AI has always been integrated into our lives through social media and search engines, even before we realized it. For example, TikTok and Instagram algorithms are driven by AI and have a huge influence on what we see daily.

ChatGPT has definitely made me think more critically about how I approach tasks, but I also realize the importance of preserving human thinking and individuality amidst this technological boom.

I think the three words that define my AI journey are: learn, adapt, and evolve. It’s about constantly being open to new information, applying what you’ve learned, and refining your approach as things change.

One of the biggest challenges with AI, especially in image and video generation, is getting it to produce exactly what you want. It’s amazing, but there’s definitely a learning curve in knowing how to prompt AI correctly.

I’m optimistic about AI, but cautious about AGI. If machines can replicate human thought, it raises questions about the value of our own individuality. But at the same time, AI could free us from mundane tasks and let us focus on what makes us more human—our creativity and relationships.
