Students from my courses are welcome to listen to this podcast. This was the silver linning for me, when I was going through what you are going through now and it made me a really better person. For example, if I were a baker and had to make 500 cookies for a company, I started to see my contribution for what it was, real value, not to impress the organisation, but to add to my accomplishments. That sense of wellbeing through achievement and value addition started to mean so much more to me, it was my real take away.
