Less plot focused than the other Muppet films, Muppets from Space tries to explain why Gonzo is so weird. The answer is not exactly satisfying. Sure, there are cameos like Ray Liotta and Kathy Griffin, but this is not one of the better ones. It's not really a spoof of science-fiction like the title implies either.
