  1. New Year's Day (January 1st): Celebrates the start of the new year.
  2. Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January): Honors civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
  3. Presidents' Day (Third Monday in February): Honors all U.S. presidents, particularly George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.
  4. Memorial Day (Last Monday in May): Honors military personnel who died in service.
  5. Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19th): Commemorates the end of slavery in the U.S.
  6. Independence Day (July 4th): Celebrates the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the U.S.
