Publisher's Summary: The lessons and stories from the beloved novel A Christmas Carol point to bedrock values we all share. Award-winning author Bob Welch takes listeners deeper into the nuances of this classic by Charles Dickens. From the miserliness of Scrooge to the innocence of Tiny Tim, 52 Little Lessons from A Christmas Carol will inspire listeners to live for what really matters, not only at Christmas but all year long.

Members Reviews: Wonderful Biblical tie-ins "A Christmas Carol" is my favorite Dickens book and my favorite Christmas story (something that countless other readers no doubt can say). This book skillfully ties together the lessons that Scrooge learned during that wonderful Christmas Eve adventure with the spirits to Biblical truths. Dickens, a devout believer, was able to weave Biblical lessons throughout his original work. Welch brings those lessons to life in a unique manner that is as meaningful today as they were when Dickens first penned his work. Reader Jonathan Yen did a wonderful job. My only complaint is that this book practically cries out for a narrator with an English accent.
