.m. And it's going to happen. I'm having my breakfast at 9 a.m. every single day. And it is going to help you become more consistent with certain things.
over time yeah and just helping your kind of time management as a person and like discipline and even if your job has different hours maybe what your schedule looks like is every monday is the same every tuesday is the same every wednesday is the same maybe they're different from each other
But you know Mondays you do this, Tuesdays you do this. And you keep that schedule. I was literally just listening to a podcast and she was saying that she has to wake up at different times. So she doesn't have a set wake up time. But she just says she wakes up an hour and a half before she needs to start what she's doing. So sometimes the hour and a half is seven, sometimes it's six. And that was like an interesting way to put it too.
But like I like to be in bed by a certain time. Just like for me, there's no reason to like on a Monday or Monday through Thursday. There's no reason for me to sometimes go to bed at nine and sometimes go to bed at two. Yeah. There's literally no reason you should go.
I should try to be in bed and be on my routine. I'm in my bed at like, honestly, like 830 at these points. It's so bad. But like, that's just like, it's nice to keep a solid routine. Like I don't really know how to explain it other than it just makes you feel better. Yeah, exactly. It genuinely, it makes you just feel a little bit more productive and like you like did the right things. Yeah. But that's about it. Do you have anything to follow up with? Um, not really. That was, that was 10. Yeah. Um,
10 habits to build over time. You don't have to get them all 10 down right away, but as long as you are starting and you are making moves to become your best self. Yep. So true. I have to go downstairs and pack now because I have to leave here in like two hours. Going back to Boston.
