Alana had a career as a nurse, was married for 10 years and has 4 children. After her divorce, she decided to make a career shift to have more flexibility to allow for time for her kids and their sports. She is now part of the weird world of Massage Therapy. Since becoming a RMT, Alana has been told what RMTs can and cannot do, such as make money, open multidisciplinary clinics, or be taken seriously working with athletes if you’re a cute blonde (insert eye roll here). Alana is from a small town and shared some of the ridiculous rumours which have circulated about her since becoming a therapist and some of the locker room talk that people think is appropriate.
