Sometimes we can get so used to our habits that they rewire our brain. Let's take Anxiety for example. We can get so used to worrying, jumping to conclusions, ect that we do not realize that it is actually changing the structure of our brain! Now we are at a point that is seems we cannot break out of it. No matter what area you struggle with it is extremely difficult to break out of bad habits. Be encouraged and know that you are still loved. Accept the fact that this is going to take a lot of trying and a lot of failing. In turn, this will produce a lot of humility! Be encouraged and know that there is no growth in discomfort! Life is a journey, so let's embrace the journey of growth instead of chasing perfection:)
