it's easy to tell yourself that you should've done better; to believe that you've fallen short on your goals and your expectations. it's too easy to shift the blame onto yourself and to belittle your accomplishments, because it "easier".
you need to adjust how you talk to yourself; give yourself credit where it's due, allow yourself the time to continually grow into the person that you are.
