As an introvert, you likely have a LOT of ideas. But you know that having great ideas is only half the battle. The other half is capturing those ideas before they disappear into the ether. Introverts naturally focus on their inner world of ideas whereas extroverts spend more time naturally focusing on the outer world around them. So, as introverts, we have a gift for thinking deeply and coming up with creative and innovative ideas and solutions. We need to give ourselves time and space to use and also enjoy our great gifts of thinking. We also need to be ready for those great ideas when we are not expecting them and learn to capture them as they come. In this episode, we talk about both ways of getting ideas, both the planned and the unplanned. Learning to give yourself time to think and then be able to capture your ideas, organize, and prioritize them is a major component of productivity for introverts. Be productive in getting your important work done and having the life that you want.
