这期播客,我请来了世界上第一个可能不会死的男人Bryan Johnson。
很多人应该也刷到过他和他儿子换血的视频,我第一次听说这个事时,简直WTF??后来又知道,他每年花几百万美金抗衰,一天要吃上百个药片,从来不晒太阳,简直就是个人间吸血鬼。
他说他不会死,别人12个月变老1岁,但他19个月才真的“变老”1岁。
我问他怎么才能永生?结果他给了我一个非常难评的回答:好好睡觉,好好吃饭,好好锻炼。
他倒是把这点践行得很好,每晚八点半睡觉,五点半起床,经过了一系列光照电击锻炼测量等等严格到变态的程序,之后坐在餐桌上吃他的素食早餐时,大部分人的一天还没开始。
所以我也很好奇,过这种日子他真的快乐吗?如果我也和他一样活成机器人,是不是我也能永生了?
更重要的是,人应该追求永生吗?毕竟,正是因为生命短暂,所以我们才更加珍惜当下,才能创造出无限的可能。
