Publisher's Summary: The millennial Moses is not a known subject in the church. There is only one direct scripture which talks about him in Doctrine and Covenants 103:15-16. All other scripture references are indirect or alluded to, just as the opening scripture in Jeremiah. Basically there is to be one like Moses who will bring to pass much restoration, the final gathering, the Great Division or Sifting, and lead the Saints to their millennial inheritances in New Jerusalem. There are several thoughts about who this modern Moses is or will be. The first comes from Elder John A. Widtsoe who believes the man will already be the president of the church. The second is that he will be chosen by the president of the church. The third is that he will be chosen by god, independent from the church and president. The concern is, if the saints do not know about their future Moses, then how will they recognize and more importantly accept him when he comes? That's where this book comes in. I will discuss who Moses was, who his pharaoh was, other Moses figures and their pharaohs, and then show the prophesies of the millennial Moses. In this way it is hoped that the saints will not be deceived as the Jews were at the time of Christ, thinking he is a false messiah.
