Dr Jon Danielsson is a reader at the Department of Finance and a member of the FMG. Dr Bob Hancke is a reader in European Political Economy at the European Institute, LSE. Dr Vassilis Monastiriotis is a senior lecturer in the Political Economy of South Eastern Europe at the Hellenic Observatory, LSE. Dimitri Vayanos is professor of finance, programme director of Paul Woolley Centre for the Study of Capital Market Dysfunctionality and a member of the FMG, LSE.
