In this episode we discuss the combined topic of promotion, equality and valuing yourself. How fair and equal is promotion when it is determined by others over you, is that a real equal process or should there be something more, especially when we factor in self worth and valuing oneself. The view that there shouldn't be a need for issues around equality to exist if true equality was just an acceptance of everyone and everything.
