彭博社上星期委托著名的半导体调查公司 TechInsights 拆解了一台中国华为)新上市的 Mate 60 Pro手机，证实里头使用了中国国产的七纳米芯片。这个消息震撼美国，因为这表明在美国的严厉制裁与限制之下，中国只用了三年时间就能自己生产出七纳米高端芯片)，突破了美国的科技封锁。

一个星期后，华为又宣布预售另两款新手机，经过测试都有5G)的功能，证明中国已经能大量生产高端的芯片。

Chinese mobile phone company Huawei unveiled its latest Mate 60 Pro. According to a teardown report by analysis firm TechInsights, Huawei Technologies and China's top chipmaker Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp (SMIC) have built an advanced 7-nanometre processor to power its latest smartphone.

The 7nm chip represents a breakthrough in China’s chipmaking capability. It was previously believed that the best China could achieve was about 14nm.
