Inspired by real events, written by the Oscar-nominated Iris Yamashita and narrated by Will Sharp, Purple Heart Warriors tells the story of the 442nd Infantry Battalion

the most decorated unit in American military history for its size and length of service. The brave young men of the 442nd were nicknamed the Purple Heart Battalion, a segregated unit largely made up of Japanese Americans who fought the Germans in the fields of France and Italy during the Second World War.
