This week on the Do You Cashflow Podcast, we talk with Arianne Lemire who schools us on Real Estate Syndication. In short, real estate syndication is buying a deal using active and passive investors. Using a particular SEC financial structure, Arianne is able to put together deals, large and small and raise the funds to make them happen using specifically created limited purpose LLC’s and raise capital in a specific and defined structure offering ownership to all the partners. It seemed complicated, but we break it down so even someone as simple as Jason can understand.
