- How do you create a funnel of your own?
- Work with your principal and share the vision for getting into classrooms by first meeting with all teachers.
- Have your meeting dates set up with the principal before the PD session
- Have your follow up email and resources ready to go
- End the PD session by telling the teachers that they will be seeing you in their classrooms to support on this new skill that is being requested by the principal.
