Are you disillusioned? What illusion were you under to begin with?
How many ways have you been deceived? How many times have you been deceived? Are your eyes playing tricks on you? Or has the trickery been intentional on someone else’s part?
Truth is we all have a loose relationship with what we “know to be reality!” Whether by trickery, deception or just wishful thinking, what IS TRUE is often different from what we hold to be true. Often the difference is a simple as ignorance and by that I mean limited knowledge or awareness.
Spending some time in self discovery and reflection is very helpful. Spending time observing others and asking them genuine, curiosity based questions is another way to remove perceptions, deceptions and masks.
If you are a leader, the truth is well worth pursuing. Know the truth. It is the fastest path to freedom!
