Listen in to this episode as Suzanna Hanna and I dive into how healing ourselves heals our relationships and beyond. Suzanne Hanna is a healer, visionary, writer, and inspirational speaker. She has helped hundreds of men and women move through their fear and pain as a way to live a more inspired and wholehearted life. Suzanne is the founder and creator of The Wilderness Walk, an experiential hero’s journey through the darkness and fear of the inner mind and the pain of the wounded heart in order to help others integrate ALL aspects of their being, both light, and dark. She has recently ignited a Healing Revolution through her nonprofit organization Global Healing Collective. Her mission is to bring together like-minded individuals and businesses who are committed to healing themselves and the world. We jam on - the importance of confronting your own internal wilderness, the shadow, the parts you don’t want to acknowledge, the shame and doubt and fear, and facing and integrating those aspects is the key to liberating ourselves, and the greater good from suffering, -healing our collective sexual shadow -taking responsibility for what you are creating -the healing power of solitude and nature, and the power of joining together for collective healing. Listen in as Suzanne talks about following your calling - even when terrifying, and how listening to her inner voice gave her the courage to create the Global Healing Collective and its inaugural mega event WalkFest (happening Sept 14-16 in CO) PS- get your tickets for Walkfest HERE!
