Members Reviews: a great book. We will be using it in a ... a great book. We will be using it in a Sunday school class on John. I am team teaching it. Beth is a little more conservative in her theology than I am but that is ok. It gives us points of discussion for class. Dialogue is what is needed to bring out points & create new understanding. Beth Moore is a good writer & researches her material well. I don't always agree with her but that's ok. If we were all alike & agreed on everything the world would be a boring place. Disagreement leads to better understanding. This book (like all of Beth's books) is a good read & a good source for teaching about an important man in the early Christian movement. RAG

Great study! This is the best study I have traveled thru with Beth. She made the pages come alive like never before. I couldn't wait to get to my study time each evening to see what she would say next. She truly conveyed God's love.

Eye opening I love the imagery with which this Godly lady writes. As a mans man I enjoyed her style and language as she properly (I think) the life of Christâs dear Apostle
