On this weeks episode, Sydney takes us back through her entire journey from the very beginning. Born and raised in New Jersey, McLaughlin easily fell in love with freedom our sport provides. “I always had hope that this would happen, but I didn’t think it would be like this,” she answered viewing her career as a kid. At the age of 17 Sydney made her first appearance in the 2016 Olympic Games. With that experience 4 years later she takes home two Olympic gold medals along with her second world record. Sydney not only is inspiring on the track, her spiritual journey is just as moving. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone is the first women to ever break 51 seconds in the 400mh, breaking her own world record 4 times over 13 months. Listen as Sydney takes us through each year of her career and shares a few plans for next season. S/O https://www.instagram.com/haywardmagic , give them a follow on IG!
