Would have been more useful if more information on switch words would have been given and their history. Nice read.
Interesting and helpful I enjoyed this book. Not only was it helpful, the author's experiences with addiction made the techniques authentic. The book is practical and upbeat to say the least. The ideas make sense, too. I have given them a try and found them helpful. I recommend this book.
Excellent book. Very interesting book, "switchwords" are powerful weapons to access the subconscious mind, and combined with EFT power is multiplied several times, it is knowledge that should get the bulk of the population. Congratulations to the author. Excellent book.
I really enjoyed book 1 in this series Meh. I really enjoyed book 1 in this series, but book 2 was more of a brief rehash of that book with a new chapter on subliminals. I had hoped the author would have provided examples of combining the two (like he did in the first book with EFT and switchwords), but it didn't happen. if this is the only book you read on switchwords, it may not be the best intro for them.
Easy to read and very uplifting Will be using these switch words daily! I am very excited to make some big changes and with the help of the author it will be much easier.
